Just left this establishment and was greeted very friendly at the front door. The woman at the desk offered upgrading options which we declined. She was not persistent about forcing the upgrades. The massage was very relaxing but no pressure. Any kinks I walked in with I walked out with the same. It was still a nice massage. The reason for 2 stars is because after the massage was over I tipped $20 for two and they both turned very unappreciative and said we need $20 a piece. We thanked them and walked out the door. I left knowing I will never be back nor recommend to anyone. The experience is not horrible if you are OK with what Ive detailed.

Very good deal for the price. A little ways off the strip. Got an hour in a spa which was nice the room could use some maintenance but that’s ok. Then an hour massage which was nice except the use of elbows on the spine… overall good deal and experience killed 2 hours with the wife for cheap. Would return.

I met Angela at the front desk. She was very sweet who offered many treatments and add ons for discount just in case I missed them. She introduced me to Amy, my massage therapist for the day, who escorted me to a decorative room with a massage table. She offered medium to heavy pressure, but I am comfortable with medium to light which she was skilled at. It was a very good massage. I normally tip $40 for a 90 minute, but because the price was already reduced, I just tipped her $50. I look forward to another next month and would definitely recommend this place to others.

They wont use pressure for your massage. Also we paid $285 for a couples jacuzzi room and couples massage. We left a $20 tip would have been more if the massage was good and if they actually followed our request for female masseuse. After the mediocre massage. We left the tip in the room and walked out. They rushed in the room to count the tip and demanded we pay more and lied to us saying they dont get paid they only get tips. I told them I will never come back and walked out the front door. I dont recommend using this spa.

Took myself and my wife and it was nice. We got right in... They were willing to work with us to include the jacuzzi for a discount. Everything works well and a good amount of privacy. The massage was needed and Jeanie and Sue did amazing. They offer haircuts, facials, they do nails, massage, sauna, hot tub jacuzzi and alot more. Highly recommend.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! I’ve never had such an awful experience at a Spa than here. All of the deals that they advertise aren’t even true because by the time they up charged me with everything i ended up paying $120.Never in my life during the MIDDLE of my massage have i had to be asked to pay for their HOUSE KEEPERS. A different lady from the one that was doing my massage came in and interrupted the massage by asking me for more money even tho i already paid and she wanted me to pay for their house keepers. After i refused, both ladies walked out of the room and i stayed In there waiting because i still had time that i paid for and it wasn’t until i got up myself to look for someone and that’s when another woman came to finish. At this point i was so angry and far from “relaxed” and i still even tipped after all that and the lady had the audacity to ask for more money. If you’re looking for a relaxing spa massage i wouldnt recommend coming here. Never again. Worst experience.

BE AWARE!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! Worst experience of my life. Seen the special for couples for 88$ which they blast everywhere! But it’s only for members which they make you buy! We thought it was a good deal so we decided to just do it anyways which came out to 140$ tried talking into us buying other things…. But we didn’t. Our massage was average, it hurt. I couldn’t wait for it to be over because it hurt I didn’t want to say anything because I thought my boyfriends was having a good time, comes to find out he was hurting too! And it was from a female… so yeah no! Will never return! Also that wasn’t the only bad part! THEY CHASED US FOR NOT TIPPING EXTRA! Excuse me, you guys already charged us enough and now they want extra tip! They were very persistent, they did not want us to leave without giving them more money, she had this crazy look in her eye. Pretty scary, I was not going to let someone force me tip them extra when it was not good. I just left, I will never come back!! Hope everyone sees this!!!

So, this place would’ve had 5 stars until after the massage. Massage was great, however, after it? The hassle is real! They offered us water, which we declined. They basically forced us to take it, so we did ( water was hot— not room temp HOT.) Masseuse then says are you paying cash or card. We were confused because we’d already paid. She said no your tip — cash or card. We usually tip but they made it as if it was mandatory. So we give $5 just because you’re MAKING us. Then she says , no $20. At that point I was over it. They follow you to the counter and all , basically blocking you from leaving unless you leave a tip. Massage cool or whatever tho.

Can book appointment online. Woman called to confirm which was nice, had to pay $20 yearly fee, no problem, but then she tried to pressure me into paying for massage before I even got it. I declined but she definetly tried to entice with add-ons. Massage once there was good but therapist never asked about pressure and stood outside blocking front door until I tipped him, which felt intimidating. Like layout of rooms and massage was good, will give it another try.

My first and what will be my last visit to this establishment. I paid 30days in advance for a couples spa treatment. Couldnt find the appointment card issued me at time of pmt. So I gave my cc info, phone # etc. all of which showed up on their computer. And was treated like an imposter in front of my guest. Only one of the four massage chairs in the waiting area worked. The upholstery were all torn and looked unsanitary. All rooms smelled unpleasant. Floors needed cleaning, only the lower jets in the jacuzzi functioned. Massage room was dark and smelly. Staff was very rude and inattentive. The only efficiency shown was by two staff members awaiting our exit from the massage room rudely pushing a brochure in our faces pointing to a fine print yelling tip, tip !!!. I am a very generous tipper but this is one time I would not have. My partner who just wanted to get out of there paid the tip. Also...the massage table is about 18 off the unsanitary looking floor. You get to stare at that for the duration of the treatment. I would give NO star if possible.

Took my daughter for her 18th birthday on July 14th ,2024we were told that we were going to get a 90-minute massage full body 30 minutes for the feet we went to the back they had us undressed as usual the two young ladies we had kept leaving in and out of the room and when they would leave they would be gone for about 5 minutes not sure what they were doing there was no pressure when doing the massage .they did not massage my neck my shoulders my chest or my thighs the water they brought out for us was cold for us to soak our feet in and the position they had us in was very uncomfortable trying to soak our feet when I asked them about it I was told that they dont do that which Im not sure why not when we were charged 176 for a full body massage when asked for a refund since they didnt do those things and thats what we paid for I was told that they can only give me back $40 which was in cash they wouldnt cancel the transaction the two ladies that did the massage was standing there wanting us to give them a tip which I refuse because I felt the same way I did when I walked in there no difference I dont think its fair that they are promoting to do a whole body massage and charging people when they know they dont do a whole body massage they only do certain parts of the body also that two couples massage for I believe $68 or $88 thats not correct either you have to be a member in order to get that price thats another thing that they dont tell you when you go there. Very disappointed in this place will never go back.

I have been here a total of 3 times now and each time Ive had a great experience! When I want to treat myself I love to book the private sauna/steam room with jacuzzi for 60 min before going for a 60 min massage. Its a pampering experience. I e enjoyed my massages as well and love that they have people who understand what a strong massage means. I also got a facial the last time I went and that was amazing! So relaxing and gave my skin so much moisture. I love coming to this spa and the prices are great. I will say they love to hassle you about tipping but as long as youre reasonable with your tip you should be fine.

It started off on a weird start with the lady in the front after taking me to the jacuzzi area automatically asking for a tip writing it down, I asked to tip once I finished the massage which she did not take no for an answer. I decided to give her $80 in total and told to split amongst all 3 people (she stated 3 people would be assisting...the third person was her self...) . The rest of the spa and massage went good and honestly I would be coming back again if it wasnt for that same lady again. The massage therapist asked for a tip which I replied oh I have gave it to the lady. The lady shook her head no and tried to say I only have her $30. Obviously annoyed I told her thats not what I have her in which she then took me to the jacuzzi room which was the most shadiest thing out of this, proceeds to argue and I noticed in her hand the money I have gave her which then she says no and tried to look in my purse and asking to check my pockets(I did not have pockets) after arguing I took the tip back and gave only $20 to the massage therapist telling them to just split it. I wanted to tip them more but the lady basically STOLE their tip money.The man who massaged me I cannot remember his name was probably the most respectful when massaging and always ensuring I was comfortable. It sucks that this whole experience was ruined by whoever the lady is checking us into the jacuzzi.

This was the worst 90 minute massage I’ve ever bought and experienced in my life. They advertise deals and specials but there’s no bargain to have here -you end up paying more. There was the upselling and “but we offer this today” deals. Overall I spent $120 for a 90 min massage! The masseuse was an older woman who was disinterested and had the audacity to take a phone call. When I complained she tokenly apologised. Throughout the service she was basically just slapping skin and going through the motions but with no real massaging skills. I explained twice that I wanted more pressure and she would do it for a bit and then go back to lightly working my muscles. I bought 90 minutes, but was finished in 50 mins. I was waiting for a friend when the manager realized the masseuse cut me short on time and they offered more massage time but all I wanted to do was get away from there as quickly as I could. If you want to feel good and relaxed go somewhere else. All I felt leaving was steaming mad on having been conned out of 90 mins of my life and a bucket load of money.

Loved this place. Relaxing, jacuzzi, spa was amazing and just what we need to get the hustle and bustle out of use. The massage was relaxing and very good. Just what the muscles need form 3 days of walking and trying to do everything we can in Vegas. Jimmy was amazing. He helps us get what we needed. I am glad to say, they are worth it to me.

This place is run by a bunch of liars.Had a promotion on the massage including VIP access. On arrival they tell you the promotion is for members only, so they already charge you more, and there is no VIP access.Then it was supposed to include use of shower. At the end of the massage, therapist required a tip before shower. Then eventually access to shower was denied unless a supplement was paid.This place is as dishonest as it can be. Massage is not even good. Dont bother! Its all about money.

Wow I left my tip of 10$ for a 60$ massage and was approached by the person who did the massage saying NO it’s $15-20. Not even the actual licensed massaged places i go to tell you what to tip. I tip based on experienced LMTs. Will not come back here. What happens when someone doesn’t leave a tip? Do you chase them home? These people follow you to the register 😳

I drive all the way from Volo, IL which is a good 45 mins give or take for Gaga! I have been for the past 6 years she is absolutely amazing at what she does! I am truly thankful to have found someone who listens to what I want and does amazing each and every time!

This place is complete trash. Rude receptionist, terrible environment. After about 10 minutes of waiting in a room full of broken massage chairs, we went into a corner room with 3 beds and was given about 2 minutes to undress before being rushed by a masseuse. She literally said “OH MY GOD” and slammed the door until eventually she just barged in after waiting another 10 seconds. Not a single moment of this massage was peaceful. The ladies were talking and laughing, answering phone calls, their ringer was on for every text, they constantly ran into the blinds, dropping stuff, the list goes on. After the mediocre massage was done, they had the audacity to argue that our $10 each tip wasn’t enough and that we needed to tip atleast $20 each. I wish I took that money back because they didn’t deserve one to begin with, but truthfully they need it to afford to go to masseuse classes because there’s no way this place is legit with how they uphold themselves. Close this place down so something decent can open in its place.

DO NOT GO!!! Horrible customer service, defective equipment, not the best massages... After paying $150 for a massage I was pressured into tipping something I did not think they were worthy of. Honestly they didnt really deserve a tip at all. When asking for basic information like the name of the lady in the picture (manager) she would not give it. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I liked the experience as to the dark room. I just hated the way a tip was demanded of me and I wasnt allowed to leave until I gave it plus it was my birthday 2/14 🙃.... money wasnt an issue, my massage felt rushed and we definitely asked for no males . My lady was rude and was on the phone during my massage. She also left the room a few times. I dont think Ill be going back.

Came here for jaccuzi and steam room. The room we had was so dirty honestly it was disgusting. There was trash left over from the previous people. The tiles on the floor were very dirty, the rug in there was really gross. There was whole in the walls and and screws sticking out. We left early cause the room was so dirty.

Worst experience , 4 times. Jacuzzi smells mold and all over the floor and inside jacuzzi, hair. They go to bring the stones and it took them 10’.The people that gave us massage were begging for more money , even though my husband tipped each one with $20, total $40, and that happened all 4 times Never ever again we are going there.

My therapist was A.J and he did a wonderful job. Best massage I had so far! Its not a light efflerage type of massage so if thats what you like I would probably tell them ahead of time and Im sure they can accommodate.

Found this place on TripAdvisor, decided to give it a try. Receptionist was in a hurry and there were other unsatisfied customers (should have seen the red flags, but I try to give everything a try; therefore I stayed).My masseuse was kind, but kept leaving and answering her phone.Massage was not professional. It felt more like pinching.And when I returned to my hotel I already had bruises forming on my arms.I don’t like conformations. So I paid and left. But do not recommend.

Super uncomfortable massage it was the worst massage I have ever had. They have you lay down on lawn furniture with no face hole and very little padding.Super high pressure on the tip. I have never had a massage where I felt worse coming out than when I came in.

Massage was good.. environment was good. We gave a 20% tip but on way out chased for more damanded tip that ended up to be a 40% tip. We dont tip that much anywhere. Will not be going back. Sad because massage was good.

No place to put your belongings while you are getting massaged so my bag and clothes just sat on the floor. The guy coughed the entire time and had to leave the room multiple times which was uncomfortable because the room is connected directly to the lobby so I felt nervous someone would see me laying there naked as he exited and entered.

The Spa is very clean. Jacuzzi and Steem Rooms are awesome. Specially after a long week of hard work but the staff are too hold, NO strength.......Need younger and stronger masseuses.

Wish I knew the name of my therapist because I would request him again! We were the last customers on Halloween and we had a couples 90-min massage. No one hurried us and both of our therapists were TERRIFIC! We come often and by far the two we had tonight were some of the best. Also, it was quiet during our massage this time which was a plus (usually people are talking in the hall which is a bummer). Thank you!

This was an amazing experience. Im getting married in 2 days (11/23/23) and I feel like a beautiful relaxed bride already. My massage was by Kim and it was amazing. She made me feel welcomed and definitely relaxed. My Facial was with Cynthia and as my first one I didnt know what to expect. The experience was wonderful. My face is glowing. I love it. I will be making a monthly trip to see my two girls again

The price advertised is not the correct one, you have to get a membership and even if you get the membership you won’t get the special pricing until your next visit. They ask you for a tip for the person cleaning the saunas, but it’s not that clean to begin. I would take Clorox wipes with me next time.

The first time i went here it was great, the second time i went back for my bday yesterday and the front desk lady was not accommodating when asking if she could give my guest a members price because because i am a member and she is not and she no. Then offered a 30 minute steam room/ jacuzzi for myself but i obviously cant use it i had dinner plans, she really couldve gave me the discount but refused.My massage lady, HORRIBLE she left during my message for a couple of minutes at least 3 or 4 times. Then said at the end she would give me 5 extra minutes and gave the worst foot massage ever at the end. No care, no effort, no love in my message at all. My cousin also said hers felt rushed and like the lady didnt care.It got weird when we were leaving and both massage ladys followed us to the front asking how we are going to tip. We were going to tip %18 and the lady said that wasnt enough so basically forced us to tip %25 percent because $15 is the average for each person. I dont care about the money i am in the service industry myself but forcing someone to tip extra when its not included is WILD. They did not deserve %25 percent tip at all. When i went the first time they did not do this and it made us feel uncomfortable. This should not be allowed. I am canceling my membership and not coming back, go here at your own risk!!

Amazing!! Absolutely Amazing I was so relaxed can’t remember her name she was perfect I fell asleep many times. I only brought a certain amount to tip honestly I wish I brought more!! The place is beautiful, clean, the front desk ladies greet you, they are also friendly and funny.

Maggie was incredible! So very kind and gentle when massaging, she always checked on me to make sure i was comfortable. She also checked what level i wanted to change to and in what areas. Definitely will be back for her. I also did a facial this morning with Tanya, she was so amazing as well. I had such wonderful women ans we go there only to have them. Thank you!

Great massage but someone who worked there was yelling about a phone and someone was trying to shush them lol. Also questioned the payment cause they asked if we could pay part of the total in cash? It just came off as shady.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at Star Spa in Durango. The staff were unprofessional and overly aggressive about tips. Initially, we tipped $45 each, but the staff pressured us for more, insisting that a 90-minute session deserved more than a $45 tip. Reluctantly, we gave an additional $25 each, yet they remained unsatisfied. To our dismay, they followed us to our car, demanding more money. This behavior was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this establishment; their focus seems to be more on extracting money than providing quality service.

Great experience! Me and my husband received a couples massage with cbd oil we really enjoyed it! We will be back.

At first, everything was fine with the massage. I didnt like it, but my wife was very happy and that was what really mattered… once the massage was over, the lady approached us at the door, demanding a tip, I took out 20 dollars to give her 10 dollars to her and 10 to the one who served my wife, the lady got in a very bad mood and said that the tip was 20 for each, and she showed me a paper where it says IT IS RECOMMENDED BETWEEN 15 and 20 dollars of tip but I I was giving them 10 each since I wasnt very happy, but she was still furious I told them that if she wanted to take the 20 or that then she wouldnt give anything because I think its not obligatory and I turned to leave and she pulled me by the arm saying to give him 40 what abuse and disrespect

Where should I start. 2nd time here won’t be back . I don’t know what is wrong with people. First of all we asked for two female therapist and was told to wait 15 ok cool. We ended up still getting a male therapist ok fine. When the lady tried to walk in the massage room I asked her to wait a sec and she said Oh my god, I was shocked I said what was that for no answer from her. At some point the two were speaking in the language and started to giggle. Then to top it of the lady followed my mom outside to the car talking about how much more of tip we should be giving over and over. SMH I kept my cool but it really pissed me off. Who does that need better social skills and not to be pressuring customers into more tip. Just messed up the whole experience , poor customer service and unprofessional

This was the worst massage place I’ve ever been to. We were drawn in by google reviews (I should’ve looked at Yelp instead) and the online promo of $88 for a couples massage, but once we arrived we was told it’s $68 EACH because we are non-members. It was the same person I made the appointment with and confirmed the $88 price over the phone. She tried selling us the $20 membership fee (each) but we told her no, we tried to leave, then she said she’ll drop the massage to $58 each. We said fine hoping she’s just the owner trying to make money and hoping the massage was worth the misled advertising and long drive. After an hour of paying someone to apply oil to my skin, I realized I was wrong. To top it off, my masseuse insisted we pay her $20 tip. We should’ve known from the start this place is shady because the person before us was told “next time bring cash” as he was leaving. The towels on our massage table looked used/unclean, there was an dank mossy odor entering the massage area, the masseuse was not properly trained, the front desk was more of a pushy car salesman, AND it was expensive.

It was okay at best. The masseuse did a great job but I couldnt get her to work on the places I needed. I told her my calf was hurting and she said Ill get to it soon. This was my first massage and probably will be my last. Also I booked a petacure and massage online and when I got there they dont do nails. Change your website then!! The receptionist also was very pushy to get me to add on oil and become a member. Needless to say. I wont go back here. Waist of $

Unbelievable lack of service! Their Listed Prices are for Members Only and they wont allow you to receive any Members benefits until your next visit. Without the membership this place is over-priced with horrible service.

My first massage, and the massage itself was nice. However, I prefer not to be followed around the spa to give a tip. The front desk and masseuse’s that were working at 5:30 today need some training on customer service. My girlfriend and I are reconsidering on a second visit because of this experience. Customer service is a major area that needs to be refined before we spend money there again.

I found my new spot! It’s definitely worth the drive from my house. The ambiance is amazing, it’s dark and comfortable! The therapist hits all of the right points with perfect pressure :)

I am so disappointed with this place. If there was a way to give no star I would.This was suppose to be a treat for our birthday girl. We were a group of 4. Two of us wanted a massage and the birthday girl got facials as her treat.Firstly, when we got there, we were not offered anything to drink which to my knowledge they were suppose to offer which comes as part of their service.Secondly, Two of my friends who did not want any services were told to Seat in an isolated area and no one said hello to them. When I and the birthday girl was finally ushered into our massage room, our masseuse was not friendly and did not do a good enough job. To make matters worst, we were demanded a tip by our masseuse while leaving the room.Then came time for my birthday girl to get her facials which again a tip was DEMANDED even before she got her service. 🤔 we told the receptionist about it and were told by her that people normally writes bad reviews about them which to me, I dont think that is something you should tell your customers. Overall I had a very bad experience and my friends all agree they were not happy. Never will I go there again.

It was my first time going to the spa and it was on my birthday and I felt like it was a waste of time and money my back is so sore I told him not to be so rough and he was super rough they didnt even ask me if I wanted a male or female I will go to the hotel spa to get the spot experience do not go there they will not treat you right

Charged my account every year for a membership. I never used this membership because my first and only experience here was bizarre. I called to have it cancelled. After first pretending that they didn’t know what I was talking about, the woman on the phone then took my phone number and said she will let management know. I asked why she couldn’t help me and she stated that only management could cancel a membership (which I don’t believe). I told her I would like a call back with confirmation, she didn’t even have my name or any other information. She told me that she can’t and all she can do is send a message to management. I said ok so In your message can you tell them that my membership has been cancelled? She said if she does they will not get back to her. I know this is a tactic to let things slip through the cracks so they can continue to charge me each year. I will have to dispute the charges through my bank.

The massage was amazing. I love the couple’s room. Very relaxing and peaceful. The steam room was the perfect way to end our experience. Very friendly and caring staff.

If I could give a zero I would. This place was horrible. We came in for massages and it first took forever to get into the massage despite having an appt. Then when we got in they said we had to separate though we asked for a couples massage. Once I laid down instead of it being a private room it was a canopy type of set up so only curtains separated the spaces. On top of that you could hear everything going on in the large room all of the spaces were in. To make things worse multiple phones went off during the hour and multiple picked up the phone calls. So most of the massage was spent listening to phone calls and hearing loud conversations. Not relaxing at all! On top of that its overly priced for what it is. Not to mention the facials being a total joke. Professional products arent even used. They display the product but don’t actually use it. Definitely not a good spa.

Kim was a great massage therapist, I will ask for her again! I would prefer a private room where I can talk, instead of group room separated by partitions where you have to be quiet. The steam room was nice, but the hot tub was cold, they just started it before I got into the room and the water was stinky (definitely no chlorine in it). They only give you one towel so its gross sitting on the steam room tile seat. I will definitely ask for more the next time I go there. The lady checking you into the hot tub room is very pushy about a tip, be prepared. Actually, be prepared for hard-core upgrade selling the minute you walk in, it is relentless!

My therapist was great! I left feeling quite relaxed. Reason for only 3 stars is their marketing. They advertise a 90 minute combo for $48 and in really small print at the bottom, it eludes to a member price but is very vague and hidden. Hard to enjoy your massage when you start out annoyed.

I have no idea who my therapist was because I was not introduced but she was on her phone for the entire massage, she left for LONG periods of time and burped in my face. I still tipped her $10 even though, as you can imagine, the massage was terrible and I told her it was because she stayed on the phone during a service I was paying for. She looked at me again and told me I needed to tip more. I told the front desk lady to explain it to her and walked out. Never again! The towel, not sheets, towel that I layed on and the one I was draped with smelled moldy and I couldn’t think of how they were sanitizing the fabric surface of the bed I was laying on. Further more, they would have more bad reviews but they direct you to THEIR site if you’re unhappy and all the socials if you’re happy… so there’s that!Oh yeah, despite getting a more expensive package than they were offering me, they still pressed hard to upsale me on the upgrades. Aggressively greedy!

Well its official, Ive found my new happy place. After covid I have been searching for a new place since the old one is like visiting a prison now. This was EXACTLY what Ive been looking for. The staff was friendly, the ambiance is relaxing and beautiful, and the service was on point. Best experience when going to a spa in years. Ill DEFINATELY be going here from now on.

Star Spa is a fantastic place to relax and have a great massage. The foot massage I had tonight I needed due to my Diabetes and this lady Sara did a great job. This place is also very beautiful and Luxurious very high class but the prices are very reasonable. There is no other place in town that is better. You must experience it for yourself.

Excellent Service! Kelvin is very informative. Me and my wife’s therapist did a great job. It does not feel rushed despite the time (its almost 10pm). Overall we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

We just came home from vacation. We walked so much that I booked appointment before we arrived home. I knew we would need them to work out the kinks. It was a wonderful 90 minute couples massage with jacuzzi and sauna. We unfortunately did not get the guys names that did our massages today. However they did a fantastic job and we both are so relaxed. Look forward to next months visit ( if not sooner)

Room was a little worse for wear. Not well maintained and not exactly clean...also uncomfortably hot. Room attendant tipping was expected irrespective of room condition. Massage chairs were in poor condition. We had a couples massage and that was very good.

I am not sure of my therapist name but she did amazing job I did the 90 minute combo and it was amazing. If I can figure out her name I will choose her again.

My therapist, Richard was excellent very gentle and strong with CBD oil massage. Richard massaged the inflammation from my 🦶lol.. all in all 😉 it was a wonderful experience. I will always recommend and request Richard. . FYI! this was my first visit, 🦉 🐝 back!

This was my first time at Star foot spa and I really enjoyed it. I brought my boyfriend in for a couples massage but we asked if they can focus on the feet. There wasn’t any problems with that. They offered us the membership which we signed up for. They let me add CBC oil to my massage. My masseuse was really attentive and hit everything I asked for. After our massage we were offered water and tea which was really nice. We also go to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. Super nice and private.The only tiny complaint I had was that it did get a little loud during the massage since nothing is closed off, just curtains but all in all everything was great for the price.I will be going there regularly from now on. Read it before you go.We schedule a couple spa day on the website two days before we went there. We selected the option of doing the massage with two females (my girlfriend have traumas with mens, so that would be perfect for us).Before starting the massage, there was not two females, only one male and one female. We said we were not comfortable with that. The manager came, and kept insisting they were professionals and it wasn’t a big deal.We decided to do it even being uncomfortable.The massage itself was mediocre. They almost put no effort in it, they were basically just rubbing our backs not really doing anything. They advertise the use of hot stones but they only use it for 5 seconds. After the massage was done, they asked for tips, and even being extremely unsatisfied with the service, we gave $20. The lady said that wasn’t enough and asked for more, so we gave $20 more ($40 total).We went to the jacuzzi/sauna room (by the way, to go there you have to pass through the lobby wearing robes in front of EVERYBODY). That room was ok, but the manager asked for more tips for the housekeeping.We paid over $200 for a service that wasn’t even being done the way we wanted it to.Putting in just one word: FRUSTRATING

I have to admit…. Because of the negative reviews on this place…. I tried to cancel our couples spa day. Thankfully…. We did not cancel!!We walked in and the front desk was receiving other guests. We sat and waited and when it was our turn she was polite. Talked about cash back for tip and I started at $50…. Did she push back? Yes… she recommended $20/person for the massage and then $20 for the jacuzzi. I figured that was reasonable. We agreed and moved on.She then tried to upsell me from a 60 min massage to a 90 min massage. For the price I figured…. Ok… might as well.For me… if you work the front desk at a spa and don’t even attempt to upsell your customers… well you are doing a disservice to them as well as your business. It’s dark, and can’t really see anything.. so I guess it was ok. The most disturbing part…. Yes, I guess that says how relaxed you can be.Afterward they give you hot tea or water… very much welcomed.We went to the private jacuzzi for about 45 min…. So relaxing after the massage.Overall…. The massage given here in comparison with other massages I have received… so much better. I would recommend this place.One thing…. If your a bigger guy…. I would recommend a male massage therapist. Husbands therapist was a female and she wasn’t able to give as much pressure as he would have liked. Definitely our bad for asking for a female… but just a heads up for you bigger guys! All in all…. TIGER is my guy ….. he never disappoints me, I go to him for a few years now, Very nice guy. I’ve try other massage therapists there but nobody like him. The only cons part is that they should have bottle of water instead of foam cup, other than that I have no complaints. Thank you TIGER for always give me the best massage.

I have been a member for 3 years. Although I do miss the original location ,(it felt a lot like I just traveled to another country for an hour) I understand all things change and they upgraded to the new spot. I enjoy their packaged deals. Theres always a special on some service they provide, just ask. I really enjoy my massages from , Tiger. He really knows his work and So respectful and fierce if youre looking for a deep tissue massage. And I also recently just met, Lucy. She is a strong woman and I enjoyed that she had a completely different technique. Highly recommend this spot. Its a guarantee on your RNR and the price. 🤝

Apart from waiting around 30 minutes even though I scheduled an appointment, we didnt even get offered water or the massage chairs while we waited. Mind you we noticed clients who came in after us get offered these things. Reluctantly, we still decided to go ahead with the VIP body massage. Everything was great but we wished the hot stones part lasted longer. They left us in the room without letting us know anything. So bad communication. After the massage, we were harassed IN FRONT OF EVERYONE for a better tip while we originally tipped each 10. Which was what we though suitable for everything stated above. Willing to give it another shot but dont get your hopes up.

Excellent massage and great service from helpful staff. First timers will be asked for purchase membership to be able to receive massage at advertised price. But ask for the promotions which are already very reasonable - and don’t worry too much about the mandatory membership fee and you will return for more treatments!

I had a really weak massage. If you are someone who enjoys a very light massage then I would recommend this for you but if you prefer someone who has any knots or muscle pains then do not go here. I left feeling highly underwhelmed. I asked for my masseuse to go a little firmer and she barely did. She left three times for extended period of time. I go to many massage places and this one was one of my top least liked. The masseuse was not intuitive at all. This is not a place for healing, it is a place for someone to simply rub lotion on your skin. To top it off they follow you out the door and request more money for tip! I was tipping 20% and the masseuse followed me outside asking for more money that she did not deserve! I do not recommend this place at all!

Its been two years since Ive had a massage and a year for my husband. We heard they moved the location to our side of town and decided to go. We used to have a membership. We totally enjoyed our couples massage. I had Tiger and my husband had Michelle. Both were amazing and had the ability to focus on the right spots without being told. We renewed our membership and look forward to getting massages consistently again.

I was just there today and my therapist was Lulu... Aside from being very professional, she was really nice. Shes a good communicator despite the fact that she dont know that much english. She always asks if youre okay, hows the pressure, etc.I like how she knows all the pressure points, will definitely tell you she knows about acupuncture the way she press your pressure points.I will definitely be back and will definitely ask for Lulu again. Shes great!And the spa was really clean and nice, very cozy and the ambient is very relaxing. Cant wait for my next visit.

I got a 90 min combo body/foot massage with Michelle today. She was excellent and made my sore shoulder feel much better. She applied the perfect pressure and was very pleasant and was so happy with the service.

I had a sauna and massage combination. The sauna was extremely refreshing. When it was time for my massage, I let my massage therapist know what type of massage I was looking for. He performed my massage perfectly and I was very relaxed when I left. I have always been satisfied with my massages there.

My boyfriend and I really enjoy coming to this establishment. We both paid for the yearly membership and it’s helped us decompress during our hectic weeks. Double checked the ad, No mention of membership requirement. 2person, 1 hour, couple massage $88. Turned out to be a phony. This Beauty spa certainly has a fallen star for me!

I saw an ad for a good deal on Facebook and thought I would try them out. It was well worth it. Excellent facilities, clean and tidy. Nice people. My therapist was Lucy and she was excellent. Kicked my butt in a good way. Great value for the money. I will be going back!

I had John, he always does an excellent job, my wife had a very nice lady who did a good job as well. This is our fourth time, and I have had John as my masseuse twice. I will definitely be booking with him again. The only disappointment was we had booked the jacuzzi steam room before our massage and it smelled like moldy feet, and the floors in the shower and all the tiled area needed to be cleaned with a deck brush. We could only stand the smell for about 30 min and have up. No refund, but they did extend our membership for a year free. No robes were provided nor were shower shoes or slippers. Be prepared. 4 stars due to issues with cleanliness. But masseus were fantastic!

Went as a birthday gift for myself. I got the membership since I’m a local. My massage was good. It was not private enough for me because there is a curtain not a door. I could hear people walking and talking in the halls. I also had a male masseuse come in to talk with my female masseuse. Check out was surprising because they force you to pay the minimum gratuity based on your service which was above the 20% I was going to pay.

Therapist was excellent. Front desk was very rude. We have been coming here for 5 years, always make an appt and she kept insisting we had no appt even though I showed her the text from them confirming and the reminder text. We had to wait almost 25 minutes as they were short staffed.

The massage was great. I got the couples massage and me & my significant other enjoyed it. She just had a massage a week ago and she compared it and said Star Beauty Spa was much better. Good pressure and it was the first time we experienced hot rocks. It was very relaxing and will come back soon! Very professional and very private which i enjoyed. The mask was not an issue as you get used to it. I don’t know our Masseuse’s names but my appointment was at 5:30pm for Raul on 01/7/2020. Thank you, you two rock. My daughter and I really enjoyed our massages and foot massages, although my foot massage was only like 7 min each it was supposed to be 30. However, what I did not enjoy, after we were done, were the therapists waiting at the counter to see how much we were going to tip. One therapist was mad, got loud and complained the tip was not enough and wanted $20, for a $56 service. 40%?! Not cool. Otherwise I would go again but not be bullied to tip!!!

Location on Durango is much nicer than the old one on Spring mountain . And the receptionists are much better than previously.Massages are excellent and deep tissue which I like. The added cbd oil was very nice. Normally I like Peter as my therapist because I like a firm massage that men therapists normally provide,but Ella was excellent and got some really tight spots that needed work on.Ive tried other spa places for years but I always gravitate back to this spa.

Great massage customer service was horrible after getting the massage we got chase to the door by the people that did massage forcing us to pay a tip. My Dad was leaving a tip then they said that’s not enough. And then they all started yelling saying we wasn’t real Americans. I was going to leave a tip too but after the bad customer service I just left out.

They were very accomodating to switching the massage requests. The therapists constantly checked to see if the pressure was good, if I was comfortable, and how I was doing. They did a wonderful job. We will definately be back.

One of the best places in Vegas to get a massage ...they even have CBD oil options and hot rock and the price cannot be beat. Their location has a Jacuzzi add-on option which seems very unique and pretty awesome might try that next time. They treat their customers extremely well.

I got this deal because I saw a recommendation on face book. I should have seen red flags when the the lady at the front desk was really pushing about up selling me add-ons. The massage started ok until they started beating us down like we did something to them. It was not a professional or relaxing experience at all. I have never had such a rough massage like this and I get them regularly. I honestly couldn’t wait til it was ok. And when I finally was I gave them each a $5 tip because that was honestly at the cash I had on me even though they didn’t deserve it. Then one of the masseuse chased me down to my car and harassed me telling me that I owe her at least a tip. I have never felt pressured into to tip let alone for bad service in my life. I left being in more pain the I came in with. Schedule at your own risk.

My husband and I had a couples massage. The massage was ok. The 2 women kept leaving the room the entire time. When we were done, the 2 women were waiting for us outside of the room. We handed them $10 each (massage was $48 and I always tip 20%). They were mad and said that the tip is supposed to be $20 each. They kept saying it over and over that my husband took the tips back. They followed us through the spa, outside and said the $10 was fine. My husband said, too late. They stood in front of our car and kept pointing at us. I was very worried about what they were going to do. They didnt do anything, except point and yell. We had a good experience the first time we were there, but because of this we wont be back.

My husband and I booked the couples VIP massage. Included in ghar was supposed to be a room with sauna and whirlpool and we were just taken to s regular room. I thought maybe they give massage first and then we get taken to that room but no. I have gotten a million massages all over the world and honestly I think this is the worst massage both my husband and I have ever had. I felt like it was a race to see how fast he could rub his hands all over my back. Im not one to not tip anything but I just couldnt bring myself to leave a tip and we got harassed all the way out the door because if it. Anyone in the service industry knows that a tip is not something that you can expect every time if someone doesnt feel like you deserve it and you should take that as constructive criticism on how you can do better next time. We certainly wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Our Therapist, Lulu and Mark, who we always requested for our massage did an amazing job, and we felt so good very time. This place is clean, nice and professional. So you can go here and for $20 you get your membership which makes every service/massage discounted for you. Do you also get emails or texts when they’re having sales for massages like we did today. We had a 90 minute massage for $48 because we are members. The massages are great, you feel good when you leave. If you have any medical issues or anything just download Google translate and type in what’s going on and put it into Chinese and they are really good at reading it and understanding before your massage starts. I have some medical issues that I have to notify them off before hand not to go too hard on and so did my dad so it works out each time. Try it out!!!

Was a good massage then when it was over instead of us (wife and I)getting dressed they made us walk through the lobby with towels on. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable. Then we sat in our towels and then the massage team came in and asked us for tips. Then I tipped them $10 each she begged for more. Then we went into the private room and the woman immediately tries to tell us we have 45 minutes. I said I paid for an hour didnt I? She said yeah you did but hurry.

I absolutely love Lulu she really understands the importance of chakra movements and pressure points. I dont come for muscle pain or tension, I need true healing and her technics satisfies all my needs. Now on the other hand I have had problems with over booking and front desk and management not doing all thats required to keep long time members in mind when these mishaps come on play. I have had a membership since they were located on Spring Mountain and they have went through quite a lot of staff but for the one who are still hanging in please make accommodations for such because its hard to find qualified staff and long-term members.

This is the first time we have been back, since the COVID epidemic. With this being the new location, the addition of the jacuzzi and sauna are welcomed amenities. This will definitely be a regular routine in our every day lives once again. Shots go out to my masseuse today. She did a great job of working out the knots in my muscles (much needed, as it’s been about 14 months since my last routine massage).

Very shady business. They wouldnt allow me to take a picture of my therapists license for insurance purposes. One lady become angry when I wouldnt delete the photos. There is only one jacuzzi and sauna room that probably doesnt get sanitized between uses. Bring slippers if you still decide to go after my review. They tried selling me additional services. One couple got swindled into buying cbd oil because they didnt understand the charge. My partners therapist said business is good but she hadnt eaten lunch yet.

The massages were terrible :( took 5 people and no one enjoyed it. They rushed us and took no care for us. We were treated rudely. Didn’t even give us a chance to grab our things and put things on before they demanded tips. They took constant break during the massage and it broke the rhythm. Felt more like a happy ending place.

When I say they are pushy I seriously mean it. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I purchased a 60 min couples massage online because I like to book all of my activities early so I don’t have to worry about it, so as soon as we get there to check in the lady in the front continuously tries to get us to upgrade to using the sauna or a longer massage or add on a foot massage so it was already a little uncomfortable because clearly we booked just the massage for a reason and then she tells us it will be a 30 minute wait which is totally fine until 30 mins later she says she only had guys available which my bf wasn’t comfortable with so we had to wait another 20 minutes for a Female. The massages were ok enough, nothing spectacular but the most uncomfortable part was they wait for you outside the room after to ask you for a tip..like I’m sorry where do they do that at in the first place and even after my bf handed his masseuse the money because it was the only bill we had so they could split it, the guy that did mine started following me asking for money. It completely ruined the experience for me. If I had had the option to use a card to tip I wouldn’t have had a problem tipping him separately but we didn’t think it would be an issue for them.

My male Massage therapist Tiger was amazing. Very professional and made sure throughout the 90 minute full body and foot massage to ask if everything was ok, pressure, heat, etc. Highly recommended.

My wife and I came and enjoyed our couples massage very much! We had Zack and Tanya as our therapists... They were both absolutely awesome! We are already planning out our monthly massages there at Star Beauty Spa! We highly recommend this great local Spa!

Mandatory tip of $20 for each massage. Not the best massage. The masseuse kept belching throughout the massage. Yuck! Will not return.

I have had Jerry 2x in the past week and he is the best! I enjoy having him. My only complaint would be that I had a noisy couple in the room next to me and I could hear them laughing and talking the entire time. The price is unbeatable though for the quality of the massage itself

YO! When I tell you they put ya girl asleep!!! Man this was such an amazing massage place ! They are wonderful with their pricing and the price gets lower if you become a member for ONLY $20 A YEAR!!! They were incredibly awesome and me, my parents, friends and love ones all enjoyed ourselves and will continue to come back and recommend to others!

We did the couple massage and our experience was amazing. Our massage was awesome, and our massage therapists were exceptional. The CBD oil add on made it even better!!!! We were so relaxed and happy with our service! Would definitely come back!!!

I have been a member for more than two years now. And every time we go there we always get satisfied with the service. All the massage therapists were professional. Good quality massage. And the place/ambience is so relaxing.

It was 2 Couples that was accommodated for and its company definitely came through. Yes, we would book this place again. It was a bit far from the casino that we were at Ballys. Definitely worth the drive. Enjoy...Save some tip money they Expect a $ 20.00 for the least. Great job and will return.

Jacuzzi room felt dirty and there was hair and bobby pins setting next to the jacuzzi. Massage was OK, and facial was just constant rubbing on my face. The most pathetic part was walking to our facial after a massage in small robes (their towels to cover you during treatments were practically dish towels too) and being stopped by the 2 massage therapists demanding tips. I asked if we could tip at the end for both services and they said no. I handed them a $5 bill each for my friend and I. They demanded at least $10 each, and then the facialist was upset when I didnt have any cash left for her tip. Easily the tackiest thing ever is asking for a tip and then demanding more. I was originally told over the phone we could get a facial, massage, pedi and manicure for $250 each. There was terrible communication leading up to the spa day. Im confused on the amount of 5 star reviews they have here, and learned it is because they give you a shot for a good review 😂 Be warned .... Not worth ths money.

I just came to get gift cards and was harassed for nearly 30 minutes trying to get me to sign up for membership! I kept telling her, even being fully sarcastic, that I want to pay full price for everything rather than being a member! I told her that if I become member with a discount, then I’d feel the services I would be getting is of lower quality due to the discount. I’ve even told her money is no issue and I’m willing to pay double price for the best services! No matter what I said, she continued to harass me trying to get me to sign up for membership that I don’t want! I stood my ground and didn’t sign up for membership!

Tonya is amazing! She has done my lashes, my brows, microdermabrasion, and massages... she is extremely attentive to detail and has won my loyalty as a repeat customer. The front office staff seem a bit disorganized at times, but at least the attempts and efforts are noticeable. Definitely a great place overall-people who want you to look and feel your best.

Benli is *amazing*. I have been a regular at Star Beauty Spa for quite a while now. I have referred and brought friends and family. I absolutely love this place. Most of the massage therapists are wonderful but Benli is fantastic. His technique is indescribable. I work from home so I have a lot of soreness/stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Benlis technique really helps loosen these spots and I am so grateful for him.

Very disappointed!!! They demand a minimum tip if however I feel like the service was lousy, they’ll be all over you until you give them what they want! All smiles rhe. At the end they watch you like a hawk for the tip lol. Never go there again . Time 90 minutes is not 90 or 60 . What a waste of money!!!

I would have given 5 stars but after our massage the masseuse asked for a tip. Not classy! Didnt even give us a chance to offer it. Out of disgust I gave her a twenty and told them to split it but the older lady DEMANDED that I tip them both $20. That was my original plan but asking for a tip is rude, ruder than not tipping.

Thank goodness we found this beautiful tranquil spa to enjoy our time in Las Vegas. They gave me a wonderful relaxing massage and I slept sooo good I had a great experience. I give them a A+.

Maggie is the greatest massage therapist. Her hands are like magic and I will be back. The whole team is lovely but Maggie is 5 stars.

Vicky and Sandy are the ladies we had for our couples massage were amazing! They asked us questions, listened to what we said and the massages were fabulous! Well worth the price and next time we come to Vegas, well be back.

I’ve been a member here for years. Such a great value for a quality massage. Today’s massage with Anna was seriously the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Go here & for sure request her, I feel like I have a brand new body.

The massage was wonderful but the employees are loud amongst themselves. This is the only place I’ve been to that was so noisy with employees and not the customers. Hard to hear the relaxing music and very annoying. I will give it another chance simply because the physical massage but if the loudness persist I’ll go down the street to another.

So clean, spacious and I love the decorations! My massage was amazing, the pressure was great just as I needed as I’m very muscular! I was felt so good, I didn’t want to leave! I will be back very soon!:-)

Had a nice experience for the first time. Was a little unsure of the process and how to tip properly but the private spa room was great though there was no soap in the shower. The massage was nice and the therapist used good pressure.

Save yourself the aggravation and dont set a foot at this place. Awful front desk, harassing you to upgrade services and charge you more and more. The therapist are not good at all (I gave it a second chance). At the end a huge argument because I left 25% tip and apparently that was not enough. I got the feeling that this therapists are not licensed and they only work for tips, the shop keeps everything else.This place needs to be shut down, very shady business. Next I am reporting to BBB.

I had Richard as my massage therapist. He did a great job. The room was excellent and the table was comfortable. He’s the best I’ve had there so far!

First time coming here. Massage was great, BUT I was shorted 20 mins, and the lady had the nerve to ask for a 10 dollar tip after I gave her $5. It definitely wasn’t 60 mins. Next time I would like my full 60 mins please.

We had a couples massage. The atmosphere was beautiful. The massage ladys were good. My boyfriend and I both fell asleep at some point. We will come back here next time were in town.

Horrible place dont waste your money or your time. They will try and up sale you on sauna and jacuzzi. It was filthy. The massage was a oil application at best. When you see this place drive by and dont look back. Poor communication skills and service. This is my first bad review on Google I usually take a lesson and move on but I dont want anyone to make the same mistake I did. We work to hard for our money these days to waste it.

This is the worst place to ever come to! Took my credit card information last year when I gave it to them for the annual/ season pass called The following day for a refund due to an allergic reaction to the oils / lotions They denied the refund which was fine but once again have been charged that for and I have never used it after the first interaction last year !!!! Also they refused to give me a refund from the first charge and told me they took my information off of their system but clearly have not because I got charged a fee once again !!! Don’t GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!!!

We got the $100 60 min couple massage and upgraded to CBD Oil on my husband massage. The massage was only for about 40mins so they cheated us out of 20mins. My husband therapists rush through his massage and when my therapist saw when the other was finished, she finished too with out getting to my feet. Then they harassed us on how much we should tip! Massage was good but the service was VERY POOR!

My husband and I had a 90 minute couples massage and it was great. Fun environment. Our therapists did a nice job. Hot stones and hot water foot soak too.

It was my first time going and it was a good experience, the price is affordable. Lucy was nice and would check up and see if I was doing okay. She was tough but I think my body needed it. Overall it’s was a nice experience for the first time.
