I called for a massage appointment just one hour in advanced. I entered a couple minutes after the time. However, because I missed a call from them RIGHT BEFORE the appointment to confirm that I will be there they gave my spot to someone else. It was just an hour (not like a few days) before I made the appointment!!! Very unethical!

New ownership. The prices went up. Clean, friendly atmosphere. All massages have been good. They value your time. The quality has kept up with the price increase. There is one who could use a little more training. I wont mention the name, but the company is welcome to contact me.

Well.. We were having couple massage and facial with my husband. My massage and facial was fine. However my husbands masseuse was incredibly rough, hurt his arm, chest and back. The worst part of the experience was that one of the the lady continually insisted that we paid $20 gratuity for EACH. I dont know how many times that woman had said. I lost count.Overall it was a complete a rip off. This is not a day spa this is a hole in the wall. Disappointed

I purchased through Groupon back in May, it was amazingly relaxing facial that left my face immediately smoother and felt hydrated. I booked online which was real quick and simple. However, upon arriving some rude lady walked up and said that I shouldve called. Fortunately, Liliana volunteered to do my facial and saved me from a negative experience. I recommend masseuse Liliana and I will return to her for future facials. Thanks Liliana!!!

I am beyond upset. My normal waxing lady is out of town and I couldn’t wait any longer I decided to try this place for a full body wax at $200 completely okay with the price. I get there she ask what exactly we working on I say I need arms legs armpits and Brazilian we start on the lady goods completely normal due to being one of the most painful areas she pulls out a clippers I was super confused she advise due to the length wanting to make it less painful as possible makes since been two month she shaves be down to the skin and tells me I have ingrowns she can’t do nothing about. But there’s nothing to grab on since she shaved it all the way off. She grabs the clippers again for my legs and I say no I just want wax she does from ankle to knee and I think I’ve been there three hours I’ll let her know I didn’t know it’s gonna take this long I have to go I just wanna pay for half legs and my Brazilian still charges me full price wax still stuck to my legs still see hairs

I wanted to do this couples massage that I bought off Groupon. It was $160 for the both of us and we we tipped the w gals 30 each. The whole experience was Amazing!! The place was clean and we both got a 60-minute couples massage with Aroma oil and hot stones.. and sugar foot scrub/ massage.Also a 30-minute exfoliating facial.We were so relaxed that we both fell asleep. And the pressure during the massage was just right. They asked if the pressure was to our liking every so often. Great Comunication with the gals. Oh and I purchased the Groupon that morning and they had availability that same day so that was a plus. Highly recommend this place. Will be making it a monthly thing with my guy to unwind.

I used a groupon with no issues nor attitude. After getting there I realized a groupon isnt needed because they offer the same deals on site. I made an appointment for my massage and my massage therapist, Nancy, was there to greet me when I walked in. The hallway and rooms are dimly lit to create a relaxing atmosphere. Nancy is a gifted massage therapist, I feel very relaxed after and my aches and pains have been alleviated. I am from out of town and next time I visit I will definitely be making another appointment with Nancy!

Wonderful couples massage!! We called and they happen to have time open for us!! A Swedish and deep tissue massage. So amazing. Very, very clean!!

Honestly would leave zero stars if I could. My husband bought Groupon vouchers for us to get full body massages as a couple. We go mind you voucher did not require an appointment so we went. When we get there no one is in the front and it takes almost 4 min before someone greeted us. So we are rushed into a dimly lit room with two massage beds and told to wait a min. A lady comes in and she is nice at first until we present the Groupon. She immediately starts to act as if she has never seen one before yet the deal has been posted and reposted meaning it’s bringing traffic. She begins asking how much we paid for the vouchers and brings a man into the room who seems to be on the same I don’t know what this is tangent. So after getting told to undress while they figure things out we think ok that’s wasn’t great but not bad and then about 5-6 mins later the lady returned apologizing stating they couldn’t honor the voucher if they didn’t know how much we paid. So my husband and I get dressed and request a refund for the Groupon vouchers purchased for this establishment and after about ten more minutes of back and forth with the gentleman and the person he called on his personal cell phone and wanted us to go back and forth with her also. My husband and I ended up walking out without being serviced or refunded. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.

They probably do not want to pay taxes. They take the lowest cost in the whole city and make me pay a tip, even if I didnt like the service provided.
