Their new location is perfect! No longer congested due to it being a popular spot to catch up with friends, relax, and or have some down time to study. The staff are wholesome and the local goers are nice. They do well at accommodating those who dont drink Kava as well making good coffees and teas so long as you work with them.They host events as well like karaoke on Wednesdays for one.
Stopped by today around 1:30pm to check out the baked goods!! They have delicious brownies(no nuts in the brownies!!) and huge cookies!! Staff was extremely friendly and even offered me a shell! Used to go to the old location and finally had the chance to stop by !! So clean and such good energy from the moment you walk in !
I recently visited this charming kava bar, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner is an absolute sweetheart, going out of their way to ensure every guest feels at home.What really stood out to me was the expertise of their main barista, Kaub. He is so knowledgeable about everything they have to offer, making excellent recommendations and providing insightful information about the different kava varieties and their effects.Whether you’re a seasoned kava enthusiast or new to the experience, this place is a must-visit. I work 24 hour shifts and this place is my stop while I wait for traffic to die down before I head to Broward. Great kava, great teas, great service, great atmosphere. If you’re in the neighborhood, definitely stop by, even if you just want a good cup of coffee! Don’t forget to get something from the snack menu. My favorite is the pepperoni pizza!
Ive been going to The Chill Room for over a year now. Im there every Wednesday for open mic and always have a good time. If youre looking for a place to relax then this is where you should come. The environment is very friendly. There are always familiar faces there. I consider a couple of the bartenders to be friends. Ive introduced several friends to this place and now were among the regulars. They have a lot of games for customers to enjoy with friends such as Chess, Cards Against Humanity, UNO and many more. The owners are warm and welcoming and make sure that everyone is enjoying themselves.If you love karaoke, I highly recommend you join us on Wednesday night. Open mic starts at 9, but if you wanna beat the crowd and be among the first performers, get there an hour or even half an hour earlier.Ive made several friends within the last year of coming here. Some of the familiar faces I see are people I went to high school with, or other regulars.
I haven’t been there yet but wanted to drop a review for their customer service. They were closing at noon and I called in to ask what time they close. The guy was super sweet to say he could prepare something if I wanted to place an order. Will definitely visit this place some other time but great customer service. Keep it up guys!

I have known these wonderful owners since their first store, which opened in 2015. 9yrs later I still only come to them. Just recently started going here at night a few weeks ago, and wow, what a great atmosphere. You can play pool, drink kava, vape, bring youre ipad/laptop and just make friends with amazing people. They have open Mic, Bingo, trivia, and something going on every night. No matter the day it is always an awesome time. Lot of Love to Rob, Joey, and Jessica!
I’m becoming a regular at this Kava Bar, and for good reason. The vibes and atmosphere is unmatched, and it’s a great place to meet new people and bond over a cup of kava playing pool or chess. The Chill Room is the bomb. Come over here get your kava. Colton is a great server, so is Kaub and Mikey. Great people, very nice, excellent customer service. The owners are very welcoming. The environment is very open and friendly, nice chill place to hang out at, the atmosphere makes it very relaxing on top of the already great relaxing kava they offer. Their kratom is really effective too, does the job better than most kava bars. Open mic on Wednesday’s (Thursdays in some locations) is a whole vibe, talent from all over West Palm come in and showcase their talent. The place is often packed full of customers and performers, so for a musician this is a good people to network. Not even just to network, just coming here to meet people and hang out is a guaranteed good time. So for your next night out in the city with your friends come to the Chill Room you guys will definitely enjoy it. I vouch for these guys, they are building an empire in the years to come.
Relaxing & cozy atmosphere, lots of options of places to sit, large drink menu of different nonalcoholic drinks including ones without kava & kratom. I had the Citrus Zinger & the Mozzarella Sticks and they were both pretty good. I did ask to dilute my drink because the kratom taste was a bit strong for me but the overall relaxing affects made working on my laptop here a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to relax & do work or just hangout with friends.
This place is amazing all staff here are so sweet and attentive. Great explanations on what is served here and what there is to offer. The drinks are colorful, creative, and tasty. Walked in met Kevin, Elliot and Eddie the bartender and was welcomed like I was family had my very 1st experience with Kratom, I was totally unfamiliar with it and he made me a blood orange pomegranate tea!!! Not only delicious but has medicinal properties as well. Great products, great people, and the best vibes. Been coming here since I’ve moved to Florida a couple years back and have made lifelong friends, and opened doors to great opportunities. The family running the business cares a lot about selling a clean product as well as building connections with their customers. The bartenders are all very knowledgeable about what is being sold, and they do a good job at making new-comers feel comfortable and welcomed to a place that many consider their second home. I have always been a supporter of Chill Rooms! It’s my favorite cafe to get work done on my laptop or to just lounge around.They have really elevated the kava/kratom community in terms of atmosphere and customer service, not to mention their menu goes above and beyond most other kava bars. They are helping kava bars feel more universal and approachable.This was my first time trying out their new Lake Worth Beach location, and I was having trouble finding it. (My GPS was saying it was on the other side of the street).So I called, and was pleasantly surprised then when Adam went the extra mile to put a flag outdoors to help me find the location easier. I love coming to the chill room, not just to drink all of their amazing drinks but to also hangout and meet up with friends. The Chill Room is one of the nicest kava bars Ive ever been to. Lovely atmosphere and place to meet new people and hang out with your friends. At night, it gets crowded and then its sometimes hard to order drinks, but other than that, food and drinks are really good, and its always a great time!

WARM UP at THE CHILL ROOM!!! Amazing, informed, and attentive staff. The Chill Room attracts kind and friendly clients. My first experience with Kava and Kratom went really well. It was so well explained by Jessie and Coby. I had some previous information before my first visit from Kevin who seems to know everything about everything! I was able to try different types of beverages and found something pretty quickly that is now my go to drink. Met Mikey who was so kind, Lynn who taught me about different teas and kava and Robert who is the rock and core of the place. They were all so incredibly helpful in learning about kava and kratom and made me feel like a part of the family and not someone who knew nothing. My second visit was like entering into an episode of Friends or Cheers minus the alcohol. So much to do here and everyone remembers your name!!! This visit was Karaoke night and that was a totally different vibe than my first, but just as fun. Nice variety of people and just a joy filled place to be. Lake Worth and surrounding residents are so lucky to have this place. Finally a place to hang out with friends, make new friends, and just CHILL!!! The world definitely needs more chill rooms!

Jessie and Coby are the only ones I have had the pleasure of meeting, and I have to say honestly from there amazing customer service and the layout of your beautiful establishment - it is now my favorite Kava bar to come too. It’s not just cause you have more options of amazing drinks and combos - how you also have a vape spot in the back….. but it’s specifically how personable and amazing your employees mentioned above give me the feeling of being welcomed and happy to see me when I come in. I see them treat all customers like that, and it provides the family vibe I feel is the most important things to have and keep a Kava Bar growing and prospering.
I have been coming here since before the pandemic, since they had originally 2 shops. My husband and I are loyal customers. They usually have everything we need for our vape. I break my glass constantly and some how they usually have an extra or another option temporarily. Jess is amazing. Knowing her and the other knowledgeable employees have been awesome. We always recommend this place as well. Im not a kava person buy this is a beautiful chill room with lots of actives and a fun hangout.

First impression was decent, I brought in my broken glass piece asking for a repair, I was greeted nicely, and felt like everything would be good getting my piece fixed. The guy who tried fixing my piece assured it wouldn’t be that big of a deal stating that he has been blowing glass for over 20 years. He told me I could knock it out quick tonight if I wanted to stick around. So I stuck around and a little bit of time goes past, and I asked him how much longer you think? He said oh it won’t be done until tomorrow..I would have just left and came back the next day. So I come back the next day and who tried fixing my piece says we had major issues, and now my glass piece looks completely messed up. Not only that I would ask him a simple question and he would just say I don’t even know what you’re talking about like I was offending him asking a question. I would not recommend getting your piece fixed here, and on top of that he had me run out to the local gas station to get him butane to fix my piece, so I went and got it thinking he was gonna fix my piece no problem. I honestly just thought things were gonna be handled a little more professionally.

I came in tonight and this place is so aesthetically pleasing. The kava and the kratom were smooth and strong. There were games like pool(billiards) & jenga that you can play while enjoying their beverages. The energy was great in here and it’s a beautiful place. I highly recommend you check it out!
First time at this location and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They have many different Kava drinks that i havent seen at other locations. The smoke room was amazing, blown glass and fun art that you can actually use. Karaoke night/open mic night on Wednesday and reggae night on monday and many more. Very relax, comfy environment.
Out of the handful of kava lounges I’ve been to in South Florida, this is the best one, hands down. It’s one of the things I’m really going to miss when I move.The inside of this place is immaculate. You can tell the owners really care about the integrity of the space and that a lot of thought has been put into the decor.The owners are very nice. All the bartenders are nice. A few of the bartenders also really know their stuff and almost seem passionate about sharing their knowledge with you.Now I will say, there have been a handful of times that I’ve noticed some inconsistency in the batches of Kratom when I’ve purchased growlers (ranging from really freakin’ strong to kinda weak). It doesn’t happen all the time and most of the time I’m very happy with what I get. I think maybe this is more of a recommendation for the owners to push for a little more consistency. ;)

I started frequenting here around 6 months ago from a friends suggestion, and I have to say, this is one of the most well run family owned businesses I’ve ever seen. I personally had 0 Kava or Kratom knowledge prior to going, so the bartenders had to walk me through some of the menu items at first. It can seem a bit intimidating, but you’ll get the hang of it quickly once you order a few drinks.Every Wednesday, the Chill Room hosts a karaoke night, where people can sign up to perform on stage. This usually draws a large crowd, and a TON of insane vocal talent.There’s also a pool table, which provides a great visual centerpiece for the room, as well as a fun activity. However, the one suggestion I’d make would be to invest in a higher quality pool table, as the one that’s currently set up has some table sinking issues on one of the corner pockets, which can make games frustrating to play at times for everyone involved. Nothing too fancy or crazy, but a slightly larger one that’s balanced correctly would be perfect - and it would make the regulars enjoy their time at the chill room that much more.Management isn’t afraid to make changes if necessary to improve the experience of staff and customers (unlike large corporations) And there doesn’t seem to be the stereotypical stinginess or “click” you’ll sometimes find with your run-of-the-mill family owned business.The owners of this place are the type to shake your hand and smile when you walk in, whether you’re a seasoned veteran or checking the chill room out for the very first time. This makes trying out any new spot that much more inviting, and I’d wager you wouldn’t regret the decision to do so.

Im from out of town looking for a memorable experience. When searching places near Boynton Beach to relax The Chill Room was top of the list and for good reason. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting where musical instruments greeted me and hospitality awaited me at the longest bar Ive yet to see anywhere. The Kratom Raspberry Lemonade was yummy and lived up to my expectation. The Kava Shot, a gift for a first timer was interestingly reminiscent of mushrooms and dirt but the pineapple chaser was a nice distraction for my tastebuds, which after only seconds were numb, Ora gel like. The staff and patrons were welcoming. I will definitely return before I travel on.Happi

The bartenders Jessie, Brooke, Skylar, and Colton are the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. My favorite thing to do every time I go is to ask for a “surprise” drink and they always deliver the best and highest quality drinks. Unlike other Kava bars I’ve been to their shells aren’t chalky and served with a slice of fresh pineapple. My favorite kava selection is the Tiki Breeze Shot and my favorite Kratom selection is a kiwi-passion fruit tea. They serve 3 Dragon’s Kratom on tap (Blackberry, Peach, and Pomegranate). If Kava and Kratom isn’t your thing they also serve a variety of freshly brewed teas and coffee. Also if you’re in the mood for a snack they have a variety of hot foods and muffins to choose from, vegetarian and vegan options included. On Wednesday there’s open-mic night that starts from around 8:30pm-12am where everyone exhibitions their various musical talents.
This is a really nice family business. It is definitely a chill room recently. They have glass blowing classes as well as beautiful glass equipment. They have a real nice place to just sit up front in Hangout. Stop on by and give them a try.
Came here with a friend for open mic night, it has your usual vape/kava kind of crowd but these people are as kind as can be. The owner is SO personable and the rest of the staff is just as friendly, the clientele, while you might want to form opinions at the door, are all friendly and open. This is truly a chill room Will definitely come for future events!
I love the Chill Room! Stop by almost every day after the gym on the way home. Great drinks, Brookes always behind the bar making you feel at home! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Awesome place! been coming here for little over a year now, and it never gets old. They have pool tables, chess boards, tons of tvs, board games, and most importantly... AMAZING drinks. I suggest a green kratom tea with whatever flavors you like. Highly suggest paying this place a visit.

Went in there today because I bought a product from another store that was defective. Staff was amazing....I think his name was Joe. Really went out of his way to help me being I am totally new to vaping. Now I have to try the Kava. Definitely going back for all my accessories and the Kava. Thanks again.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I got exactly what I came for both times they had it their. The vibe is cool it really is chill. Wish they had some more chairs or couches near the kava bar though, it was kinda crowded down their and every bar stool and chair was taken. But very good experience the kratum was awesome, definitely guna go again
I’ve been drinking Kratom and Kava for the past 5 years and hands down the best Kratom always consistent. The Kava is all lateral roots and is amazing. The best part is the service and the owner Robert and his family. This is a family business it’s an awesome atmosphere w out the “clickiness” of most places. Bulaaaaa!!!!!

Came in there with my friend and they were rude to him. So I went in to buy a stig, waited at the vape bar for quite a while, was clearly acknowledged and was never assisted. I felt disrespected I’ve been going to this place since it’s opening and now whenever I come in I never feel welcomed by the staff. I’m 19 always have my id, never rude or loud. Just a normal customer who wants to buy this places products. So I don’t understand why I have to feel unwelcome. Makes me not want to come here anymore, wouldn’t even recommend it to someone else because of the staff
I’ve gone to other kava bars but this one beats all of them ! The owners make you feel so welcomed even the staff is super friendly ! They have such cool kava drinks that most places don’t and the have events almost all week ! And the glass room is awesome so many things to choose from! 10/10

One of the best and most relaxing places that you can visit in Palm Beach County. They have different events taking place every night ranging from live music to open mic night to comedy shows to classes on how to juggle and do the hula hoops to dance music to glass blowing lessons and the list goes on, and on, Etc.The atmosphere is very chill, the bartenders are very welcoming, and in addition its pet friendly and vape friendly.So even if you have never tried kava, come in and have a shell and you will not regret it
Not sure who they buy their kava from but they should stop. I order the powder kava and it comes like super dry saw dust. Seems like it was picked like 10 years ago. 4 out of 5 times I was able to see what it looks like coming up. Not a good time, the root is far from noble and really need to think about switching suppliers Not matter how it is packaged from the islands its a lie. Non noble stale kava. Maybe even some saw dust included. Very good if youre Boleymic.
I am consistantly blown away by the quality of the people and products offered by The Chill Room. I was a regular here for a long time but the last few times I was went in there all the baristas stared at me and told me to wait a minute while they had conversations, 30 minutes the first-time which made me late for clocking in from my break but I couldnt just leave because he already made the drink but didnt cash me out. I got written up at work and I gotta say Im kind of annoyed. I went in there again tonight to a similar vibe but left because I had to get back to work and wasnt even given a chance to order.

The name says it all, the chill room is to me the new place to hang out, meet, drink, vape, even learn how to mold glass.(that last one is super true. This a place where you can chill, vape, while listening to sick mixes, and drinking something exotic. Highly recommended.
Love this place I go here a couple times a week, great prices, great environment, attentive bar tenders and great daily deals. I’d suggest the Thursday kava drink it’s usually blueberry lemonade and it is delicious.

Newest and worst customer service in the area... I called in to ask if the q2 POINT 6 coils were in stock NOT POINT 4. I asked a total of 4 times over the phone and was told to come in. Upon arriving I asked another two times to verify they were .6 not .4 again was told yes yes not to worry. As the inexperienced employee proceeded to take my money before EVEN CHECKING THE BOX I took it upon myself to check the box myself and sure enough they were the .4...... he checked nervously through every box only to admit he had lied to me and been negligent.. I drove 30 min to be lied to a total of 6 times worst experience ever will never be back.
