High society at Valley View Mall

Used to really like this place, had some cool clothing options.However the last time I went in, they had something on the shelf labeled for 49.99 so I figured it was a good deal. Upon getting to the register, I see he is trying to charge me close to $70. I ask him why the crazy price difference from whats listed on the shelf. He asked me what I was talking about so I led him over to the box he had just taken off the shelf and pointed to the clearly labeled $49.99”. He tells me that its a crazy misprint but made it seem like hed honor it. However he just walked away and said he could not honor it as it was such a big difference in pricing.Tl;Dr this shop made me pay for their mistake and refused to do anything to make it right. Also dude kept calling me boss man 😂😭So I guess make sure on pricing if you do shop here? Id recommend any other shop in the area lol. Better pricing and WILL FIX IT if they make a mistake.

My adult daughter suffers from crippling anxiety and depression. It has been less than 2 weeks and she has already noticed a marked improvement in how she feels. These products are going to save her and I am so grateful. I cannot say enough great things about this place. William is amazing, listened our needs, and picked out just the right things to help us. Didnt know the store was even here until today.Stopped in and found Sebastian working there.He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products.Lots of variety and a very neat and clean store.Ill definitely be going back!

Very friendly and helpful staff with good products. My only negative thoughts about it was the prices are more expensive but I usually go to the one here in Minnesota so thats just probably why and all delta products are behind the counter which is understandable for safety but personally it was very hard to even see what the carts where and how much they where.

Bought a really cool looking orange bowl from this place. Problem was that the orange came from liquid paint, and I did not notice until I went to clean it for the first time. My brother and I had been smoking paint for months and its all because they wanted to put a decorative piece with the rest. Ill never know how much damage to my brain this store has caused and Ill never shop here again

The representatives for the company were extremely respectable and knowledgeable in their products. The store felt very welcoming and rewarding. Extremely friendly and patient representatives. Worked in a timely and professional manner. Overall great experience and would recommend to anybody and everybody that is either from the city or passing through.

My husband and I went in and bought a couple of vape cartridges and when we checked 4 days later we were charged for a Pulsar metal rolling tray turntable which we did not buy. Please make sure to check your receipts. I gave this store 2 stars because we enjoy the products. There are lots of stores out there that have the same products. If the problem does not get solved we will never go back. NOT HAPPY!Update:The store did credit the amount back to us so we do appreciate the fast response. Also we did not leave a voicemail when we called. It was during business hours and we spoke to an employee twice. Im sorry your employees did not tell you because they did take down my information. We do appreciate the the 20% for our next visit.

This is the place I have been looking for in la crosse area . Honest people that know the product and obey guidelines. The products are A1!!!!

Warning, if you buy anything and you leave the store and get home and find it was defective and your product was never opened or unpackaged, you will not get a replacement or a refund. Marcus never even lifted a finger to help or address the bad defective merchandise. He just said no you left the store. $30 bucks down the drain.

I’ve been getting Hemp+ products for a couple of years now for my grandmother and I cannot say enough good things about this company/store. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about all of his products and how they work within the body, and is extremely helpful in trying to find what works for each person and trying to get/source new products to meet everyone’s needs.My grandmother has SO MANY HEALTH ISSUES (arthritis, sciatica, diabetes, degenerative bone, among other things) and she was maxed out on the pain meds and shots that the doctors could give her, and beyond not providing enough pain relief, the high dosage/prolonged usage of the meds were damaging her liver and kidneys.I started giving her CBD gummies and progressed to D8 gummies based on Hemp+ recommendations and it has made a WORLD of difference! She has now gotten to the point that if she maintains a schedule of the gummies she is PAIN FREE (something that hasn’t happened to her in 20+ YEARS!!) and she has also been able to reduce/stop taking some of the other medications that were causing issues. I cannot thank HEMP+ enough for everything they do that helps people have a better quality of life!!
