A great wellness spa where the massage was even better than expected! A great spot for couples too, was a nice anniversary trip.We’ll definitely be back soon.

Had the fire cupping. Interesting experience. Felt invigorated right after and slept well. Next day felt like sunburn and a little bit of body ache.My sister and I had the foot reflexology massage. Both thought that it was a little short and brusque. We both felt it was very basic and it only used a short time for pressure points.My sister had the Thai shampoo, and she enjoyed that.

Myself and 5 other family members got massages here. After our massage I was tipping and only had $30 cash, mind you i was just paying for myself and my husband 90 minute massages which was $180 total. This is 16.66% however they are getting $60 an hour for massages that have left us in PAIN and we ALL have BRUISES 5 days later. $30 was all the cash I had. The lady at the front desk told me oh no, you need to at least tip $20 i said wow Ive never heard someone be so up front about a tip. This is all the cash I have, Ill ask my mom for some cash when shes done with her massage. She says, yeah $15 for each masseuse is unacceptable and you should not leave without giving $10 more. That is so demanding! It sounded so ungrateful I couldnt believe it. She could have said it much nicer or told us before paying hey just so you know, $20 tip is expected and customary as a warning. But to shame me in front of other customers and treat me like trash is just uncalled for.

The worst experienceI called and booked two people a 90-minute massage and Thai head wash.They put my friend and I in the same room? This room had three beds. There was no privacy to undress, and the beds were not even massage-quality. There was only a thin sheet to cover up with.The actual massage was NOT a deep tissue massage. Words can not express how disappointing this experience was. I place a high bet on the staffs qualifications to give massages. They left the door open to the hallway, and there were moments when our bodies were exposed to other people.They tried to upgrade the service with cupping during the service, but we declined, and then the experience went farther downhill. For the next 45 minutes, they didnt even massage us. They just pressed or squeezed us. It wasnt very good. I almost asked to stop many times.When the massage was finished, they rushed us to the room for a Thai head wash and massage. THIS WAS WORSE. They never provided the Thai head wash. They washed our hair and pounded on our heads. Again, this was so disappointing.I tried to discuss our disappointment with the owner, but he said we received the services we had booked. When it came to paying, the owner tried to take my Credit Card to process the payment, and I said I would tap my card. Where is the machine? He passed the machine over. I declined the tip option and processed the payment. I asked for a receipt, and he gave me a copy of the visa but would print a detailed receipt to show my booking and what I paid for. Then, as we walked to the elevator, he screamed at us for not tipping! We got on the elevator and left the building. As we waited for an Uber, the owner followed us to the parking lot and started screaming again! It would be left here on this page if I could give a -1 million review. Very unprofessional and scary!!

Amazing experience!! Came here for a couples massage and was impressed. Reasonable prices and excellent quality! The masseuse was very skilled and got through knots that I honestly thought were bone. We also got cupping. First time trying it but the masseuse walked us through what to expect during and after the cupping. Left feeling relaxed and happy 😊

For the price it’s great, my only issue was during my massage the massage therapist was laughing and sneezing the entire time. Also I definitely didn’t get my whole time for the VIP package.I would keep the 90 min full body massage and the leg and foot reflexology but the Thai shampoo was not worth it at all. They use Pantene shampoo and conditioner and my scalp was really raw after plus the lights were on and I couldn’t really relax at all, they rushed us out during that last service.They were really nice but I still wanted my time respected and a client. I’ll go back and give them another chance and just skip out on the Thai shampoo.

Tried other places in town, but now I only go here for all my massages. Whenever I need a solid full body massage, this place always delivers. Everyone here is great, both male and female masseuses. Today I had Eva, and the 60 minute full body massage was excellent. My mother-in-law had Sophia, and she was highly regarded by her as well. My wife really likes Alice, but we forgot to ask if she was still available today or even still working there.I recommend getting membership there for membership prices (see my photo on pricing and current details on becoming a member). Find and mention any one of their active groupon deals and they will typically match it. Oh and dont forget to bring cash, to tip your masseuse for their well earned efforts, itll be easier. But sounds like they will also let you tip with card.

Vacayed in Vegas & knew I definitely wanted a massage. Of course the big hotels spas looked amazing but the prices not so much. I was really just looking to get a massage. I found this place on tik tok & for $70 bucks for 1 person I definitely decided to check it out.It was AMAZING!Received a 60 min couples massage, put my timer on and it was about 50 mins, 5 mins to get dressed before & after. Felt comfortable, they speak to you, ask if the pressures okay. Full body, even massaged my face and scalp. Cracked my back as well one of the best parts. I loved it. Super soft hands.Interior is as seen in pics, seemed pretty clean.No complaints, I will return!

Loved my massage. Omg the lady I had really worked out all my knots. I left feeling less tensed & stiff. I’m definitely returning when I come back to Vegas. Paid $70 for a 60 min session with hot stones & cbd gel. Worth every penny my shoulders & back felt amazing afterwards.

The massage was wonderful. I had a great experience with the deep tissue massage. My masseuse was really good. She made sure I was comfortable and worked on some troubled areas. It was amazing!However, I was disappointed with the hair treatment. I noticed at first how the hair tub had residual hair around the knobs and sink, and all around the edges of the room and bed.As someone who deeply cares about the health of my hair, I didnt notice til after my experience that my hair was super dried out and lost its moisture and look. I looked back and saw that the products they were using were cheap Pantene products instead of the medium to premium salon products.I went back to my residence and had to wash out my hair AGAIN, deep conditioned it, and used a whole lot of leave-in conditioner. My hair was completely dried out from the shampoo treatment. Would never come here again for a shampoo treatment but would come here for a deep tissue massage. 🙂

60 minute foot massage for $50 was misleading because it was really 30 minute massage because they count in 5 minute of foot soaking, 15-20 minute of wax wrapping your feet with no massage on upper body at all. Many Chinese massage places will include some upper body massage in a foot massage option, but this place did not at all— they could of done this while my feet was soaking or wrapped in wax for 20 minutes. I didn’t like that there was so much down time in a 60 minute massage. I’d rather just pay for direct 30 min foot massage.

We had a couples massage. I’m a massage therapist myself so here goes my full review:Although we purchased the 90 minute couples massage($200 total) I would’ve loved to add services to ours like the cupping they offer for my hubby, and a body scrub for myself. I wasn’t even offered any other service in addition to what we asked for initially, so we got what we got. My therapist you can tell from jump was in a hurry at first. I’m a good people reader and have had many massages in my life. He did find knots and worked on what he found which was appreciated, in the back of my mind was still the want to get a body scrub. My husbands therapist luckily had a soft touch as this was his first massage by a guy and just pictured him getting a massage from a female. You could tell my massage therapist was the lead therapist and my husbands was following suit from what my therapist was saying and doing. I could hear my therapist breathing which made it a lil difficult to fully be in a meditative state. I would go back in the future and communicate with them better in hopes to get the same great massage with addition to the cupping and body scrub! #AlwaysTip!!!

One of the worst experiences of a full body massage. I went in without an appointment and got a male massauese so I was taken aback but decided why the hell not and try it.Guy seemed struggled through the whole hour, kept grunting through the ordeal and was super rough with the massage. The table kept moving around too. Not a great experience.

I recently experienced a 60-minute full body massage, and it was good! Before my appointment, I was experiencing neck pain when turning to my left, but after the massage, I could move freely without any discomfort.Regarding the hair scalp treatment, I was a bit disappointed. Instead of receiving products specifically targeting the scalp, I was given regular shampoo and conditioner by Pantene. Unfortunately, these products ended up drying and damaging my hair, as I typically avoid using regular drugstore shampoo products. Additionally, I noticed that the tubs used for the hair treatment were dirty, and the hair brush had traces of multiple different hair colors, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.Despite these issues, I must emphasize that the massage itself was good! One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that the bed and room are warmed up before the client arrives. Overall, I had a positive experience, but there are some areas that could be enhanced for future visits.

I was visiting Vegas and wanted a reasonable priced massage. This place was reasonably priced and I like that they offered cupping services. I received the 60 min combo massage and fire cupping. My partner got a 90 min reflexology massage. Overall we both really liked our massages and would come back.There’s a high likelihood you may get a masseuse that doesn’t speak English. I’d recommend letting the receptionist know your needs and to help translate. They do not always ask you what you’d like to focus on or the pressure you prefer so def let the receptionist know these things when asking for your service.My massage started with over the sheets where the masseuse mostly did pressure and forearm warm up on my back and legs. Then oil on skin was introduced. My back was insanely tense so the bulk time was spent on my back. Again technique was mostly pressure points, forearm, and less finger centric methods. After my back was done the cups were placed on me while my legs were worked on. Then they were taking off and I was flipped over to get my head, arms massaged. Front legs were not really massaged, more like a Thai stretch done to them.If you’re new to cupping don’t worry it’s not actually hot when they place the cup on your back. You’ll just feel a little tightening on the location. My masseuse was nice enough to take a photo for me and sent it to me.My partner enjoyed his massage. They did a head and shoulder massage while they soaked his feet. He said The foot and calf were a little painful at some points but I think there was a language barrier so he wasn’t able to communicate a lighter pressure. Facilities were clean and the place is big. I would recommend coming here.

Im giving them a 3 stars because they pressure you to tip. I honestly felt harassed trying to make me tip . I was going to tip cause I’m appreciated but it’s earned I don’t like that. Bc if I tip is because I like the service I feel like they put cheap prices to compare to the strip but they try to milk you the most they can

During this time, I have been getting massages from Shang Jun every two weeks. I usually have to stand for a long time at work, which causes a lot of leg pain. He has really helped alleviate it a lot. Hes a fantastic massage therapist. Highly recommended.

I got the 3 hour VIP package today and it was HEAVENLY. 90 minute massage, 60 minute foot reflexology, and a 30 minute Thai shampoo. My massage therapist was kind and was with me the whole time! She did a really awesome job the whole time- I can confidently say I have never had a better massage!!My one small complaint (mainly because I am a beauty professional) is I wish they used a little higher quality products for the shampoo. My therapist used Pantene on me which doesn’t have the best ingredients. Something like Raw Sugar that is still affordable but has better ingredients would be really great! It would be a good idea to add a heat protectant before the blow dry just to protect the hair as well!However, this is a very minor detail and didn’t hinder my experience! 5 stars and will 100% be coming back!

Me and my girlfriends came by the establishment for a foot massage and it was such a disappointment. The massage was advertised as 60 minutes and the actual massage is only 30 minutes. It is definitely not anywhere close to 45 minutes per the business owner reply to one of the yelper. A 30 minutes foot massage costs $50! I was so disappointed and decided to only tip $5. The front desk calls me back and asks for more tips. The front desk says its mandatory 20%! Its not worth it at all. My girlfriends all disliked the massage either. I am pretty sure the good reviews were from friends and family. This is the worst experience I ever had.

The best massage I’ve ever had in my life. My gal was named Eva, and she did everything right head to toe. I’m going to have to make more trips back here just to get a massage with Eva. I love love love all the traditional Chinese themes throughout the place, reminds me of the old Chinese movies we watched growing up. I used my ClassPass points provided through my work for the massage so it was very affordable for me. We had a nice private room for 3 people.

Visiting on vacation and received the 60 minute massage and the 30 minute Thai shampoo massage. Very clean place and friendly staff. Massage was great and the shampoo bout put me to sleep haha 10/10 experience.

What I like about this place is that they have professional and licensed masseuses and they know what they are doing. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, it’s clean and you definitely leave there feeling you got your monies worth and then some. I love Jason. He’s professional and experienced and i always feel comfortable and relaxed. My daughters have had some of the ladies there and felt the same. The prices are also reasonable which makes it easier to add massage to your health and wellness routine. I drive across town to get there and will continue to do so. It’s worth it. I love this place.

Just Wonderful !! My husband and I are in Las Vegas for the weekend. Our spa at our hotel didnt have a lot of options and was so expensive. We got a great massage, cupping, foot paraffin with massage. And afterwards we had tea time. Very interesting. We learned some history of Chinese teas. Definitely a go to, if you like massages. Very clean and professional.

Highly recommend leaving the strip and heading to Chinatown to visit Mu Tao for a massage. My husband and I went as soon as they opened with no appointment scheduled. They got us right in. I had a combination foot and and body and my husband did a full body. The total cost for both was $140 (before cash tip which they def earned!). You can’t even get one massage at the hotels for that. Like others, I was skeptical about going into Chinatown for this service. The establishment was clean, the staff was professional and easy to understand (which I know frustrates some people). Wish I had known about this spa sooner. I saw It on TikTok and decided to give it a try based on a locals review. Nothing but good things to say about MuTao. Will visit again on our next trip. Thanks to Jason and Nancy for fixing our aches and pains.

This is my go-to place to get re-centered. Affordable pricing nothing crazy! The people here are nice and clients come back because they are treated well. I have several friends, family and coworkers who uses this spa. You don’t need the glitz, glamour and astronomical prices of The Strip. You just need a good massage and a place that will welcome you back.

Since moving to vegas, Ive been on the search for a legit, clean, and good massage. Ive always been a little suspicious of the asian massage places and the low prices, but I just cant bring myself to pay $200+ for a massage at the big hotel resorts. I read reviews for Mu Tao and there seemed to be stellar 4 and 5 star reviews but then also some 1 star reviews. The negative reviews seemed reasonable, but I was really on the fence.My husband ended up having some time off of work so we decided to just pull the trigger and book a couples massage for 90 minutes. We called on a Saturday night to see if they had availability the next day around 1pm. Surprisingly, they were able to get us in with no problem. Not sure that was a good sign or a bad sign, but we were going with it.Parking was plenty and free and the business entrance was clearly marked and had an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. It had the traditional Chinese decor and was very spacious inside. I mean, this place was huge and had tons of chairs and rooms. The bathrooms were very clean and everything appeared to be nice and tidy.They promptly took us into one of the larger rooms which had 3 tables, which I thought was interesting, and we picked 2 of them and got ready. They came in shortly after and started the massages.They massages were great as they do put a lot of effort in the the deep tissue and seemed to know the areas of the body which have the most tension. They had no problem with pressure adjustments and making accommodations to any injuries or preferences.I would have given 5 stars except I wish the walls werent so thin as you could hear people walking and talking down the hallways which might not be an issue if they turned the soothing music a little bit higher. I know they cant control the structural issues of the business, but it did distract me for a bit. The other thing is I wish they had a different cover for the face opening on their tables as it looked/felt like it was just 2 peices of paper towel. It did shift/rip during the massage which left me wondering if I was sharing face oils with a previous client.Overall, we still enjoyed the massages and for $100/90 minutes, I really would not complain. They massage therapists definitely worked hard and did a good job. We did not have any issues with payment and we did tip the 20%.If you are on the fence, I would definitely give them a try as long as your expectations are realistic.

The Thai shampoo was amazing for removing built up products from my hair and was amazingly relaxing!! I wish I could do this service every day!

Mason was by far the best massage I have had in Vegas! He is very intuned with my muscles. I was so relaxed, and he really helped with my shoulder pain. Can’t wait to book him again. Definitely a gem in Vegas!!

The Thai shampoo was ok.. I expected it to be relaxing but it was VERY rough. The woman who did the massage had long nails and it would scrape my scalp to a point my head was sore after. The amount of conditioner she used was at least 2 cups worth and it felt like she didnt wash all of it out at the end. When it came time to dry my hair, she blow dried it until it was halfway dry then ended the session. Overall I probably wont go back but nice atmosphere.

Fantastic experience. Firm and thorough massage package-full blown spa treatment. The Chinese tea ceremony is authentic and educational, loved every minute. I learned so much. Would try again! 5 stars 🌟

Did a couples massage with the wife.. this was absolutely FABULOUS. Our therapist were very professional and incredibly nice. I have had back and leg problems last few years, The lady instantly relieved my back pain and got 2 knots of my back and legs. I absolutely give this 10/10 if your in vegas this is the place for massage!!

My first massage experience was incredible thanks to a very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. A little off the beaten path, about a 20 minute cab ride from Caesars, but totally worth it. I definitely recommend.

Called and got in for a couples message with my husband. They got us in immediately, they were professional and kept us covered were very thorough. They were affordable and even gave us water after. Its a very nice clean relaxing experience and my husband and I are so glad we went !!!! ☺️

I just finished my treatment there for reflexology and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It is a business that we found by accident and it was a wonderful find. Their business license is on full display which legitimize the spa. The price for one hour ($50) is very reasonable and their techniques are second to no other spa/reflexology I have found. For those interested: they also offer cupping, full body, and a Thai shampoo.

If you like a rough and deep massage this is the place!To those that may be deterred by the negative reviews, Please note that these massages are going to be different than a massage you’d get at massage envy or the like. If you’re not used to going to an Asian massage place then you wouldn’t know that it’s a different vibe and culture.

First time here . Decided to come because it had really good reviews. I made an appointment for a couples massage and Thai shampoo massage. We go into the room to get our Thai shampoo massage and the floor had dirt and water on floor. That tells me they dont clean between clients. They basically washed my hair and blow dry it. Hardly any massage. Washed my hair with Pantene pro v shampoo. We get our couple massage and no one asked what kind of massage I wanted. They didnt even massage my feet. They were talking during our massage. I wont go back.

I usually come here because their nice and i always have good massage. But tonight i dont know how i would feel. So the massage is $70. Because i dont have enough cash I asked the guy if i pay with a card, can i leave a tip? He said yes. He ask how much i want to leave for tip and i said 20% (which i think is pretty good because most people would only tip 10% or 15%) then him and the guy that gave me the massage started laughing and talking with their language. I dont understand anything of what their talking but Im pretty sure its about me because were all talking in English until we talked about the tip then they started talking on a different language. It was just very disrespectful.

Never in my life have I been forced to tip. I tipped 14% ($10) for a foot massage which was $75. I have been coming for couple years. I wanted to try the foot massage. It wasn’t the best. I was not expecting to pay “minimum tip”. It’s not my job to pay your employees who have been complaining about tip. You can suggest a tip amount and that’s about it.

Absolutely loved my experience with Maria!!! She was so genuine and sweet. She put me to sleep when she did the foot massage. I got the 90 min foot massage and 30 min thai shampoo. I loved every second. Next time I will probably do the 2 hour massage with her. This place is CLEAN and I was treated well.For anyone not familiar with foot massage, this is NOT your typical massage place. They do a different type of massage and do not look for knots and dont usually take many requests. This is for someone who wants to relax and get total body relaxation. If you want more targeted work, find somewhere else. This place is 10/10 and absolutely amazing.

Jun is an amazing therapist! I came in the door with all kinds of chronic pain in my neck, back and knees. He figured out the problem and relived all my pain in two-hours session. After two sessions, the pain never came back again and I really appreciate his treatment! It is the best massage in Las Vegas!

This is great massage spa👍 My shoulder has been heavy and painful in a long time. And one foot is a little numb, a massage therapist JUN his massage technique is very good, do two times have felt a significant improvement. I will continue to follow up the treatment.

I brought my wife here on Mothers Day for a 90-minute full body spa/massage. Our overall experience was not as good as we expected. The place is not well equipped for relaxation, the bed smells awful, no relaxing music playing and the staff makes a lot of noise grabbing their stuff into the drawers. Theres a lack of attention to customers requests. I requested for two masseuse (female massage therapist) prior to our appointment but they sent one male and one female in our room instead. The masseur (male massager) stood by my wifes bed but I immediately told him to switch with my masseuse instead but he didnt get it. He barely speaks and understands basic English. Last but not the least, they only did 60-minute instead of the 90-minute service. I wish they will improve their overall service to get more satisfied customers. Well keep looking somewhere else better.

They price matched our Groupon price and accommodated a couples massage which was very nice! The massage felt really good, but was a little different than than most typical massages that I have had. Only because there was a lot of movement and different stretching positions! But the place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hot stone, paraffin wax felt amazing! Definitely would recommend, you cannot pass up this deal!

Everybody was super friendly and helpful. The whole place was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. I did the Special Package Full Body Massage 90 minutes, Foot Reflexology 60 minutes, and 30 minute Thai Shampoo Treatment- $125.00 with Alice. I walked in stressed to the max, but after Alice was done I felt completely relaxed, even happy. Every time I pass through Vegas I will be sure to book an appointment with Alice.

This is a no frills massage place in terms of fancy robes or anything but if you want a good massage for a good price... I would recommend! This is one of my favorite massage places in town. Its very serene inside, and Ive always had a good massage every time I go. They work with you too see what pressure works best for you, and periodically check up to make sure youre doing alright.Take a visit, and Im sure when things are opened back up the more luxurious experiences are worth a try as well

Ive had massages all over the United States, and a few foreign countries, this place puts them to shame. My only regret is only doing 1 1/2 hours instead of 2. Perhaps if I did I might have melted.. lol.My massage therapist was named Alice, and she was amazing. Ask for her or any of the staff will do I imagine. I found the whole operation classy, from the nice odor in the air to the cleanliness of the room. I recommend this place highly.

This place went above and beyond my expectations today. My boyfriend and I got the groupon to save money from paying for an overly priced massage on the strip. GREAT SERVICE and MASSAGE for a price that you can’t beat. We decided to add the foot reflexology and cupping along with the deep tissue/hot stones and we left so relaxed. We will definitely come back when we visit Las Vegas again.

I came last minute and they were able to fit me in. This was by far one of the best messages Ive ever had. I didnt get the ladys name but she was great. She didnt follow a set massage pattern, she went section by section and found the tight spots and worked on them till they released from neck down to the calves. I could not recommend this place more. GO!

This was the absolute best massage Ive had. 60 minutes included a full body, back scrub, hot stone and paraffin wax foot massage. Larry was amazing he applied the right amount of pressure for my massage and periodically checked to make sure I was alright. It was clean and everyone was very friendly.

Worst massage ever!! I’ve been getting massages for over 40 years and massage students do a better job than the lady who massaged me. I purchased a 90 minute massage, could not endure it, so I let after 60 minutes. The room was cold, lotion was cold, she did not use enough lotion so my skin started to hurting. My massage was interrupted multiple times—the lady kept going in and out of the room. During that 60 minutes, she left the room 4 times.

I was skeptical at first since this was my first massage ever but as soon as I entered the door I felt welcomed. Tracy was my masseuse and she did an amazing job, my body cracked in places that needed. She basically did what a chiropractor would do but lightly, it relaxed my muscles and helped my back pain. The paraffin and hot stones were my favorite, this place was huge and exactly how you see in their photos. I’m definitely coming back to this place I feel like a brand new person.

Made an appointment for a 90min massage and arrived 5 min ahead. Was greeted by name and taken directly back to a private room. The masseuse did her best to work out all the knots I had. Lots of pressure, knees, elbows, the works. She was happy when my back finally started loosening up and so was I. Will go back to try the 180min special.

Would rate higher but they charged me more than the advertised price on their website and required a minimum tip of $20. BUT the massage therapist were awesome.

I recently stopped by Mutao Wellness in Las Vegas and got a 90 minute massage from Maria. She is a sweet girl and provided an excellent, strong, professional massage, The room and overall facility was clean I enjoyed my time there. I give Mutao and Maria my highest recommendation.

I had the Hot Stones massage...so, I felt so good leaving there, I made myself another appt before my departure!! When I went to the front desk, the ladies were smiling 😃 & said Do U need some water? Of course I do, Im drained & rejuvenated at the same time! It was GREAT 👏👏👏

Just O.K. place. It wasnt impressive/wasnt worth the money that I paid(incl tips). Only one of four friends was satisfied. My masseuse seemed to spend almost half of my time rubbing anywhere+ not able to communicate well in English. I will try somewhere else next time.

Yelp was right on suggesting this spot. Spontaneously decided I need a massage with my friend so we looked online. Lots of places with mixed reviews popped up and wanted a premium for 60 minute massages then the Wellness Spa showed a special of $89 for a couple. I called in to see what their availability was and they had one at a convenient time for me. Headed there and up the elevator to the 2nd floor to get checked in. The receptionist was polite and set us up with Tiffany and Rick. Let me tell you from my experience Tiffany knew what she was doing well. I got a deeper chines massage while my friend got a gentler swedish massage. She said Rick did great and really relaxed her. I felt amazing afterwards. All the spots I felt needed attention got massaged out with a nice warm oil. Best part was unexpectedly getting hot stones, sugar scrub on our backs and hot wax wraps for out feet. I felt extremely pamper for such little cost which I feel like they really need to advertise that better to potential customers. We got our full 60 minutes. Relaxed and refreshed it was worth every penny and a little bit extra cash for tip. We will be back.

The place was neat, the gentleman at the front desk was nice and the massages were pretty good, but the customer service by the two masseuses was very poor. One of them seemed less experienced and both seemed to bicker every now and then, possibly over how to use the oils my mom brought? I typically tip between 10 to 20% depending on quality of service I receive. Once the massages were over and the masseuses left the room, my mother and I were gathering our things and I asked her how she liked it. She said it was ok and that she thought her masseuse was newer. I thought the lady who worked on me did pretty good, definitely better than the other, so I tipped them $10 each. They both gave a monotoned thank you, and one looked at me awkwardly. While I continued to check out and pay for the services, the masseuse we believed was newer said to me $10 for one hour, but $15 for 90 minutes. A bit thrown off by this, I asked her if she was asking me for $5 more each in tips, and she said yes. So, reluctantly I pulled out two more $5s and handed it to them. The gentleman at the front desk said thats what is suggested for tipping but not required.. if that is what the expect, they should have made that clear before the service instead of making things awkward and way too forward in my opinion. Theft! the site says that they will listen to your request for a massage. no one is listening. The masseur removed my gold white necklace and did not give it come back . I did not see anything. After the massage, I was relaxed that I did not think about it. I left a tip. The next day I arrived to pick up my necklace. They told me that the masseur would not talk to me and said that they would call me back, I waited two days, no one called! after 2 days I called, I still got caught by a man, they told me again that they would call me back, I called again, the man answered and said they would call me back. again no answer! If the massage therapist found and gave it to the counter. It has been 2 weeks already, most likely she has already passed it to the pawnshop!

As I entered the massage room I noticed the sheets on the massage table they had blood dots and appeared dirty and wrinkled .I requested new sheets they tried changing me to another table but the sheets were in the same condition. They informed me they didnt had any .Fortunatelly I had clean sheets on my car and used my own .it is extremely important they change linen with every patient .Not having clean linen clearly shows they use the same linen for all clients.That is unsanitary and disgusting.I reported them to Health department and are following up on inspection progress.I will definately not return.

I felt so bad for my massage therapist but he worked with me every step of the way. I kept getting leg cramps in my legs and every step of the way he work to get them out. This man was a dream oh, and the massage was phenomenal. He was patient he was nice he asked to make sure that the pressure of the massage was okay if everything felt good and come I couldnt ask for anything more. Went to this place because of the Groupon, and it is a great value. However, it was three of us and we gave them 30 dollars for a tip which is $10 dollars per massage therapist, which we thought was a decent amount, but when we asked for change to give them the proper amount the lady up front looked very disgusted and stated that 15 dollars per person is the amount we give per person, which is very rude. I thought tips for something you give as a courtesy and what if 30 dollars is all we had. Didn’t appreciate the way the lady up front came off it was very rude

If lower prices means you can skimp out on your services and provide less than what is expected, then advertise it.The management was very accommodating to the time that I wanted my massage (7:30) and the fact that my 2 hour massage was going to go past closing time (9). I verified with them to be sure and they said it was fine. I forgot to mention that I preferred a female therapist and they accommodated me for that too.I had to pay first because the system closed at 9. I was okay with doing that figuring that management just wanted to leave and not deal with it. I paid $36 for the groupon and added a foot reflexology for another hour for $30. I was going to tip $15 but he told me that the min for 2 hours is $20 so I said okay because I understand that if that’s customary then people need to make a living too. But it was definitely a leap of faith to have to tip really well on a service I haven’t received yet.This is a Chinese parlor and I generally prefer them. Not because of the ambience because they’re not generally top tier but because their massage therapists actually give amazing deep tissues. They really get into your knots and aren’t afraid to be rough.The ambience wasn’t great because I could hear other people outside and every time my therapist went in and out. However, The first hour massage was amazing. She did a great job. She also gave me paraffin treatment for my feet. I did feel bad for her because the Poor lady had really rough hands and peeling skin.My massage finished at 8:38. I got dressed and was moved to the feet area. They started to soak my feet in a bucket for 5 mins around 8:45. At 9:15 she left to go get paraffin treatment for my feet again. I was wondering why I was getting the same thing twice but I didn’t say anything. At 9:25, after the paraffin bags were added to my feet, she said she would be back in a few. I have a video recording of my saying excuse me several times at 9:40 because she never came back. She only hurried back because her remaining co worker called for her. She didn’t really understand what I was saying and got irritated with me. I told her that I was expecting service, which I did pay and tip for.Her co worker called management and they told me that my paraffin treatment was free and they have surveillance footage of me actually getting my service and that made me more angry. I had taken several different footage too with the clock in the background to show how much time she was gone. They said that the paraffin is left on for 10 mins but All I cared about was getting the service I was expecting. I wasn’t demanding my money back or anything like that.If this was their service then their hour foot massage was essentially 30 mins of soaking and “free” paraffin and less than 30 mins of massage. I really just wanted my reflexology. Management told me that the therapist agreed to give me the extra 20 mins but in actuality the therapist refused to and was screaming in Chinese about how she didn’t care about the tip. She was upset and her co worker was also annoyed with me. The coworker came in and finished her work but he said he was only going to do it for 10 mins while my therapist was still screaming in the background feeling indignant. It was unprofessional. But I wanted to leave immediately because it was so awkward. I should have just said I wanted my money refunded for that half hour. One of the Worst “solution” decisions I have ever made.I didn’t need a second paraffin treatment and a “free” treatment shouldn’t replace so much of the actual time of my massage. I felt like it was an easy way out for the therapist to ignore me for 20 mins. Whether the massage was worth $30 or $120, I paid for a service that I expected to receive. It’s similar to getting a manicure, regardless of how much I spend, even if you blinged out my nails with designs for free but don’t brother cutting my cuticles or painting my nails properly, it’ll be hard to enjoy them.Great place if you don’t ever have an issue with something that occurs there.

Had a one hour full body massage yesterday and it was such a great experience! Flew in from Australia on Friday so needed a good massage to help me feel human again. Looked around and saw this place, and it did not dissapoint! As soon as you walk in, the place is massive! The receptionist is lovely, and very warm and welcoming. I usually get remedial massage but just wanted a nice relaxing massage this time. It was very nice, and even got hot stones on my back! But, the only issue is that she used waaayy too much oil. Other than that, it was great! The atmosphere was very soothing.And even better, there are complimentary snacks and drinks for you to have. Well done, Mutao. I was looking for somewhere reputable and not dodgy. If I am ever back in Vegas I was definitely book an appt! And if anyone needs a massage, this is the place!

I made the appointment for 60min Thai Shampoo treatment at 12:00pm, when I made this appointment by phone call, I asked and confirmed with their employee that is this treatment will include massage, the answer that I got is Yes, it will include head, neck& shoulder parts massage.The reason why I ask and confirm with them this question: Last time(a month ago) I also made an appointment for this treatment, but its only 30min, at that time, the massager said:30 min was so shorts, they only could do hair wash, if I choose 60min it will include head and neck massage. and the most important was in March 2020 when I did the same item in the same store, its include head massage for sure.However I spend $70 and took an hour just had a hair shampoo(hair wash)evntually, and I ask the massager She said the treatment doesnt include any message, only hair wash. All of their staff no one acknowledges the treatment should or used to be like.2. at the end of treatment , Im trying to talk with the manager of the store. Their employee has been refused my request, and yelling at me and throw the menu at me, They said I dont want to pay my bill and making trouble for them, some of their staff with tattoo around me, I felt so bad and scared.This is What I experienced a couple of hours ago, first of all, Mutao Spa made false advertising and cheat customer on Thai shampoo treatment, They use Thai and Treatment those kinds of super related massage word, this is typically a word game which could misadvise customer do this treatment at their store. I came in with my husband for a full body plus foot massage (90 mins). Overall, the experience was great until at the end and more. We tip $10 per masseuse which is $20 total and the guy at the front desk said its not enough for a 90 min massage and forces us to pay $15 each. To be fair, the massage was great even though were not too happy to be force to pay extra tips but ended up paying anyways.My parents and her friends (5 total) wanted to try that place out and I referred them here. Their massages were 30 to 45 dollars each and they tip per 5-7 per masseuse which seems fair. But no. Same guy who forces us pay extra tips also forced them to pay $15 each as well. My parents and her friends refused and left. Him and other masseuses followed them outside until they pay the additional tips. My parents and their friends fear for their lives and they had no choice but to pay the additional tips. This happened at 930pm btw.If you do the math, this place expect you to pay over 20 percent in tip. Isnt tips optional? If tips is mandatory, then thief til system is outrageous, 20-30%??? Also, shouldnt they inform customers in advance???This was a horrible experience. Its highway robbery. Lastly, that is no way to treat a bunch of elders. Unprofessional. Take your money elsewhere.

I walked in and was immediately impressed... They have a very clean location with nice private rooms, they have smalls snacks and water available, and the guy working the front was friendly and easy to communicate with (if youve been to other places similar to this and only speak english then you understand why that is worth noting).My massage was amazing. This wasnt some class taught routine massage... Lyon did a great job of identifying where i was tense and working those locations, but not ignoring the rest. He managed to help break down knots, help relax muscles, stretched me out and even worked magic on/around my spine which is a problem area that normally gets ignored.When the massage was over i was not rushed to leave the room and there was no pressure or expectation of a minimum tip. He waited patiently off to the side while i payed and got a card with his info.My only regret is that I didnt book my normal 90 minutes, but i will be back very soon to remedy that. I suggest this place to anybody that is looking.

There’s a mandatory minimum $10 tip(no prob if it’s good). I think my masseuse name is Anna, at first she made a joke that she’s tired and ready to rest until we showed up as walk in, and that she has to work instead of resting. She massage my bones a lot instead of my muscles which my bones hurt after the massage:( I don’t know massaging my bones is kind of revenge that we walk in during her resting time?! I have experience several massage and this is the only one that I hurt after the massage.

Its a clean , neat and cozy place. It has a complimentary drinks and snacks. But unfortunately, I didnt like my masseuse though, I had a bad experience there and at the end, the they guy in the front desk asked me couple times while I was waiting for my other friends to tip more. I found it a little bit rude.

It was clear that the masseuse has no idea the difference between muscle and bone while working on my back.It was otherwise professional and clean, but an experience that left me more tense than I was coming in. If you’re looking for a quality massage that will work sore muscles, look elsewhere. If you’re not picky about how your body’s treated, this may suffice.

Heres the thing, we are not in town on Monday, we leave Sunday night. The employee on the phone didnt seem all that interested in redeeming the Groupon purchase so I went ahead and refunded my $160, which I will gladly spend elsewhere. For a fairly new business, this was terrible customer service.

Pretty good massage for the price. I wasnt offered any options, ended up paying $100 (with tip) for my 60 min massage

PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOURE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH BEING VIOLATED! My girlfriend found this place on Groupon and decided we should go for a massage to kill time before our flight. To make a long story short I had a male massage therapist which is not uncommon and he was completely inappropriate and invasive. The first time I felt uncomfortable while getting the back area done. I immediately stopped the therapist and informed him that what he did felt weird. He then got the manager/front desk lady to come in and talk to me. She assured me nothing funny was going on and it was apart of the massage. The man came back in to continue. He massaged my legs and used the hot towel to remove the oil however he then took the towel and started wiping at the cuff of my butt cheek and moved the towel into my vaginal area. At this point I instantly jumped up from the table and ended the session. The therapist acted dumfounded and was more concerned about me letting him complete my 90 min session after ending it 30 min or so into it as opposed to what hed done. I was hysterical!. I was then bomarded by the lady who at first would not leave the room as I told her what he did and asked that she please leave and allow me to get dressed. She said sorry he was just removing the oil but it didnt seem sincere as if I did something wrong. I told her there was absolutely no reason for him to go into that area. I had to ask her again assertively to leave and allow me to get dressed before she finally left. I listened to her when she told me it was normal the first time and it went too far! I felt and still feel so violated. I went to my girlfriends room and told her what happen. When she came out the man was standing in the hallway stone cold and umbothered. The manager/front lady did not handle the situation properly and surprisingly she was a woman. When we asked for his name she said Jack which after how I was treated, Im not sure that it is. Just be careful ladies. A woman knows when theyre body is being violated!!!..

It was five us us. Three put in a dark room, two put in a room to the east, where the Sun lit the room, and no curtains to darken the room. Thats too much light for a massage room. I paid for a 90min CBD massage...and received a 90min back and shoulders moisturizing session. All he did was rub lotion and oil on my body. That was NOT a massage! AND I can tell the difference of CBD and peppermint/menthol. If I recieved CBD lotion, it was a fingertips worth, the rest was peppermint oil. Then they added a15% minimum tip percentage.

Scam! Wanted me to pay cash after I had already paid for my services on Groupon. They did not accept my groupon voucher he insisted that I would have to come back another day but the person behind me was able to be assisted right away because they were paying with cash.
