I highly recommend this club for a special occasion. We went here for my friend’s bachelorette party and had an amazing time. With your ticket price that secures a table for your group and beverage credit equals the price of your ticket which turns out to be a great deal with how expensive 1 drink is at most clubs. There are designated security guards for each section that introduced themselves to us upon arrival. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The views and atmosphere is amazing. The music was great. I will continue to recommend it here for anyone looking to have a special celebration.
Bought tickets to the 2020 NYE event and was disapointed. Ticket prices were about 170$ each. We showed up 45 minutes early which apparently wasnt enough because the line was already huge and we waited about an hour to get inside. The ticket price included open bar but was impossible to get to the actual bar once inside so we left the cool nightclub and went downstairs to the less crowded beer garden for the open bar. The only saving grace of this New Years Eve event is the view of the fireworks, and the fact that you dont have to deal with the 400,000 people on the strip. My advice, find a free or cheap alternative with a rooftop view for New Year Eve.
The club itself is interesting as it is set under the Eiffel tower. The view from up there is pretty good as well. The biggest issue was getting through the door. The cover charge is $30 a person. However, if you walk out onto the strip you can easily get passes to get you in for a much cheaper rate. After about 30 seconds of walking I was able to get $20 coupon for myself, with another one for ladies to get in free. This brought the cover charge down to just $20 for 2. After we got our IDs checked by the first bouncer, we then got to the cover charge counter and paid our $20 fee. Then, we got to the third bouncer who wouldnt allow us in because we had a bag with us. They did not seem to have anything coordinated between themselves, and the 3rd bouncer said the cover charge counter could hold a bag for us, but they refused. They definitely need to get their stuff together, because if I had paid $60 just to find out I cant get through the door there would have been a serious problem. I hope the owner of the establishment reads this review, because the bouncing staff is very inefficient. There will be issues if this ever happens again. After finally stowing our bags back at our hotel, we were able to get into the club. The people shuttling us through the elevators were very polite.Drinks were very, very expensive. But I suspect this is typical for all clubs on the strip.TL;DR: find discounted entry cards on the strip. The bouncers absolutely need to get their game together.
I visited this club while at a conference. We had the whole club to ourselves as it was a private party. Great location and beautiful design as its built into the base of the Eiffel Tower in the Paris hotel. You have to take an elevator in and out of the hotel so that can slow you down. Food and drink were high quality but no Canadian Whiskey :(
My friends and I came here last weekend to celebrate a birthday. Since we had 8 people in our group, we chose to get a VIP table. The service was awesome! She made us all drinks and a round of shots with the bottle of Vodka we ordered. The vibe was very upbeat and chill. Exactly what we were looking for.
This place is fabulous! Not only were the staff completely prepared they were friendly and full of information. We felt like VIPs the entire night, the dj was amazing, music lit, everyone was vibing and the drinks were always full! Gotta make reservations and it fills up fast! A definite must for night life!
My friend and I went on a Saturday night. The DJ was lively, music was great, and the crowd was hyped! My only complaint is the layout. There is not really a dedicated dance floor. It’s a bunch of VIP tables scattered everywhere, so it feels like you are encroaching on people and you feel like you don’t know where to stand if you aren’t part of a VIP party.
Go Somewhere Else, This Place is a Scam! We were just there for NYE (party of 2) paid 700 for a bottle service and a table that was supposed to have space for up to 4. When we got there, they gave us a lame improvised table right by the emergency exit. With blocked view. Our waitress Cassy told us our package comes with food and champagne and another bottle. To upgrade the champagne was 200, and then she changed the price to 50. The food never came, neither the snacks, they brought some candy (and to be fair it was good) when I pointed at the snacks in the table next to us. Then she came for my card and said I was going to sing “a little something” being the 300 additional undisclosed service charge and other taxes and fees that were supposed to be included. And I get it, they are working on NYE, and having being upfront I would have not mind the charge. But the low and manipulative way of doing things is what is offensive. We told her we’ll take the second bottle with us (she said we could) and it came out open. When we tried to take it, we were stoped by security. And I just gave the security guy the $400 bottle (it actually cost $30). The best would have been to serve drinks to the people so they don’t have to pay for their over priced water down drinks. We were too tired, but I’m definitely doing that next time I face a situation like this. Also they put another $100 charge in my card I read other reviews with the same issue, seems like I’m going to have to dispute with the bank. They literally milk you like a cow. Also the music was outdated (lightly put). If you are reading this save yourself the terrible experience.
We had a great time celebrating after our friends’ wedding last weekend. But when it was time to close up the bouncers were pretty forceful. They were trying to push everyone into the elevators and they had no care that they kept trying to separate my husband and I. We were just trying to not get split up and they were being really forceful about it. I had drank more than I normal for me, and I didn’t feel comfortable being separated. I get that you were trying to close up, but maybe be mindful of intoxicated women who are trying to not get separated from their partner or party. Doesn’t take much to be understanding.
The night didn’t start well as the door man a old grey haired guy with a ponytail who was amazingly rude, telling us a group of 9 people in our 40-50’s to hurry up when he asked for our ID’s. “ hurry up people!” He barked at us was not the way I wanted to show my guests a good time. We booked bottle service months in advance to ensure we had the reservation. All people in our group were made to feel like little kids and this totally rubbed me the wrong way, almost enough that I was ready to forget the bottle service and go elsewhere. I kept my mouth closed and just let it pass but it a sour taste in my mouth immediately. I’m glad we didn’t let him ruin the night because the people in the club including our server and security was incredible. They were attentive, accessible at all times, kind and friendly. Best interaction we’ve ever had and I’ve enjoyed Clubs all over the US and Canada. Hands down best group of people I’ve ever seen. Our Security attendant helped ladies make it to the restrooms through the crowd. I spilled an entire carafe of cranberry juice and they literally jumped to clean it up me apologizing profusely. They were awesome and made our whole night. Don’t judge this place by it’s doorman that’s for sure. Fire that guy, no doubt he costs you customers and money.
Cool spot but I hate when they lie on pricing. Was quoted $540 for a table and 1 bottle/mixer that included gratuity and taxes. We added another bottle/redbulls for $450. Why was our overall bill $1200!! Was also told by server gratuity didnt go to her so we had to add extra money. Save your money! If it wasnt for this, Id recommend it.
Pretty good club. Reservations were required so it was not very busy on a Friday night. Service was good, and the bouncers were excellent! My friends left early and I stayed to dance. The bouncers kept an eye on me and I felt super safe as a single lady just there to dance and have a good time. The dj was pretty good and played a mix of house music and top 40 hits. All in all would recommend!
So loud at 2am it will shake your windows if you are staying at Paris and on the pool side.
Vegas local- Went on a Friday night in June 2022. Reservation only. Spent $150 on reservation for 2 that went towards drink. but the drink menu was $175+ (champagne) per bottle. $325 for vodka and tequila. Like for a bottle of Tito’s you want $325!!! But you can use the credit to just buy individual drinks at $25/piece too.DJ was pretty good. Crowd was ok. Lots of empty tables so we made the best of it by socializing with the tables nearby. Our hostess was kind and the security is nice too. It’s was a decent time. Would check out other clubs though as a woman, you can get on sooo many free entry club lists, some come with free drinks/tables but this is good for someone wanting to know they have a set club with no long waits for sure, with a seat when you can’t afford a huge table.Came again another weekend in July for a bachelorette. Still pretty dead. However if you come already turnt up you’ll have a good time here. Also best for larger groups.
Great time. Our group got bottle service and it was excellent. Gregory was our bouncer and honestly the best security Ive experienced at a club. Made sure everyone in the group was safe and that no one got in our area without our permission. Super cool person to talk to as well. CJay, our hostess, is the sweetest and very friendly. It seemed like every time I was going for another drink she was there beating me to it (while tending to other sections!!). Really great experience and highly recommended.
Safe place for a solo female traveler . 12$ beers (not bad for a club)Only down side no designated dance floor. They gave away my seat at the bar twice which was unprofessional and rude. However I was dancing all night anyway so didnt mind .
Las Vegas was great except for this club !!! Had a great dinner at Joes seafood . Agreed to pay $ 500.00 for a vip table . All agreements are made downstairs before entering. The upstairs staff put us at a nice table overlooking strip. After getting seated told us had to move to a back table . Explanation was we did not pay enough to sit there . No one explained any table cost options prior to going upstairs. It was 10:00 we were only people in the club . Cesar properties should be ashamed that they allow this to happen on any of their properties. We had multiple rooms in Paris for three nights. Vegas offers a lot of great venues. Take your Buisness where they know how to treat customers. No reason to be treated poorly . Enjoy your stay !!!!
We went on a Friday night for 4th of July weekend (July 1) and it was pretty dead. Told by bouncer must spend $50/person to get in by reserving a table, but once youre in you must get bottle service at the table which will run $250.Better to get on guestlist at other clubs which will be free.
My party was a group of 3 couples and we just took a chance waiting in line to get in. Luckily a promoter got us in right away for the price of 4. The music on the dance floor was great. We started at the bar. Didn’t wait to long to get serviced, then was lucky enough to get a good spot in front of the DJ on the dance floor. The DJ was feeling our vibes when someone started getting rowdy around us because he put the perfect song on to get him off the floor. It was such a great night and would definitely make a trip back.
I’ve been to the Chateau before and have had a wonderful experience. However, this past Friday was not a pleasant one. We ordered bottle service and was told that the gratuity was a tip that shared amongst all employees and the waitress politely showed me where I could give her hers. So I tipped her and only saw her 3 times after that. Then, my girlfriend and I went to the restroom together and was scolded by one of the attendants stating that we could not enter a stall together. I understand rules, but we simply did not need to be yelled at.Honestly, besides that, we had a good time. The music was good. DJ played a variety of music, old, new and even a bit of Latin music.
Considering I was in Vegas during the week I really enjoyed this place. We went two nights in a row and everyone was so kind. Even the man working the elevator remembered us and made us feel so welcome. I was thoroughly impressed with how safe I felt there. There was a male customer who was getting too touchy and inappropriate with me so I went up to the bar and told one of the bartenders and he immediately saw that the situation was handled professionally saying “Were here to help you have fun but make sure you are always safe” and I think that that is such a big deal that not enough places care about. The man working security even made sure that my friend and I got safely out and into our Uber. My next trip to Vegas I will definitely visit again because you can’t beat a club that makes you feel so safe and welcome.
We were able to get two tables put together for our group which was great!Hosts and servers were all amazing and nice.It being on the rooftop was surreal, definitely a Vegas feel. Feels like you can climb the Eiffel Tower.A little cold when we went but the lamps helped.I recommend this place!
Very tricky and deceptive when it comes to their pricing. We got bottle service for 5. We were given a total weeks before of $740. We repeatedly asked if there would be any extra charges such as gratuity and were told no.We got to the club and signed a paper before we got in stating we agreed to the $740, then we signed what looked like a bill inside for $778 (we asked to have 5 bottles of water extra). He asked if this was the bill and was told yes!At the end of the night the waitress came around with a final bill with a tip line. I went over to my husband after I saw them adding up totals on her phone. The bouncer and waitress would not let me talk to him (he was really drunk). I told her that we were told tip was included plus we had given them cash throughout the night. She told us that she doesnt get that gratuity included in the bill. She said that the bill was in my husbands name so he had to be the one to sign. I told them thats fine, but I wanted to talk to him and was pushed away. Basically she pulled $140 more out of us. Then charged it twice to my bank. So $280 more! I have already filed a dispute with the bank to have this reversed.
Music was good for the most part. Atmosphere was extremely upbeat. I dont know what the drink prices were because I didnt have to pay for anything. The bouncers were not very friendly. There were places we werent allowed to stand and were asked to move several times for no rhyme or reason from what I could tell. They werent really polite about it either.
If the weather is nice, absolutely love this nightclub. The DJ was great, we wanted to dance to everything, it was spacious and the view is great! Only reason why it did not receive 5 stars was the tons of reserved seating but I believe this is the norm in Vegas. Best club out of the club crawl!
My buddies and I went to the Chateau Rooftop Club for a bachelor party and it was awesome. We had the best bottle service. The music and the atmosphere was one of the best weve had here in Vegas. The best man ripped his pants and the ladys bathroom attendant sewed his pants up for him. Thats what I call great customer service.
My friends and I visited Chateau nightclub whilst on holiday in Vegas last month and we had the best time. I spoke to Mervin at the desk downstairs and he assisted me in booking a table. His customer service skills were excellent and he reserved us a great table, exactly where we had requested, despite it being short notice. In the evening we had CJ and Prince looking after us, they really went out of their way to help us and ensure we had a fantastic evening, frequently checking in with us to see if there was anything they could do, in addition to refilling our drinks for us. In the evening we also met Chance from security. He has to be the most helpful security staff member I have ever met with such a good attitude, throughout the evening he was also checking in with us to make sure we OK.Overall we had the best night and I cannot recommend your club and staff highly enough.
If I could give Chateau 6 stars, I would! It was the Best Birthday Bash Ever and it exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this club!First of all, Chateau is a hip and classy venue in the middle of the Vegas Strip where the view is spectacular. The decor and ambience are fantastic. It was SO MUCH FUN to dance with my girlfriends! Will remember that night fondly forever.Thank you Chateau bartenders, staff and especially Alexa (!!!) for a fantastic event. The security was extremely professional! I cannot wait to come back again.
Terrible!! We were there last week with a group of friends. The doorman was extremely arrogant to us ,charging a $35 cover per person when one of the staff said it will be free since we were staying at the hotel and he told me that he is the face I have to talk to ,acting like he owns the place . But that was not the only issue , we couldn’t even get one drink because they had already said last call and it was only 1am but there were only about 10 people in the club ,so we asked for our money back since we had only been there for 5 min and he refuse to talk to us. Finally we had to asked to talk to the manager who was very polite and agreed to return our money the next day.
I was there on January 28th and had one of the worst bar experiences Ive ever had or ever heard of anyone having. I went with friends and we ordered 2 beers and asked for a water. The bartender told us to get water in the womens restroom and began arguing with my friend over whether or not he had any tap water at the bar. The security guards broke my phone when they saw me recording and then used physical force to kick us out. This place is poorly managed, has terrible security, and isnt worth the ridiculous prices. I will definitely not be returning to this nightclub or this casino due to this incident.
I was here with my girlfriend for 2019 New Years Eve celebration. Like every nightclub, one of their requirements was dress code (proper nightlife attire/upscale), and yet we saw their security personnel letting 2-3 guys enter who were wearing super trashy ripped jeans with chains and stuff. I dont really care who they let enter but if you have a rule for an event, make that for EVERYONE! I think that was very unprofessional, other than that we had a blast. DJ was great and they have an open area as well facing Bellagio and strip.
Chateau is a great venue! Their outdoor area is open, beautiful and I felt it was really open and spacious. It had great views of the Bellagio, the strip and their DJ was playing awesome music! However, I had gotten table and bottle service for our bachelorette party outside and I was under the impression that we had the table all night. But, upon us finishing our bottle, a very unkind and not very accommodating employee said he needed us to leave our table as he wanted to give our table to someone else who also wanted bottle service. I went back and forth with the guy for a while and finally gave up. It was frustrating as I was never told that once our bottle was done, we were booted out of our table. I know he was just doing his job, but this was never communicated to me and really ruined our experience of Chateau. Ive been to Vegas many times and have never dealt with getting booted from our table after finishing our bottle. We had a great time until that employee came along.
Literally posting this review as Im waiting on bottle service (titos, mind you, @425 that has taken over an hour) and I could not be more disgusted with the staff at this club. Ive been tipping well all night and the bartenders have no actual concept of who is at their bar when and Ive stood at the bar for 30+ minutes trying to get drinks which prompted me to purchase bottle service. Not only did they try and tell me that there was a 2 bottle minimum but they insisted that we werent allowed to move to a more private location in the bar. I have never been more disgusted in my life. This may read dramatically to some but this is the legitimate level of service at this establishment. Dont come here expecting to have a good time.
We had a terrible experience here. Arrived past 2 am to an empty club with seats everywhere, so we sat. Got hassled by security because we were sitting in a bottle service area despite the fact that the club was empty and nobody was buying bottles at 2 am and there were seats open everywhere... I kid you not I saw nobody with bottle service. But they were adamant about the bottle service... No matter what there will be no sitting in the empty club unless you buy bottle service... LOL. Asked for an ice water with my beer at the bar and they Wouldnt service ice water and said that you had to buy bottled water!!!!! totally stupid!! Finally, the staff is rude. Bouncers were rude. Dont spend money here. You get one pitiful star.
Security is horrible. They placed their hands on my fiancée unnecessarily. Management did nothing to fix the situation either and sent us out. OUR COMPANY PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR US TO BE THERE. Let me tell you, this is not the business women you want to mess with. Management did nothing to help either!! Plus I lost my glasses and they refused to help me look for them. Mind you I have to drive back cross country!! Club was great but they need to do better with their management and security. They ruined our night, we just got engaged!!
I have been here before about a year ago to the inside night club part and i had a good time. Drinks are overpriced but strong and good. The second time I visited which was labor day weekend they were at capacity and only had the roof top open. It was so crowded and dirty and I go to vegas often and club all over LA and this place was a waste of money. The inside club part was closed and we had to wait in another line to get to the rooftop. It was a mess and they were so unorganized. It was so packed I couldnt even walk. It also needs some updating ...all the seats looked ripped and worn out as well as the rest of the club. Also all the staff with the exception of the older white gentleman who room care of guest lists were rude and they seemed like they hated there job. The bouncers would yell at you and tell you to move and had zero respect. I wont go back here. Id give it zero stars if i could after last nights visit.ew
Chateau Nightclub was great. We had VIP Bottle service for a couple of birthdays and it was fabulous. The music was a great mix that kept you on your feet dancing. A big thanks to Kevin he did a great job putting everything together for us he really took care of our group of 16.
Our experience overall was subpar at best. It took forever to get through security. This was mostly due to the fact that they kept choosing random people to let in who were behind our group. Nothing is more irritating that waiting 30+ mins in a line just to see people who just showed up get in before you. Mind you we had the fast passes that were supposed to help us get in faster. The security personnel at this venue were rude and unprofessional as well. Once we finally got up to the club, it was unbearably packed. Its hard to go out and dance when you cant make it to the dance floor. The only redeeming quality of this club is its view.
I cannot believe Im actually saying this but all the staff here are very nice! The bouncers are actually nice! Where can you go to a night club and not encounter douche bags??? Apparently this is the place to go because the service was really impressive. The guys at the door smile and speak to you will nice tones. They were professional and very helpful when we tried to make adjustments to out package (we prepaid for two vip sections). The manager had to come out and approve our changes but he made it happen with a smile. It was beyond impressive! I find that I am typically waiting for the negative so that I can share it when I do reviews but this place really and truly impressed our large group. With regards to Customer service.A few areas that need improvement:WATERED DOWN MIXERS!!!!! We order Pineapple and Cranberry as our mixers and they were beyond watered down. The first time we returned them both because they were almost clear, the replacement juices were slightly darker and after we finished the first round the second round was even more dark but still not the normal colors of red and yellow. Its sad (and ultra petty) really. I would have undoubtedly gave 5 stars had it not been for the mixers. For the rest of the weekend we all joked about watering down our drinks to match the mixers at Chateau LOL.Another complaint was the DJ that night. He played all Hip Hop which we loved but he played only old songs until 1pm. That drove us crazy. We didnt get up and dance until he got close to 2015 with the tunes. All in all this rooftop club was absolutely beautiful. Having been in the real Eiffel tower I can say this replica is very realistic. The view of the strip is breathtaking. We were directly across from the Bellagio and could clearly see the water show from our section. Before going I was concerned about the weather, it gets cold in Vegas at night this time of the year but they have plenty of strong area heaters and the weather was never an issue. We will definitely go here again next year!
I was a part of a club crawl where we were taken to 4 different nightclubs on a party bus and got a fast pass into each club. Upon arriving at Chateau Me along with my three girl friends went to a bartender who was not busy whatsoever. We were the only ones at the bar. I asked for two Stella Rosas and a cup of tap water. The bartender gave us a cup of ice and told us to get water from the faucet in the ladies restroom. This was unacceptable so we tried talking to a manager and the bouncer that was standing near by immediately called security and back up. Note that we are four tiny, young girls who all have college educations and are very respectful. One of my friends began recording on her cell phone, because we were very uncomfortable and have never been treated this way. More bouncers showed up and ripped the phone from my friends hand. Then dropped it onto the floor and it completely broke and we lost the footage. We were escorted out for simply asking for water. The bouncers even pushed my friend against a wall and onto the floor. She is 120 pounds and 53 being pushed by a large man over six feet tall. The worst bar/club experience ever. Tried to talk to a manager downstairs who laughed at us and told us to leave and walked away. We are currently filing a police report and court documents. This is not something we are going to forget about. Very tramatrau experience!
I’m under the impression the front security/check in staff is used to quoting lowball prices so people go in and then become confronted with an awkward situation with a $1200+ bill.In our case, we had a group of five guys and 10+ girls coming. The glasses/beard guy, older gentleman, I believe named Jerry, quoted me at $215 for two tables/two bottles (incredibly low and in retrospect too good to be true), and no cover charge. We went upstairs and got our two bottles, then they immediately brought the bill at $1200+. Told the waitress, then the floor/bar manager he quote, then they said no way. Said I’d be glad to walk and talk to Jerry with them, bar manager said no won’t charge the price. Then eventually said we could just chill, I said I’d like to talk to Jerry and he said, no man won’t change anything. Went downstairs to ask Jerry and he said, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years, man, I wouldn’t say that.” In retrospect, I believe they were just taking advantage of the confusion and awkward situation—however, I know for a fact I asked Jerry twice, “so 215 for two tables and two bottles, no cover?” to which Jerry said yup.My friends and I ended up leaving. Could have been miscommunication but I’m pretty certain they were just taking advantage of the situation , all seemed suspicious, particular the bar manage discouraging me to talk to Jerry.
On our last night in Vegas, my sister and I were just wondering around, and we came across the Chateau Nightclub. We were hesitant about going in because the last two clubs we visited which are supposed to be the best in Vegas were not great at all. Chateau Nightclub was amazing because it was on the rooftop underneath the Eiffel Tower! It is the coolest dance floor in Vegas! Overall the people we met at the club were fun. We had so much fun and our time here was just fantastic.
DJ was very underwhelming. Pathetic boring songs not exciting enough to get up and dance. No crowd there were 20 people max. I believe this night club is going to shut down soon.
Great music, great vibe! I got my gf and I in for free, all I did was talk to the hotel consierge, who put us on the guest list. Once up there, we had a good time. The only thing that I would correct is the dress code and code of conduct for guests. In line there were people already heavily drunk and one woman was spilling out of her dress (no guys, not in that way, she was overweight), but they were let in anyway. That wouldnt happen at most places.
Saw the show 53X in the Chateau club this weekend it was a naughty good time. The cast was sexy and the hostess was fabulous! The club is a decent size, but it does have a little more intimate layout. The waitresses were attentive and friendly.
WOW!! Last night at Chateau Nightclub was soooooo FUN!! I was hosting a Bachelor party who wanted a fun club with hip hop and dancing so I suggested Chateau. We arrived early since Britney Spears was hosting and we wanted a good table! Our waitress was awesome! She greeted our table as soon as we walked in and had our 3 bottles and mixers ready for us within 10 minutes. Lets get this party started!! I gathered the guys a few girls and we danced the night away!Britney and her entourage arrived at 1am and the whole crowd flocked to the stage to get pictures of the Pop Princess. Good Times! Thanks for another unforgettable night =)**Note**This is a Vegas Nightclub who definitely caters to the pretty people so please keep this in mind. Im not trying to be arrogant but the door staff is not very kind to those who are not dressed or acting the part.I read a lot of the negative reviews for Chateau Nightclub and want to say that most of the complaints are not due to the actual venue but rather to the reviewers lack of knowledge of how the Vegas Nightlife Scene works.#1) NONE of the clubs have open seating unless you upgrade to VIP bottle service#2) MOST of the clubs only offer bottled water, no free tap water#3) The bouncers job is to hold the crowd until you get annoyed and tip him or upgrade to bottle service#4) You get what you pay for so if you are cheap then dont expect VIP service#5) Dont buy the passes that say Front of the Line/Complimentary Entry. These are given away as a promotional tactic to lure people to the club so they can then wait until the pass expires and you pay cover anyway or you get tired of waiting and upgrade to bottle service.#6) If you are a group of all guys you are not getting into ANY club for free without waiting unless you have a monster hook up! All guy groups should just splurge for table service
Went here for my sisters bday and got bottle service. We also ordered a six pack of modelo beers. A six pack runs for $90!!! Go somewhere else to spend your money. This place is not worth it! Plus it was freezing cold and the heater that is hanging so high above the table you cant even feel it when youre under.
Came here the last night of my bachelor party weekend and had a pretty good time. The bottle girls and dancers are beautiful and the DJs were on point. Took a while for the club to fill up but when it did a great time was had. Also got a deal on the bottle prices somehow (shoutout to my brother/best man!).
The Chateau Nightclub is super cool for the experience and probably the experience alone. While I was trying to get downstairs to give my friend her ticket in I couldn’t find the way out and a security guard continuously asked me if I spoke English! I’m sorry but I can understand some girl stumbly and drunk being annoying but I was completely sober and lost along with 2 other women in their 50s he was talking to like that. Completely unacceptable. After going back upstairs I was trying to find the restrooms and the other security guard working the elevator yelled at me because I asked him to repeat himself in telling me where they were or if they were even on this floor! I’ve never been more disrespected for absolutely no reason and will not tolerate being talked to like that. Other than those 2 men all the other staff was nice.
I didnt like the place at all.... No dance floor meaning its small very small. More places to sit than dance...they want you to pay for bottle service. Music was okay lots of techno even though they say its hip hop. Better places to go in Vegas. Too many guards they make you feel really uncomfortable. Drink of course too high imma drinker so there 15 dollars a shot is stupid just buy a bottle and get buzzed before you go in any club
We love Chateau! We come here every year with a group and each year we have a great time. My suggestion is to get bottle service (youre not paying for the bottle, youre paying for VIP treatment, exclusivity, a place to sit and service). If you do this you absolutely MUST go through Kevin Rega. Hes the best host ever and we cant wait to work with him again. He keeps his promises and makes things easy. We love Kevin and I have no doubt that you will too!
I was here a few weeks ago. I purchased a VIP table online. After going here for the 4th of July weekend I will say I will never go back again, the service was ridiculous from the beginning. As soon as my friends and I were shown to our table the hostess asked for a credit card and I told her we had paid for our table online. Towards the end of the night, the hostess kept trying to take our bottle but they weren’t even getting ready to close.
I have mixed feelings regarding CHATEAU. We brought the the V-PASS from groupon witch grants us access FREE VIP admission to the top nightlife venues, including nightclubs, dayclub pools, lounges, and bars. With our cards in hand we headed to the venue but were told this pass only allowed a discounted fee. Once we paid the additional $22 per person, we walked up the steps with no directions and were lost for about 10 minutes until a representative told us where to go. After waiting for 20 minutes until the visitors who purchased tabes were loaded on to the elevators we were granted access. Upon entry to the designated party floor, it was nice but, the DJ tended to play the same songs, the security guards are very pushy and the drinks are overpriced.
It was my birthday and some other girls who were celebrating a birthday as well invited me over for drinks and to hangout with them. Well about 20 mins later one of the security people came and was told me i couldnt be over there with them because the booth was booked in his name and its only supposed to be a certain amount of people there. I made person number 5. The booth easily sits about 8. The rest of my night was awesome.
Fabulous experience! We decided to go here for my sisters bachelorette night - a group of 6 ranging from 21-32 years of age. There were two levels (inside and up on the rooftop under the Tower). We did bottle service (2 bottles Stoli) and arrived early to make sure and get a prime spot. Our table faced the Bellagio fountains. From the check in, to the bouncers, to the servers -- everything was spectacular! Our mixers were always refilled within a timely manner & if our server wasnt able to check in with us for a while, she made sure to send someone over. From Kevin to Ryan, to .... and .... our service was nothing but impeccable! They put up with our shenanigans :) It was BUSY (Saturday night and famous football rookie Malcom Butler was there) but we barely had to wait for bathroom lines. Hands down I would recommend CHATEAU!
Confused as to why this place has 3 stars. Kevin the manager of VIP, our waitress Geselle and the security team were the best. Real talk. I’ve passed this place a million times and have loved the music but been apprehensive because of the open roof (especially cause we went in January) The heaters and the service have eliminated every doubt. Way better service than Marquee even. We’ll be back. Fantastic job!!
Hot is all I can say we were outside on the roof and they would not open the downstairs area its really tight so if your claustrophobic this aint for you. A beer and long Island 39 bucks kinda steep and the DJ absolutely sucked he kept changing music and genre and that killed my dance partners every time and the crowd seemed to but afraid to follow the djs cuz they kept letting us down with their out dated out of spec music selection. I guess thats how they kill the club in vegas. I wasnt enjoying myself except for a few times when the rhythm was ok not good but ok
The ambiance was great. I spent nearly two grand in one night and got treated like a peasant by the general manager because I complained that I didnt like having to sign my bill on 3 different occasions. He proceeded to get hostile, which promted me to do so and I left before someone got hurt. Unfortunate situation, it happens, but I recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Took my brother there for his birthday on Industry Night Tuesday. It was Fantastic. If you like HipHop with some 90s blended in, its perfect. Club filled up around midnight. Great atmosphere. Managed to get in free being on the guest list. I cant imagine what this place is like on the weekend. Highly recommended.
Music was fun, atmosphere not soo much the smell of the sewer was soo bad up on the rooftop we could only stand it for 30 mins. for $50 a lil steep and not telling people that sewage backs up and fumagates the entire exterior building where the DJ is.... is enough to make you puke. dont get me wrong DJ was great just smell was unbarable......I do not reccomend going.
I was looking forward to my last night in Vegas in this club. However, as we were searched upon entry (as standard) one of the doormen put an empty baggie of “drugs” into my pocket without my knowledge. He took $100 out of my wallet and told me he wouldn’t say anything then let me into the club, otherwise he would call the police. His supervisor was consulted, and called us “liars”, until we talked to the main doorman. The main doorman was spoken to after this and then reviewed the CCTV footage, and understood that I was telling the truth. I was given a $100 bill back. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLUB. If I could give zero stars I would. The hotel I’m staying in has been notified, along with the club promoters and police.
Worst night club experience ever. Doesnt even deserve a star. Have never been one to use race, but it seemed all the brothers were being harassed by security staff. Talk about bad attitudes and commando security. The bartender was rude and the drinks were super weak. Take my word for it. Pick another club.
Ive been to this club twice and each time I had a blast! Both times I got in on the guest list where all me nd my friends did was stand in line and we got in FREE. The second time I called the number listed and spoke to Kevin that let me put 20 ppl on my guest list nd as along as they arrived by 12 everyone would get in for FREE! Kevin was nice and professional and told me If I had any problems to ask for him! No issues got all my ppl in for FREE!! Yes the table service and drinks are pricey but hey this Vegas and the strip is pricey period!! I 💙This place and everyone I invited had a blast and we will be hitting Chateau up in the near future!!!
Awesome place with great drinks, lots of space for dancing but the floor can get quite slippery so wear shoes with grip! Beautiful view from the rooftop and great service from the friendly staff, I was able to walk right in no problem thanks to being a VIP guest from a private party that was continuing to be hosted there by the elite members of our conference.
They gave is all vip party pass wristbands but later couldnt tell us what they was for. Security was very quick to throw people out for no reason.. not many people would dance.. drinks are very high priced and the dress to impress dress code was b.s. because there was people wearing jeans and shorts.. this club can kiss my butt! Poor party experience and not much transportation services.. the only people that new what was going on was the bartenders and the door men. Security in the club was a bunch of idiot rookies that tried to cause more trouble than the guests standing around. Like i said poor experience and never again. Party passes beware!
Just except the fact that you will lose one drink by going to a more experience club. The venue is nice but lacks the high energy vibe of other non super-clubs DJ KOKO could benefit from putting his Mac on shuffle. Good drinks at a good price.
Had a blast here a few years ago. the only drawback, and its a big one was the drink price. Now I know all bars in vegas are high, but 2 bud lights and almost $30 later I wasnt feeling it any longer. Beautiful place though.
Yeah! Enjoy the tiny tiny dance floor with mediocre music. The lovely bouncers will play flipper with you - you think you can stand anywhere buy they will toss you around. At the bar, be prepared to pay like 200% more for anything, well youre at a hip night club in Vegas! Seriously, save your money and gamble it away anywhere or spend it on some other stuff, I dont think this place will make you happy.
Staff friendly...but DJ does not play complete hip hop set. Went on a Thursday night. Too much of a weird mix. Drake, then, edm, then Lizzo...the music was too many different tempos to get into s dancing rhythm. They try to please everyone...but eh...
The venue is huge and has many areas/locations to host parties, but to get to one party one may have to go through one. While I was there during Dinah Shore weekend my purse was stolen. Well, my purse was bag-snatched from my seat while I was talking to security!! I say this because I had it under my hand/butt and the next minute while I moved to talk to security it is gone. Needless to say, by the time noticed it gone, [within 5 to 7 mins] my friend immediately went to security who had it. Everything was in tacked but my money. The story that the security personnel provided as to who turned my purse in is priceless, but que sera sera. So, I went over details with the security manager who was suppose to contact me within 24hours but never did. It is now 3 weeks and nothing. I suppose that misdemeanor offense is not worth the time of the establishment especially when there is a camera overlooking exactly where I was sitting.Needless to say the security personnel there [whom I will not disclose my current judgement at this time] attempted to provide me restitution for my loss. I wonder why. Actually, I dont. I am pretty sure why.
Has to be the worst club in vegas. They wont let you in unless you buy bottles serve so we did it was 600 and yeah it was trash
If hearing the words that rhyme with either tigger, udder sucker, stitch, mushy or honey non-stop - and not necessarily in that order - Chateau Night Club is your sh**! Otherwise, you will be filled to the rim with rancour rather than alchool and fueled with remorse rather than bliss as you flee from this Chateau feeling like a pitiful pauper.Just for the record: when you are told over the phone that Chateau plays top 40 and hip hop, do not, and heed my text, pay. The DJ makes it abundantly clear when he states that what youve been told and what goes thrusting thru his Apple computer to the speakers are subjective to each ones reality, understanding, and education. In short, he alternated from hip hop to ... hip hop. And when he did play something differently - and most like due to human error and not technical difficulties - it was good, but alas fleeting. Perhaps, due to my own ignorance, top 40 in Vegas is nothing but hip hop? Nonetheless ... enough about the DJ. This you should read: every beer is $12 dollars, flat! Nor doest it matter whether it may be an imported or a domestic brand, one only has 8 to choose from in total. In addition, dont you even dare to repose your derrière as you will be accosted to purchase bottle service, tout de suite, as the padded seats are reserved for those with cushy behinds made of paper gold. Mind you, its 1:30 and the club is not even filled to minimum capacity - you read that correctly - minimum! And if you even think to lean against the wall, as 2 of a respectable age did, you will be addressed to not to do so - believe it or not!Oh! The best was, as you exited, there is a line-up of potential patrons waiting anxiously to enter.Bienvenue à Paris, mes amis! ... Paris, Vegas, that is!
We had a table for New Years, the 35% percent gratuity for just 2 of us was pretty high, but other than that everyone was super nice and helpful throughout the whole evening. They really made the price of the table worth it and the music was great as well!
One of lamest clubs possible. Gives constant feeling of being herded by security. On the entry I got almost a colonoscopy from a security guard. He patted me, checked my pockets AND my wallet. I was neither high nor even slightly drunk. Annoyed though, because I came to a club not the embassy of DEA. Its Vegas not a monastery. The crowd in the club was mostly rancid: wasted wannabe rich aholes who were more showing off than partying while being drunk to a near coma. The dj... Omfg. What a joke. That music could make a dead cow vomit. No emotion no beat no rhythm. Just dumbness and a ton of dirty stupid swearing a la suck my d* eat my c*. They certainly confused decadent with degenerate.Crowd was segregated into ppl who r allowed to sit and ppl who r not. So basically u are constantly bothered by security which is everywhere and wont just let you sit and have your own time if u happen to find their dumb music dumb. All while 3/4 of seats r empty coz no one actually cares about that piece of guano club. Finally, some drunk dude touched a semi naked waitress and 5(!) security guards were beating up his semi lifeless body for 15 minutes in the club. Dafuq?! No i dont say its normal to grab random girl, but club owners get ppl in get them drunk and put naked girls in front of them. Whats the expectation for? Quotes from Shakespeare? Besides I kind of am not a big fun of having to watch 5 guys beat a drunk dumbass. I definitelyy wont pay for it.If u want to ruin ur vegas trip, go to chateau.
The bar tenders were rude and unprofessional. There was no place to sit unless you pay for a bottle. The cover charge was not worth the money. Go to Drais if you want a great time. B. Stark
Not only was it a fantastic club and vibe, but the bouncers are AWESOME! My friend lost her wallet and Brinton and his team were incredible in helping us. We will definitely be back!
Purchased bottle service so we were well taken care of until they had a security named Nick kick us out because we tired to go back to our table. He said we were going in through the wrong area. I guess he was new or further training is needed for security guards. Please correct miscommunication going on with staff.
Encountered terrible rude security. Will never return. Spoke to the manager and he apologized and said things arent normally that way, offered us drinks but we declined and wont return. Often security is the 1st people you encounter... Professionalism is everything... that ruined our night
The club personnel is very unprofessional , arrogant and rude. Long lines waiting and some people are pulled out of line by personnel pay and bargain the price of 25$ depending on who’s dealing with them and cut through the lines while our group paid 55$ each person and was treated in an rude manner. It brought the whole Paris hotel stay experience to a very low corrupt standard never seen anywhere I have been in the USA. I will not stay at Paris hotel ever again and you shouldn’t!!!!!!
This place is horrible. The music is so loud, I was unable to sleep for 2 nights I was at the Paris hotel since the club operates from 10pm-4am. The music sounded like a radio was playing in my room, and the bass made the windows rattle. The conference I was with held a private party Chateau one evening. I found the staff to be incredibly rude and unprofessional.
We were here for an event and it was a lot of fun! Great live music, and DJ. Beautiful view of the Bellagio fountain
My wife and I went here as part of a conference where the whole place was reserved and private. Neither of us would typically go to this high end of a club. It was really amazing! What a view of the Bellagio fountains!
Poor, lying promoter. Went with a group to celebrate my wifes b day. Ended up waiting almost 2 hours. Bar said get a drink inside, inside said wristbands doesnt count for inside. Boo.
Absolutely terrible. The service was awful, I ended up having a male bartender be so disrespectful that husband had to step in. Spoke with the manager who told me I wouldnt be charged. They didnt give me back my credit card and charged 70 for 3 terrible drinks. Dont waste your time or money in this classless place.
Watch out with the charges/drinks/bills - one trick they do is to serve you smaller bottles then what you actually pay for (or pre-order as part of Table Service as it happened to us).Its sad that they do these type of petty tricks as otherwise the Club itself would be nice...
Had a great time last Thursday, great music! Wish I was back there dancing the night away again- if you’re were there then too and your name is Andrew message me lol! I’ll be visiting again here my next visit to Vegas for sure!
Had a great time here. The music was perfect and the setting was awesome as well. Definitely enjoyed dancing the night away without the feel of it being too “clubby”.
In addition to being a lousy, low class club where the music doesnt match the Paris theme, this outdoor venue BLASTS music with what must be thousands of watts. Its deafening nearby and so loud that one employee at Ballys told me it goes right up their hotel and disturbs customers even at the top floors! I cant tell you how many complaints weve had! And Metro has been called so many times, but its like its falling on deaf ears, she said.If youre a lowlife douchebag whose goal is to live like a real life Jersy Shore member, this club is for you! Otherwise boycott it and spread the news about their ruinous reputation.
Although the drinks were pricey (like $36 for two vodka cranberries), I felt like a celebrity when I came here haha. The view of the Bellagio fountains from this club was breathtaking.
3 out of 4 people in our group were double charged more than $300 each… one person and I could understand the mistake but 75% of the people we were with and that just seems a little shady.
We went to the Backstreet Boys official after party here and had a blast! The view is nice and the dance floor is a decent size, but drinks are definitely expensive!
If you dont smoke already you should after this place. Very rude staff. The music didnt fit the venue. I dont like the decor or layout of the club. Too many options in Vegas. Stay away from this one.
Great bottle service and table service and big shout out to Martin and Arian they made my 21st soSpecial as well as well as Robert and/or Seven. Everyone was so nice and it was soBeautiful
Over priced cover charge for a tiny dance floor and music thats only okay. The place was really pretty though and had a comfy vibe, I will most likely return in the future.
Overpriced! Went here with hubby an hour before closing and was charged 75.00 each ! The music was good and so was the atmosphere but very over priced.
Lets just say this club is trash its sections/reservations only its vegas people come there to party the clubs in indiana are more packed...I went to Marquee it was a way better experience....
Terrible experience. The line up area to get in is very unorganized. We had purchased tickets to an event and still had to wait 2 hours to get in. They let in way too many people which made it impossible to dance. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Stay away from this awful garbage place if you dont want to be robbed and lose your wallet while dancing. I believe the security team is working with robbers.
Okay,, after spending a great amount of cash for a beautiful night at The Eiffel Tower restaurant , we decided to go dancing to end the night on a sweat soaked,, great music high note....nooooope. WHAT A BUST. Can you say bedroom computer DJ? Just because your mom says youre great at a something doesnt mean its true. This club,, doesnt even show up in search circles when looking for a decent night club/ dance club. My bad for not searching first, lol. This place needs to invest in a house DJ that reads a crowd and can move between different styles of music with ease. If you enjoy EDM , ALL THE TIME, Cool, BUT if you are really looking for ACTUAL BOOTY SHAKE, HEART STOPPING, HANDS IN THE AIR,,KNOW EVERY WORD TO THE SONGS MUSIC, This place is NOT IT. We had a BETTER time dancing to the background music in the lobby and the live band at The Cabaret club inside The Paris. Save your 20 bucks ladies, 40 bucks guys and go somewhere else ... that actually pops up in the search engines.
This club was fun until the pompous security got involved. These men need to get over themselves. Making false claims and abusing their “authority”. Go somewhere else if you want to have a good time.
This is a must, when visiting Vegas. Great music (hip-hop) with a mixed crowd. Wish there was some free sitting, but learned all LV clubs are that way. Will definitely visit again!
This club was epic, the vibes that the female DJ bring, was amazing.there were few people there celebrating birthdays, the bartender guy was also amazing.the music was great reggae, hip hop, afro beats and etc....only con I hate is that ur not allowed to sit, even if seats are empty..I think thats something they should looking into change, other than that,me and my coz had a blast
I love this place! I regularly get bottle service here. Amanda our waitress is the best! She is attentive, fast and friendly. You have to come here.
I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible experience. The staff and security are extremely rude and unprofessional. Worse club experience. If you are planning to go to a club in Vegas you have a lot better options then this place.
Absolutely useless they closed because of rain and were rude and said we couldnt use the bathroom because they wereclosed. The restaurant was still open theyre just rude.
My experience was great, our bouncer/attendant (Russul ) was legit and helped us enormously as well as everyone else.
Horrible scam to get u into the club!!! Not worth it. Can’t even see the view from the seats that they place you. Wine tastes nasty!!!
Security is insecure and sad . DJ is terrible. If your In Vegas go somewhere that likes their customers not one that resents them like chateau!
Had a great time. Nice atmosphere and layout, good music, beautiful crowd but SUPER expensive drinks.
Waited an hour to get in, I was in the guest list and got charged full price, I could it went later and take make my time to get ready if I would it know. Bad service. The place was completely empty, no line but still waited an hr to get in.
I wish I could give them less than a zero stars.Worst F***ing place ever. The staff and the security are the rudest and the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my life. I would never ever go back again.
Unfriendly security guards. Couldnt even find a place to sit. Payed $60 for a drink and it taste like juice. Very unsatisfied. : (
Money is better spent elsewhere. The way staff treat paying customers is the only down side, but good treatment is what you are overpaying for on the bottles.
One of my favorite nightclubs to start off a good weekend in Vegas. The staff is always amazing
BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD! Bought a table for labor day weekend and was overcharged more than $200. no response from management for 3 months
No thanks on not being able to take my vape in and having to check it for $10. Especially when you can smoke inside?? Pass
Nice place to dance and nice view, be careful when the promoters outside they lie to you, is the first we had to paid taxes for the cover $10 ladies $20 men, not nice experience!
The top floor is great for clubbing and the second floor is great for chilling while listening to a live band. Its underneath the Eiffel tower which is always fun
Ambiance was nice, we did BOTTLE SERVICE, but if you dont do bottle service still have room to dance/party...bottle service I expensive at this club
Had so much fun here! Great drinks, music and a clean club. Everyone was friendly and helpful!
Security staff Justin is the worst. On top of throwing verbal threats in front of my wife and other guest. He should be in counceling.
Your guys should play more song from Maluma and plan bHowever it was an unforgettable this experience you guys know how to make the party’s go to another level
We LOVED our time here! Great music, good drinks and an incredible view!!!!!!
Bad place, even though you register in the guest list they charge you cover... bad music, if youre in vegas there is better places to hang out like Marquee Drais or Omnia, i wont recommend this place to anybody NEVER
Was there dec 8 2018 and used my visa debit card they charged me eight times all diff charges only two were correct the other five should have never been charged and now they do not return calls
Had an amazing time. Music was such a vibe. Ask for Leslie amazing service and bottle girl
Waitress name was Rebecca, Don’t go here, they are sneaky and ask you to order more drinks and will charge your credit card after you close even though you have 200$ credit left from purchasing a package
Very comfortable outdoor nightclub located directly under the Eiffel Tower! Very responsive staff, try the bottle service!
Their online info is false. I went on Thirsday where online said it was open until 4am. I arrived there around 2am and it was closed. That was an $8 uber wasted.
Great music..cant stop dancing. Service was excellent. We felt like Royalty..
Got a booth a couple nights ago with some friends and had the best night of our trip. I cant wait for round 2.
Was there for an event... very disorganized...staff people not helpful...crowded and just really not a great atmosphere to me for an event If youre not directed where to go when you 1st get in.
The service was slow and though I could understand but I never saw a DJ that kills vibes so easily
DJ was great, strong drinks. Not too many places to sit unless youre VIP.
Been to bunch of other clubs here. This is not as big as others but a unique experience. This is too underrated
Awesome nightclub. Bottle service is reasonable and the DJ was great all night.
The place is terrible when it comes down to customer service. Extremely rude and unpleasant staff. Will definitely not be returning.
Amazing place everybody friendly.I got sooooo drunk that day.Nice.Truly recommended.
All these rules and lame door people. When you dress better then the little door guy and they say its a dress code.
Probably one of the most underrated clubs for the value on the strip.
Nice music, drinks from 12 bucks. You can hear it form the strip and get driven by the music
Pretty fun club. The view is whats great. Being outside is nice too.
Decent club kinda small but relatively decent nothing fancy . Had fun tho
The rooftop of this is amazing. The only downside when there is a lot of people is that it takes forever to get a drink.
It is not worth the price. There are better options. Bad service .
Bad Bad experience staff at the entrance are unprofessional a deal with adults as kids with no respect I did not give them my business and walked away will spread the bad experience with friends and family on social media this place is nit worth you time and money
Great music and view, slow service and pricey drinks. Wait wasnt bad to get in.
Hands down the most underrated club in Vegas. Love it here.
This the bottom of the barrel worst nightclub in Las Vegas and the security staff are absolute low lifes.
Always a good time. Make sure to go to the top floor underneath the Eiffel Tower.
350$ cover and you have to buy a bottle. That was one person. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Been religiously coming here! Great music, service and atmosphere!
Jess was amazing great for hype love it !!!
Great time! Lots of energy. On the expensive side for the size.
It is a ripoff place , my advice do not go there .
Its okay if you are just looking for a drink. the music was not versatile at all.
Love this place..great views and ambiance.
Slightly over priced but excellent bar service!
Favorite club in Vegas! Great music and vibe.
This place is a rip-off… don’t recommend this place at all.
This place is horrible spend your money at better places in vegas.
Walked by along my exploration of the strip. Was pretty fun.
BSB after party was awesome. Waiting in line was ridiculous.
Great hotel, wonderful staff, and not a casino!
Me and my friends had a blast here.
After reading the comments about the security I will not attend this club thanks guys..
Great views of Vegas strip on patio terrace!
Such a great time I recommend it 💪🏽💯‼️
Upscale, great dance music & service
Great dining and a wonderful party atmosphere
Great dancers. Fun atmosphere.
Bad tasting drinks in plastic cups, overpriced...
Cool view… and yeah
Awesome have to go if in town.
If you come to vegas, this is a must do club
Don’t go to an outdoor club in Vegas in the summer
Is OK dance floor small
Waitress and waiters are rude and unprofessional.
Great view, very good
Yesss we lit we here!!! Vegas Baby
Good hip hop and r&b
Rip off
Spectacular view and ambiance
Noise pollution
Awesome club!
Nice
