These guys are great, I come to get things for my wife, and always help me find what she likes.

Went in today to exchange a faulty vape and didn’t realize it was past the 48 mark. Ok that is fine but when I asked to smell a candle the guy working said “yeah as long as you don’t run out of the store with it!” So I asked “has that been an issue before?” And he said “no” and then tried to back peddle. Basically the guy was insulting me and insinuating, that I am a thief. This really bothered me. This is the second issue I have had with them. I asked for a job before and basically was told they don’t hire women there. Like ummm that is discrimination and sexist. So yeah I am not happy with this place at all.

Vapor shop is no exchange or refund, a problem of its own. Had bought two disposable CBD pens and one only puffed a couple of times and the other was leaking. The associate didnt make it known to me that I could try it in the store, but either way in the long run the pens were a dud and you arent exchange after you leave the store. Save your money and find a shop that lets you exchange.

It will not allow me to give 0 stars. Incompetent staff that will lie to make a sale. Be warned if you go in to buy a vaporizer and juice you might walk out with e-juice and a dry herd vaporizer. Tried to take the unopened one back still in shrink wrap to get what I had originally asked for when I went in the first time and was met by a different staff member that says they cant do anything about it. Will be returning Monday when the manager will supposedly be there.Update : I still stand by my assessment of the regular employees as well as the store policy but, the manager Brandon goes out of his way to make things right and to help customers, he is also very knowledgeable about the vaping products. Will shop there again but only when he is working

Great store. Enormous selection. Much more than just a vape store. All the CBD/Delta-8/Kratum you could need and a great choice on juice selections and deals. The reward program is really cool too. Cant beat the prices either. The prices alone blow the other shop in town away.
