Greg is a gifted massage therapist with a calming presence and impeccable technique.I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from him today, and I was blown away by his mastery of massage.He has a deep understanding of anatomy and he used that knowledge to target my specific problem areas.He also has an easy going and humble demeanor which made me feel completely at ease during the massage.I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic massage experience.

I came to Massage Envy in search of relieving muscle tension and tightness. I have been getting massages with Greg over the past year and find that his magic hands help me feel so much better after each visit. His massage style is strong but intuitive. The office is very easy to work with for scheduling/rescheduling and keeping you aware of their services.

I have been going here since 2018 and have had many different massage therapist but GREG by far is the best. He’s knowledgeable and really does a great job working out all the stress spots. The office is always clean and the staff is friendly.

I recently had an amazing experience at this Massage Envy location! The staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating of my muscular dystrophy and wheelchair use. They took the time to learn about my condition and tailored their services to meet my needs. The massage therapist was skilled and gentle, and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I felt truly cared for and supported throughout my visit. I cant wait to go back again! This location is a game-changer for anyone with mobility issues or without - I highly recommend it!

The staff is amazing! I needed a last minute appointment and Tiffany, Allison and Kaelyn made sure I got in with my preferred therapist. And as always, Bertha did an amazing job and my massage was wonderful!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this massage parlor and was fortunate enough to have Greg as my therapist. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was tranquil and inviting, setting the stage for a truly relaxing experience. Greg was absolutely amazing! He recommended the lavender aromatherapy massage, and it was a phenomenal choice.

Clean, professional, relaxing and on time. What else can you ask for in a massage. Drove from Palm Beach because I didn’t want to pay $400 for a 90 min massage. Highly recommend Danny. I told him my back was jacked up and he worked on my knots without causing any pain. Will definitely book again.

I went for peeling facial treatment, first time. Honestly I think it was a waist of money, dont get me wrong the place is very inviting and clean, people are very nice but my treatment was no different that something I could done myself at home. They cleaned my face, no a big deal and then I guess the magic happens when apply some kind of product that burns a little the skin, then a little cream and finish. Supposedly my skin will start to peel at home a little bit while the days pass but nothing happened and they give a kit with creams to follow the treatment at home. I just feel like I had a deep cleaning and not word the money or maybe my skin didnt need a peeling at all, I dont know, all I know is that I am not coming back.

This was my first time here using a gift card that my sister gave to me for my birthday in July. Everyone was friendly, and Pamela did a great job with my facial. I will recommend it to anyone that would like to take some time to relax.

Overall my experience here was great, I was happy with the massage and atmosphere, and most of all everyone was super pleasant and friendly. However I booked for a 1 hour massage and was only treated for 45 min. I know I was the last appointment of the evening and it was late but I paid for an entire hour. I assume the therapist (who again was very good) was just ready to go home as again it was the last appointment of the evening, but I was surprised that when I looked at the time it had not even reached the full hour by the time I got re-dressed.I still paid and tipped well, as I do plan on coming back in the future, but all appointments should be fulfilled to the time requested, as obviously non member pricing has increased.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The front staff is excellent, they are friendly, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. It gets you in the right head space for your massage. Ive used Chris each time. He is very attentive, making sure you are getting the massage that fits you. The worst part of everything is having to get up when the massage is over. 😉

I was falsely advised on their membership benefits, every time I call for an appointment they never have availability for deep tissue massage for the time that I need. I schedule an appointment and they call and cancel with no consideration 25 minutes before my appointment. I would not recommend any friends and family to this location at all. I regret paying a full year of membership with them. Especially when I have to pay to go somewhere else to get massages when I paid a full year there. None of their good Therapist ever stay. I regret ever signing up with them.

I got a gift card for Mother’s Day and I just had my appointment today and it went so well!! This was my first massage so I didn’t know what to expect but Larisa did great at accommodating me and gave an excellent massage and experience!! I am definitely going to get a membership when I am back at work since I am currently on maternity leave. Definitely recommend!! It was so calm and relaxing from the start to the end!! 🥰

I had a deep tissue massage as a birthday gift from my husband with Tony. He was very good. He was able to release a lot of the tension I carry in my neck and upper back. He not only listened to my concerns but he also focused a lot of my session on my target area which I loved. I was a member in the past and I didn’t want to commit to a long year contract but I decided to give it another shot. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you for a relaxing experience!

I have been twice in the last 2 weeks with my 3rd appt set for tomorrow. The front desk staff have been great and made the in/out process super smooth. The facility is also in perfect condition. My therapist, Cindy, was very attentive to my needs. She quickly identified the areas around my upper arms and shoulders that needed immediate attention and I plan on returning as often as possible to continue the progress she has already made correcting the damage I do to myself on a regular basis. Very happy with the service overall and will be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future.

I enjoy getting my weekly Massages with Marco at the Lakeworth Massage Envy. Hes very Professional and obviously takes pride in his job. He is also very knowledgeable and makes great recommendations based on his observations. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for me and everything looks very clean. I love that theyre doing their best to follow safety protocols put in place because of Covid 19. They do take your temperature at the entrance ect. Overall my experience has been great 🙂

The front desk girls are always pleasant! Ive been going to this location for almost a year if not more and I have never had a bad experience. Definitely love having my membership with them.

When I arrived, I smelled terribly and it was close to closing time.With that in mind, the front desk associate treated me like a king even if I wanted a massage or treatment, but I was just buying a few items as a gift. She clarified the current available promotions and I was able to make a purchase.The location is fantastic except for the parking lot. I don’t recommend visiting the location when the sun goes down. The parking lot looks like it’s part of a horror movie set with how the lighting is compared to other parking lots.

Don’t waste your money with this company. They have massage therapist that don’t give you what you book for and have rude managers like Tiffany that try to play on your intelligence and they charge cards that they don’t have permission to charge and then try to give you an ultimatum. Naw go somewhere else because this place is a joke.They also lie. They had no permission to charge my bank card. I specifically told one of their receptionist not to use one of my debit card use a credit card and they charged that very card I instructed her not to use. I hung up in her face because Tiffany was trying to give me a ultimatum. Don’t be fooled by this location. You should have helped me when I called to cancel by sending me the appropriate documents months ago.

I suffer from daily back pain. I went to get a one hour full body massage. The massage was amazing done by a true professional Kyia highly recommend this location.

The front desk and massage therapists, at this location, are awesome! They listen to your concerns and needs. They’re alway making sure you’re satisfied with the service and asking questions on how they can better do things. I noticed that everyone is super stringent about cleanliness. As soon as you walk in they take your temperature and make you wash your hands. They’re always wearing masks and require you to wear them as well. They said they need to take extra precautions because of Covid. That’s really good.

My first time ever getting a massage by a therapist at Massage Envy and I’d have to admit I was very impressed. Ariel is very kind and super professional. He accommodates your needs, as requested. Things are clean and smell nice! They always ask if I am comfortable and if I need anything. Ive had several different therapists, and all were excellent. Each is unique and brings their own skills and personality.

Usually, people post a note of complaint. This is not that kind of note. I want to commend the esthetician, Farah. It has been a long time since I had a facial, and I was somewhat apprehensive. Farah made me feel very comfortable. She explained every step and was very knowledgeable about the products and equipment. I asked a few questions, and she impressed me with how well she knew her job. She was well informed on all the products and described all their function and essential natural ingredients. She made sound recommendations. She was thorough in her job, and I commended her. She explained that she loved her work and people and that she had been one of the top students in her class, noting that only three students from the group were able to pass and be certified. She was one of those students. She explained that although the two years courses were intense, it was easy for her because she was genuinely interested in this field. Naturally, anything interesting becomes easy, even if it is not.In any case, if you are looking to get a facial, I highly recommend Farah. She is professional, articulate, and knows her stuff. Massage Envy is lucky to have such a prized employee.Kudos Farah!

WOW!!! Today was my second visit to Massage Envy Lake Worth and it was just as amazing as my 1st visit. Claudia was my therapist the 1st time and she was amazing, I left feeling renewed--I had found the perfect therapist!!! Today Michael C. was my therapist since Claudia want available and let me tell you WOW--he was amazing--Michaels hands are magical. Ive been a dental hygienist for 33 years, my neck and back are one big gnarly knotty mess. Michael listen to my concerns-he focused on my problem areas and it was amazing, I left feeling so much better. Im counting down the days to my next massage by Michael C. To top it off the front desk ladies are very welcoming and professional, the spa is spotless and clean, the whole place is amazing, Im so happy my bestie got me to try them out, I loved it so much Ive become a member and look forward to my monthly massages and more....... This place is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the place is clean and well run. Jaime is an excellent masseuse- she is very knowledgeable and skilled in her field. I go to Jaime regularly because I have MS, and the work she does with me has decreased my stiffness and helps me with my mobility.

Good massage but the lady talked a lot and I didn’t always wanna talk . Should follow cues from clients and we can entertain you the entire appointment. Even though I gave no indication that I wanted to talk she proceeded to to tell me about her past surgeries and late clients and the inconvenience that it causes her 🥴😭

This location is under new management and ownership. Therapists are very experienced and many of them have been there for years and years. Ariel, Carol, William and Polly have been there for 8 to 9 years and are amazing therapists. Front desk are big on customer service and I can bet you will be greated with a warm welcome, and hot tea, fruit infused water, or a cookie. They are like a big family, and I like that from a business.

The entire staff are helpful and professional. My massage therapist Antonio is helping me manage my neck and back problems especially the herniated discs in my neck. He also stretches me for 30 minutes prior to I massage there is nothing like it I highly recommend him and this facility. I love to get a massage and just relax and zone out for a hour. I have never had a bad experience. I always feel great afterward and book my appointment for the next week. Working on the computer all day my neck and shoulders sufffer. I go twice a month, my body thanks me.

The office staff are great with their screening of patients. The initial screening if you havent been since the office has opened up again or first time is detailed and along the guidelines that have been set. Walking through you can tell that they are on top of sanitizing throughout.

Ive been to every location in Palm Beach County and this is the BEST clinic Ive EVER been to! The customer service is the greatest Ive ever seen. The front desk girls are super cute! And all the therapists are awesome.

Wonderful experience from begining to end. Warm gretting and tasty orange water to drink before the massage. Victoria was my masseuse and she was very accommodating, such a sweet person too! Felt so relaxed afterward! My best friend had Michael as her masseuse and she said he was so great as well. Well definitely be back.

My wife scheduled a couples massage and when we showed up on time for our appointment my wife wasn’t scheduled but I was. What kind of place schedules a couples massage for one? A lady walked in late behind us and was seen right away taking the very same guy my wife was scheduled for. They said they were trying to get someone to come in early to accommodate us but that didn’t work. So they apologized. That was it. Not offering us any other solution. So we walked out. Not going back to this place. They don’t know how to schedule people is my guess. Do they purposely screw new customers? This would’ve been our first time with this place. Guess we will have to take our business elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this particular Massage Envy location for close to two years now. I’ve never had a bad experience with them, everybody’s so courteous, professional, and the massage is always on point. I’m glad to have found this place as I’m very much satisfied with the service they offer.

I made a same day appointment and received a phone call from a front desk associate confirming my appointment and asking COVID questions, etc. I have been going to Massage Envy for years and I have a membership. This is the first time an employee has asked me if I had had any recent surgeries/procedures. When I disclosed that I had had an extremely minor out patient procedure to my heel about a month ago she informed me that I was not eligible for service because it had been less than 6 months and I didnt have a doctors note. Why would I have a doctors note for a simple in-office procedure that I walked out of? I should have just answered no. I tried to explain how simple the procedure was to the associate but she wasnt interested. Ill be cancelling my membership today. Who knows, next time I go to the dentist they may tell me I have to wait 6 months to come back.

I recently visited this Massage Envy and they were EXCELLENT! Everything from the Front Desk staff to my massage with Massage Therapist Antonio. Once I walked through the door everyone welcomed me with a huge smile and they were all so helpful. I went in feeling terrible and left feeling extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend going to this location.

Found out recently that from my wife that they have aggressive men like perverts working behind the doors. Me and my wife booked a couples appointment only for them to tell us we didnt book a couples room. And my masseuse was 10minutes late that she didnt make up. It seems like all the good masseuse they had just got up and left I wonder why. I think since I started they went through 2-3 store managers and like 8 perverts.

Ive been going in to the Lake Worth store for massage and stretch for a while now. I use Mike and Antonio and both therapists are wonderful. Everyone here is super nice and accomodating. They help me control my low back pain.

I have being a client of massage envelope for over 5 yearsDuring Covid all services were suspended I had over five services pre-paid for during my membership time with Massage Envy.when the country began opening back I was given an extension for my services which I paid for in advance I called recently to use my services and I was informed that I no longer can use it this as it expired .This is very unreasonable as those were pre-paid on my monthly membership which was alway paid on time as a client .If that was the case I should have been give the option to get vouchers for the service without and expired date to use as I wishSadly I paid for a service that was never recieved .

I love spa day at ME. As a member I’m able to save up my hour of service and apply it to a spa day once a quarter. I always look forward to my stretch, massage (1.5 hrs is must) and facial! Thanks ME for your professionalism and great service!

I always love coming to my monthly massages at Massage Envy in Lake Worth. Honestly, its changed my life. I suffer from severe inflamation through my entire body. I am also very active in a couple forms of martial arts, so I tend to work my body hard. I use to always say , oh I should go get a massage, but never find time or just get lazy after work. Now I have monthly appointments, so I make I go. But Im so glad I did, I feel a million times better. I no longer suffer from pain. When Ive had a hard day and am a little sore after intence work outs or a martial arts event, I feel great the next day after I have my massage. I will continue to go monthly. I really feel its improved my life overall. No pain means Im happier and can do more. Feeling good makes me want to eat better too.Ariel has been my therapist for about 2 or 3 years now. Hes great at deep tissue & getting to know his clients. I can just go in there and he finds all the spots that needs attention. I have actually moved to East Boynton, but I still travel to this location each month to see Ariel.The waiting room & massage rooms are quiet & comfortable. The office staff is also always great and super nice. They know my name as soon as I walk in and always great me and offer tea or water. They are very knowleged at their jobs, they always smile & are great. I love this location, they are like family.

Absolutely horrible service. We arrived on time and they still docked us 10 minutes from the massage. The massage itself was sub par and they didnt put much effort into it. I didnt give a great tip because the service and the woman was Upset like she is entitled to make money even with providing poor service. After a terrible massage the worst part is they put high pressure sales tactics on you to sign up for the monthly contact. Save your money and go to a spa. The attitude is not customer orientated and they are like corporate robots.

Rachel is the best, she might be petit but homegirl can do a good deep tissue! I was here for the first time last week. Rachel was my therapist and she is really good and knows what shes doing. The only thing is they are a little pricey in my opinion. 90 dollars for 1 hour. Still worth it though

This is actually a shame because the therapist are good the place is commercialized and they will rob your time they stopped my massage 10 min before done so I can get dress , if you are minutes late is deducted from your massage time I feel like I was left with more pain than what I came with just because my massage wasn’t completed .

I feel a great connection with the staff. Even when they are busy, they still greet me every time. All the therapists I have had were great, and they told me how to get free stuff, like writing this review!

I have only been here a handful of times, but on my first visit, I was very lucky to have JT as my therapist! Not only is he well spoken, knowledgeable, educated, calm spirited and kind, but he has magic hands! He has such an amazing energy, and he knows how to transfer it through his work. I have always had problems with my shoulders, and when getting massages by others, it has only hurt or been uncomfortable, but JT has made it a great experience every time, knowing what I can or can not handle. Thank you JT, and the staff at massage envy! I appreciate you all! 😊

DONT BOTHER, SCAM!!!! called to cancel the monthly membership and they said they would send me a form to my email to cancel, instead they immediately billed me. I will be disputing and making it a point to let everyone know to not only due business with this location but this company as a whole. I hope my $65 was worth the hell coming your way.

This place was horrible, massage was horrible.. The staff was very unprofessional and rude.. They dont change the sheets after each customer, I wouldnt be surprised if they have bed bugs. This place doesnt deserve not even one star.
