I arrived at 9:52 AM, the sign said it opens at 10AM. It is 10:05AM and still closed, so I left and bo longer using them. I am going to discount Smoke down road since they answered phone and was open.Way to run a business purple haze, learn to open and close on time.

These people are so pushy, and can not understand the word no! I go in for something and the staff will not stop pushing to cross sell, even after no , I am good, I do not need has been repeated over and over again. I go for a cart, they try to insist that i purchase a wasteful and environmentally damaging plastic disposable. I want only one, but was literally harassed to buy more than one. And then flower..I do not smoke flower I said this over and over again but they literally stuck flower in my face and tried to force me to smoke a sample. I only go there if I am in a pinch, I could go half a mile up Seminole Blvd to Viper, get much better product for half the price, be treated with respect and not have to expose myself to the vibe Leo has created in his store. ( very low moral with his staff).And they are dishnest.. claiming their carts are 95% thc and charging $40 for a gram.I can only imagine how many they have triggered..pushing their the products like dope pushers.Id love to see the analysis on this95% thc cartridge.. very honestly, Budget carts are so much more effective.If you value you your immediate mental health and dont want to be aggressively pushed to buy what you do not want ( then be spoken to like you are a problem) go elsewhere..there certainly isnt a shortage of good head shops in the area.Respect yourself because these people certainly will not respect you.

I just stopped at the store, was looking for just some pre rolls, desere waited on me and Ill tell you shes amazing in sales, Ive been in sale my whole life, she a great up sales kind of girl, she talked to me all about the difference ones she had, then i just mentioned if she had a vape i had in my pocket, she said no, but we have these pre filled chaste and throw away, wasnt planning on buying any thing more than the prerolls, $70 later Im walking out with every thing, this girl deserves a raise, oh and she gave me a discount because i bought multiple things, great job, great service,Thank youT.

Prices Way too high. The owner was rude. The young blonde girl who was new was friendly and helpful.

Stopped here omw to 1st Friday and girls night. I live up in Tampa so I cant come here as often as I could. But the story has a lot of variety in products. I especially loved meeting one of the staff members, Sydney! Shes awesome and I loved her energy so much! Ill definitely be stopping by next time I need products and hopefully I get to be there when shes in 🥰🥰

Nice place for your smoking needs of all sorts. Between the large verity of glass pipes to the bongs or smoking papers or even vape items. Helpful staff and informing on their deals they have. Cost seems a light on the higher end but you pay for what you get quality.

Like I said I had bad pains, In my spine, hips and legs, the gals were very knowledgeable and treated me with respect and sold me the proper things to use for my pains. I tried the gummies, bit the pain went away really quickly . I highly recommend these gals they know what they have without having a medical card for pain.Love this place.

This is a follow up post from a few days ago. It was about being new to CBD. Leo and the crew pointed me in the right direction. Its only been a couple days but I do feel an improvement. So far so good.

Extremely over priced. Not really too sure why they have good reviews at all. Went in there for a replacement puffco ceramic bowl and they want to charge 12.99 for a single one…. I pay 15.99 for 3 online and at 3 other shops in the same town. A lot of the glass seems to be single blown and priced at top shelf value. All of the delta products they have are over priced as well. 30$ for a cart that I paid 20$ for at viper vape 2 blocks down. Use this review as a simple warning. Don’t let these shops convince u that u are getting a deal. A simple google search puts them in their place

I would never shop here again, I have cancer I went there for pain relief creme, the package read in very big letters hemp, however when I got the very over priced product hoke I found out it had .01 hemp oil. Total ripoff.

Youll see why this place got two stars towards the end of my review. Before even going inside, the parking layout here is needing of a new design. Very small and only has one way access. The store was clean and organized. Towards the end of my review. employee was very knowledgeable, a little too invasive at times when youre trying to browse. Prices were reasonable and visible on most of the items. Now its time for checkout. This is where the experience took a nose dive. The owner and Im assuming his wife, were on the register/computer and would not get off so the employee could complete the transaction. I waited for about 30 mins for them to take my money. There was some obvious tention between the employee and owners as there should be when the owner is obnoxiously making me the customer wait that long to pay. I would not recommend this location.

Parking lot was very small and difficult to manage at times. not sure how commercial business with active clientele would be places in such an impossible area to access/exit from.They have great pipes, bats and other cool utensils.I must say tho, I was shorted 9 on my last case of 50 cream chargers.And 3 more of them didnt have any gas inside.I approached several people to have the issue resolved; but no response.Im his best buy and creme de la creme of the chargers in my neighborhood of chefs and bakers.We patronize because we support and appreciate the family owned businesses. However, theyve gotta have my back too..9 missing cartridges out of a pack of 50. Do the math to find out how much I paid for nothing.Im not going back.The owner will see the drop in the sales report until this is remedied

Yesterday I went to Purple Haze to get something for my went in fist of the store Is exceptionally clean . Product wise they have everything to help you. Desiree is very knowledgeable of all the products .Desiree had a trainee with here Ana which follow her leanings everything that Desiree does with the customer. Had to go back in the morning see I’m from old school learning all the new things seen Marie, took care everting as it was the other night by Desiree & Ana . Exceptionally great Service & Customer Service. And the Customer comes First. Haven’t had had this kind of service for some time. It was a good feeling. I highly recommend Purple Haze !

The product just isn’t the quality that they claim. Went in numerous times to try to give it a try and everything is just over priced. 500$+ for a puffco that I paid 150$ cheaper for thru puffco themselves… crazy. All the glass is single blown which would usually cost 15-25$ but they are asking 40$+. Nothing in there was worth the cost. Ur going to over pay so they can pay off the extra parking they put in that no one uses. Multiple shops that have better price just doors away. Won’t even have to waste tht Biden gas🤣

First let me say the employees of this location were very helpful and polite. With that said the owners of this establishment are complete aholes. They run a sale but in order for the employees to ring it up they have to call management to authorize the sale so everytime someone buys a sale or promotional item you have to sit there while the employees try and call someone. The owner primarily use this location to store all of his vehicles from cars, to RVs, to boats... This bad review is purely on ownership and how they run their business.

Read the other reviews and was concerned about the service I might receive. That said, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff member that assisted me. Very friendly and willing to help. For my first time in the shop it seemed to have a decent collection, tho not many higher-end pieces.

Extremely overpriced. 30 bucks for an item that is 9.99 in every other local shop or online shop. Huge markups. Should have listened to the other reviews. They do some odd things with your driver license. They ask for it then write down a bunch of info off of it behind the counter. Other reviews have referenced this as well. Never again. Plenty of other options in the area.

Sales girl very sweet but bought a ceramic frog and it had chips in it. Went to return and other two on shelf were worse and next sales girl said she had to call owner for exchange only. So ended up keeping crappy item that I paid good money for. Seriously!

Staff was friendly but everything was considerably more expensive than other smoke shops Ive visited. Service is fast and employees are reliable and helpful, but they dont card when you enter the store most of the time. Which seems wrong to me, but oh well! I probably wont go back but its not a bas place by any means. Just took expensive for me !

There is 4 locations, today was my first day going into the Seminole location and it didnt disappoint. If you ever go to another shop youre wasting your time. Not only do they have in house glass blowers but they also have a wide variety of different things for your Tobacco needs. The prices are better then any other shop in the area. Staff is super friendly.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . They offer a huge selection of orignal glass pipes. Some really nice artfully done work. They have superior vape hardware as well. They frequently run in store sales. Great place to shop.

My partner uses CBD to treat their migraines; the employees at this store helped me navigate online reviews of vaporizers as well as find a reasonable discount for an item that was more expensive in-person than online. All in all, I saved money by visiting the store in person! I forget the name of the woman who helped me, but she was incredible kind and informative.

This store has a camera facing their debit machine on the counter. I noticed it after I paid. They also took my ID and wrote down my name address and date of birth. I asked about if after my transaction was processed. I was told they took my info to prevent charge backs and the camera was to ensure no one steals from the counter. This might be the truth but this is sketchy. :/

So over all the stores pretty good. They do have a large selection of glassware and theres usually some sort of deal going on. The only complaint I have is sometimes there may be miscommunication between you and the person behind the counter. I asked for a pen that would Vape a wax and they sold me one that wasnt strong enough. When I called back I couldnt return it because already took it out of the box. I understand why I cannot return it. It just kind of sucks that I spent that money and it was unusable. Other than that its a pretty good store.

Bought a Exxus push vape. It doesnt work. It didnt work when the girl gave it to us. She said charge it and it should work. Once getting it home it clearly looks used and abused no joke. All sales are final so just beware.

Staff member sold me something that was not compatible with the equiptment I bought. Tried to take it back and the manager said all she could do was talk to the employee about the mistake she made. Meanwhile Im out the money on something that was sold to me that I didnt need and now have to go spend more money to get the right item I need. Will never go back there and also dont recommend to anyone.

The girl who works there is simply rude.I stopped in several times and had to deal with her. Finally, the last time, she seemed to have several friends hanging around and I must have interrupted lunch time/ fun time as she was short tempered and was just all out rude.. So I left and went elsewhere to make a purchase.....The place is right around the corner from my house, but Id rather visit other shops, since there are several around....they arent the only game in town.If owner dude cares about his shop, hed get rid of her.Plus I dont think you should be reviewing your own shop there Julia....the girl everyone is talking about in these reviews..

I’m not one to take the time to write a review but after the experience my dad received both today and yesterday. Something needs to be said, I work in customer service myself and behavior like theirs would not be tolerated in my work environment. Smoke shops are not just for the younger crowd and that needs to be acknowledged by the staff at this location. Sometimes your customer is a stage 4 brain cancer patient that could really use some helpful advice and patience! Because my dad received such poor service yesterday, he was forced to return today for the exact item that he had tried buying yesterday. I am disgusted to hear how my dad was treated while shopping at this location. Not only was there lack of assistance to answer questions and help purchase the product that he was searching for. But they also did it with a poor attitude and offensive tone, that even a healthy person would have left their store unsatisfied. We won’t be returning for any future needs.

I dont understand the poor reviews here? I visit this shop a lot and have never had a bad experience. Every employee I dealt with educated me with a smile and outstanding customer service. Maybe the problem no longer works there... Prices may be slightly higher for some. I dont mind paying more if customer service is there.

$11 for some oil based spray that is sold $6-7 at EVERY OTHER SHOP in the world... they overprice.. and a ton of my friends say they dont go here just due to one reason- the prices. Honestly no one being at their little get together shows me the city knows who is fair pricing and who isnt

5 star service, 1 star quality. I bought a glass banger 5 days ago and took it off my rig, slipped out of my hands and LITERALLY it fell 3 inches onto the countertop and broke into 3 pieces. Their glass is terrible or I am just too clumsy to dab. Not sure which it is, but I am done spending at least $15 a piece for ridiculously fragile, weak glass from these people.

This shop is great. Recently purchased their Organibus CBD tincture oil a little over a month ago and let me tell you it works! I ran out of it and immediately and started having anxiety symptoms creep up again. If you are looking for an organic..natural way to treat your anxiety, then this stuff is it! Very friendly and informative staff as well. 😉

Bought 2 water pipes from here and when I got home I noticed one had a broken downstem, so I drove back immediately and the owner said I was lying and made me wait 15 mintues so they could look at the cameras and continue to call me a liar. It was only a $5 downstem for a $25 water pipe, I just told the dude whatever and paid for it, but for being the owner he handled that very unprofessionally.

When I visited here for the first time yesterday, the staff was awesome! I had so many questions & spent about an hour there trying to figure out what I needed and everyone was SO patient with me & that really meant the world to me. Thank you so much guys! Ill be back! She took pipes apart, and put them back together with precision. She set one up perfectly for me to use. They also carry CBD Oil products. Our first experience in this store couldnt have been better. Save your money this place is a huge rip-off they double charge you what you pay for anything else in a decent head shop. Same exact vapor pen down the street is 1299 they tried charging me $45 for. Why was there another young man walked out because they were way over charging him to.

Dark-haired woman, the manager or possibly owner of the store who was the rudest to me and he store manager has ever been I had an item that I purchased from there that did not work and she was super rude to me about it I told her you know its cool Ill buy another product its just my product is not working and she was so rude to me I will never go back to that store I will let other people know my experience that I had at that store and I hope that that woman was just having a bad day or something because that was the rudest any employee at any company has ever been to me

Just stopped in and purchased some CBD flower. I should have never listened to the reviews I read. For the longest time, I have been searching for a legit CBD flower in the Largo, area since moving to Florida. I went to Cloud9 after numerous smoke shops said they were the best for flower. Haha hell no!! Purple Haze has the best flower and the ladies who work their along with the owners wife are awesome! I’ll definitely be going back for all of my CBD purchases. I’m annoyed because i went to this shop to get a vape and i opened it and tried it in the store. it was immediately burnt so i told them and asked if they could replace it and the lady just gave me a dumb look and said i should contact the manufacturer. that’s crazy! any other shop would have replaced it. i didn’t buy it from the manufacturer i bought it from you!!!! and they have a 10$ limit if u only have a card to pay so they basically scheming into making u buy at least 2. i don’t know. just bad customer service if u ask me ! i won’t be going back.

Nice stuff but very overpriced, I went on 4/20 for the sale and the prices were like a regular store honestly. So its pretty much an absolute last resort if I ever go there again.

They had just what I needed for vaping. Salesgirl was straight with information. Store has a whole bunch of items I dont use but for those who do, they have you covered.
