Best vape shop in Lake Worth by far, fair prices & they have tons of cool stuff. The kid Dylan who works there is the man! Friendly guy with a great attitude!

This is the best smoke shop in town. Honestly probably in South Florida. I get first class service every time I go and if I’m lucky enough to run into the owner, the guy is a plus takes care of me every time.

Very bad customer service. The employees have no knowledge of their product. They have sold me the wrong product several times, and dont even have the decency to exchange a $5 cartridge for the right one. The sales person should know what they are selling, and at the very least exchange the wrong product for the right one. I have spent a lot of money in their store, the least they can do is exchange the wrong cartridge for the right one. If you see an employee named Megan, dont ask her for advice, she is clueless. They just lost a local customer that spends money there all the time. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Went in there Monday night and bought a vape pen around 9 o’clock. Went out to dinner charged it for about 20 minutes did not work. Tried to charge it again in the morning and it still would not work. We made our way back to the store Tuesday morning and saw the same woman we bought it from Monday night, she also cannot get it to work. We were told there are no exchanges or refunds that you just take your chances when you buy something from them! I honestly have to say I think that is a terrible business practice. I have purchased a lot of things from there , needless to say I will be getting my supplies elsewhere. I suggest anybody purchasing a product from them make sure that it works before you leave the store or you will just be out your money.

Dont buy the THCA pre-rolls. They are all fake. Everyone of them.. If you unroll them you can obviously tell its spice. 2012 all over again.. Ruining the actual THCA that is legal. Absolutely disgusted..

Nice people and clean. Prices are pretty steep, though. Found a battery that I bought here for $20 online for $6, and the kratom was about 25% more expensive than anywhere local. They also charge a surcharge if you use a credit card. I understand your merchant charges you a fee for running credit cards, but if theyre charging you the more than 3% but youre charging us, youre using the wrong merchant. Square and PayPal are only 1.5%, and you shouldnt be passing that on to the customer like that anyway. Even if you disagree and think that you should pass it on that way, if I have the option of a store that charges me for using a credit card and one that doesnt, Im going to go to the one that doesnt.
