My bar doesnt speak ENGLISH anymore, went there to relax from the week but seem to me where ever I go nobody speak s English not very welcoming or inclusive

Get ready to be abused by non lgbtq folks that go there for a hooot and get wasted then start acting like fools and act nasty and abuse people then bartenders dont do nothing as if they werent there the whole time but at the end of the night charge your tab w.e they like. This place is a joke and is a shame for the lgbtq community.

Great place! the drinks on point and the staff made me feel extremely welcomed.

As someone new to town I can’t say this was my best experience. I anticipated a good place for business meetings and acceptable crowd. The bartender John became infuriated because of his lack of knowledge on how to make 2 drinks. He physically took the second one out of my hand that I presumed would be easier for him and asked me to leave. No one wants to see an old miserable bartender. My business is lost and clients will be taken to establishments better managed.

I recently visited Mad Hatter and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a complete disappointment. The unprofessional behavior and lack of basic mixology knowledge displayed by the bartender John left my friends and I utterly frustrated and, more importantly, deeply concerned for the safety and well-being of the patrons.The incident that truly highlighted the incompetence of this bartender occurred when my friend ordered a classic cocktail.Now, I understand that not every bartender is familiar with every cocktail in existence. However, what separates a professional from an amateur is the ability to handle such situations with grace and proficiency. Instead of admitting his lack of knowledge and offering an alternative or seeking assistance from a colleague, John proceeded to experiment with random ingredients, resulting in a poorly executed concoction that bore no resemblance to a Manhattan. Also reaching onto my arm and pouring out an easier drink to make.The lack of accountability and unwillingness to admit his limitations was not only unprofessional but also put my friends safety at risk. Mixing unknown ingredients without proper knowledge or skill is a recipe for disaster, and it reflects a complete disregard for the well-being of the customers. It is astonishing that someone entrusted with the responsibility of serving alcohol would display such carelessness. I hope ownership reviews this.

Not many singles at this bar and everyone seems to think Im straight, when Im not. I felt more alone than at a straight bar than a gay bar.

Met a very good friend here on a whim, v good atmosphere, environment, etc, staff is everything.

Well, I dont want this review to not encourage people to go there and have a good time. I am reviewing it based on my extensive travel around the US and the World. Palm Beach County is a very wealthy area for the most part, so you kind of expect high End everything ( lala world) well, this bar had very friendly bartenders and the place is nice. When they say its casual and anyone is welcome, they mean it!!! It seemed everyone was having a great time, I didnt find it right for me, parking is off the streets and the crowd was very normal. So, if you are looking for a Gay bar that is somewhat high end with hot people and perhaps dancers, this is not the spot. So I stayed for a bit and went to Ft Lauderdale.

The bartenders are great and the vibe is fun, great gay dive!

Loved the bar. What makes it special is the Bartender (Bruce). He.makes the ambiance as in the TV comedy show Cheers where everybody knows your name. He makes sure to introduce you to those sitting close so you can get to know each other.

Great bartenders. Pwople vaping inside instead of on the smoking patio sucks though.

People smoke A LOT in there. We forgave the horrible smell. When we got to the bar, the bartender just kept serving only people who he obviously knew. I stood there for a solid ten minutes, waving him over or smiling at him. After ten minutes I said hey Id like to order drinks he looked at me like I have 5 heads and simply walked away. I was the only gay person in my group of 9 friends. I was bummed that I got all these people to try it and we were treated so rudely. We took our bodies and money to Flannigans instead.

What can I say? The only Gay bar in WPB/LWB!!! Shout out to Mark an awesome attentive tender.❤🧡💛🍺💚💙💜

Great LGBT bar. Nice staff great drinks you can play your own music. I love this bar. And yes its all in Lake Worth.

I could not find an employee working. The patrons were incredibly rude. No one there was below the age of 45. It smelled terrible. This place is a living, breathing example of why I dont like going to gay bars.

I had an awesome time great people great music. I would have given it 5 stars had I not gotten home with my hair smelling like cigarette smoke, other than that would definitely recommend.

Such a cute little place. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Even after telling them we werent locals we still were made to feel at home. Im in love, and will definetly be returning.

Friend and I arrived around 11or twelve midnight Bar tender was very rude I believe he was drunk and tried to fight a customer jumping over the bar to hit her ... female by the way bar tender was male 😉 not very pretty cops were called not very female friendly will not be going back there that was very disturbing
