We love to 🎳!!! Especially when we have our nieces and nephew with us. We can count on cosmetic bowling 7pm 🎳 pay by the hour on Friday and Saturday, Music, 🎶 over 25 lanes, all the arcade games work and FOOD! 🍟🥨🍔When you 👀 look in the top right corner of your screen you will see your remaining time. Thank you for that!

A fun place to bowl and arcade. A lot of the games were out of order or are my money 😩 when we went it seemed like only 1 person was working the counter. The prizes were fun and well priced ( ticket price ). We got some drinks at the little stand. Best part? The bathrooms were shining clean and smelt amazing. With two kids under 5, we had fun and enjoyed the experience.

Amazing Environment! Just took my Fiancée here for our anniversary and we had a great time. Shes never bowled even before and I got whooped lol. The employees are very nice and helpful and its very affordable for the amount of fun!

With Hanscams bowling closing, Klamath is lucky to have the Epicenter! Overall, a great activity and social spot. Its kept nice and cool and has wifi if youre looking for a spot to meet and hang out.I have photos of the price listing for birthday party packages.The arcade has 50 cent or $1 plays. You get an arcade card at the counter. More on the arcade later...The bowling lanes are great. And the prices are very affordable! The league players that were there seemed happy. The bowling software is fine. Nothing fancy or really pretty to look at, but it sounds like they might be getting new software soon.Cosmic bowling is always really fun! They turn on black lights and have a lot of neon accents.They have food and drink but theyre pretty expensive. They seem to only have one worker who is very polite and attentive. The slushies werent frozen so I couldnt get one for my kiddo. So check if theyre frozen before you offer your kids a slushie!The arcade machines dont take change and theres no change machine that I could find.I was a little disappointed that there are no longer physical tickets. My kiddo didnt get to have that excitement over the tickets pouring out after playing a game. The tickets will just load onto the arcade card you use and they scan it for your kiddo to pick out their prizes.I was bummed they no longer had the Dance Dance Revolution game too. I had lots of memories playing that with my siblings and friends and i liked that it gets people moving their body while playing.There are lots of higher-end new games and a few little kid games.Playing goes fast with a card and with most games being $1.Fun for the whole family!

Fun, clean, and well maintained inside. Need more adult sized light weight balls. Arcade was excellent. Snacks were yummy and drinks cold.

We get to come out once a year because we dont live here and we look forward to coming to the epicenter. We had such a great time the first day we came bowling. The gentleman that helped us was super great and we had a blast. So we decided to come back a second time before leaving town again. I am so shocked how rude the lady with white hair was at the prize counter. She cared more about laughing at Trump then helping my kids or I. She rushed us at getting prizes and wouldnt really give us a second and was being really rude. Leave politics for the breakroom or home. Not in front of paying customers. Then we went to pay for another game because my boys wanted to play one more. Kevin was the guys name who ended up helping us. The nice guy left. I didnt get his name. I wish I did! But Kevin was super rude. We will not come back again when we come into town if Kevin or the lady is working. I definitely wanted to tell Kevin nevermind because he was just incredibly rude. I do have to also give a shout out to the sweet girl that was working concessions. She was adorable and super sweet!! But for Kevin and the other lady, if you cant stand being nice to people, please do yourself and the company a favor and dont work with the public.

Came for a school field trip. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the way they treated all of the school staff and kids. Thank you for a great time!

Food is okay there is a bar where they serve food and drinks they also have bowling and cosmic bowling they are very kid friendly they have an arcade room good atmosphere

This place is always fun with friends and family,you can bowl and go to the arcade. When it is night in the bowling area there are black lights that let your clothing glow (if you wear anything neon it will) which I think is fun and there is free wifi so you can stream on any platform so your friends that couldnt come could watch.

So I guess I went at a lucky time but Mondays you pay $1 (and yes that includes shoes) from noon to 4 and you can play as many games as youd like within the time. The staff there is always super nice, I take my grandma there all the time, she loves it! Plus I get to up my bowling game so thats always a plus.

Best birthday place in town.. included 30.00 for birthday boy in arcade, 15.00 for each guest up to 10 friends.. a signed bowling pin and 2 hours of bowling. Unlimited soda and 2 big pizzas and the best staff who made the party a smash

Torry the manager here is great!! He is knowledgeable and quick with his information he gives the customers cutting out that annoying umm or ramble that means nothing, which I personally appreciate greatly . Friendly, knows what hes talking about nd to the point . He also puts customer satisfaction before thinking about money. A pizza didnt have enough sauce and he caught it before it was sent out having his employee re make and I thought that was so cool.i personally would have let them send it out and wait for a complaint in hopes of saving a few dollars , lol. But no he is about doing things correctly and up to standard and its appreciated !! Funny and friendly guy who gets 5 stars in my eyes !!

Best bowling center in Klamath. The people that work there are so helpful, nice and encouraging. The summer bowling league is so much fun! The league players are a blast to hang out with.

Love that their is a family friendly place in town. They accommodate birthday parties, have kid bowling lanes, and kid assisting tracks. The cosmic bowling is fun, hard for me to see the marks on the lane, but still get to enjoy the music and the social part of it. They have an arcade that always seems busy. I have not played any of the games myself, but looks like fun. My husband got a ball custom fit and he was very happy with how the pro shop did.

Pretty upsetting when you can’t leave your teen to play at the arcade with her friend and grab food when a Epi worker tells them they are not allowed to get food, then coming in to see the problem they change there story because of some known bullies telling them to do what they did. It’s suppose to be a place where kids are to feel safe and have fun and aren’t able to do so. Very unprofessional on there part.

Came here for my sons birthday and Scott went above and beyond to make sure my son had a great night! Gave him a bowling pin and a certificate for 4 games of bowling shoes a large pizza a pitcher of soda . And let us bowl longer.

We have celebrated birthdays here going on 6 times and keep coming back for more. We have always been treated with respect and the staff went above and beyond keeping us supplied with drinks, napkins birthday candles and arcade fun! Love this place!

Its been a LONG time since I have been bowling, as a teenager 55+ years ago, Bowling has gone high tech! No more using a pencil & paper to total up your score (& bad math), ALL digital, the screens even show you the placement of your pins left. Got the little ones, 8 year old Granddaughters birthday party there, with Moms & Dads & LOTS more family members and friends, there. Cool that you can raise the rails so NO gutter balls for kids & an assisted stand to help line up their shot!!! Guess that I didnt do so awful bowling in the 180s years ago. FUN PLACE FOR ALL!!!

This place could be great- but they don’t put in any effort into making it that way.For instance, website has been wrong about times and prices / events for years! I myself have mentioned it to them several times because I have to call for open times.I called recently and had been Hung up on before I could even say hello. I called back then was sent directly to voicemail. So I left a message, and no call back.When calling they claim on voicemail to have information on Facebook- but they don’t!I don’t have a Facebook so maybe I just can’t see the “private information”.It’s okay, for being the only option, I mean it does keep us out of the rain. Most of the arcade machines are broken and the food is not what it used to be.Simply - overpriced for no quality.

We came here for my nieces birthday party, and it was very nice.The machine would drop pins, so it worked out for our younger children, cause it gave them a higher score. They were using the bumpers, so thats why it wasnt too bad for the machine to drop a few pins for them.Overall, we had a very great time and customer service was exceptional!

First off this is my very first post I’ve ever left about any place. Hard bad service for a kids spot. We paid to have the “birthday room” this Older lady with grey hair and a bad attitude was the one cashing out tickets. If you don’t like dealing with kids cook the food. That being said the food was good probably because she wasn’t back there. Wrote this just to let everyone know that lady was horrible to the kids and parents

Friendly service and nice atmosphere

Visited because on the website it says 1 penny for each pin for military. We go to checkout and they just say “oh it’s not letting me do the discount” refused to apologize or fix the price. Wouldn’t have bowled as much as we did if we knew the discount wouldn’t be applied. The restaurant workers were great but the front desk worker alone made the experience unprofessional and not worth visiting again.

Kids had a great time, nice place to have a party! Very loud though.

Updated their cards and everything is more expensive you cant even get anything worth it for the arcade prizes they removed quite a bit of the games. As for the food its hella expensive bowling is good but packed during cosmic bowling

Dont ever seem to have any open lanes. I guess all the money is in League Play. Went for a childs birthday party. No party room they just set tables up in the middle of the game room. Food is way too expensive

The guy working the register on 8/15 saved this from being a 1 star review. All the other employees act like they dont want you to be there. That little place where you order food is the worst. They either arent there at all or theyre to busy pretending not to see you. In one interaction two ladys actually looked at me infront of the register and turned back towards each other and continued talking I finally had to say something before one came over but only after they finished talking some more. They burgers that we got were super burnt on one side. My son who eats anything barely ate half of it. The bartender was nice and friendly one of the only other pluss.

Poker room always has an open machine.

Ive had many birthday parties for my kids at this place, however, the one on 3/5 was not great. They overcharged for the amount of people, refused to refund, and refused to get a manager. They claimed no manager was working on a Saturday night. I seriously do NOT recommend this place after yesterday.

My second time going here to bowl.... I went this time with the same person Adam and my son Jayden Hoaglen who is coming home to me after 11 years of his life .... We actually had fun hes wanting to come back 🎉☺️💯

Nice bar. Quiet (at least up until 9:30, while I was there). Clean. Easy to meet and have a drink after work, relax, carry on a conversation. Not a particularly young crowd, if youre looking for excitement and flirting or anything like that. Reasonable entertainment options, to include bowling, karaoke, comedy, and ostensibly some love music (according to the signs).

The appetizers were really good but the customer service is definitely lacking. I stood at the counter and had three associates look at me and walk away. This was after a 40 min wait for our pizza because our server forgot what pizza we ordered and because none of the servers would acknowledge the cook, so therefore, it was just sat on a counter to get cold. My husband thought it was the worst pizza he had ever eaten, I say it was decent but not like it used to be.

Cheap entertainment my family has a good time. I’ve smelt some horrible things in my day. This place is in the top 10. I wouldn’t use the men’s bathroom it’s pretty damn dirty and sticky. You can tell the management doesn’t spot check the staff when it comes to cleaning the bathroom.

For Klamath falls this place was fun night entertainment very large bar area with games pool karaoke some night. Cosmic bowling, a good video game section. Cant really ask for much more

The alleys and the arcade are amazing! Everything is kept up and clean. Customer service was a little slow, it looked like they only had one guy at the counter but he was very nice.

Was the worst experience ever would give it negative 5 stars but no option for that. Did nothing wrong payed to bowl. And because a employee, probably one of the worst employees had a problem with me. Check your cameras didnt even go within 20 30 feet of them. The staff should take classes on how to talk to the customer as well. Your employee should grow up. As for the management I see why you only manage a bowling alley. Hope you all have a good day. Cause I am.

My granddaughter had a birthday party in the party room with friends and family we were very disappointed with the condition of the room .. the room had clearly NOT been cleaned between parties or for that fact had not been cleaned for some time .. 2 of the tables are broken and should not be in use the chairs are cloth covered and very dirty.. plastic chairs should be used to keep keep clean and reduce germ spread . The carpet through out the building is a disgusting mess with garbage along the baseboards .. there was dried liquid that had run down the walls the counters and cabinets have not been wiped down .. pizza was probably from a box frozen for who knows how long and 1 of 3 was burnt yet they served it anyway .. with the current health scare and the number of children / families who use this business i would think they would take more care to keep from possibly spreading germs and people are paying for a much better service than they are receiving

Nice place to chill, a blessing in a town with not much to offer for entertainment. The Epicenter meets both family entertainment needs as well as adult time. You can Even place a bet on a horse race.

The epicenter is a great place to take your family bowling and to eat and the diffrent functions they have are great.the food they have is great.the drinks they serve are also good.i loved there karoke they use to have there.the workers are friendly and very nice people we enjoyed there company.i would recommend it to everyone.

Bowling in a traveling match league. Very clean well maintained lanes. Only drawback are the drinks at the bar. Beer and wine prices are by far thr most expensive in all of the Bowling houses in Southern Oregon/Northern California and what I consider substantially over priced. My HALF glass of wine was only $1.00 less than if I had bought a whole 5th at a local store.

Oregon Tech had the entire facility for the event we attended. They took great care of all the attendees. Food was from the bowling alley; not bad.Bathrooms needed a little bit more attention.

Its the only bowling in klamath falls now wish they had a better gamer room for the kiddos

This is by far my favorite bowling alley I have ever been to. A buddy of mine and I use to come here as often as we could for dollar bowling night, which is a dollar a game from 2007-2012 (more so in 2011-2012). It made for a very nice diversion and exercise while in college. The building is very spacious, most of the staff was friendly. The food was awful, and gave me the runs, while the drinks were overpriced (especially the fountain drinks). Lets face it though, you come to a place like this to bowl and have fun, and thats all that matters! Would highly recommend!

I like the epicenter, cool place for friends to hangout sometimes they have good food. Sometimes the service isnt the best but overall fun. Especially since theres nothing else to do in klamath.

The bowling, bar, and atmosphere is very nice. On Mondays, OIT students receive a discount for bowling there. The prices at the bar are nice, and the employees are generally helpful to you...However, Iast month, I ordered fries at the bar and instructed them to bring them to the pool table when they were done. The person serving my fries just left them in the area next to the sink and did NOT tell me that the food was ready. 30 minutes went by before I realized someone had left them and they were cold and inedible. I complained to the tender, and she LIED to me and told me that those were the only remaining fries they had left. 10 minutes later, she was serving fries to other customers. Very disappointed in the level of service I received and the That sucks. Go away. kind of response I received when I complained. She even gave a look when I didnt leave a tip that night. Sorry, but just because you have boobs doesnt mean youre entitled to a tip every time I walk to the bar stool and order something.

We ordered the seismic burger combo that comes with french fries and a separate drink, if you are passing through or reside in klamath falls or. And its lunch time or dinner time I highly recommend this meal its juicy and full of flavor just one feeds two people.

We spent a few hours playing video and carnival type games to win prizes. Definitely better prizes for kids BUT a ton of fun for adults. Games are reasonably priced. A sober and fun alternative Valentines date from the normal dinner and drinks

They need to consider that not everyone enjoys shity karaoke, I mean it was so loud I could not here the people I was trying to have a conversation with and I wasnt even in the bar . I will NOT be returning.

This is a good enough bowling alley, but they dont have summer deals for kids or family discounts.

Nothing special...at all. Try having a real DJ, maybe have live music much more often, good stuff not mostly country, not everyone loves it! Better drinks at the bar. Lots of room for improvement here!

Employee literally shouted N*****! as soon as a black person entered the establishment. Has also hired a known Klansman to give Friday night sermons regarding purity in breeding. Good luck getting a drink if you arent white and sporting the rebel flag on your shirt.

Security kicker me out for talking to someone was under the age of 21 and called me inappropriate names and made me leave the property. It was uncalled for and not okay. Do not go this place. They are terrible and will treat you like trash. Also the security cards name was Joe. I cant believe how he treated me.

Lanes were quite oily, but it was early in the day... Maybe they just needed to be used a little more.Great arcade

We love bowling here, the pro shop always has good deals. If you dont have a custom ball, go in and get you one. Drilled to fit!

The customer service was great when I was in a large group. Seeing the way the manager was treating employees was sickening.

I have not been bowling for a while and this place was great. They had the balls separate by weight so it was nice to find a ball that fit and then find out it was 16 pounds. Food, drinks and staff were all awesome.

Excellent Family Entertainment Facility. The staff had amazing customer service. Too many choices on the menu it was hard to just pick one. Ill just have to go back another day and order another selection;) Grab the family now and go bowling.

The wings were over cooked, the burger was not very good at all and the frys were soggy... We had good friends and family with us that made the time pass and the staff was ok but overall Im not sure if Ill ever go back during the day time again.

Its a nice place to have a drink and play there machines. Its a place for the whole family to have good old fun. Bowling, playing the arcade games, playing the slots, even having a birthday. They have a full menu, and the chicken casadias are killer.

If you are looking for something to do in the small town of Klamath Falls, the Epicenter is a good place to start. Family friendly with bowling, an arcade, & full size bar with minors allowed until 9PM. The staff was very accommodating!

Quick and friendly service even when it was obvious the staff was working their tails off. Large room with ample space for large parties and a full menu for those who are there to get sated.

Typical bowling area but it has a bar/restaurant called the Aftershock that has pretty good food and drinks. I spent a lot of time in the arcade when I was growing up so I always recommend giving that a visit. Most of the games are redemption games now but the kids will love it

Undesirable, 45 plus to get food. Eggs not cooked(over easy). Had to ask for silverware she brought 2 forks, had to ask for knives for jelly.

Great place for kids and adults. The front counter staff was very friendly which made it much more enjoyable. The arcade was also fun.

Customer service wasnt too hott. I would rate less stars, but its all Klamath Falls has to offer. The arcade kiosk was on the fritz so we had to have play cards loaded at the the counter which had a seemingly zigzag line that you couldnt tell where it ended, but essentially took 40 minutes to get taken care of. Might have went a lil quicker if it werent for the teeny bobber girl to hat was more interested in texting than doing her job. Kids had fun tho...n Ill hats all that counts

They undercharged us and then excited for us to pay it because the worker dont know how to count and then the arcade was broken and they still didnt let us know about it and let us load up the card even though they knew about the arcade i will never go back there again

Weve been coming to the Epicenter for a number of years now, senior bowling. We really enjoy it. Bathrooms are clean, food is good, prices are good, staff is friendly.

Took the kids and had fun for less then 20 bucks.

We go to lunch there. We like the food and staff. They have a $5 lunch special everyday thats very good.

The arcade is amazing... seriously this arcade beats the one in medford(lava lanes) the card is so easy to use and the points are easy to keep track of. I truly enjoyed visiting the Epicenter

Dollar bowling and shoe rentals on Thursdays are hard to ignore, great way to have fun for 2+ hours on a budget! Neon lights and Top 100 music creates an atmosphere for the young college scene.

When I go there it is fun but the lanes mess up in some way every time I go there. They get it fixed within 5-10 minutes but its irritating.

Every Thursday is karaoke and they do have $1 beer! Fun environment and a good little getaway!

They allow people to bowl how ever they want. Got worried having my grand kids there. Left filling like I just walked out of a war zone.

Great...except the concession prices are extreme...they cost more than the concessions at a Ducks game in Autzen

Desk clerks not very friendly was mad that the people bowling wanted to watch the ducks softball game. Teach you worker customer service because people wont bowl here if you dont put the games that want to watch on.

The bowling alley is a great thing to do while in Klamath, the arcade is my favorite place! The staff at the ticket booth always make me laugh

Epi is always a good place to go for a bar scene and pool and music... bowling is too expensive for kids under 10 years old, a kid that is 4 years old charges the same as a 12 year old .. thats BS..

This is by far the best place to bowl in Klamath Falls, and probably anywhere in southern Oregon for that matter. It could compete with Portland bowling alleys. The blacklight down by the lanes is trippy.
