Crystal Massage & Foot Spa

So I came here today as I was in a ton of pain. Mary greeted me with a smile, and then asked if I would be paying with cash or a card. I told her card and then she asked for me to pay for the massage up front. I declined as this is NOT how it works. The massage was not terrible, however it wasn’t great either.Once the massage was over I was checking out and I gave her 22% tip. I know how it is when working for tips and trying to make a living. The problem I have is that she had the nerve to tell me “that is not enough, it should be more!!!!” Seriously????My fault and I will never do it again or go there again. This is not a good way to run a business - might want to brush up on customer service skills 👍🏻This is why I gave a 1 star review.

My massage here by Mary was excellent. There was a bit of a language barrier, but the massage she gave me more than made up for it. She is intuitive and knew exactly where to go. She even gave me some Chinese medicine to help my muscles. Ill be returning!

The massage was good but I had a hard time understanding with their language barrier but they were very sweet. I wouldn’t go back because they are very money hungry and need to understand that you are not obligated to give a tip although I did she wasn’t grateful for it she was pushing for way more money. Comparing my tip to everyone else.

Very aggressive on the massage and they want the tip that they want no what the customer can even you talk to them. Also, I feel that they have a bad attitude with their customers besides that it happened with the customers that were before us. We didn’t like the massage that we didn’t expect!

My friend and I made separate reservations, we each chose a different therapist, received confirmation emails. We show up and the woman tells us she is busy and to call the number in the business card. I call the owner I assume tells me that they only have one masseuse that can see one of us later. I don’t recommend using their online service for booking, it should not be an option if they are not going to use it.

I went today to have a foot and leg massage place name Crystal massage foot at 7318 Lake worth roa, Lake worth, fl 33467 and the front desk lady came out with her mouth full of food, chewing and with a mystery question; asking me in how I was gonna pay the services, I picked the foot massage 1/2 hours and I said with cesto card, as I could barely understand her, she guided me to one of their beds and she insisted to pay her in cash because her boss said so, and before it was even performed, and since I told her to do the service and then I pay as in any business is done, I am willing to pay for the service plus a tip, with a credit card but instead, she got upset and kicked me out of the place, because her boss said ¡no pay up front, no service ! What kind of business is this ? I wonder if she even have legal residency status to be working here in the states and to her boss, you cannot allow your employ to mistreat the clients that goes in to your business in good faith!!That is the most humiliated experience I ever had. I will advise the better business bureau, trip advisor, social media companies and local authorities about this unusual kind of business that is operating at lake worth road, very disgusting !! I am sure the are avoiding to pay the corresponding taxes with this kind of malpractice; also I will advise the IRS fraud division to place a visit to this establishment.

They listed a Groupon offer, and when u called to make an appointment, they said they don’t accept that Groupon offer anymore. Poor customer relation

Weve been regulars here for years, my girlfriend and I, but this time they insisted on a 20% minimum per person. I felt pressured to conform to this new policy, especially since I typically leave 18%. The whole situation left a sour taste, and unfortunately, we wont be returning. They need to know the definition of tip shouldn’t be mandatory.

Had an appointment for 5pm, arrived at 450 and no one was there. Waited till 5, tried to knock and call the number and no answer. Sign on the door said open, hours posted said they should be open. Im a new mom and finding child care to be able to get out to do something for myself is very difficult and it was very disappointing to now get the massage I needed.

Came at 830 at night for a couples full body massage and was pleasantly surprised. Honestly one of the best massages I’ve had. Thank you! Will be back.

I’ve been going to massage places all over the country for 20-plus years, and I rate this place at the bottom of my list. A few issues were found, but I wanted to point out major ones:1. The lady needs to learn how to read the clock correctly. My appt was at 7pm. I arrived at around 6:65pm. I purchased a 90-min massage and was done by 8:16pm, despite starting a few minutes after 7pm. She pointed to the clock on the wall that said 7:46pm (which is wrong) and the credit card receipt that had time-stamped at 18:51 (which is off by a few mins), which was ok but neither added up to 90 minutes. Her clock and credit card reader doesn’t match anyways.2. Her website shows $69/hr for 60 mins and $49 for 30 mins but inside has $70/hr and $50/30 mins. No big deal, but when I asked for 90 mins, she added $70 + $50 for 90 mins. I argued with her that’s not how it works. Usually, 90 min costs 1.5 times 60 mins. She didn’t have 90-min pricing on her list. But she arbitrarily added the $70 and $50, though she charged me $115, with a discount, she said. Very limited English, so my conversation was almost nonsensical. Note: the following day, she listed the 90-min pricing at $110.3. Her massage techniques aren’t very good. She kept going back to the same spot (back) for almost an hour—no conversation about where my issues were, how the pressure was, none of that.4. Websites photos are mixed with real images and fake photos. That’s fine, but if your expectations are based on what you saw on the website, you’re in for a huge disappointment.5. Room and blankets aren’t very pleasant for industry standards. Not much to say about them.

For my first time at Crystal, it was amazing. Ive been to many locations to be let down with a sub-par massage but Sammy made me feel like a noodle and I felt fantastic.Definitely recommend, especially Sammy. She was nice and attentive.Will be coming back, as it is by far the best massage I have received in PBC.

Therapist ended after 45 minutes for a 60 min full body massage. I had to remind her I had another 15 minutes and that my feet werent done yet. She also left the room 3 times during the massage. Some of the massage was helpful but half of it was just applying prolonged pressure. First time I never left a tip which I felt was justified. Wont be going back.

I was at this place a while back, and I keep meaning to book another foot massage. It was amazing. Value for money, and they were so good at what that do.

You would assume by the amount of good reviews that this place would be at least half of whats expected. Walked in Sunday afternoon around 2:45pm , I was greeted after waiting a few moments, there I let the woman know i needed 60mins body massage . She said $70 and prompted me to pay before receiving any service . I was alarmed a bit; but continued and paid due to the amount of good reviews i read. (Keep in mind the time ) we started at 2:55pm The first 20mins she was stepping on my back and I must say i never felt pain like this while being massaged . Heels jabbing in to my back every few mins i began to wondering when would she do something different. She stepped on every body part, arms back legs even hands, idk if thats common practice but again I remained calm. I say 20/25 mins in she told me to flip over on my back and began to unenthusiastically massage my legs, arms, foot, hand and neck. Now at 30/35 mins i asked if she can do a chopping motion on my back, she began to get a attitude while i flipped over and motion what i needed done. (Oh yea she spoke no English or tried to find staff to translate)Now at 40/45 mins she keep saying “ok ok, you good?” and slowing down as if it was finished . I asked if my hour was up she kept saying yes it’s finished, (time was 3:37pm now) So i asked if i can get more a little more attention on my shoulders she began to huff and puff while she did my shoulders for literally 2-3 mins and said okay , motioning me that my time is finished. So i just grabbed my stuff and began to leave she tried to stop me and ask me to me to tip , Showing me the merchant’s receipt with a blank tip, i cross out the tip line and filled in total for the $70 bucks & stormed out. Never recommend this place ! Never will come back. Im in more pain than when i can in!!!

I had lulu today and it was so wonderful! Ive given massages in my life and it was amazing to feel (because I didnt tell her anything ) she found my sciatic nerve pains and focused heavily on my left side (where I have been experiencing more discomfort as of late). I felt her breath and and release my knots super easily. For 90 mins to have full body, and 30 min reflexology and shiatsu. fantastic.

I have been here three times. I waited to post a review until Ive been there a few times. Reviews are hard to gage on just one visit. The first two were good and then the 3rd was awful. I went on a Sunday morning and wish that Id chosen a different day. Starting with asking for a specific person to do my massage and getting to be informed he was off. Being told that this gentleman was just as good. He was far from being even decent. We were in a room that the church service a few doors down could be heard loud and clear. The walls were shaking from the screaming and singing. It was the farthest thing from relaxing. I tried speaking with the guy doing the massage but he couldnt understand. work of English. I tried getting up but again he had no idea what I was trying to say or do. When I went up front there was nobody in sight. The gentleman put his hand out for the money. I drive over 30 minutes for this place and was such a waste of money. If you do go here, dont go on a Sunday and be careful who you use.

Went for the couples massage today. Amazing! The hot stones were a nice surprise 🔥my girl and I both left feeling great 😉 we cant wait for next time 😌

I had an hour foot massage at Crystal Foot Spa. The lady who did the massage did not speak English, and so I had difficulty trying to tell her when to use more or less pressure. She did not do a good job, I have had foot massages at other businesses and Crystal Foot Massage did not measure up. Take my advice and go elsewhere. I would recommend True Grace Foot Spa instead.

If you need a massage come here! Kevin did a great job on my back when I had pain used oils and all. Spent a lot of time until he got all the kinks out . Madison oil was super friendly and the foot massage was top notch.

Crystal Massage Foot spa is my new go to spa when I’m in need of some pampering! The massage therapists are fantastic and really focus on my needs, from my back and neck after a long day at work to a reflexology foot rub when I’ve been on my feet for hours! They are great at deep tissue massage for muscle aches and getting out knots or Swedish for a more relaxed massage. Any of the therapists are great, especially Mike who has hands of gold! You can even choose from an array of scented oils and lotions, and see if you can recognize the quiet music in the background (it may surprise you)! I highly recommend this spa if you are in the Lake Worth area of Palm Beach!

Had a Groupon for this place. Made an appointment a week ahead of time and mentioned I had a Groupon. When I arrived for the appointment, I was informed that they no longer take Groupons, but that they would be more than happy to sell me the service at the discounted price. If that was the case, they should have mentioned that at the time I made the appointment instead of having wasted my time and gas.

Had a 1:00 appt. Arrived at 12:50 and I was told the girls were busy. Not a good first impression. Why did I make an appointment earlier in the week if it wont be honored? Didnt sound like someone called off or anything, but Im not sure since the lady didnt speak English.

The service here is very pathetic and the massage person is also behaving rude before time completes she is completing the service and they are not listerning to us, single massage stroke dint gave me relaxation and no pressure points at all totally my experience here is very very disappointed and i dont want to give them tip too.

First time visit to Crystal Massage & Foot Spa and very satisfied with the professional staff and very clean business. Tiffany worked out my sore muscles and enjoyed my first foot massage. Very relaxing and highly recommend a visit to Crystal Massage &Foot Spa.

My first visit and got a great massage from Tiffany. I would recommend her and this place to everyone. You should try the body scrub it was amazing and I feel rejuvenated. 👍

Dont use this place. They do not honor their appointments. I drove 25 minutes to get here and then they were going to make me wait another hour. Theyre crazy

They tell you its 1 price then they charge you another price. They dont speak English so they dont understand you at all, and they have no idea what a deep tissue massage is, I got a rub down and not even a full hour, rip off for the price

As of 2/15/20, I have been there 3 times and its just as great as the first time. I always get the 90min combo, and the staff is Amazing!
