The staff here is just great, man. if you call and ask if they have something, theyll set it aside for you without you even asking. didnt even notice today until I got home that they give me a bulk discount, too. one time they didnt have a product I needed, and the guy called around to the other stores to find it without me even asking him to do that

I absolutely love this USA vape store and the staff. Occasionally they dont have inventory in what we need - BUT - they keep us up to date - and continue to get in the vapes that we love - Lost Mary - and additional other new items. Mostly the staff is so friendly.

I’ve been a regular at this vape shop for nearly a year. Today I walked in and refused mine and my girlfriends business after accusing me of a chargeback. I have proof for the owner showing the amount cleared my bank. Now they want me to pay again!!!! Scammers…. Frauds!!!! SHOP AT OWN RISK OF SLANDER BY STAFF!!!

Hands down the most customer friendly place I have dealt with in a long time . I call them on the phone they answered all my questions not even knowing if they would make a sale. I was and even intrested in anything expensive when I went to the store they were even more helpful. In the middle of all these crazy times its nice to know there are still good people out there they will get all my future business. Highly recommend

I got my first hookah from this place and both guys were extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know to get started. I don’t usually write reviews but this place really deserves it. Excellent place with quality product and outstanding costumer service!

I usually have a good experience here. Last Friday I bought a box of atomizers. Went to open them yesterday and one was missing so they must have sold it as a single. I’ve tried to call three times just as a heads up but I’ve never gotten an answer and there’s no voicemail. They should be checking the boxes or keeping the boxes separate that they’re breaking up

My brother and I were just walking by the establishment minding our own and a bearded employee or customer with a beanie yelled and threaten us as he was heading towards his car. Do not recommend. Threatening and harassing people.
