Every time I go here, I always leave pleased! Just went to grab the Baton pod vaporizer and the employee there was super helpful! (Unfortunately I forgot to ask him his name but shout-out to him anyway) Would recommend this shop to any novice or experienced vaper or smoker. Definitely will be back!

My husband and I have traveled all over the country and have been to many, many smoke shops along the way. Lighthouse Smoke and Vape, is hands down the best smoke shop we’ve ever been to. The prices are reasonable and the selection of items are stellar. The reason for this review however, is the amazing customer service provided by Taylor! He welcomes you like family and is knowledgeable about his products. We not only found an awesome smoke shop that we will continue to visit and tell all of our friends about … but made an amazing new friend as well!!!

The Lighthouse is my go to for sure. Jason ,one of its excellent employees is very Kool. Im not from here so this is my third time visiting my sis in Lake Worth Beach . Kool atmosphere and excellent products. So check it out if its your thing . ✌️

Coming here and Ive been going to this vape shop for years I will never go to any other one! The manager Tyler goes above and beyond for every customer even if he has to order one specific item they love.. hell get It!! He Is definitely the best worker / manager theyve ever had...

Taylor is absolutely awesome... I explained to him what I was looking for and he led me to the proper area so I could make a selection.. This is my third time going there and this is the only vape and smoke shop that I will go to from this point on

Taylor I believe the guys name was. Genuinely a awesome person came in stressed out about my tank glass. While he found it we sparked a conversation about basketball. Long story short I spent 45 minutes talking about basketball. This is my go to spot! I recommend anyone seeing this review to stop by pick up your needs and chill if you want too! The owner is very lucky to have him I believed for a split second he was the owner but turned out he just works there! Which we all know hard workers are hard to come by!

Over the past few months I have been a loyal customer of this store dropping about $80 to $100. Per month. I went in there tonight and all I wanted was a replacement pod for my device because the owner earlier today sold me a pod that was incompatible with the coils that I use so I needed to get the right pod Shouldnt be a big deal. The guy behind the counter didnt seem to.understand what I was talking about and got a real bad attitude with me so I decided to leave, he proceeded to call me a name I wont repeat and threw my car keys across the counter so they skidded off and hit the floor. You pride yourself on excellent service, well I can tell this guy is the opposite of that and frankly should be fired immediately.

Been going to this vape for nearly 10 years. They have a great selection and wide variety of products and always attend to my needs.

Staff is nice and they have a good selection. Their kratom prices are crazy expensive though. $34 for a 3 oz bag when you can get the same bag at the gas station down the street on 7th for $14. $14 is pretty cheap but I’ve never seen a smoke shop sell those for more than ~$20-24

Very cool smokeshop, great products, awesome staff, the manager Taylor is a really cool guy. Definitely recommend going here for smoke and vape stuff you need for really good prices.

This store is amazing and has pretty much everything you can ask for. The owner does weekly deals on some nice water pipes which I really like. The owner is actually really cool and know everything about smoking/vaping. I would be giving them five stars however one of the workers gave me the wrong coil for my take and didnt really know what he was talking about. Other than that, I highly recommend this shop.

I gotta give another shout out to Lighthouse Vapes! Ive had my device for over a week now and I must say I got a great deal on a great vape. Also they were very helpful when I called over confusion with the coils. They straightened it out right away. Plus they have great vape juice. You cant go wrong here. Ask for Taylor.

Went in this evening to buy a new set up. Anthony was super helpful and kind. I vaped in the past but just got back into it. He walked my through everything and recommended the perfect device. Definitely recommend this shop.

I’m a loyal customer of this vape shop, the ppl who work there a very nice and they also have great prices my only concern and dislike is that the place smells like pure s…t geez is disgusting and not helthy for the reps I mean imagine having to eat your lunch inside this place come on MANAGEMENT you need to check what’s going on if you want your business to progress.🙄

Walked in last night and the store mgr Travis asked me if I wrote a review on Google about him. Like really bro? If I did what were you going to do to make it right? It felt really out of line So heres my review after the fact. Shop is cool and most of the time the service is a1. Mr. Travis has givin me bad service before. Hes Very Moody and short with customers. He doesnt care if your reg customer or 1st timer. To be short dont give bad customer service and then act like you care when the bad review comes. My review is the store was better without him and will be better when they send him back to the bb store. The last bad review wasnt wrong at all. Travis work on your customer service. Now ask me did I write this one next time I come in. Which wont be unless no other shop is open anytime soon. Aka a long time.

Love this place. It’s my go to. My coils are a much better price than other places but recently they hired a new girl who is very unprofessional and doesn’t answer the phone on her shifts. She also doesn’t know where anything is and always seems very busy when I go in. They should definitely hire someone else to take her spot

I experienced a purchase where this device was within my price. Although device would not be able to charge via usb. With no way to charge 4 batteries. Mod is useless. I returned too exchange. A 32.20 charge.Ray Only would credit 10.00 off a another purchase. I have to eat 20.00 because of my ignoreance. I hope Steve the original salesman will make the right buisness decision. Seriously one of the nicest shops Ive seen in west palm, very orderly, very knowledgeable staff. You walk in and honestly feel like youve gone to the right place. Prices arent bad and huge selection definently reccomended weather youre new to the cutlture or an aged veteran.

After a 5 star experience at the Boynton Beach location I was kind of expecting the same here. I stopped by this afternoon to grab a downstem I was told might be in stock.I was greeted by Gordon. My apologies if I got the name wrong. Memory isnt exactly what it once was... I explained my predicament and he sprung to action. There were a few to choose from, but only one was my goldilocks!! There is much more going on at both locations, but as far as service is concerned, this company is the bees knees. Service and hospitality isnt dead here. Oh, and the prices are on point even if you want Amazon check.Thank you!!!

Im from out of town, had come in once and did not have trouble (didnt have help either) left and decided to go back to give it another chance and get info on there vape products. On arival the man with the unibrow behind the desk was very excited to see me again. But as I tried to ask information about there products I was treated very rude because I didnt know what all his products were. I dont recommend this shop to anyone, I feel there are plenty of shops within a mile radius of this one that have the same products but a much nicer staff that are willing to answer your questions respectfully and steer you in the direction you are looking to go. I feel like a whole star is too much for this shop if I could give any less I would. I recommended checking out local smoking domain for better and nicer help.

Not helpful, very rude. Asked for information about products they sold and basically was told we were stupid for not know all of there products that they sell. Will not recommend or give another thought about this place. Just be wary of the man with the unibrow with a red beard, he is the one who is rude. Thank you.

There are vape stores, and then there are experiences which rock you to the core. This is just a well priced vape store with quality knowledge and experience that you shouldnt disregard. Not an out of body experience but still an absolutely fantastic vape store.

Horrible experience about a week ago the manger of the store stole my over a hundred dollar air pods when confonted he pretended to “find “ them in a near by bush . This was after I spent over $80 dollars worth of merchandise.

Bought PODS for $18 first off the packaging was ligit but when I opened at home the pods were fake and filled with different kinds of e - juice and was leaking. THEY SELL FAKE PRODUCTS DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Im a little upset I spent almost $200 at the shop I bought an object that didnt work its not because of me it came like that you would think that they will exchange it I know it says final sales but final sales and not open stuff not your fault when you buy something and its manufacture me f***** up I think thats kind of whack

I went in because my vapes was broken & the manager helped fix it. He didn’t charge me to fix it & has always been awesome every time Ive been in.
