One of the best massages Ive had in years. They were so friendly and attentive. Peter was great, perfect pressure! Spa was clean, nice relaxing music, they dont cut you short on your time like a lot of places do. You get the full 90 or however many minutes your pay for. I will definitely go again any time Im in Vegas.

Great experience for my wife and I to splurge and get an immediate couples massage. Very thorough and we could have gone for another 30 minutes for a 2 hour massage. Very friendly, professional and thoughtful in giving us a great experience. Would definitely go back again when in town. Way better than doing the casino spas if you want a massage and save money for other fun Vegas activities.

Best massage ever! We did a 90 min couples massage and my staff was attentive to my needs, asked regularly about pressure and adjusted appropriately. Clearly was well trained as they knew how to maneuver the body to hit the pressure points. Front desk staff was so welcoming and price was great. Well worth it and can’t wait to do it again! We booked a last-minute couples massage before a show nearby, and they got us in within 30 minutes. A 60-minute massage was a great value since they included hot rocks with their price. They have the sound of a babbling brook with finch chirps throughout the spa, and it was very clean and neat. The masseuses were incredibly professional and didnt talk among themselves and would whisper to us when checking in on pressure or giving instructions. They did great to massage out our soreness from the concert we went to the night before and really focused on pressure points in the back. Will definitely book again if in the area.

I recently had a 90-minute massage at USPA, and it was absolutely heavenly. The experience was so relaxing that I fell asleep during the session. They even used hot stones, which added a perfect touch to the already exceptional massage. It was the perfect addition to a great vacation. At $90 for 90 minutes, it was worth every penny. I highly recommend USPA for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a truly relaxing massage.

This was the second time I have had the pleasure of being healed and relaxed by Peter!! I love the deep pressure, stretching, and thoroughness with which he massages. He intuitively knows where I hurt and massages the full length of my body through the muscle. U definitely should see him at Spa!! They are super affordable, accomodaring, polite, and clean. Have extra time to kill before catching a flight! You have to stop here for a massage! Not far off the strip but still close enough to the airport. This is a true hidden gem in Las Vegas. Not far from the strip, great prices and the most relaxing massage. I came here with my fiance after a long week and had an amazing 90min massage. It was a better experience than what I have had in the resort luxury spas!Also my fiance has stated he will be coming back every time he visits Vegas. Highly recommend!

Was my first time going to a massage place and it was a really calming experience. I loved it, I would recommend it and go back again. I think I almost fell asleep a few times, went after my wife and I got off work, with dead legs. Now fully energized afterwards!

Just had a nice 90 minute full body massage with Jenny. It was just what I needed. Gentle, and worked out my kinks. Super friendly. U Spa prices are very reasonable but expect to pay a mandatory 30% tip. But the quality is top notch. Dont expect any extras as this place is professional and clean. Ill be back for sure.

Im a little late on my review and had my appointment back in July while I was visiting Vegas. Peter was really good, normally other masseuses massage too hard, but his pressure was just right. It was peaceful, the staff was nice, and the price was affordable.

Tony was my masseuse and he really found knots I didnt even know I had! For $60 I had a 90 minute deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology, and a moisturizing mask! This is the best deal on the planet! Tse tse! I will be back again!

The massages feel great and the staff is always wonderful. This is my preferred massage location in the entire city and I’ve tried a few different places… No one offers the quality of massage U spa does. Leave feeling healed !! Defiantly recommend. Massage was good but didnt like that I went with my husband for a couples massage they put him in a different room to walk in his back and then he never came back over. Defeated the purpose of a couple massage and I even had to pay a bit more for it.If you go just make sure to clarify what your being charged and what theyre doing.

U Spa is a very relaxing and peaceful massage salon. They have recently remodeled their massage rooms. Peter is the best if you would like a deep tissue massage. He always asks if more or less pressure is needed and makes sure you are comfortable.

We found this spa 5 years ago and loved it and still do. Very relaxing and amazing massage! Will defiantly come back again! I called on Sunday for a Tuesday morning appointment and was texted a few times with reminders.

The massage was fine, but wasnt the full 90 minutes and they used hot stones even though I specifically said not to written I arrived.Three people were overly aggressive and demanded larger tips at the end of the massage.Had no idea about providing a receipt for insurance purposes.Would not go back and cannot recommend this place.

Went for a massage this morning! It was soooo good! I’m one that prefers deep tissue, and this young lady was awesome. At one point was a little too deep(which never happens) she sensed that and asked if was too hard & eased up. The gentleman upfront was so nice & music was relaxing. Tipped both massage therapist as they provided excellent service and seemed appreciative. I would definitely be a regular if I was local. Next trip back will be a definite stop for another massage.

Pos: Place is clean. Staff is very nice. Cons: The massage therapist did not appear to be professionally trained. Very odd experience. Not a traditional massage and left feeling injured. She really did not know what she was doing. All over the place. Last, they tell you to take your clothes off before you lay on the bed and even give you privacy behind a curtain, but as I was dressing I look up to find a large security camera over the door next to where I was. Had a birds eye view of me undressed. Very unhappy about this. Would not recommend and will not go back.Clarity to the owners unprofessional reply:Ive had about 100 massages in my life and I have no problem taking my clothes off. But I have never once seen a security camera in an open area I am changing in. Im confident it does not just see the hallway. So in summary to help with your confusion, woman do not like businesses video recording them changing their clothes.

I did the Groupon deal and I thought the price was VERY fair/good for a nice 60 or 90 minute massage. Staff was very friendly and provided the massage I needed. I’d come back here again whenever I’m in Vegas.

Had a Groupon coupon that they declined to use because it was a weekend promised to honor price if I went in person that was a lie. (Charged an extra $30) On top of that the massage started late but they ended on the dot of our appointment. It was really uncomfortable too… not relaxing at all to top it off they were forcing a tip on top of what we gave, said it was mandatory. They were talking about us the whole time as if we can’t tell and overall being one of my first massages and being the first thing on my trip to Vegas made it so awful and just ruined my day.

When we are in the area, we will return. A few small hiccups but nothing worth noting. Keep in mind that everyone has a different perspective with how they experience their massages. Execellent! I had the deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I have lots of knots and areas that need worked out and this massage did just that. It is not for the faint of heart... as I love extreme pressure... but my masseuse made sure I was comfortable along the way. I highly recommend for anyone who loves or needs deep tissue!

The discount for the Inconvenience was only $5. The hot stone portion was only 2 mins max.2. My fiancé’s therapist was sick. She was sneezing, sniffling and coughing the entire time.3. Both therapists talked and walked out the room loudly several times during our massage. Not very relaxing.

We arrived at the strip mall where U Spa is located and it was unimpressive. It’s located in this rundown little strip mall with a handful of little mom and pop shops.Looking at the outside of U Spa, my first thought was, “is this the kind of spa where they finish off the massage with a happy ending?”We walked in and it was a total change. We went from the okay corral to a nice looking reception area. Nice soft music could be heard overhead.We arrived early and were made to wait a full thirty minutes until our actual appointment time. In the meantime, the receptionist engaged us in conversation.After 30 minutes, we were escorted into a dimly lit room and told to enter this makeshift private room which had a curtain for a door and no ceiling.We were instructed to remove everything but our underwear and cover ourselves with a towel. We did.An older woman came into the room and began massaging me. After a few minutes, an older man came in to massage my girlfriend.Everything was going alright until we were asked to turn over on our stomachs.Apparently, the gentleman who was massaging my girlfriend was applying too much pressure. My girlfriend asked the man to ease up because he was causing her to have pain. All he said was okay. He continued to massage her with the same pressure. She told him to ease up again.At one point, I could hear my girl crying. I then told the man not once, but twice to go soft on my girl. All we got in response was “okay.”Upon finishing the massage session, my girlfriend had to take her time getting up as moving for her was painful.I asked one of the masseurs for a tissue. She instead handed me my glasses, which leads me to believe that there was a language barrier.Once we were back at the reception area, we were told that my girlfriend would experience more pain the following day and that that is normal.Hell no!!! That’s not normal!!!! We walked out disappointed.I got an email from Groupon (which is how I found out about U Spa) asking me to provide a review regarding our experience. Needless to say, I gave them a negative review.About 30 minutes later, while relaxing in our hotel room, I received a phone call from a local Las Vegas phone number. It was the receptionist from the spa. She went on to explain that that’s how massages are done. And that my girlfriend feeling pain was a normal part of the process. I argued that it was not. And that we had a bad experience and that’s what was expressed in the review. I further asked her, that if she were to get a massage, if she would expect to feel pain afterwards. She replied “no.”The receptionist then asked if I would take down the review. I simply said no and hung up.Honestly, I think I would have probably gotten better service at one of those massage parlors where you pay a little extra for the massage with the “happy ending.”We will not be returning here EVER!!!! You should avoid U Spa at all costs if you’re ever in Vegas!!!!

Upon coming we prepaid and tipped before massage. Massage was ok I do not think it was a full 60 min.. when we left out massage room we were then hounded by 3 employees to the front desk. Then insisted we leave a bigger tip than we had already left. Pretty unflattering when you take someone for a couples massage.

Details below:I saw U-SPA on Groupon and called to make an appointment. The receptionist asked me to cancel the Groupon and pay at the business. I don’t know why, but I did it. She then charged me an extra $2 for using a credit card. I should’ve stuck with the Groupon.My wife and I did a couples massage. It was disappointing. They spent a lot more time on the foot and back scrubs than they did on the actual massage. The therapists were rough, clumsy and in a hurry. As mentioned above, one of their cell phones was buzzing the whole time, and he left multiple times to answer the phone.To top it all off, the receptionist asked us to tip the therapists before leaving, and then complained about the amount we tipped. It was a very uncomfortable and awkward exchange.

If you’re looking for a massage, look elsewhere. This business is very shady and I wouldn’t recommend spending your money there. I bought a Groupon voucher for a 90 minute massage that I wanted to redeem. When I called about making the appointment and mentioned the voucher, they said I could pay in store and they would price match. But I had a coupon code and Groupon bucks, so I bought the voucher and came in for my appointment. Upon arrival, she told me because I bought the voucher, suddenly my service was “different” and now I would need to reschedule for at least a week later. She would not give me a straight answer as to how the appointment was different, so my best understanding is they rip off anyone who pays through Groupon. I would feel very wary using my credit card there, as I felt like they were being extremely shady, speaking about me not in English while I was standing there and not explaining how the service would be different when I clearly mentioned my voucher when booking and the only difference is getting my money directly and not through the third party app. If they give a lesser or “different” service for Groupon, they need to be more clear and upfront. However, I was clear when booking with my voucher, so something is just not adding up with this “spa”. They also had lots of signage suggesting leaving $25 or more for a tip made for a good customer, which after already disliking the customer service I was receiving is frankly laughable. There are plenty of other spas in Vegas, so I would save your time and look elsewhere.

I have received massages from at least 20 different establishments in at least 3 different cities and this is unquestionably by far the worst experience I have ever had (and I have liked every other massage I have ever received). My previous experiences range from last minute yelp finds, Groupon deals, and massage therapists in physical therapist / chiropractic offices and include deep tissue, Swedish, active release therapy, hot stone ect. I have been happy with every one of those experiences until this one - which left me feeling worse for days (and not the good kind of sore). There is absolutely no way the man who gave me my massage had any training.

We called a few spas and this was the easiest to get a hold of. Payment was easy and they were thorough about giving us our receipts. We did a couples massage and they were very thorough and kept communicating with us regarding our comfort levels.

Went in for a 90 minute full body massage, scrub, hot stone, and facial. Ive only had a massage a handful of times but this was by far the best. Will definitely return the next time Im in the area. Thank you guys!

This might be one of the worst spas. The workers are the most rude people you will ever meet. The masseur was one of the weakest people and wasn’t even getting deep in my muscles. I asked to get my back and shoulders done and instead the masseur massages my feet half the time. I was about to get up in the middle of the massage.

It was all right, I just felt like I needed more direction from the lobby to the massage room, I was expecting at least a place to put my clothes in, but just on the floor they said... other than that it was ok.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! VERY RUDE!!!!I was super excited for my husband and I to go here and have a 90min couples massage after seeing a Groupon. I called U Spa and they asked me not to purchase the Groupon and that theyd honor it. I received a confirmation and was good. I noticed that there was a 30% off promo code for Groupon so I called and asked if theyd honor the 30% off or I could purchase the Groupon. I was told they could do $108 but the Groupon wouldve given me $101.50. He told me no and that I could go next door. I asked if he was cancelling my reservation and he said yes and hung up on me. I tried to call back with no success. They ignored calls and then it eventually went straight to voicemail. I then receive a text message saying they didnt understand and that they will not accept my reservation. So i tried to explain through text and they said they were canceling my reservation out of bad faith. I informed them that I would be writing a review about my experience with them to alert other customer of their pore business management. He text back and said they dont like guests like me and to not use discriminatory language. I was simply asking for them to honor the price or I could purchase the Groupon. No mean words or anything from my side. I felt very offended and mistreated. I do not recommend for anyone to give their money to this company. They clearly dont deserve it because they dont care about their clients.
