Booked and attended my first ever service with this medspa and I am beyond impressed! The facility is clean, classy, and luxurious! It is really beautiful! The reception staff was so friendly and immediately put me at ease and made me feel at home! Nurse Katie performed my service and she was so nice! She explained everything thoroughly and did an amazing job! I left feeling better about myself. Do yourself a huge favor and check the place out! Their prices are very reasonable too! Do something nice for yourself! I promise you will not be disappointed. ♥️💉👄💕

Cameron did an amazing job! She was kind and really sweet and I’d love to go back and see her! But the attitude with two gals working the front desk is a HUGE turn off for going back! It was very unwelcoming! Maybe they could be a little nicer w/ a new client not knowing the new place and policies. Remember paying customers keep those doors open ladies!

I’ve really loved and enjoyed every service I’ve had done at brilliant bodywork! I would recommend them tenfold whether you’re dealing with acne, are curious about injections, want a massage, facial, eyelash tint, they do it all & each member of their staff always have a smile on their faces! I’m waiting to see how my injectables settle, but I trust their expertise and professionalism above all else - now that I’ve started going here, I want to go every week for a fun little treat!

Had a couples massage at Brilliant Bodywork’s and absolutely loved the experience. My only regret was not going with the 90 minute deep tissue massage! Absolutely amazing.

I got a massage with Hayden and it was the best massage I had in a long time! I was the last appointment of the day, but Hayden still did an amazing job at working out the knots in my shoulders and neck. Will definitely be back!

I have used Brilliant Bodyworks services in the past and been very pleased... And I really want to go back again for some of their amazing services but I cant get past the horrible customer service and indifference that I receive when trying to book over the phone. Every time I call I get the same rude woman, when I respectfully and politely tell her how she is being perceived on my end and how it is ruining my experience, it never changes. So instead I booked myself and my sisters birthday facials with Abby at Sue Kolves Day Spa. It was amazing! Abby is AMAZING! I would still like to go to Brilliant Bodywork. It would be great if they could train the receptionist on customer service.

I needed to get in for a quick massage as my lower back was hurting. Todd had an opening and just in that 30 minutes he was able to relieve a bit of my pain. He has a great balance of stretch, massage, and trigger point emphasis. I rebooked with him to help again!

I L.O.V.E. the skincare products offered by Brilliant Bodywork! The DERMALUTION line is a high quality skin care system that has transformed my skin care routine. I have recently added in the AnteAGE products and both of them have brought a brightness and more hydration to my skin. Top all of this off with the unbelievable facials (thank you Cam and Alison) and the laser services for managing spots and AKs and you have a winning combination!

Got a lip flip done by Katie. She was so wonderful and answered all my questions as well as walked me through the procedure before it was actually done so nothing would be a surprise! Would definitely recommend!!

I received an acne facial from Summer and it was just marvelous. I’ve never had such an intense facial (in the best way possible). Afterwards, she took the time to educate me and explain what the ingredients in my current skincare routine are doing and recommended what I should progressively eliminate to reduce redness and irritation.

If you havent been to Brilliant Bodywork you are missing out on some great services! I have been going for facials for some time now and they never disappoint. I have tried numerous different facials and each one is a little different but gives that same excellent outcome. I would highly recommend anyone of the staff. I should have written a review long ago extolling the benefits of massage therapy. Ms Angela is absolutely extraordinary. She definitely has a unique talent and a wonderful personality. Today was my first time visiting and went in for a chemical peel. Stephanie was amazing and instantly felt at ease with her. I just had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Todd. He was very professional and maintained my modesty throughout. He found knots I didnt even know I had and eased them. I have also had a headache for 2 weeks and left with it nearly gone! I highly recommend getting a massage from Todd.

I come here regularly to get my unruly eyebrows waxed by the wonderful Alyssa. She always does a phenomenal job and I will never go anywhere else. I just started laser treatments with one of the owners, Stephanie, and I felt SO comfortable the whole time and well taken care of. From start to finish, she made me feel safe and explained the whole process as she took me through the treatment. She even kept good conversation going to help distract me from the minimal pain that comes with laser treatments! Was very grateful for that. And before the treatments, her husband and co-owner, Adam, did my consultation where we he went over everything and answered any and all questions I had. Susan at the front desk has always been friendly and helpful. Everyone I have interacted with her treats me with kindness and respect.

Years back, I purchased a couples massage for my wife and I as part of a birthday surprise. It turned out to be a marvelous experience that left us thoroughly wrung out with knots we didnt even know wed had worked out by their staffs skilled hands. Since then, we make it a point to make an appointment for each others birthdays each year, with the occasional stop in between in particularly stressful years. Book well in advance though, appointments often fill up more than a month out

I love going to Brilliant Bodywork. I have been going off an on for a little over a year and have had the best experiences. Prior to my trip to Mexico I decided that I wanted a bikini wax, I had never had one before and was very nervous. I called and spoke to Stephanie, she really set me at ease. I now go back to see Stephanie monthly and she is always wonderful. She offers great suggestions, is kind, down to earth and hilarious. I also recently had my very first massage (another thing I was nervous about). Kelsey (I am spacing on her name now) sat down and talked me through what she would be doing, asked me what I was nervous about and what my problem areas were. The massage was great and I definitely will be going back. Overall, all of my experiences and interactions with the staff have been fabulous. I always look forward to returning. (Oh and they have some cute accessories too!)

I absolutely love coming to brilliant bodywork and seeing Stephanie for my acne clinic treatments. My skin has never looked better with her skin care recommendations and services. There is no place better in the area!

I have been seeing Stephanie at Brilliant Bodywork since 2016 and it is the best investment I have ever made in my self care regimen. I have dealt with acne since 6th grade and even accutane could not fix my blemished skin. Once I started using Face Reality and getting regular chemical peels, my acne completely went away. I moved to Rochester in 2019 and tried to get chemical peels and use a different skin care line locally, but my acne came back cystic and worse than ever after only a month. I went back to Stephanie and she has cleared my skin a second time. I now make the drive to La Crosse every month to see her and will never go anywhere else. If you struggle with acne and are contemplating making appointment, just do it and you will not regret it!

I am in love with Brilliant Body work! I am new to the area I am from the twin cities so I have been to many highly rated massage places and I get a massage about once a month. They are also always able to squeeze me in on short notice. Today I had a crazy day and accidentally showed up an hour early for my appointment. The staff greeted me and let me stay in the waiting area with a warm shoulder pad and tea! They are truly amazing. You cant get any better!

I had a facial last week at Brilliant Bodywork from Sophie while visiting the area from Chicago. This was by far the best experience I have had at any spa, and Ive been to many medspas and never received such quality service.Sophie was so knowledgeable, addressed my specific skin concerns and questions, was gentle with my sensitive skin, and I felt like she genuinely listened to me and helped me select the right products for my skin type. Ive been using these products over the last week, and what a difference! My skin is clearing up, dry areas are hydrated, and my skin tone is a lot more even. Sophie even explained that some minor breakouts might occur as things came to the surface, but things have improved significantly by sticking to the routine.If you are thinking about scheduling a service or looking to improve the health of your skin, dont hesitate and book an appointment with Sophie ASAP!

I have went to Brilliant Bodywork a couple times now: two massages and a facial. Let me tell you, AMAZING! When youre done, you dont want to leave! The atmosphere is very relaxing. This place is absolutely AMAZING. Every year the husband & I get a couples massage for our anniversary as our gift to one another. We have gone to several different places. Once in Jamaica, south west MN, southeast, MN, etc. And this hands down has been our BEST experience! I was behind in planning this year, so I emailed them late Monday night via email, was contacted on Tuesday & made an appointment for Wednesday. Adam-the owner was VERY responsive & gave us complimentary wine & chocolates in celebration of our anniversary. Now that well be staying in the area for awhile we will be going to Brilliant Bodywork for years to come! Ms Louise is amazing! Best massage Ive had, honestly! Ive struggled to find someone who can apply the right amount of pressure and still provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I would absolutely recommend her for a massage and would recommend Brilliant Bodywork as the staff are all extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Let me start by saying my first experience here was wonderful. I had a hydra facial and had such nice results I scheduled another. The 2nd one did not go well. Instead of a hydrafcial I was given dermaplaning by mistake. I guess someone with the same first name as mine checked in at the same time so I got her treatment. The staff apologized but I was charged and paid for the treatment thinking maybe Id get the same results. I did not. I called and left a message 2 days ago asking for a refund and have not heard back.thank you for making this right Adam.

Since discovering BB about a year ago, I have had nothing but over the top amazing experiences. The owner and all of her staff genuinely take into consideration all aspects of your experience. I have had waxes and massage services done. I have seen 3 different masseuses and all of them are amazing in their own individual ways. Particularly important to me, they all ask specific questions before starting to ensure your specific problem areas are tended to. The waxes are always extremely professional as well. I never feel uncomfortable and always leave refreshed. I will continue to try new services as I can!

Good services, Fair prices ! I have had Brazilian waxes and massages from Brilliant Body and both experiences were incredible! I felt comfortable and the staff are great to talk to! I was originally drawn towards Brilliant Body because they have a MILITARY DISCOUNT. Treats and water outside for your dogs, a warm welcome inside, and a restaurant with great food,wine, and coffee right down the street! Beautiful location in Onalaska.

My fiance and I had a back-to-back massage at Brilliant Bodywork in May as a late Valentines Day gift. I felt relaxed as soon as I stepped in the door - the infused water, dim lighting, and snacks were wonderful as I waited for my massage. The massage though... was the best I have ever, ever had! I have tendonitis and thoracic outlet syndrome... and my masseuse was informed and calm when I told him. I felt great upon leaving and we will certainly be back!

I have recieved massages here twice, one by myself, and one as a couples massage with my husband. Both were absolutley fantastic. Also, at the couples massage, I received a prenatal massage as I was 6 months pregnant. It was one of the first times throughout my pregnancy where I was relaxed and didnt feel pregnant. It was a wonderful experience. My husband agreed that it was a very soothing day and a wonderful massage. Thanks to all!

Wow! I am SO happy that I made the decision to go to Stephanie for my skin! After my first microdermabrasion she recommended that I start taking probiotics for my skin. I have received the most amazing side effect from the probiotics... its helping with my stomach and colon issues! My skin is looking SO much better too! The absolute worst massage possible. I have had numerous massages through the years from different masseuses. I received a gift card to Brilliant Bodyworks for my 50th birthday. I was looking forward to a relaxing 45 minutes. Little did I know the lady giving me the massage would be more relaxed than me. She was pleasant enough,idle chit chat at the begining. She didnt seem to have a good idea of setting a relaxing mood. But thats ok. I started on my stomach as she worked my back. It was good for about 10 minutes. She went to my calf and things started to go south. Sidenote, my wife will scratch my back and as she is falling asleep her hand goes slower and slower, staying in spot. So safe to say I know the feeling. Through out the rest of the massage I felt that same sensation. I was on my stomach so I couldnt see to confirm. As I went to my back, it was the same thing. Spent I dont know how long on 1 side of my head. I opened my eyes as I felt her hand go idle. Her eyes were closed. I whispered wake up . She jolts and says Im awake!. For that moment she was. I thought,should I just get up? This is a joke. I let it ride cause I couldnt believe it. Anyway, it finished, I gave my gift card with enough for a tip. The receptionist was really nice. She asked how it was. There was someone else there and I said quietly not good. She asked if wanted to talk to the owner. I told her to have them call me. I had to go to work. I also sent a message on their website. I didnt hear back, so here is my review.

Amazing service from the staff only thing that kinda annoys me is after ever massage the massage therapist tells you some bs reason why you need to come in regularly.
