Still Smoking Vapor & Smoke Shop

I have been coming to this smoke shop for somewhere near a decade now. Time goes by so fast, and it is great to have a consistent shop with excellent customer service to match. The products this shop offers are great quality and prices reasonably. I bought a quality glass piece from here years ago, and its still going strong. The staff is the best, knowledgeable and helpful. There sre a ton of smoke shops in the city but we choose this one for our needs because they treat you right and have what you need.Not to mention, theres great food around them also and the location is great!

I was waiting for my food next door , decided to come check out this place , picked up a cbd joint and the dudes schooled me about kratom , they have volcano vaporizer those are cool for medical patients😶👍…costumer service wise Eric is super friendly like this dude has an awesome costumer service and the other guy was real nice as well , if you drop a quarter and land it in a surface they got you win a gift, freaking cool store , they sell cbd joints.. like this dudes know there stuff if you ask them ..

Better prices all over town. I would come here everytime my vape ran out just because I lived right next to this place and the guys that work there have great customer service but the last three times I went, the same dude with long hair was there and his depressed attitude made me start looking around and places like Vapory has much more options and everything is $5 to $10 cheaper.

Usually great but I bought a pipe and they immediately sprayed it with Windex before placing it in my bag. I decided not to buy it as to not ingest harmful non food safe chemicals. It sucks, cuz this is the first time Ive ever seen them do this, Ive been coming here a lot in this place is usually great, but be careful if youre a smoker, they clean glass with WindexEdit: Reply To Owners: If You cant see why spraying harsh chemicals on a pipe is asinine and Dangerous You shouldnt be selling smoking accessories. Also Rubbing alcohol works just as good as Windex for that and isnt nearly as harmful.

These people are thieves, I went to buy a vape juice, I tried 3 different flavors and none of them had any flavor, I just asked for my money back and they didnt want to give it back to me! I will never go to that place again, I feel cheated...

This is my favorite smoke shop! Very clean and welcoming environment, they have the coolest pieces & accessories, but on top of all that Tyler and Eric are AMAZING! They go above and beyond to explain the products and offer similar options, they’re not only very knowledgeable, but also very friendly, they made sure to give us a great deal and even sent us off with extra goodies!! Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Still smoking vapor & smoke is the best smoke shop in Las Vegas. The glass tenders are all helpful and knowledgeable. After several bad experiences at other smoke shops I have chosen to only shop here.

This place is awesome! I was helped by Eric and Austin, both whom have excellent customer service and patience for indecisive customers like myself. They mix their own vape juices, so they can make it to order, which is perfect because Im also pretty particular. They have a nice selection of testers and even more flavors in the back. Theyve made a regular customer out of me today! :)

I will say that its a store with a broad priority of merchandise actually it was the only store in 7 that I went that had the Focus electric bond that I was looking for.The employees that theyre there theyre extremely helpful. Actually Will answer all my questions and theyre really nice. Unfortunately I had to leave the country, and unfortunately I found the store the last day I was there and I was not able to return to purchase some things.The only bad thing that I can review is that I was looking for a down draft incense cones and they sold me one stating that it was that type and they werent, but still they have a really great smell.

Been going here for Bongs, rig cleaners, accessories even my favorite purchase of all time, the hunibadger was from this very store! Ive been using this solely for my smoke shop since I moved here 4 years ago. These guys are awesome and all their products are as high quality as their superb service 👌

Went in to pick up a grinder and small Jerome Baker piece. Tyler and Eric were extremely helpful with all my questions and even threw in a buncha freebies. I didnt have much time to browse around, but there seems to be a pretty good selection whether youre trying to save some money or splurge on some heady pieces.

Wow this Place is AWESOME!!!!! First off before I forget Tyler helped me and he Rocked!!! Now i normal go to Vape Pirate bc they are literally across the street fromMy apartment, but today they were out of the geek vape coils I needed to I had to goSearching for another spot the first 2 spots Google sent me to were closed then I came across Still Smoking seemed like your run of the mill place at first. But the first thing I noticed was how quickly I was helped and how personable the sales rep was “Tyler” he when I told him I needed geek vape coils lowest watt he knew exactly where to go and got them for me. After looking around while Tyler rang me up I noticed they sell Lots of cool things I’m into mushroom product, pot stuff, so I asked by chance if they sold Saliva and they did !!!!!! SO AWESOME Tyler was very knowledgeable and helped me with that too. I did not buget for that this week but I’ll be back next pay day. All in all bc of Tyler and the cool shop me and my girl will no longer go to vape pirate only to STILL SMOKING

My boyfriend and I have gone here twice now in a month and both times have been a real treat. Nice employees everytime and great customer service. Their bong selection is great and great deals too!! This workshop is a good friendly environment. Have great selection of vape. The only thing is the guy told me that this one vape is not going leak but after a day its coming out of my mouth piece.

I get all my smoking needs here.. They always help as soon as we walk in.. and help me understand the products/add ons they have to make my smoking consumption better, lol..they always hook it up and give u discounts on some of their stuff, especially if youre in the industry..been coming here for almost 3 years now and will continue to do buisness with them 🤗 Im/were always satisfied and never disappointed. This place is large and has so much to choose from. They even have like more than 50 different varieties of my favorite Wild Berry brand incense which is hard to find this many different scents. The guys working there were super cool and helpful too. I also like that theyre open until 11pm soon to be open til midnight. Highly recommended and Ill be back!

This is the one smokeshop in town that supports sobriety. these guys are cool as hell. they have great prices on cbd. they have great prices on glass. they have great prices on everything. these guys got me by when i smoked and they get me by in sobriety. true local gangsters. never walked away with a product i didnt like or wasnt satisfied with later.

Love this place. I live on the other side of town but the selection and the service both make it worth the commute. Plus theyre open late and I really appreciate it cause the store down the street closes at 8 and sometimes you need new glass after that time. This is my go-to store now and I am happy to recommend it for anyone needing new smoking equipment.

I have enjoyed watching the evolution of the shop from a few vapors to a full blown store, basically. They offer a bomb industry discount so for employees of cannabis such as myself its amazing. Wow this place is so sick I think they need a doctor. I mean the prices the staff and the ridiculous selection are on point. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. As an elite master certified customer experience expert myself I must say these guys know how its done. From building rapport to greeting a customer with a smile and Ill be right with you. I cant say how many businesses these days dont even greet a waiting customer. I cant stand it. Ill gladly wait to be helped for a long time if you just acknowledge Im there. Everytime Ive gone here they are great at this and usually I never have to wait anyways as they are well staffed. What can I say. I can see this lace will be here a long time cause they are focused on building long term relationships with customers instead of trying for the home run. Its the saying Id rather make 100$a month for years than make five hundred dollars one time. I dont usually leave reviews but these guys deserve to be known. Especially Casey. I just left this smoke shop after a dispensary told me about it yesterday. It wasnt busy when I walked in and the two guys up front (Im assuming the owners) helped me out right away, they have a 20% discount for medical marijuana patients and they also had a sale for 50-70% off items as well! I found the perfect pink hello kitty bong + a few dutch masters for only $28 total! Im so happy and I will come back to this shop for all of my other smoker needs! You guys are the best, amazing customer service.

Super kind people they deserve a raise here! If you have a dumb question to ask they will answer it! They take the time to care of you no matter how busy they are. I bought my teal budsy and my puffco from there. With their selection you can get overwhelmed but they gotchu!

Terrible business practices . Sold me a defective product . Asked for a replacement , the other same devices were also defective . Wouldn’t offer me my money back even though they sold me something that wasn’t even working. Wouldn’t offer me something in the same price range or try and fix the issue. It was all on me , even though it’s their issue . I was polite the whole time as were they , but just a terrible business practice .Avoid if you can

Cool people nice range of selection price wise quality wise. Add a few headys for a good price and if you work in the industry cannabis industry that is you can get a nice little discount. Definitely recommended for youre everyday needed items and anything in between

They regularly have promotional discounts and just about everything youd ever need(all kinds of papers, filters, pipes, water pipes, rigs, nails, bags, etc). For not being from here. I was able to call and get a coil piece for me vapor. They had it! It was easy to find, even with Google taking me to the back door. There is a lot of cool glass pieces. If I had more time and money I would have walked with one as well. The customer service is on point in my book. If passing through or needing something give them a call or stop by.

Just got off the phone with Mike who was very professional and had outstanding customer service. Mike never once gave off the impression or made me feel like I was frustrating him by taking up so much of his time by asking a bunch or questions about some products he was recommending me. Casey helped me pick out the Dab Ninja and spent like 30 minutes or more making sure i was leaving the door 100% satisfied with a great rig to go with it. I was looking for a very specific replacement piece for my GPen connect, I called at least 10 different smoke shops in Vegas and none of them had a replacement tank until I called Still Smoking, they had plenty in stock and were very happy to help out. This shop definitely deserves the 5 stars!

They have a very good but not great selection and relatively friendly employees. A little more expensive than most every other smoke shop though and Im my opinion not really worth it. I only go here on occasion because theyre one of only a handful of smoke shops that accept google/samsung/apple pay.

There is a reason why this is The Best Smoke Shop in Vegas.. all of the people here are really cool, the prices are great, and they have amazing products. After going to different smoke shops in Vegas, i can say this is the only one ill be going to from now on. Thank you to Casey, and everyone over at Still Smoking for an amazing experience.

Staff was all about getting the sale, but when coming back with a problem extremely rude, kinda laugh in your face attitude. 2 out of the 5 products I have boughten from here have been faulty. Decent price on glass but, Very overpriced on common items. After my most recent interaction I would def recommend aces high for any high end head shop needs, and just any corner smoke shop for cheaper products and accessories.

Great shop with a huge selection of custom vape flavors. I used to frequent Elephant Vape when they had their custom juice bar, but left after they went to pre-made only. Still Smoking is a little pricey compared to the competition but you get what you pay for.

Best Kratom shop in Vegas. I go here for the OPMS golds and enjoy checking out the variety of glass and other unique/useful smoking products. Staff makes you feel like a regular and takes time to address questions on various products. They are happy to be there!

Best smoke shop in Vegas. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Huge selection of glass as well as electronic smoking gadgets. They carry alot of rarer items too. They also stock collectors glass by well known artists. Pricing here is a bit below average which makes most items here a steal. They carry some more budget friendly items if that is what you are looking for.

Came here for some CBD lotion for my best friends mom. The employees were friendly both on the phone and in person at the store. They also knew their products well enough to answer our questions. Since were both newbies to this cbd stuff.

Great smoke shop. Cool employees and they are open untill 12am every night which is nice for when your out of shisha and you dont realize its time to buy more untill 11:30 and everyone eles is closed. Great selection of most items, kinda would like them to order better fumari flavors but hopefully the owner will see this and when the lockdown is over and they reopen they can order more flavors. 10/10 for helpful people operating a great location in the Vegas Valley.

I cant stand a place that is only out to make money and dont care about the customer. I purchased a vape one week and had It for about 3 weeks and it blew out so I took it back and was told all I could do is let the manufacturer know until then I was welcomed to purchase another SO I did got it home it did not work hey vapes arent cheap and I had the one thats looks like a cigaretteighter the least expensive ones on market and wasted 80 dollars getting these and it has been over 3 months since this happened . It pisses me off so bad I remembered to come back and post my review thats what the review section is for actullay the one star isnt even deserving

Disappointed. Back in 2011 i bought a custom handblown pipe that i love. Its pink with color changing glass and 1 angel wing on the side. When u went a couple weeks ago it seems like the focus of the shop has shifted. Its more about commercial glass, dabs and vape juice. If you want custom pieces head to Gorilla Radio on eastern and flamingo.

If you are looking for a Place that treats you good and treats you right then Still Smoking is the Place.......The Staff in there is Awesome and Casey is always been so Helpful and always been good to us since we have been going there about close to 3 maybe 4 yrs. And thats why we keep going back. Still Smoking is a Great Vape or a great place to get any accessories for vaping and also for water bongs the have such a selection and they are not expensive and just even if you never been in there before they will treat you like family and make you feel comfortable with any questions or concerns you have on vaping.....!!!

The guys are great every time I come in. From teaching me about kratom to helping me figure out how to go from smoking cigarettes to vaping without freaking out. Theyre always helpful, funny and never seem like Im asking too many questions or taking up too much time. Ive even rolled in there 3 minutes until close and felt like I was the first customer of the day. Nothing beats Still Smokin!

Just went in the first time and they didnt have cartons or packs of one of the main types of American Spirit. Selection was very limited compared to other stores as well as overpriced. Will not be returning and advise others against wasting their time.

I bought a quartz banger from here for my dab rig and a couple days into lighting it with a torch that’s THEIR OWN BRAND the glass cracked!!! The only reason I’m saying that is because when I went back the bald guy had a rude attitude saying that we “LiT tHe BaNgEr ToO hOt”😂 Idk what that means...but ANYWAYS he was saying it was our fault the glass cracked and that his quartz banger never cracks. I bought a Home Blown Glass brand nectar collector and the tip cracked while I was lighting it once again a DAY after buying it. Do not recommend, sadly .

Still Smoking is an amazing shop. Definitely have to check it out if your in Las Vegas. The owners are awesome

Ive been dealing with Still Smoking for awhile. This was the first store I visited when I started vaping & I still continue to go there for all my vaping needs. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and more than happy to help any way they can. Ill never go to another vape shop.

Nice friendly guys and very helpful. This place has a great selection of stuff and had to walk out because I kept seeing thing I like.

They were busy when I got there. It took a while to get service because of this but they gave me a free can of butane because of it. More variety than most smoke shops.

Very bad, I bought an electronic cigarette, then found the spill, the clerk told me no problem, because too much oil, to the next morning, found or spill, and very serious, to find the store to change , The result only changed me a cigarette holder, 16 days because of the oil leak I find them four times, they can not give solution, I want to withdraw, they can not be returned, but also let me continue to pay for cigarette holder, I think they Is a fraud, very bad, will never go after.
