Amazing amazing . The best massage IN MY LIFE.. Mary A tiny woman with the strength of a man. Her hands are super strong. Mike was my masseuse. He was so good. He stretched me like an athlete . The pressure was firm. He adjusted his pressure when needed. He was very attentive. If you fly in to Vegas get a 2 hour massage . My boyfriend paid half the price of what he was priced in one of those snooty hotels. And let me tell you it was so well worth it.

First time coming and already impressed by how welcoming staff were, the ambiance and neat/clean/spacious this spa was!There are so many rooms. The convenience of having their own restroom in their hall to use without having to go outside.When you sign in, they provide an assessment sheet to mark on the silhouette where you need the therapist to focus more on and a number pressure scale. The wait also didn’t take long.Sure their prices may be more expensive than others but, I can understand due to inflation as they are a business and need to earn money too. However, this spa gives a professional setting so I am sure this could be a factor as to why their prices is higher because of the standards they are trying to maintain, which shows.I had asked for whoever was available and Jerry was my therapist. I appreciated his effort to communicate in English. He massaged only in the areas where it was sore and painful due to my auto accident. Pressure was just right like I marked on the sheet you fill in. I feel less tension on my neck and back. He also doesn’t use his phone while working on a customer unlike some spas I have been to, where there isn’t any peace because the staff and some customers had no respect for others who paid and were there to be massaged. Therefore, all these observations I really appreciated, and will definitely come back to recommend my love ones to give this exceptional place a chance.Please keep it up and continue to provide an awesome experience. Possibly the best massage of my life 😜 the pressure is very firm and at the right spot. The business is on the second floor in this building that you will see massage well signs everywhere. The bathroom has a shower 🤨 which I found it cool. I came in pretty late so I was the last person to leave. The staff here is super nice and professional. I can’t wait to come back!!

My favorite place to get a massage! All the therapists are great and the service is amazing. They listen to your concerns and can customize your massage based on your needs. I’ve recommended several of my friends here and they were not disappointed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! From the moment you enter the serene lobby area (they’re located on the second floor) to the super clean rooms.. so perfect! I used to come here a couple years ago and it’s as great as I remember (heck maybe even better than before)I wish I could remember who massaged myself and my husband but if they see this THANK YOU! It was so well needed. We can’t wait to go back!- We got the 60 min couples massage with hot stones (100% recommend!)

We called for a last minute couple massage ($160), and they were able to accommodate our request for 2 female masseuses in a couple room. Massage Well is located inside a shared building but they have clear signs, making it easy to find the location on second floor. The one thing that we do not like - and this is true for all massage places - is mandatory tip, and they do that here. As of May 2024, its $20 minimum for a 60 minutes massage.My husband loved his massage with Anna (I think) while I had a different experience. Im not sure who I got, but this lady did not provide hard pressure like I requested and had no technique. For my specific massage, heat was a consistent theme which I did not enjoy. I know warm towels, hot stones, and hot oil are common in massage but everything this lady use was hotter than the usual temperature for these items. She also physically produced heat on legs by quickly rubbing me back and forth; luckily there was no chaffing, but I was confused on the purpose of this technique. (My husband said his masseuse did not do that.) Not once did this lady ask if the pressure or temperature was okay. We got the last slot before closing so I feel she might have been tired and just wanted to go home. Because my husband and I had such differing experiences, Im giving this place an average rating.

I received a last minute massage at 9pm with Mary over the weekend. I booked a 90 minute massage which included hot stones and also upgraded and paid extra for the body scrub. Mary was amazing! She was very professional and amazing with her hands and the scrub was an extra added bonus! I will be coming back the next time I make my way back to Vegas! Thank you Mary! I highly recommend her!

I scheduled ahead of time. When I arrived, I discovered I had put the wrong day in my calendar. They were so kind and helpful and said if I would wait 20 minutes they could fit me in. The waiting area, bathroom, and treatment room were all very clean and tidy. There was calming music on. The massage therapist did an excellent job treating all my areas of pain, listened well, and was comfortable to be around. As a female I was a little nervous going by myself, but their policies were clearly stated up front that no touching of private areas was allowed and asking for it would not be tolerated. That plus the staffs kind and helpful attitude made me feel very comfortable. For such a reasonable price I couldnt ask for a better experience, they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

This place is a gem. Some coworkers of mine recommended this place after I had a horrible experience at another massage place. This place did not disappoint! Everyone was very friendly and professional! I wish I got my massage therapists name but he did amazing! He made sure the pressure was okay throughout the massage, and made sure I was comfortableThe studio itself was very simple and clean! There was a lot of space to put/hang you4 belongings.One of the best things about this place is that they have you fill out a sheet of spots they should focus on or if you have any concerns for certain areas.This place is a hidden gold mine, my back hasnt felt this relaxed in such a long time! This business has been many years in Las Vegas , and finally I got a chance to gave them a try ! It’s located at Sahara and Decatur, next to the LVAC ! There are so many options you can choose, I had a 90 mins deep tissue massage with my wife in a couple room, Lucy was so good at it , I am very relaxed and makes my legs pain a lot more less ! And my wife loves it as well , Dany was did great job too ! This place was clean and with perfectly music ! Definitely will come back to try more and highly recommended!

This place is very professional and has a beautiful facility. The staff is very friendly and sets the mood. Next time I will make sure when I ask for a deep tissue massage that it be relaxing less abrasive.Cons:* The music was on a loop and didnt play a variety of songs. It was very annoying when youre trying to get lost in the moment.* My massage wasnt relaxing and very painful. I couldnt wait for it to be over.* The wet towels were too hot taking off the message oil.* My masseuse spent too much time on my back and not enough time on my legs and feet. I booked an hour and a half so I thought that mightve been a time waster technique.* $12 fee to use your credit card.Pros:* I loved how tranquil the environment was and the facilities were beautiful.* The staff was very friendly and inviting.* They have a “Dad Room” which was very thoughtful while waiting for your partner.* Reasonable prices.Would I go back again?No, because theres plenty of places in Las Vegas to choose from. I might have loved the facilities, but it really comes down to the massage therapist I need to be transcended during this experience. When I find a good masseuse, I will follow them anywhere, no matter what the facility looks like.

Massage well has great lighting and atmosphere and good prices, I got the Swedish massage which was very relaxing and help loosen up the tightness in my muscles. The massage also felt great and my massage therapist was great at her job.

We booked a couples massage off the strip during our stay to save some money and it was well worth the trip. We probably got the best massage we’ve ever had here. Emma & Annie were excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxing. We definitely plan to come back on our next trip!

I wouldnt recommend this place, they intentionally extended the massage and did not ask. We got to the desk and they want 240. No explanation at all. We booked a 1 hour couples massage for $160. They know youre in a state of relaxation and are unaware of the time. They also include tip at the end when paying. Cost an extra $50 on top of it. Our $160 massage turned into almost $300. If you choose to go to this place, be aware, and set an alarm, they will overcharge you. Also, something else to be aware of is if you dont speak Chinese, they will try to charge you more. When checking out the Chinese lady told the cashier to charge us more. My friend is Chinese and understood what she said. Be very careful if you go to this place

CC gave me the best body scrub massage that I could ever ask for! It’s was so firm, yet so relaxing. I highly recommended this place, ad if I’m ever in Vegas again I will definitely take time for another fabulous massage!!

I have been going to Massage Well for more tan a year, generally averaging twice a week. The facility is one of the best massage providers in business. The facility is clean, well maintained, friendly and comfortable. In the past year, I have had two regular therapists, but have tried at least 5 others. My session are 90 minute Swedish Massage. The women are professional and attentative and the sessions “fly by” quickly. Because of medical conditions, I have been getting full body massages for more than 10 years. Massage Well is by far, the best I have found. I would recommend Massage Well to anyone seeking a first rate massage experience. While a 60 minute session is good, I have been getting 90 minute sessions for more than a year. My ONLY REGRET with Massage Well is that I did not find then earlier!!

I recommend Felix. I am a retired massage therapist- esthetician - day spa owner of over twenty years. My significant other and I went here two days in a row for two hour massages. The palpation skills and work ethic of both therapists was excellent. Felix was exceptionally professional and did beyond excellent work. I have significant orthopedic issues, and he exceeded my expectations without having to explain much. The intake form was very simple. I am happy that we went off the Strip to get better work done. I used to be a frequent visitor here but my last two visits were horrible. I didn’t believe service had gotten this bad so I went back for a second time.Massage is mediocre at best and the tipping REQUIREMENT is ridiculous. They say they don’t demand tips but they do and they are NOT in alignment with typical tipping percentages. Masseuse literally put lotion on my back and did not do a deep tissue massage but simply rubbed my back.5 star reviews on service are because there is a discount at checkout for good reviews. Also, this place has more than DOUBLED their prices from last year but skills and service have gone down. Don’t bother with coming here.

I had a fantastic experience at Massage well yesterday! I got the 90min Full Body Swedish massage with back scrub. My masseuse name was Jack! He was very professional, he hit all the “tense” spots on my back, neck, and shockingly legs (I didn’t even notice I was tense there) Ask for Jack! You won’t regret it!!!

We recently came to Las Vegas and knew we wanted a massage. Not knowing the area, we booked a 90 minute couples massage online from home before we flew out, so we had no idea what to expect. Well, not only were we not disappointed, we likely had the best massages we EVER had!!! Emma and Julie were AMAZING!!!! Within moments of laying there hands on us they could imediately tell where our problem areas were and worked extremely hard to work out those tight areas. I was especially tense, so Emma even put me into certian positions and stretched out my whole body. We were also treated with hot stone massages, as well as muscle cupping at no additional charge. The office was extremely clean, well decorated, and the staff was very professional. As I said, these were the best massages we ever had!!!! If you are local, or just in town for a few days, treat your self to a massage here. I promise you wont be disappointed!!!!!

We asked for a couples massage. Cassie and Danny were great massage therapists. They were so good my husband fell asleep. I almost drifted off too which rarely happens. They did a full body massage with hot stones and towels. It was very relaxing and we both had a very good sleep and rejuvenated the next morning. Highly recommend. One tip: Bring cash. They charge a fee when using cards.

Huge language barrier. We ordered a hour massage with cupping and a hour foot massage. They didn’t do the foot massage or cupping and just did a 2 hour massage. I say avoid this place and go to somewhere that pays more attention. This cost $400 for something we didn’t want; and got nothing we wanted

I loved it! Went with my dad and auntie after a stressful finals week and I feel totally relaxed. The hot stones were my favorite. I love to run and my legs feel so loose after this massage.

Wife and I came in for a couples massage. The massage was subpar. I was highly disappointed with the massage with it being a back rub with a towel for 75 percent of the time. Then when paying I was demanded that a tip was mandatory. Being a veteran and have had plenty of massages this was by far the worst one. Would not recommend

It was a wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I got the 120 minute couples massage and it was beyond relaxing. It was a combo of a little deep tissue to get out some knots, relaxing Swedish with hot oil, and super relaxing hot stones. All for a great value! Will definitely go back when we are back in town.

Got a massage from Emma and omg it was wonderful. I have chronic back issues from a car accident. I have a regular massager therapist where I live but for the last 3 weeks she hasnt been able to get all of the knots out. I was stiff, lost some mobility, and was starting to get short tempered. Emma made me feel like pre-accident me! I only have the soreness from the massage, but I have full movement back!! She is wonderful! I highly recommended seeing her for a deep tissue massage!! I now have an excuse for a monthly Vegas trip! Thank you so much Emma!!

We had a couples massage and it was excellent but the only thing I didn’t like was the guy at the front desk, he was rude and I watched the woman in front of us tip the guy who gave her a massage and he handed right over to the guy at the front desk almost as if he was taking there money like he did all the work smh

Had a couples massage, each therapist customized the massage so each person got the massage we wanted ( 1 Swedish & 1 deep tissue). Clean facility and priced right.Recently visited this business again. Cassie worked on me. She took her time, making sure to work in the needed areas. I went in with low back sciatica pain and left in almost no discomfort. I tried their cupping service, it really helped with the pain.I found out they also offered stretching, planning to return and try the stretching and get a follow up cupping service. Strongly recommend this facility and their services. Clean establishment, friendly staff, knowledgeable and capable massage therapists.

Very great experience. We are visiting from Vermont, and I am experienced in getting massages. The therapists at this place was very professional- we had couples massage, my therapist was Steven, highly recommend, also more affordable than massages in north east states.

Every year for the last 7 years my friends and I get a massage here, on our annual girls trip. I have never had nothing short of an amazing massage. This year was no different. I had a 2 hour massage by Jack and he applied excellent pressure, did not talk during the massage and worked out some intense knots I had in my neck and shoulders. I will be back in Vegas in 6 months and will definitely be booking a massage with Jack!

Danny , was awesome 🤩 the best!!!!!! I came with my neck super in pain, I do physical therapy 3x a week. I was in a major car accident and from the car accident I baby my neck because of the pain. I did a deep tissue massage I was super tense could barely relax, but the massage was just what I needed, this was definitely better then my physical therapy and worth my time & money I walked out feeling like damn my neck feels relieved my back feels relieved ~ the best spot to go to they had enough staff to tend me my husband and my son-in-law 💯

The massage felt great, but this place has a tipping policy that requires a 25% minimum tip, which is counterintuitive. Whether and how much to tip are my decision as a consumer. If a business is going to require a tip, it should adjust its rates instead. The prices as published are inaccurate.

I had my first massage at this facility. I had the best experience starting at the reception area. The receptionist greets me and ask me if it was my first time there, explains everything and advised me which session would be good for me. He walk me to the room and the room was neat and clean. My therapist Emily greets me with a smile and makes me comfortable, ask me how I was doing and if I’m comfortable and pain free. Very experienced and knowledgeable. When my session ends, other receptionist took care of payment process and greets me with smile. I appreciate everything there and I will definitely return. Great job Emily!!

Do not go there!!! Let me first start off by saying the guy at the front is very kind and polite as well as the environment. Ive been here before couple weeks ago with my husband and we did a couples massage we tipped 40$ a piece because the massage was amazing but this time it was horrible and the manager is very very unprofessional and threatened me and my husband because I didn’t want to tip my masseur because he half fasted my massage and he only massaged one of my legs and feet then stopped the massage and throughout the whole massage It felt very bad but I thought maybe it will get better but it didn’t. When I filled out the paperwork I specifically asked for my lower legs and feet to be massaged. I do MMA 5 days a week so I was very sore before coming in. When and I got off the table feeling the exact same. And they expected me to pay an extra 30$ when the masseur didn’t even do his job correctly and he was breathing heavily the whole time. The manager literally got in my face and asked u don’t tip restaurant when u go eat? And I said ofc because it’s Good. He continued to get aggressive with me and afterwards walked away calling me a racisct slur. I will be filing a lawsuit against the manager them tommorow morning. Good thing my husband is a lawyer!!!

Visited them yesterday for the first time. I had a party of 7 and called 1 hour before showing up. They were able to accommodate all of us and gave each of us an phenomenal massage. 12-22-23 Been coming here for years during vacations.Last year it was $60.00 per hour. Called weeks ahead of our arrival to ask price for this years visit. Spoke with Andy. He said they were thinking of raising rate to $70.00 per hour. Upon arrival of our appointment we were told it’s now $80.00 per hour. At check out was also charged a $5.00 transaction fee for credit card use. Our last time here.12-23-23 My compliments on a very well crafted response from the owner. LOL

Booked a couples massages for our first time here, it was my first massage ever. It was fantastic! They were all extremely professional and made us feel comfortable with everything they were doing. Ill definitely be returning in the future. If it is your first time for the couples massage though, its literally bottom underwear only, I kept my socks on and I needed to take them off.

Booked an hour massage for me and a friend after seeing the great reviews. Unfortunately, I wasnt impressed. There wasnt an option to select a female massage therapist when booking online. I called in to make this request, and the gentleman who answered told me to book online. I asked him about needing two female therapists, and he said it was no problem, they would take care of it when we got there, and we didnt need to make a special request. We arrived on time and had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for a female massage therapist.The massage was not very relaxing for me. Very choppy. They also had the same song on loop for the whole hour. The draping was less professional than other places Ive been, and left me feeling uncomfortable at some points.Theres also a minimum tip policy, which was off-putting. The minimum is slightly more than 20%. Im a great tipper, but would like to choose my own tip based on the service provided.The massage therapist also stood there while we checked out, waiting for their tip, which was extremely awkward. Theres also a card fee, which I was NOT expecting or happy about.

We’ve been to a lot of different massage places here in Vegas and Massage Well is the best. Not only their place is clean, all of their massage therapist does their job very well. I like how they ask us to fill out a paper to mark which part of the body we would like the therapist to focus on. We always leave this place feeling relaxed and refreshed! 100% recommend.

Massage Well is my go-to massage place now whenever I visit Las Vegas. They always almost have availability for myself and my friends whenever we call, even at 8pm! The facility is clean, the massage itself is great, all the right pressure in right places. Their price is fantastic, I usually get the 60-minutes swedish massage for $60/hour (this price is current as of April 2023). It should be noted though that if you pay in card, you will be charged card fee, so come prepared in cash. Overall, fantastic massage facility with good price and quality. Highly recommended!
