Frank and Shasha massage they were wonderful. I did the combo with the foot stepping massage for 60 total with hot stone. A lot of good pressure. And not too oily like other massage spas. Definitely recommend. The staff are really nice and so is Cindy the front desk she is very nice. There’s lots of candy and cold water bottles. The service was amazing, the reception lady was very sweet and got some little cute gifts, the young man who assisted was Frank he was so good my shoulders had knots and he took care of all of them. the service was Amazing. I 100% recommend I will be coming back with my friends soon.

Came here for a massage for myself and my husband. The massages were fine, upsold for CBD lotion also fine.The issued we had was being demanded to leave a 40% tip at the end and being harassed for it until we paid. If you want more money, increase your prices. The 20% tip was well more than enough for services rendered.We will not be returning and will try other spots in this area.

Ask for TAMU. He has such strong hands. The prices are great. Came in just for an hour foot massage and ended up doing another hour full body. I’m definitely coming back frequently. The people in the reviews complaining about tipping here are ridiculous. You’ll tip at Starbucks and every other place but you find a place with people that are honest, hardworking - not to mention it’s such a personal service them working on your body- and because they are confident enough to ask for a tip you dismiss this place as bad? Nonsense. This place is ridiculously cheap as well. I got 2 hours for 110. Tipped my guy generously. That’s still cheaper than getting a massage at a resort in the strip or at a chain like Hand and Stone. Those complaining about not wanting to tip their masseuse - don’t go anywhere for massages then. Stay home. People find a problem with everything. This is not a fancy place. Their only priority is being polite and giving you a great massage and they DEFINITELY do that here. These people work hard. Get out of here with your bad reviews. If you want top notch everything pay 500$ to go to a spa on the strip. I love this place. Check it out if you’re a simple person looking for great massages at affordable prices.

Like other reviews my experience is the same. The two masseuses talked to each other the whole 90 minute massage and left to get hot rocks for probably 5 minutes. They then ended our time before we hit 90 minutes. The best part was when we paid she said there’s a $1 per card transaction. We combined our payment to one then told us it’s now $2 fee. Then she asked us how much we want to tip. We did 20% (honestly I probably would have done less because of how unsatisfied the experience was) and then for the next 5 minutes they laughed at us convincing me that’s what you pay for people clearing the tables at a restaurant. I just straight up told them “nope, this is what we’ll pay” so then when we said what the total price was, she still tried to convince us with a higher price. It took 3 times to tell her that isn’t the right price. So the owner obviously isn’t changing anything since all the comments on the tips have similar responses from “the owner”. My friend introduced me to this place 3 years ago and she has come her longer. We have never had such a bad experience like this with any tipping situation anywhere. Obviously tips are more important than returning customers.

My mom and I were looking for an affordable spa to go get our feet massaged. YY Spa was a great find! The foot massage included a back massage and hot stones. We felt very relaxed after our massages. We were offered water and gifted a red woven good luck charm.

I originally thought they only did foot massage andy feet were killing me so I went in. I didnt have an appointment and I didnt Google and read reviews. I was having dinner near by and decided to go in after.Once the lady at the desk told me they could do my full body, I was ready! My shoulders, butt, lower back and feet thanked me.Next time Im in the area, Im going back!! I didnt even take these pictures to leave a review in the beginning. I took the pics of the sign to be able to find it again. Ive had a few massages in Vegas on the strip and off. If Im strictly judging on how my body felt before and after....this is #1 on my list. I was relaxed and it was very clean. This is not the Spa at encore (atmosphere) but the massage and price cant be beat. Service was great as well. Very friendly staff.

The masseuses here are good and powerful! During the massage, I felt that the strength she used was just right. I felt the power of the massage, she made my whole body feel comfortable and relaxed. When I felt that the power was too great, I told her no hard, she understood, and I was very touched. My English is not my mother tongue either, I understand the pain of not being able to learn a lot of English when I am old. I didnt have much interaction with her, but her service made me feel comfortable. I will come again, she said that her English name is Maria, and my store manager is also called Maria, I like this name!

For the price you cannot beat this! We walked in and were helped right away. My boyfriend and I were put in the same room and got full body massages. They were very good at checking in to make sure pressure was good, not too soft and not too rough. Made sure we had water at the end and asked us to sit down for a few minutes before leaving to make sure we were hydrated and good to go! Gave us Gum as a parting gift and were all very very sweet. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely return!

Very good i got a foot massage for 75 minutes and it felt amazing. my mom got a 75 minute full body and she loved it aswell. overall best massage place to ever go to! highly recommend

Went to get food at the pho spot nearby and it was amazing walked around and found this spot because my feet were hurting went to get a foot massage and got a full body massage and was blown away never had I had an experience like this. And very affordable such an amazing experience after a long trip in Vegas. Definitely recommend and leaving very satisfied and rejuvenated

Do not recommend this place. The guy who did my massage was very rough and too hard on my back. Also had long nails that scrached my back. They said CBS oil when youre getting the service but forgot to mention $10 extra for that. If I wanted that, Id order it and not have an unpleasant extra at the end. I feel like they tricked me and demanded a tip at the end of that. Tip for you: cut your nails and dont rip your client off.

Hands down one of the worst massages of my life.$50 for an hour of gentle rubbing of the feet. I wanted a full body massage but the employee didn’t speak English and the price sheets don’t say what the massages include.I love the complex where it’s located but people puking outside ;and piles of puke), 85 degrees in the room, and very loud restaurant next door could be heard for the entire massage.Biggest gamble in Vegas…

Wow shouldve looked deeper into the reviews before I booked the couples massage for my boyfriend and me. Our masseuses spent majority of the massage talking. First half of the massage was, like another reviewer said, gentle rubbing. I shouldve spoken up sooner, but then halfway through, when the guy made it to my back, the guy asked if the pressure was ok and I asked him to go harder so then it finally started feeling like an actual massage. At the end, we tipped 10% because we felt the whole massage was ultimately unsatisfactory compared to the other massage places weve been to. However, the lady at the front desk kept badgering us to pay 20% tip and said when we go out to eat, you always tip 20%. Like really can you be for real? It may also be the language barrier, but regardless, pressuring customers to tip more is not ok. I told her tipping is optional, not mandatory, and she finally let us go.

This place is….something. Definitely heed the warnings from other reviews here regarding how pushy they are about tip. They will stare at you, hand out, and say something that I couldn’t understand because it was not in English, I guess because they feel you didn’t give enough tip. That was my impression; look at the other reviews for similar impressions 😆😆😆I had tipped my person upon exiting the massage room, as I caught him in the hall. And then these staff had the damn audacity to ask for more tip when I went to pay upfront. The elder man who did my massage made no mention either to the front staff that he received cash tip from me — how incredibly deceitful.What was also so strange and very uncomfortable was I wanted to get a full body massage. And the woman at the desk put me into a room with 3 other people who were getting foot massages. Had to ask a few times and even at the front desk whether they sent me to the right room — yep, they did mean to send me into that room to get a full body massage among the dis-comfort of strangers, and myself especially. I ultimately just resorted to also getting a foot massage.Editing my review 3 mos after this worst-massage-ever experience - LOL at all the reviews after me also sharing their same experiences of being badgered for tips. AVOID THIS PLACE, unless you want to feel harassed.

Wow! What a treat it was. Literally just bumped into this place as I finished having lunch at the Vietnamese restaurant along the same plaza.The thought was a foot massage at first. But the gentlemen offered the combo. Which i wasn’t expecting how perfect it was. He got all the right pressure points and was very gracious. Also included a hot stone massage at the end.I say the price is worth it. Very reasonable.This Asian couple was very pleasant and took me in on the spot. No appointment needed.If your in the Chinatown area and need to relax with a massage. This place is perfect. Quit and clean and the old school style Chinese massage beds were comfortable.

Probably the worst massage my spouse and I have ever paid for. The entire massage was rushed through and didnt do any thing. Finger nails were untrimmed, and there were five million distracting sounds. Would not recommend coming here at all.

The actual massage was good. But theres definitely some major communication breakdowns with the tipping at the end. I believe were pretty averaged tippers but if you want a smooth exit after your massage better give a hefty tip or expect to have a hefty conversation. Not exactly a great way to end a relaxing massage.Ps:The reponse to my review said it was from the owner but the person giving us a hard time said she was the owner. Weve been there 2 times, both times the owner was shaking us down hard for more and more money.The 2nd time we brought 8 eight people with us that were traveling from Vietnam. We called ahead so we were sure that there was going to be enough staff to support everyone. They said there was. The actual massage went well but the shakedown at the end was insane! We were surrounded by all of the staff and the owner there was a lot of yelling. It was totally nuts! We were leaving a tip they just wanted more money.Bottom line… I dont believe the owner punished anyone. I believe its the owner whos shaking down the customers and then pretending like theyre beating some other poor sod for their behavior so people wont see these reviews and choose not to go here.

This place has gone down hill. Not sure if someone sold it or it’s under new management. My favorite massage guy is never here anymore and now there’s only a bunch of ladies that constantly bicker with one another while you’re getting massaged. I’m not kidding, full-on screaming sessions for the entire duration of your massage. I let it slide the first time but then it happened the next time I went. Multiple people coming in & out of the room you’re getting a massage in, screaming at each other. I asked them to stop so they sat outside my room whisper screaming. Not relaxing at all. Super unprofessional. I used to love coming here but I’ll never go back. Don’t waste your money. Anywhere else is better then listening to a bunch of ladies squawking like chickens on Jerry Springer. 👎🏼👎🏼

My husband and I went for a 1 hour full body massage.Second time here in the last 2 years. Excellent!!Off the strip. Not a chain. Paid cash. The best!!We highly recommend. Very nice staff that gives you a strong massage for the money. $115 for the both of us plus a$20 tip for each massage therapist. If you know that going in for the tip, not a problem.These massage therapists work for tips and they earn it.The chain places dont even come close.Will be coming back again.Thank you YY!

I love that they open late till 11:30, our show ends at 11pm and we made an appointment at 11:30 and they gladly took it. We did a 75 minute massage because after days of walking on the streets Vegas and inside hotels my feet were killing me, even though we were the last customers of the day and when we finished it was almost 1am, they still took the job seriously and did a very good job, and did exactly what I wanted emphasis on. Thanks for the much needed relaxation. Next time I go to Vegas this will be my go to spot.

Ok. Massage was awesome! But here comes the kicker. Paid for our three massages and was going to tip 10 dollars each, but then they demanded 20 dollar tip per person on a 50 dollar massage. A 40 percent tip! And they demanded it. What?! That’s actually NOT legal and I will follow up with the city of Las Vegas.Ps - Didn’t let us leave until we paid 60 dollars in tips. For the extra 10 dollars you demanded per person - you lost a twice a month customer and hopefully more.

Overpriced for a very mediocre massage. You’d expect that a place that has “Foot Spa” in the name would provide a solid foot massage. That is not the case at YY. It was the worst foot massage I’ve gotten anywhere. The shoulder and upper back portion of the massage was just average. I recommend trying any of the other massage places in this complex. You’ll likely have better luck.

I love YY foot spa I’ve been coming for years and they always help with my back pain and body aches I hike every chance I get and not little hikes hours of hiking and they always put my body back where it needs to be pain free it’s a soothing vibe and the customer service is always great I recommend it to anyone and they added more services to the menu my favorite service is the combination massage and please don’t forget to tip them the earn that tip !!!!!

Scam,went there for a 90 min massage.During the massage they keep on asking you for extra services.When you refuse, the massage gets worse and more uncomfortable.At the end of the massage when theyve asked you 6 times for additional services, you actually feel stressed.They then tell you, you MUST pay 30%tips.They key I the tips that they wanted.Dont go here. It was so awkward.They then speak in Chinese how they have ripped me off. Little did they know, I spoke Chinese.Awful experience

I have never gotten a foot massage before and it was quite a different experience but in a pleasant way.They incorporate stretching into your massage. This was particularly helpful for myself and really helped relax my feet and my whole body! The whole facility is very clean and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I will absolutely be back here! Warning to people reading these reciews!Yes, I was there. My response to the spas responce to the earlier complaint. These employees are not new. The service pushing while having the massage was annoying AF.Forcing the 30%tip and just keying it in was just wrong.I would never go back or recommend.Ive been to many spas, I rank my technician mediocre for deep tissue at best. The forced 30% tip for mediocre work really ticked me off.Wondering if the other reviews are real?

I have been to many of the foot spas around town. Tonight I had a good 60min session which I extended by another 20min for extra time on my feet. The receptionist was polite, as was my masseuse Sasha. Room felt clean and had real walls. Hot stones, a $1 credit card fee, and tip included, I spent exactly $101. They also gave me a bottle of water and mints at the end which a lot of places don’t (and water is so important after a massage!). This is the right combination of value and quality to be part of my semi-monthly well being / self care, and I feel very lucky to have places like this in my backyard in Vegas. I don’t know how this facility got a 4.2 stars, I hope it was just my specific massage therapist. I am an avid customer when it comes to reflexology massage and I have never been dissatisfied until now. They insisted a full body massage which I didn’t mind since it’s only $10 more but then when they also insist a specific tip? BLUF: My masseuse was weak and I asked for a hard massage, wasn’t hitting my knots, was on the phone texting while massaging in the beginning of the massage, and then pause to pick up the desk phone during my massage, and it was 7 more minutes into the hour when she was done. Then she had the audacity to ask for a specific amount of tip at the end. Tip is based on service and customer satisfaction, and not an entitlement. Very disappointed, NOT recommended, NOT coming back.

I went because I have a pain on my foot......so why did she propose to jerk me off for $40. I will never go back. Why is it that I feel a guilt and I didnt do anything wrong.

Frank had great pressure. The price was really good for the quality. They even give us free gum, water, and a coin purse as a gift. On top of that they gave us a stamp card and put 2 stamps on the first visit. Would recommend!

I also love that there’s an option for single and couples. The best thing about this place is the prices. I’m also glad that they didn’t raise our prices and still giving great service.

I took foot massage here twice in these 3 days trip in Las Vegas. The massage makes me felt so good and relax after a long drive. I would like to take another one if I have one more day here.

We had one of the worst massages. Apparently the massage starts when they wash our feet but they were chit chatting, yawning. We told them we wanted 40 minutes for both legs cuz the massage was terrible (no strength) but they still charged us for 60 mins.After the massage, they waited at the counter to demand a $25 tip for each person which was crazy. Never coming back again.

We came in for a 30 min foot massage and they definitely enjoyed talking to their coworker more than working on us. Many times they even stopped for long periods of time, OR kept their hands simply moving as if their boss was tracking hand movements to pay them, just so they could focus on chatting and listening to their coworker.First and last time here!

DO NOT GO HERE!If I could give a negative review, I would. I dont normally give bad reviews, but this by far was one of the worst massages I have ever had.First, there is absolutely no communication between the therapist and client. No one asked me what I wanted them to focus on. Also, I went in for a foot massage and was told to take all my clothes off. I didnt mind because I needed a massage, but I would have like a bit more clarification on what I wanted.It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage, but it felt like my massuse had no idea what she was doing and was extremely inconsistent with her pressure and where she was massaging me. At times, I thought she was falling asleep during my massage because the pressure was non-existent.The foot massage lasted maybe 10 minutes, and again, it was inconsistent and subpar. This massage was anything but relaxing. The sheets look like they do not get changed, and there are no accommodations if you have implants. Furthermore, no one asked me if I had any injuries that they should be aware of. I have lower back pain and herniated discs and it wasnt until the masseuse was already climbing on my back that I realized she was going to walk on my back with out asking about my injuries or my implants.Once the massage was done, the massage therapists and the frond desk will walk to the front and ask for a tip. My husband was with me and also got a horrible massage. His at least was a 4. So we gave them a $10 tip each. She proceeded to ask for a review. So here it is.DO NOT GO THERE!

Great place if you like an authentic massage, I like pretty firm and Maria did a good job, I asked her to focus on certain areas as was tired after my Las Vegas trip.. it can be an intense place! Strongly recommend, friendly staff:)

Went there yesterday with my 10 year old son. They put is in a room together so he and I were both comfortable. The masseusses took time to ask us what we wanted to worked on and if there was anything they needed to pay attention to.My son is carrying a great deal of stress in his neck and shoulders (omg - hes only 10!) and his masseusse focused on those areas. When they were done, he could only talk about how he didnt feel the pain anymore (my heart melted!).I have some neck pain as well as a lot of foot pain. Somehow this got translated into the masseusse walking on my back. Im not sure why this happened, but it was amazing. She was able to concentrate a great deal of pressure on a few pressure points and I could feel the tension being released. During the foot massage, she hit many emotional points and I could feel the breath escaping as my body release the stress.What a great experience. Will happily go back when Im in town again. Bring cash - cards are accepted, but they prefer cash. And remember to tip your hard working masseusses.

My husband and I went to get a couples massage and the two ladies kept talking and laughing to the point they would ask us something and couldn’t talk from how much they were laughing. It didn’t feel like they knew what they were doing during the massage either. Down the hall you can hear a group of customers leaving and saying that they didn’t want to continue with the service and they were leaving. They argued for a while and left.I don’t how this place has a good rating.

I tipped my person who did a $70 course $15 and she was upset. The person who did a $120 course was derisive over receiving $30. If 25% Tip is not enough then just raise the prices.The owner is a very nice lady though so 1 star above 1 for that

Today my husband and I have been clients of this establishment. I was satisfied with the service, but my husband was very dissatisfied and he does not want to return. I personally am a certified massage therapist from the state of Nevada so I have a few things to say about this business.COMMUNICATION: It is incomprehensible that nobody speaks basic English in a business like this. My husband went because he had back pain and needed relief in that area. No one asked him which area he wanted the massage therapist to focus on. In addition to that, the therapist spent the entire hour without EVER asking him if the pressure was ok. She said NOTHING for the entire hour. That shows very little interest in your customers needs. The therapist who was with me didnt know how to speak English either and he was asking me all the time, is everything ok? That shows that you care about the customers need. The fact that they cannot communicate a word in English is inexcusable. Im an immigrant myself, English is not my first language and I cannot understand a situation like this. If you live in the USA and you run a business, AT LEAST, the receptionist needs to know a little more English than just the word dollar and tip.PROFESSIONALISM: The massage therapist who took my husband left the room several times for several minutes during the massage. That is unacceptable. The rooms are extremely small. The massage tables are covered in fabrics that do not appear to be exchangeable. I doubt that is washed between one client and another. That is also very unprofessional and not very hygienic. In any case, my husband was not happy with the service.HEALTH: Another thing, as a massage therapist that I am, I cannot understand how the tables are not adjusted to the height of the therapists. I feel sorry for the workers in this business, they are destroying their backs every day. The tables must be adjusted to the specific height of each massage therapist, these tables barely reach below the knee.ATTITUDE: At the end of the service, my husband paid the bill. And the 3 of them (receptionist and both therapists) stopped at the door to claim for the tip. My husband tipped the male therapist and the receptionist demanded for more. Let me clarify something for you guys. The tip is not asked, it is EARNED. There is no specific amount and you are never entitled to claim for more. The male therapist received a tip because his massage and his service were good. The female therapist was horrible, and for that reason she received nothing.

Like many other reviews, we were also asked to give more tip. Price was $40 each so I gave them $50 each, which is a 25% tip. The guy make a very awkward snarky comment asking for more tip. I told him that’s all I have for him. He make some snarky noises as we turned to leave.We have been here before years ago but will never ever return. The foot massage itself was subpar, almost like they had no idea what they were doing. We get foot massages allot and this was by far the worst experience ever. I can’t see them being here for much longer with the ignorance they give their customers.

When I came in, I asked upfront about the price and whether I could pay with a credit card. They confirmed that an hour-long massage was 60 USD and that I could pay with a card. When I was about to pay and leave, the masseuse asked if I could pay in cash, I said I just couldn’t and she gave me this look as if she had experienced something utterly disappointing and then informed me that I had to pay a dollar extra, plus a whopping $20 for the service fee. I wouldn’t mind giving that amount had I feel good throughout the service, but it was subpar and just whatever. Yet what surprised me the most was how they’d just ask for a hefty tip out of nowhere. Overall, it wasnt a terrible experience, but it was far from great and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The worst massage I have ever had. The man lightly rubbed my feet in an awkward way and then just did the bony part and he couldn’t speak English so there was no fixing it, when he did my back he would do something to one side and not the other. He had zero technique and it just felt uncomfortable. I had a couples massage and the guy and girl switched with me and the girl was the opposite, she was very crazy and aggressive, all over the place, erratic, and it was very annoying. Neither were relaxing or enjoyable whatsoever and the girl gave my partner bruises the next day.

Be ready to get beat up. It’s was amazing tho. So our massage was $60 each, we tipped them $15 each but they said they wanted $20 each. But 20% of $60 is $12 so a $15 tip is a pretty good tip but this place is strange. I’ve never been to a place where they ask for more as a tip. 🤣 Tip is actually optional. Lol we gave them $10 more. So be ready to tip $20 for your massage.

I got the 90 minutes foot spa massage and it was well worth it. I appreciate the cleanliness and the staff were very friendly. There is some outside noise because of the location being on the main road. Overall I would definitely come back here again.

More expensive than other foot massage spas, and they essentially won’t let you tip less than 30%. Also, not a great foot massage, compared to other similar places I’ve been locally and elsewhere. Definitely won’t return or recommend.

Should have read previous reviews regarding tip. Ridiculous request for $20 tip on a $40 service. Would have been willing to give $10 on $50 massage. We told them to change their pricing!Also, keep your eyes open. Apparently my lady was scrolling through her phone during the massage. (Friends told me after the fact)

There was little noise from the halls which made the experience relaxing. I even fell asleep! Then they have bars the ladies used to step on our backs, which sounds crazy but man, now I know why it’s called a foot spa! Definitely worth it and for only $35! I will definitely be returning soon!

My father and sister just got foot massages and when they went to pay the staff nothing short of HARASSED them for a bigger tip. I told them 20% and the worker stated that restaurant tip while I waited for them to finish I heard them also harass an unsatisfied customer for more money. Lucky for him, he had a backbone and told them it was the worst massage he ever had and she should go find a rich man instead. There are multiple other massage places on the same street, go to one of those instead. I should demand the tip back to pay for the my pants that got torn on their bell the notify them of incoming guests. They should take it off since they missed at least 6 customers because there was no one up front to greet incoming customers. Pathetic establishment.

Rip off. We called this place and they told us it was $40 for a full body. When we get there they said that was only back and feet. That the full body was $60 (despite the signage clearly saying $40). Then when asking about tip they said the amount we were giving wasn’t enough… excuse me… first you lied about the price of the massage then demanded a higher tip. Don’t waste your time here.

Massage was ok but completely unprofessional and rude- no manners . I am curious if these women are even licensed. This young girl came in looked at us and started laughing asking where we are from. Then she ,very rudely but while laughing , told my mom and I to take off our clothes. I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to leave because I could tell the vibe was so off..I had set my Birkenstock’s aside, paired up and she threw them towards the wall. The lady doing m by,b massage ended up tripping on them. Not how you treat a clients things... then the two girls kept talking to each other in Chinese while massaging and laughing. One mentioned the city we are from so they were obviously talking about us. It was the most uncomfortable, not relaxing massage.. When it came to pay they tried to charge us $100 instead of $80. So many levels of bad manners. They don’t use sheets on the beds, you lay on the same table cover every client lays on.. it didn’t feel clean and hygienic . The worst massage experience I’ve ever had and I get them regularly. They kept asking about a tip (concerned they weren’t going to get one).. of course I tipped them (in cash) even though they didn’t deserve one. Big thumbs down, go somewhere else.

Horribly unorganized! I went here since my normal place (XY Foot Spa) was booked. My sister and I made an appointment but had to wait a half an hour anyway. They started on me first then sis waited an extra 10 minutes. Half way through her massage a different therapist came in to switch during her massage. My therapist was on and off of the phone whispering. People were running up and down the hall at various times. Really unorganized and uncomfortable. Charged me the wrong amount, then voided and charged me for the correct amount and both charges were on my account. It took a week to get my money back for the extra charge. Will not go back here.

Oooooweee, I got a story for yall. I had a terrible experience on my birthday ; Ive been meaning to write this review. I just went in for a simple foot massage and it was such a mistake. They were behaving weird, wanted my husband and i to both get separated services but it was my bday and he only want me to get serviced. My husband was with me as we followed this woman to the back. I went into this room where I was instructed to sit and put my feet in this water. My husband sat next to me on the other massage bed; this woman turned the lights off and left me there for about est. 20mins alone unattended in this dark room; the door was opened so the only light was the hall light. So the lady came back, she then instructed my husband to lay back pretty, really adamant on it, and he didnt understand why but just wanted the service to begin so he laid back. Another lady appeared and the two women were conversating in an unknown language during my service. About 8-10 mins of listening to them point and laugh during my service; I grew frustrated through the disrespect of a conversation during my service. I asked the women nicely if I can just get my service done without this conversation because I didnt appreciate the side talk. They continued to go about their conversation while the woman gives me this weak a$$ foot rub (not a massage). So now angrily I told them to stop ✋️ . I told them I didnt appreciate the disrespect after I expressed my disconcern about my service. They looked at each other and continue on speaking in their language. I was looking at my husband in disbelief and started take my foot back and got up to put my socks back on. I begin explaining that its disrespectful and that Im not comfortable finishing my service; told the ladies Im NOT going to pay for this. The lady who touch my foot (not massage) was demanding I give her $20 for her time. I began to put my shoes on telling her Im not about to pay for a service you didnt perform any service on me. They were standing by the exit door not wanting to move, still asking for $20 . I kept telling them Im not paying for that Im leaving and basically had to go through them to get to the hallway and out to the main door. Omg!! never again !! didnt like the vibes at all felt very shaddy. Run for the hills!!

Do me a favor and DON‘T GO THERE!My husband wanted to get me there for a Valentine’s Day thing to do. He called ahead and everything was ok. As we went to the rooms in the back we were left at least 20 minutes unattended until a lady came in and couldn’t understand any words besides “dollar” “dollar” “dollar”. The service was fine until we started to pay. I handed them nicely 6$ tip for each, they acted mad and started pushing my cash back to me. At first i thought they dont take tip, but they told me its 20$. I was confused because I do service job,too and Im always happy no matter how much customer tipped me. They were like No, no, no its 20$. It was such an uncomfortable thing that i have to deal when im on vacation. I dont want to argue w them just because of the tip but i think its not ok for a worker can determine and ask the customer the money they should have tipped.

Was loud and I couldn’t relax. Lots of talking and the radio kept going on and off. Massage was ok but noise made it hard to enjoy. Ill possibly try again but hopefully it’s a better experience.

As everyone else said , massage was a hundred for 2 people 60full/40feet , paid that up front. At end gave $22 , they demanded $20 ea, Im 6 -210 theyre 5 - 100 , I just stood up walked right through them with my lady in tow, left them with $22.....almost felt like extortion at the end

Her massage was too hard and mine was too soft.4. The lady wore gloves that were rough and pulled on my leg hair.5. The lady stopped during the massage to talk to someone outside the room.6. The mans phone rang loudly during the massage AND he answered it.7. They shorted us 10 minutes. Total time was only 50 minutes from when we put our feet in water and when they said we were done.8. When we went to pay the lady demanded cash only.9. When we tipped we offered $10 for the $60 service. This was generous with consideration to all that happened above. She was offended and demanded another $10.TLDRAvoid this business for bad service, entitled staff, and shady business practices.

It was a good massage. However, the place is very small and dark. We paid for $39 for an hour. When we asked for card payment, we were told to better pay cash otherwise there will be a surchrge. Then they werent happy the tip we gave. They specifically told us to pay at least $10 tip per person.

Another person I was with said he felt under and that his masseuse was getting frisky with him, lightly kissed his neck and asked to end the massage because he was uncomfortable. I would never come back here. The way they ask for additional tip is tacky.

The facility was ok, it seemed clean and it was quiet. They advertise a 60 min $30 massage, but if you want them to massage anything other than your feet, (like your shoulders and back) its $35. I thought that was kind of shady. Probably wont go back.
