You need to come here. Was referred by a friend and this was my first time in 4 years of living in la crosse that I stopped and this is best smokeshop Ive ever been. Better than any big name when it come down the nitty gritty of quality and knowledge of the product. The owner Brian was more than happy to answer any questions and engaged in conversation.

These Folks are extremely knowledgeable, and this place is a One Stop shop for everything you need. Their customer service is excellent, and it is even a Gamer Friendly environment. I suggest trying E-Cig Warehouse in Lacrosse.

I stood in this shop for five minutes today looking for what I wanted, wondering when someone would come help me…and finally left after realizing the guy on the couch, asleep, with no shoes on, snoring, with open pizza boxes all over… must be the only person manning the store. 🤷‍♀️

I have recently just started to shop here. And every time I have went there so far the guy is super helpful and super nice.

Bought a pen that came with a bad atomizer and had it replaced free of charge, really good guys working there

The staff is always helpful and patient each time I stop in. They don’t rush me (if anything my anxiety rushes me to make a decision). Great atmosphere. Seems like a chill place to vibe.

Wow, I am honestly very impressed. Night and day compared to you all the other e-cigarette stores Ive been to. Ethan at the front counter was very very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been an e-cig user for many years Ive been very unhappy with the e-cigarette stores in Winona, Im glad I made the short drive. He started off by asking me how I smoke and fit me into just the right tank and mod and coils. The last few weeks I bought two tanks at Island City vapors in Winona the first tank they sold me with a pack of coils, the coils werent even the right coils and they werent helpful at all and they didnt really know about the products in general. Similar for the other stores Ive been to. Make the trip!

This store is flipping amazing. But what makes the store 10x better than it already is, is Ethan. He is the best, so warm and friendly and inviting. You never go there and he isnt smiling. And he remembers everyone. He makes you feel special. You actually enjoy being there. Its an amazing place to hangout and getaway. I wish I didnt live in Sparta, I would go there way more again. Also, the prices and quality are unbeatable. On top of the TOP NOTCH customer service. ❤❤❤

Simply amazing place to visit. Ethan is as knowledgeable as they come for all things vape and such a joy to just sit and shoot the breeze with. His joyous demeanor is pleasantly infectious. This place has more mods and parts and flavors and options than a peon like me knows what to do with. Thankfully Professor Ethan patiently walked me through every step of the way, making sure I was informed on things that mattered, and even some things that didnt. Home away from home. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff that actually like their jobs and the people who come in. Ethan always greets everyone who comes in. Really, this place is like a bar, without the alcohol. People talking, joking, telling stories and helping each other out is the norm. Expect to spend some time to get to know everyone!😀

I Showed up 20 minutes before they opened and the sales guy was nice enough to let me and another customer in as he was still turning on the lights and display cases. He had a great attitude and was real friendly. I will definitely stop by next time Im in town

These guys know there stuff. Ethan is the kindest man you will meet. You wont leave with out a smile. The quality of products stocked radical! The house juice is pure and taste great! The rewards program is wonderful. Great place to hang out with friends and see what is the new fun products in the vape world.

Great place with friendly help. You definitely feel welcome there. Nice selections of vape materials. But too expensive. Im okay with paying 50-75% markup from a local bricks and mortar business, but not 100-200% markup. Still, I will go there in a pinch just because of the great staff.

Incredible service for curbside and awesome selection! Ethan (Ethen?) was by far one of the most respectful employees Ive ever met from any vape store. He treated me like a friend which made the experience all the better. Definitely knowledgeable about his products and you can tell he has experience when it comes to vaping. Prices are really good for the material that I bought. Would recommend for anyone who needs supplies or info!!

This is definitely one of the best vape shops I have ever been to. The staff was very professional and also really friendly and made the experience exceptional. They have a huge selection of products and juices to choose from and a nice bar that you can sit at and relax. 10/10 would come back again

Owner is very nice but the one employer has very bad customer service. Always makes you feel very uncomfortable because you dont know much about vaping. And also there are too many people always hanging out in the shop it feels very uncomfortable when walking in being a new customer. Otherwise I like the concept of the shop.

E-cig warehouse is without a doubt probably the best vape shop I’ve ever been to. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you out if you don’t know exactly what you’re in for. On top of that if you get to know the employees and customers it’s a great place to relax and chuck some clouds.

In this case I will. Every review we have at every store of mine, the customer service is what we are praised on. Your first visit you wrote a great review on us. Then later you wrote a terrible review on us. I reached out to you and gave you free product and you removed your review. Months have passed and you havent been back to our store since. Now you choose to write this review. You must have a lot of time on your hands. You compared us to other local shops. Perhaps you should read their reviews and see just how crappy their customer service is. We pride ourselves on customer service as every review we have indicates that!! We carry only the highest quality tested e-liquids on the market and Im sorry but when you choose to supply your customers with only the best we do pay a little more for that. After going into this shop several times I finally gave up. While one employee there was consistently helpful, the other tends to talk down to customers instead of actually listening to what they are looking for. One major detractor from this shop is that its a big of a hangout for vapers (mainly what seems to be friends of the workers). That shouldnt be a bad thing, but it makes for blaring TVs that make a conversation with the clerks frustrating, along with entirely too much vaping going on in one room (as evidenced by all the windows being coated with vape to the point of fogginess).

If you want good prices on high quality vape juice than this is your place to go, Ethan is always ready to help everyone out and get them exactly what they need. He knows the products by heart and can custom Taylor vapes and vape juice specifically to your needs!

I had the good fourtune of visiting your store on Aug 20th and meeting Ryan. He was very very helpful and full of knowledge for this newbie. I did make a puchase and plan on returning to this store for all my supplies. I found the store immaculate and very well orgainzed.

Great shop i live in decorah so its a bit of a drive but its one of the closest places for me to go they had a couple great nic salt juices i picked up including fizzy lemondade by glas will be doing business with them again for sure!

We come from Sparta when we need vape stuff. Great service, great items ... A little pricey , but hey, still wayyyy cheaper than smoking (cigarettes)! This is where you go if u need anything vape & they let u sample there, sit ,vape & hang out there...unlike other shops! Love it here!
