I recently visited this smoke shop near the Las Vegas Strip, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The customer service was top-notch—the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. This is my absolute favorite shop! I was born and raised here and literally will not go to any other shop or location ! I also found one I almost liked as much but D (Diana) is the reason I am loyal to this store and will be for life. I live all the way by Nellis Air Force base and drive all the way here for this shops products, prices, and customer service. I always get excellent customer service but Diana treats my husband and I like VIPs. I have worked as the face of customer service since I was 14. If I could hire Diana for a position at my current company, I would. The store is lucky to have her❤️❤️❤️

I wish I could give 0 star so unprofessional ,very dirty they gave me a tester and broken vape where I could have caught multiple different diseases. I came back and ask for a different one and they accused me breaking it and said there is nothing they can do. 30$ in the trash don’t go here

Jasmine, is awesome. She can actually answer questions and understand the assignment. They offer a tax free option if you bring in your old disposable vape. The experience makes up for the tap higher prices but they are also 24/7 right off the Blvd.

They have a huge selection. Went in for one thing but wanted about 5 things after looking around. Very professional workers and great customer skills.

Honestly, the shop itself is pretty dope if I was able to look around or at least feel welcome to be able to. I was looking for maybe two minutes at the snacks because I haven’t seen anything like that before which is really cool but the sales rep chick was so rude and made me feel like I was bothering her being in the store. Keep in mind I haven’t even asked any questions and her energy felt so unwelcoming ended up just getting my overpriced and leaving. Not sure why she was so rude but that kind of customer service is what makes people not want to come back to places. Which is a shame because the shop is really cool. Wish I could’ve been able to look around or at least feel comfortable doing so.

She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of their glass products and I was able to find 4 awesome new pieces to add to my growing glass collection.She was very patient with me and spent a good deal of time helping me pick and look at their giant range of options.I haven’t often shopped here but I will be changing that thanks to the products and staff.And I am very excited to see your Henderson location open up soon!

Bre was AMAZING!! We went in for one thing and after we got it all packed it was the wrong one not her fault at all. She was so sweet and didn’t complain at all.

Came in to get a electric dabber choose the huni badger portable device. After I spent about $200 dollars on the device I left but only to have to return because it doesnt come with a battery the girl behind the counter I would have thought would of told me that. So I ask to buy the battery they ask if I want one or two because its good to have a backup charger so I buy 2 spend another $20 bucks. Go home use it both batteries die before I could even finish smoking once. Confused because they are brand new I go online find out they need another device to recharge my batteries I call over to the smoke shop they tell me they dont carry it. But I honestly do not think the girl behind the counter even understood exactly what the blank I was asking her for. So now for my 3rd time Im going to have to go back and actually make sure they dont really have it because they arent even familiar with the products they carry. CRAZY! GIRL ON THE PHONE EVEN TOLD ME THAT THIS IS CRAZY!! Of course they girls were vary nice but being nice is only apart of customer service and sales. Witch they do not have. If I would of known I was going to have to spend this much on this device I would have never bought it. Because I still have no clue how much the battery charger is going to cost me or where Im going to be able to buy one if they dont carry it!

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Over 100% markup on subpar cigars. In no world should an MSRP cigar of $9, found in just about ever shop, be marked up to $20. That is absurd. Acids are NOT worth $16 a stick. Pitiful.

Low rating due to cost. Ive been around the city the justification is 24hours, yet there is several that have cheaper prices with the 24 hour open. Elfbar cost 105 for a box of 10. Msrp is 20, some places ive been sell 2 for 46. Your paying almost triple for this one item. Leads me to believe theyre selling everything at the %. So wont be going back and ill just hit the place by my house which offers discounts to public

Walked in with the intent to get just a regular hookah, and walked out with the best and most amazing hookah I’ve ever seen. Also the fact we got it for a steal was even better!!
