I had the pleasure of meeting John Grace through a mutual friend. He took care of my whole bachelor party. We all flew out from the East coast to Vegas. John took care of us from the minute we landed, limo, hotel, restaurant reservations, clubs etc. was all taken care of by John and his concierge company. Thank you so much brother! You were an excellent Host! Definitely will recommend you to anyone going to Vegas!

Jon was extremely helpful and really provided us with the best Vegas experience for my bachelor trip! 1000% recommend, you won’t be disappointed. The level of customer service provided between Brian, Jon, and the entire team was outstanding.

My first experience of Las Vegas would have been nothing compared to my experience with Bachelor Vegas. Jon Grace was the man, the professionalism and VIP experience which lasted from start to finish was impressive. Jon made sure to accommodate to my every need, I was able to experience Vegas the correct way and I will never come back to Vegas unless I do it the VIP way, otherwise you will spend the same or more amount of money with no where near as good of an experience. We hit all the spots that Vegas has to offer, and if I did not go through Bachelor Vegas, I would have been to maybe a quarter or less of the total amount. Jon was able to hook it up as well to get into the Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium for USA vs. Mexico Gold Cup, an experience I will never forget. Planned my friends bachelors party with Jon Grace, we did 3 different package each day. Jon provided great A1 service, communication and willing to make things work for anything you need i.e. package changes or head count changes. Pricing and options were great in comparison to any other options. Everything went so smoothly few of us plan on using them for another trip next year. Highly recommend them if you want your weekend/party to be hassle free and worry free.

We had a whopping 21 person bachelor party and planned everything through Jon and Brian. Everything went off with out a hitch, transportation, and service were great. Take their advice and invest all your money in a pool party with cabanas, highly worth it. My party also particularly enjoyed Top Golf and our dinner at the Front Yard. Jons the man!

We used Bachelor Vegas for my bachelor party and they did not disappoint. Brian was amazing helped us with everything we need and responded very fast with any questions we had. Jon and Brian were great. Worth every penny spent. We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday. We had only planned on going to a club but what they offered for the same price as we were looking to spend was so much more of an experience. Limo service. Dinner. Vip club entrance as well as bottle service. Everything was amazing. We will absolutely be doing this again. Can’t see myself going with any other company. From the limo driver. Gustavo. To Jon and Brian both being there to make sure our experience was everything We expected, the night was perfect. Excellent day/night. Jon took care of my crew. He had us picked up on time, great seats at the Hyde Lounge for a Golden Knights game, and then to Top Golf where everything was pre-arranged and went smooth. I highly recommend Bachelor Vegas for planning & executing your upcoming party.

Jon is literally one of the best party planners Ive worked with and cannot wait to get back to Vegas soon (knowing hell be on my first to call list). I was given the duty to organize a Bachelors party for 8 of us and really didnt know where to start. After emailing Jon a list of things wed like to do, see, etc. he customized a full itinerary from pickup to drop off and everything in between which allowed us to focus on having as much fun as possible. From the limos to/from our destinations, to the dinner at STK (a must-do!), a round of golf, and amazing tables at Wet Republic and ZOUK to see Zedd, it was incredible. If youre thinking about booking him - DO IT! You wont regret it and you and your friends will have memories and stories for years to come.

There is a lot say , I had been planning a bachelor party for my brother for some months with the event plan and everything went off without a hitch… From dinner at Excalibur then to Ghost bar on the Top floor of the palms casino with bottle service and roped off section witch was in my opinion the best part ! Then ending the night at the sapphire gentleman’s club and the bachelor part was ended in the proper was the groom was smiling ear to ear all night!!!! I highly recommend this event service they are great people and know their stuff !!!! Five stars hands down!!!

Had such a great and memorable experience with Bachelor Vegas and Brian this past weekend! Booked bottled service packages with him, and he is so responsive and is truly invested in your experience. He was so easy to communicate with the entire process. His team met us at the club and walked us through the entire set-up, and even got us an upgraded table (one of the best in the club we were in). He followed up with me afterward to make sure I was taken care of. I have been to Vegas many times, but Brian and his team took care of our group from the get-go with no complaints or hassle. Our group had so much fun, and we are already wanting to come back! I am definitely going to contact Brian for all my future trips to Vegas and would recommend anyone else to do the same! This was a great choice for arranging my Vegas trip. Brian organized every last detail from the limos to the cover charges at clubs. The clubs and restaurant were expecting us when we arrived and there was no waiting in line. The communication was excellent, with email and text reminders. The whole thing ran like a Swiss clock-- the cars were on time and exactly where they were supposed to be. Brian made this weekend perfect. If you ever need a night out in Vegas, this is the way to go. I will definitely be booking again!

My son turned 21 in January. We waited till April to celebrate. There were 15 people attending. I wanted insure that there was a set schedule with events and cost set in advance.I did a search for a promoter/host who could help me. I found several people via Google. Jon was one of these folks. He was by far the most responsive and organized of the ones I contacted. I told him what I was thinking of and he offered several options and was budget conscious. Together, we worked on a package of events and venues for the entire weekend.Jon sent me links directly to the venues for deposits which made me feel very comfortable in the transactions. I only had to send a minimal amount directly to Jon. Jon met me and my group at all 4 events to insure there were no hiccups.If you are looking for someone to help you plan any special Vegas event, regardless of the size of your party I highly recommend Jon and Bachelor Vegas. You will not be disappointed and feel confident that all the details will be taken cared of and you will have epic time. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would.

Brian provided me with exceptional service on my 3 trips to Vegas this summer. I will not do Vegas without hitting him up! He’s got me into every club I want to get into with a vip walk in, feels great not to ever have to wait in lines. He’s top notch professional and always responds fast and informative. Found Bachelor Vegas online and reached out to Jon for bachelor party ideas for 14 guys. He quickly responded with a ton of different package options for us. It was quick and easy to book and very reasonably priced for everything we got. Jon and his partner Brian also hooked us up with a VIP club experience at Omnia. They walked us right in and set us up, and made the whole experience awesome and seamless. They checked on us throughout the night and during the our bachelor party activities we chose. I honestly could not thank Jon and everyone else at Bachelor Vegas enough. They provided us with the best night ever. We had a group of 14 girls and bought the Bachelorette Vegas package from Jon, not really knowing what to expect. Our night went above and beyond our expectations. We were greeted by the largest limo I’ve ever seen with the best music and neon lights on the inside. Our limo driver was very professional and responsive. When we were ready to leave any place, he was there to pick us up in minutes. We received complimentary bottle service with 2 bottles of vodka and mixers at the club. We were re-railed from our last club for 1 hour as the bride was hungry! However, the staff at Bachelor Vegas went out of their way to meet us at the food court, he was very professional and nice, and was still able to help us with expedited entry. We will 100% use this company every time we go to Vegas! Thank you Jon, you guys are awesome !

Used Bachelor Vegas for my birthday / bachelor party in Vegas this past weekend and all of us had so much fun! We skipped ridiculous lines into clubs and had our own section waiting for us in Omnia. They also set up us with exotic car rentals (highly recommend) for 4 hours earlier in the day! We all said that this trip was the most fun we have had on a Vegas trip yet. BV Las Vegas did a wonderful job setting up a memorable night for our group at last minute notice. I have used them many times in the past, and they came through strong for our last trip. My friends and I had a great time with a table set-up at Hakassan. We used them most recently for a pool party at Wet Republic and everything went excellent. Brian was there to meet us at the entrance and get us to our poolside table without waiting in the long line. I will definitely plan to use Bachelor Vegas without a doubt the next time I make it back out to Vegas.

Brian and Jon from Bachelor Vegas are fantastic party planners. They have amazing packages out there which you can choose and customize as per your liking and their rates are amazing. We went with the Hangover package and everything was set professionally. Next time I have another party in Vegas, I’m definitely contacting them.

I dont normally take the time to write reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Bachelor Vegas, that I had to commend them on their service!My friends fiance (a soccer player from England) had 15 of his mates coming to Vegas for a bachelor party and asked me to help organize their weekend, as I am a Vegas local. I made many calls to the hottest clubs, pool parties, and strip clubs only to be bombarded with overinflated prices or worse yet, no return calls or emails at all!Finally, I decided to contact Bachelor Vegas to help build a package deal for the guys. They really came through! They put together several options based on their budget, which included transportation, strip club/night club/pool party admissions and bottle service deals.Our host was Cameron, who was extremely professional. He always returned calls and was always prompt for our meeting times. Bachelor Vegas arranged for the guys to have a Hummer limo, which was perfect for 16 athletes! They had reservations for bottle service at pool parties, later at the strip clubs, and then the nightclubs for 3 days straight. Bachelor Vegas never dropped the ball. Table locations were premium and there were never any hidden fees that some of the club hosts try to work in.The guys had an amazing and memorable time and didnt break the bank doing it. The bachelor had a blast without worrying about the details. Thank you Bachelor Vegas for your superior service!

Brian and his team took my groups experience from good to great. His connections with the locals and club management, made it nearly effortless for us to get into the most exclusive spots on the strip. In addition, his response time to any of my texts was virtually instant, even on busy nights like Friday and Saturday. Not only did he personally walk our group to our tables, he would later come in and check on us and see if there was anything we needed and if everything was up to par as per our agreement.I typically would never write a review, but Brian literally went above and beyond for me this past weekend and I feel the need to recognize him and let everyone know, that this guy is legit! It was my best friends bachelor party, and he described the weekend to me as “one of the most epic weekends he’s ever had”, and I can honestly say the same.Before the trip, I was worried on whether I can trust Brian or not as I have been burned in the past with others; but after I met him face to face at Encore’s pool party, I knew he was a man of his word and I had nothing to worry about. Being the bachelor for a bachelor party in Vegas can be stressful especially when you are trying to make sure everyone has a good time. I’ve always been skeptical of using third-party sites like these because of the inflation in price and lack of transparency, but my experience with Brian Pfeiffer was completely different.He actually got me a better deal on my cabana than the club was selling them for directly. My crew was running behind schedule and he was completely cool about it. When we were ready, he met us there, introduced us to our waitress, hung out for a little while, and even followed up with me later on to make sure I was taken care of.I’ll definitely use his services again the next time I’m in Vegas and would recommend my friends to do so as well. Just finished with an awesome time having my bachelor party in Vegas. Brian is the man when it comes to having a fun time in Vegas if it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party or your just out visiting. Brian had the entire group picked up in a massive stretched limo that dropped us all off At multiple different places that we’re planned out for the night. I used Bachelor Vegas to plan a bachelorette party night for my friends in June 2018. We all live in Australia but I was able to plan, book and pay for everything with Jon over emails which was super helpful. Jon was great and answered all my questions and planned a really epic night for us. We got an awesome pack which included limo transfer, dinner, chippendales and bottle service at XS. Jon was easy to contact and was there on the night to make sure everything was going well. Brian meet us at the end of the night to show us to our table at the club and was there to make sure everything was going well. Both Jon and Brian were really lovely and helpful. Just got back from my bachelorette party in Vegas and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! We scheduled 2 events for the weekend: a table at XS to see the Chainsmokers and a male revue with limo service. At the club, Brian was there to greet us, walked us in, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the male revenue, we pulled up in style in a huge truck-like limo...the perfect amount of “extra” for any bachelorette party :)Brian was amazing to work with...he was very responsive to any questions I had and offered the best rates around! He sent me a text right away and let me know exactly what venues were open and what my budget was and how I could fit that into my table service budget. Door to door, from Jersey to Vegas, the service that Brian offered was more the accommodating. Brian kept in touch throughout the planning of a 15 person bachelor party and followed up with suggestion and/or advice as we got closer and closer to the vacation. We had nothing to worry from the second we landed till the second we headed back home, which took a lot of stress off of the party because everything was already taken care and the only thing we had to worry about was having a good time. Highly recommend Brian for all and any Vegas events and vacations.

Brian was incredible to work with. He made sure my group and I had a great understanding of XS and our options prior to the event. Leading up to the event he worked with us to make sure we were able to easily meet him. It took us under ten minutes from meeting him to sitting down at our table. Table was in a great spot. Would absolutely work with him again.

Another great time with the company. Was here last year for my bachelor party and they did great handling each of our activities (4 total) and getting us transportation at the drop of a hat when we wanted a limo 1 to 2 hour before our activity.This year got a cabana but the company was very flexible on time. He was able to get the cabana under our name with one guest. We showed up later no hassle as we were waiting on the girls in the group. Got right in and lead to our cabana. Came by later to make sure everything was going well. 2 great trips and will continue to book our activities with the company as they even worked with a new property and got some good new deals they havent had in the past with this property. Great knowing they will go out of there way to sit down with a properties GM and discuss a good deal the company can offer us.Having a consistent VIP host like bachelor vegas is one of the best things i have been able to do and they have came through twice when we messed up and still made for great times. Will be back soon (hopefully new years) and will be giving you guys a call again. Your definitely my go to VIP host company.

My friends and I set up a package for dinner and a beach club and it was a fantastic experience. Jon made sure we were on track for all of our plans and even guided us to our reserved tables. Everything went better than expected and I would definitely do it again!

Being the best man for my friend and planning the bachelor party it was stressful, I was unsure about a lot in Vegas as there are scams all over the place, but i can assure you Brian was a man of his word. The night could not have gone better. We did the King of the Night package and it was perfect from the food to the limo service to being personally walked into the nightclub by Brian himself. We went to Daylight Beach Club and Hakkasan night club and had the time of our lives at the bachelor party this weekend. Great rates from true professionals, and gave us seamless service. Whether it is last minute or weeks in advance Brian has always come through for me with quotes on any pool parties and nightclubs Ive been interested in. He has a very positive communication style and while Ive shopped around his prices over the years Ive never been able to find a better deal or service. We had an open bar at the Chandelier at Cosmopolitan, and then we all took a party bus up and down the strip before we went on a helicopter ride over the strip. Right after the helicopter ride transportation was there and ready to take us to our private table at Treasures Strip club with bottle service! Just blown away on how my experience was with BV! At first I was skeptical on how the transaction was going to happen but Brian reassured me it would all be seem less. The Best Host in Vegas.I had arranged a Stag for my son in Vegas during the EDC week and had previously used another hosing company couple of times. When I decided to use Brian and his company, I was unsure if he can match the previous company we were familiar with. We went with Brian as he was $1200 cheaper overall and was responsive to any queries. I was also unsure if he would have got us the premium positions in the club but Brian pleasently surprised us with fantastic locations at Omnia, Hakassan, Wet Republic and also the gentleman clubs. We went with a 3 venue gentlemens club review which included limo service and other amenities. My friends and I had an amazing time in Vegas thanks to Brian Pfeiffer! I was there with a large group to celebrate my 30th and he was able to hook us up with 3 tables all next to each other at Intrigue to see Dillon Francis, and then two bungalows side by side with our own private pool the next day at Drai’s Beachclub, all for prices way less than what the clubs advertise. Brian was there to meet us at the entrance to the club both days and got our entire group in skipping the lines in less than 5 minutes. I was a little nervous about long lines and high prices as it was EDC weekend, but the entire weekend went off without a hitch! I will definitely be using Brian for my next Vegas trip.

Five of us wanted to see a male revue show and than go to a club but we didnt have any place in mind particular. Called Bachelor Vegas and talked to a nightlife expert, he was very informative and create a custom package for iur budget, we went to see chippendales and had great seats and after that we were transported by this party bus to XS nightclub and had hosted VIP access. Everything was smooth and we will definetely use them again.

Very responsive and incredibly punctual. Hell also go out of his way to make sure you and your friends have a wonderful time, no matter what you all want to do. Three nights, three tables at Hakkasan, XS, and Sunday Night Swim. BV knows what theyre doing. This my fourth time using BV and it definitely wont be my last!

Great trip thanks to Brian. Walked us right into the Omnia the first night and then Hakkasan for Tiesto (my favorite).. Get the bigger table if you cant decide between two. You’ll always spend more at the club. Trust me.

Great service. We contacted the company for table service and they hooked us up at a great club in the Bellagio, Hyde. The company respresentative met us at the door, walked us in and got us a great table. Def will be contacting and reccomending them in the future!
