This is the best smoke shop for any smokers, if you smoke cigarettes,weed,or vape. They have a great selection, of anything and everything, and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything they have in there shop. the prices are the best in town that I have seen so far!!!!!!

Went in around 12 today and the guy was super helpful and friendly (wish I got his name!) and gave me lots of good advice on new products I wanted to try. I asked about the SWFT vapes and he gave me in depth information about them and I’m glad I took his word! I was also going to try some delta 8 chocolates(still new to that stuff) so he recommended the URB gummies instead which was a way better deal! 10 pack for $15😁 will be returning😎

Ive been a regular customer far too long to not give a review. Every one of the staff are very kind and willing to help, and I feel quite comfortable when I am there. Of course some items will be a bit pricier, thats the price you pay for the skill it takes to make beautiful pieces, and yet there are still good cheap options as well. Pipes, vapes, papers, bud, candles, a huge selection of incense... I could go on. Sign up for the rewards program, you wont regret it if you go there regularly. Also, they have never failed to remind me to test a vape before I left the store, which has saved me from wasting money on a disfunctional one once. Overall a very good place to shop.

Been shopping here for a while, and I don’t like to venture from the beaten path when I find something I like. Stopped by the other day and Trenton had asked why I was purchasing the product I was, and when I mentioned why, he suggested something else that could have more positive effect. Took him up on this and boy was he right. Stopped in again and was glad to see him working and said thanks for the suggestion, and I’m fully onboard if he recommends something new again.

Im actually from southern Illinois not around here butAwesome service. Girl said she was actually not an employee anymore but was asked to come back for the holiday. She was super sweet. Let us know about the sales going on and was knowledgeable. Bought a water pipe, spoon pipe, tray, and an herb vaporizer. Cool store ^_^

I paid $52 for a disposable delta 8 device. It turned out to be dysfunctional. I called the store, not even an hour later. They claimed that since I didnt test it in the store they couldnt replace or refund it. There are no signs in the store saying that you need to test your device. Im very unhappy with this company and you should be careful when purchasing from here.

This place is one of my favorite shops for all my glass needs. one place in la crosse that I can get a certain things that I cant usually find and if i can then woohoo but this is DT. Very convenient and not 2 pricey! Also they have a glass blower literally on one side of the front window. Thats what caught my eye 😍 they have great deals as well always.

I had an issue with a disposable vape pen the Friday before 4th of July . Came back the following Monday and explained I had gotten a defective device and they exchanged it without hesitation. Top notch customer service, and great products in-store as well. I will recommend Azara anytime to anybody.

Unbelievably awesome! The girl behind the counter (owner?) goes out of her way to make sure every customer is happy. I happened to be there during a special and because I spent over $200, she gave me an additional $100 to spend on anything else in the store, so I walked out with about $300 worth of merch for $200. I have a hard time believing she made a profit on my sale. Large selection.

They sold me the wrong coils. I asked for non-salt nice coils for the Nord, they only make 2 coils, vape shop managers should know the difference. But she didn’t. I went back to see about an exchange and they would not exchange but were glad to sell me what I originally asked for at 25% off.... NO THANKS, but here’s your google review. Lesson learned, never “trust” a Vape shop, make sure they know what they gave you.

Friendly severice, seems like they try to get to know there clients. It was our frist time there. There juice was a little more pricy than I would have liked but all in all great experience.

Best smoke/hookah/vape shop in La Crosse! Ever since I was 18(the legal age of smoking nicotine products was still 18 then haha)Ive been going here for vape juice, cigarettes, carts, bowls, etc. Theyve always had the best staff and it made it even better when my buddy Xzavion was hired on and I get to see him when I come in to buy myself stuff so I can see and high school friend and get what I need! They always have the best selection in town for any delta variants, anything THC wise thats around, vape stuff, list goes on. If you vape, smoke, or even like CBD, go to Azara downtown!

Really nice, all staff were helpful and gor me what I needed. Only a 4 cuz my mom got the same product for $40 in a different shop and I paid $74 here.

Went in to take a look at vaping products. Wasnt greeted at all and the store was mainly all glass and pipes. Hardly any vape juice. But it does Have a nice selection for PODs systems though.

Bought a faulty vaporizer from them. Item won’t hold a charge. The item seems to be a from a scam company as when I go to the website on the box it takes me to a dead link. There glassware is mediocre at best. If you are in la crosse and looking for a head shop just do yourself a favor and head to smokes 4 less.

Went in looking for a new pen, and was very impressed by the staff. Trenton was very helpful and was able to answer every question I had.

I love this place. I have tried several other shops and brands of vape juice, and from my experience, Azara has proven to be the best. Its the only place I will get juice from going forward.

I was buying a disposable vape for $29, did not leave the store, or counter and did not open it and sked if I could just switch flavors and was denied.

Came from Winona to send money with Coinflip. Their website said they had a machine, but when we got there there wasnt a machine. They dont update their website.

Great shop lots of awesome bowls and bongs. The guy who owns the shop is also a really cool guy. They have lots of cool things.

Spent $45 on a malfunctioning disposable, they would not make an exchange. Disposable ran on its own, lost half the resin, and is burnt at the coil. They refused to work with me. $45 down the drain and this isnt the first malfunctioning product Ive purchased here that they refuse to replace or make any effort to make right. Save your time and money and go to Smokes 4 Less.Edit: went back because they have the cheapest nicotine vapes, should have lasted about 2-3 days. Tried in store and it worked. Within 12 hours it was not working anymore.Azaras no return policy is insane, claiming you can try them in store--what about the 80% of vapes that stop working after the first hit? This place is a scam. Location is the only good thing about this place.
