Have had a few experiences with these Tea Lounges and i just Started coming here, gotta say its My Ideal Place. Its Perfect for just chilling after a long day or just chatting it up with buds. The Place is Very open and inviting to the eyes, I had Met Amber a very Informative and helpful TeaTender Who is willing to Give You the best Lounge experience if youre interested, Her recommendations and her tact is a fine example as to her experience and care for the postion. The regulars seem to be very Relaxed and friendly. If someone is disturbing you TELL YOUR TENDER. They genuinely care about your overall experience and the vibes of the Place. This place won my interest and is now going to be my regular stop after work. Give them a try and give them a chance. Remember its a small buisness/Franchise Theyre not going to have everything You need but theyll sure try and or recommend similar products. Love this Place its now a safe place for me.

Outrageous prices and one imperticular staff member female with glasses would always charge a different price for the same item. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like being overcharged.

I really did enjoy coming here before, but last time⚠️⚠️ I came in to chill and play some pool with my friends, after about 10 minutes I was DEMANDED to leave by a guy named Troy because he gets the pool table for the next hour for himself. I offered to let him play the next game and he refused anything except for his way. Im not sure if he represents the business, but nobody should ever feel uncomfortable in a place theyre spending money. I will not ever be back. And if you arent into getting bullied by the 3 regulars, I dont recommend stopping by⚠️⚠️

You come in for something and end up staying for the vibes and fun. Became a regular after 3 visits. Pinellas has a 7:30 pool tournament on Mondays among other events throughout the week. Each location is unique and has their own things going on. I recommend finding YOUR Vapor Road asap. Good drinks, friends and times abound.Edit: Prices are going up on menial things. The energy isnt the same anymore. You can feel the stress from the higher ups bearing down on the people in the stores. At this point, I only show up for the company. Well see how much longer that lasts though. The wrong type of changes are being made. 2.7 stars if Google would let me set it accurately. All of that positive rating is for the workers in the stores still giving it their all.

I used to love this place ...been going there for 3 years. I was told they are under new management and this place is NOT the same. They used to be so helpful and always have my coils and juice in stock whenever I came in. Finding a new vape shop immediately. The other Vapor Roads are not owned by this management Thank Goodness!!

I am one of the regulars here. We come to chill and work on homework for college as well as play pool and watch the tv. Super chill time. Lots of drama and lies in the community and with certain people- but don’t let someone’s bad opinion and drama ruin a chill place. A previous review left some nasty comments- but if you look at his general reviews, he only likes to bully people and places. Being one of the people who comes here and was likely referenced in his petty post, it’s embarrassing that he is upset they didn’t support his antics at a new place. Come here to chill- no drama :)

I have been coming here for about 3 months and love this location. It’s about 5 minutes from my house and the service is great and consistent. I don’t smoke vapes but enjoy the company and events. Tuesdays are game nights and Thursdays nights are open mic with live music. The typical tenders Alex & Michael are fun and down to earth. I always enjoy getting a cappuccino that are always crafted to my liking. They also do cold brew coffee and even mixes drinks both Kava and Kratom. If you are looking for a great community and a chill place to hang this is the best location.

Its a fantastic hangout spot. They have an amazing pool table and great vibes. I know all of the bartenders personally, and they are all amazing.

The best place in town to chill 💯 Free pool, awesome little chess board, and a Nintendo Switch console to enjoy while vaping and/or enjoying your kratom or kava. Also a great selection of disposables, Delta 9 gummies, and e-liquids and other accessories. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and on point! If I could give this location 10 stars I would!

These guys are awesome. The staff are some friendly & good people. The regulars will treat you like a friend if you just say hello. They have pool tournaments, open mic, and SSmashBros tournaments. Fair prices on everything sold. I wish I lived closer!

During recent hard times--the kind that seem to never end--I came to Vapor Road Indian Rocks for a drink and a conversation. These days, my days dont feel complete without a trip to this relaxed and cozy little shop, and i mean that. I feel safe and warm in the company of our local music fans, gaming nerds, and other people i vibe with. The bartenders are abundantly kind, and they have met me with compassion when I needed it most. It helps that they have great senses of humor! Taking the time to talk about things like gratitude and music has lifted my spirits more than venting at a regular bar ever could. The location itself is convenient, comfortable, and full of activities that keep my mind at ease. Im smiling when part of pool, open mics, videogames, and crazy conversation! The drinks are delicious and made with care; the rest of Vapor Roads products are reliable and effective, in my experience. Most importantly, to me, Vapor Road Indian Rocks has a chill and welcoming community. Always remember to tip your tenders, and be as kind as you can be!

Went in for the first time last night and had a great experience. The sales associate, I believe his name was Shawn (Sean?) walked me through getting a new vape kit as well as juice. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He also kept me within my budget and helped me pick out something I was very happy with. Will definitely go back again!!

I messaged Alex after hours with a question about what cbd products they carried. I didnt expect an answer that night but she got back to me right away. I went over the next day and Alex was also very helpful in person. Loved the shop and service. Ill definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly and the juice selection is pretty good. The store layout has just been redone. It looks nice and there is now a Kratom bar inside. The only con I can really find is that they have moved some things so far away behind the shelves you cant see them to even know to ask to look at it. Such as the atomizer lines and the mods.

Service was fast and friendly, drink selections were vast and their kratom was tasty! The VIBE though is the best part, Ill be going back for sure.

I stopped by here after work, and i enjoyed the 2 hours i spent chilling here. It has that small town coffee shop vibes, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. They got games in the back room and wifi for those with school work to do. The batista was extremely nice and even taught me the difference from Kava and Kratom. This is a perfect gem in the rough in my opinion.

Used to love coming out to the open mics on Thursdays with my sister, until they stopped giving the free drinks to the performers. My sister loves to perform, and when money is tight it matters.

Phenomenal team and warm welcome personalities which I consider this store location a must in my book to always visit. Ill say the ladies working the counter Selina and Alex are a great team duo!

Had no idea this place had a little drinking seating area and is very very cool. I will definitely be back for more, and ladies night all ladies drink free on the hour every hour. Woohoo! Come check it out if you havent already. Great selection of items as well.

Their kratom kava and coffee is so good, prices are low and the staff is awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable, and really welcoming and friendly. Tons of disposable vapes and lots of vape mods and ejuice, pretty good selection of cbd products,I think they even have cbd coffee. 5 stars, love this place

Ive been to the many cape shops in largo but this is by far the best. Helpful staff, nice product, relaxed atmosphere, and theyre not trying to shove mods down your throat and making you buy stuff. This is my shop of choice for now on.

Walked in knowing nearly nothing about vapors and walked out happy, knowledgeable and with the perfect setup. Not only did the dude tell me what was what, but he also let me test about 4 different options, (of vaping setups) probably would have let me keep going but I stopped when I loved one. Didnt feel rushed or sold. Dude really seemed to like his job and sharing his passion. The store was clean and the displays were easy to see, they had tons of flavors that customers can try too. Theyve got a customer for life with me.

I was in the largo office on Monday Jan. 6th 2018 & had the great pleasure of being assisted by Alex. She could not have been more helpful & knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the new models & flavors. Also, cleaned my entire ecig for me & showed me how to get the most efficiency out of my unit. By far she was the nicest & most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with at an ecig store.To the vaper road owner(s) , you have 1 great associate & no matter what you are paying her its not enough. And this is coming from a fellow small business owner who understands how hard it is to find warm bodies let alone great employees.She made me a lifetime customer & this is after having a bad experience the last time I was in the store. I will now say goodbye to your competitors.Keep up the great work Alex.

Wow, what a great place for sooooo many reasons: 1. Alex rocks and the entire staff there is very pleasant and knowledgable. 2. The atmosphere is supberb, excellent for getting some work done on my laptop. Fast WIFI. 3 Excellent drink selection. The cold brew is spot on. Havent had the hot stuff but im sure its great. The kratom and kava options are also great. I do the kratom cut with lemonade and strawberry. Very tasty and takes my knee pain away.Great spot, highly recommend

Ive been going to this shop for awhile. The staff has always been helpful and go over and beyond to make sure you are happy. We even helped one staff member name Kyle , with his dog.W returned today August 6th 2017 to exchange a coil and purchase more.We were met by a new staff member Marec or something like that, whom Ive never seen before, and began to explain the issue.Kyle sold me a box of coils and they were defective. They would pop and then barely fire.The guy said he would not exchange the 2 I had left, one being in my sub vod pen I used to show him the issue. H said he was not allowed to exchange them, only a manager can do that.And my issue was Not the coil but that my pen was flooded, Wrong...He then told me I didnt have my tank tightened down properly and began tightening my tank to my battery like a gorilla! WRONG AGAIN!!!So I left him the one unused defective coil (he wouldnt replace) and told him to try it in a new pen and see what happens.Bought a new box and left.Oh, the new box works correctly.Staff should be knowledgeable and respectful.This guy was neither and we will not be returning.

TL;DR -- The bottom line is that this store is only really good for two things. First being great customer service (as long as you dont have any issues or need to return anything), and second as a ridiculously overpriced B&M store that Id only use if I was really in a pinch and needed something immediately. Otherwise do your research and shop around. These guys are wolves in sheeps clothing.Where to start? I went into this shop by a recommendation from a friend. I was looking for a first time box mod starter kit. I am relatively inexperienced with vaping aside from just using a JUUL and an old style cartomizer. The customer experience I had during the initial purchase was great. The employees were super nice/friendly. I had a couple different options given to me, they asked good questions, and sold me a kit that seemed to be the right fit. I was also sold an external charger, as its recommended to use an external charger if you use a mod that has an external battery. However when I got home and checked everything out and did a little research, I realized I ran into some issues. This is where my customer service experience turned south.I was sold an external charger that on the box and on the manufacturers website does not support the battery type that came with my mod (21700). I was sold an older (but still super common) 18650 charger. Some 18650 chargers will still fit 20700/21700 batteries. But after a little research it was recommended to not use the specific charger I was sold, as it could potentially damage the battery wrap and insulation during insertion and removal, as the tolerance would be really tight (possibly even slightly stretched to fit the battery). I figured no problem, Ill keep it in the box and just return it.When purchasing the box mod, I was presented a few different colors, and when I picked out the one I wanted, the box apparently didnt have the tank supplied in it. It seemed as if another employee already demoed the unit, or perhaps it was returned and put back on the shelf mistakenly. The store associate was confused by this, but assured me he would get me set up right. It seemed that way until I got home and also realized that the micro USB cable that was supposed to be supplied with the mod was missing. Again I figured no problem, Ill return to the store and explain the situation.When I came back to the store a couple days later, I spoke to the same fellow who sold me the unit, and he seemed nice at first. When I explained the situation and requested a return, I was met with a lot of resistance. He vehemently argued that the charger he sold me will work with my battery, and to prove it he took my battery out and put it into a charger in the store. However, the charger he put it on was a larger 4 battery unit, and when we went over to the display for chargers, it explicitly said on the box for that model that it supported 21700 batteries, whereas the single battery charger he sold me did not. He claimed we sell these chargers all the time and this will work with your battery. When I tried to defend my point he simply brushed it off. He supplied me with a micro USB cable to replace the missing one; although it was not the one that came with my specific unit. It was just from a random box in a tub kept behind the counter that looked like a bunch of returned/defective items. No worries though; Im not that picky and the cable is just a cable. You shouldnt be charging your batteries through the mod anyways.Heres the real kicker. After I did a little research on all the items I purchased at Vapor Road, their price markups are absolutely insane. Heres a short list: Aspire Puxos Starter Kit - $100 at Vapor Road, $55-65 online. Space Jam Juice - $20 for 30ml at Vapor Road, $20 for 60ml online. Naked Juice 60ml - $25 at Vapor Road, $17 online. You get the picture here. I got completely shafted by 50-100% markup on every single item, and then as soon as I wanted to return something I was met with a stink.

This place is sketchy... doors locked at 3pm ..i even called before going here.. a bunch of people inside all messed up fron that kratom/kava when someone did answer the door i went to the counter where a guy working was and he was so jugged out he didnt even notice a customer was standing in front of him for 5 minutes while he was nodding out till the girl at the other counter yelled over to him that i was standing there

I bought a coil for my mod through them. I didnt get 3 days out of the coil!!!! When I returned to discuss things they were saying I didnt purchase it with them. They dont carry that coil??? By far one of the best vape and kava lounges in Florida. Staff was amazing and so helpful and their kava drinks were amazing. So helpful with recommendations and such an easy way to test vape juice. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Clearwater area.
