Every time I go to vape city I’m greeted which feels nice. They have so many options to choose from from juice to disposables. This is my one of my favorite shops to go to even though it’s a bit of drive.

They have a good selection but when they run out rarely put it back in stock.

Expensive.Last time I was here,I believe the owner was there because he told the salesman what to charge. After checking out, I was told I had a 6 dollar coupon on my next visit. Cool.Last time, I got this peanut butter vape. It was really good but it had some defect where it died very quickly. I didnt blame them. It happens. But I wanted to get another.Oops, theyre out of that, and nothing like it. Bummer. But hey, I got 6 bucks off and Im here so I might as well use it.***Bait and switch***Im told I get 5 bucks off of I buy 2. Giving me either 11 or 6 bucks off? Not even sure because the receipt.So how is it still 45 bucks for 2?? I get 2 at other places for LESS and this was WITH a coupon??Sure they give you $11 ( or $16, whatever) but raise the price so its actually more worth the discount.I dont like being tricked. Ill go somewhere else.***owner replied. Claiming my numbers are inaccurate. Well yeah, it was 45 BEFORE the tip. Which I dont know why Im even being asked to tip. I refuse to go anywhere that asks me for a tip for a service where giving or not giving a tip wont have any impact on the service. Or does it? Because if I got 16 dollars off, that means without the discount, its over 60 bucks. For 2?? I assure you the other place I go to which is actually closer to my house, Im not paying even 45 for 2 and they are just as good. Friendlier too.

These guys in there really help me an my husband out. He is a truck driver with big rigs so they allowed us to zelle them the money my husband loved the experience and great customer service bought about 350 usd$ of products mod,custard monster WOW in AMAZING. And two set of 🔋 batteries. And helped with great discount and all then men in there were awesome amazing I will be going back before I leave home of Vegas to get back on the big rig soon. Bought 2 vapes from them and the first day one didnt work at all. And a few days later now the other has stopped working. Bad products and horrid customer service

My honest opinion here:This shop is WAY WAY too overpriced!!! They give you tourists prices honestly look around this shop is more expensive compared to other vape shops for the exact same product. Their staff is somewhat educated on there vape knowledge even though I personally feel like they should know more. But they do provide you mid customer service, if they know youre buyingAlways always keep and ask a receipt if you need to file a complaint or a replacement product also try every before you leave the store for a faulty product*Now Im doing this review on my own terms not doing out of spite or anger.I have no personal reason nor hate to attack this shop nor its staff Im just giving an honest opinion on this shop to help others. I hope this review helps you readers.

Very awesome people!! The manager took the time to explain everything to us. I especially love the idea of them having a chemist that mixes the flavors and nicotine. If the nicotine isnt strong enough they will add more, no charge.

Best Vape shop in town, without question. Very fair pricing, their house juices are excellent, and the staff is THE BIGGEST reason I go. It’s like the show Cheers in there! I feel like every time I go in, they treat me like a friend, not just a customer, and that’s so rare these days. It’s the only place I go and I highly recommend them!!!

Picked up some juice and the Digiflavor S G MTL yesterday. Customer service was excellent and unlike other vape shops I went to in Las Vegas, they had actual variety,(Sub Ohm, RTAs, RDAs, Boro box’s, disposables) instead of just they same two brands every other shop had. The salesman was knowledgeable on the topic and laid back.Happy shops like that still exist,Definitely going there every time I’m in Vegas.

Everybody at the shop is very welcoming and informative! you get greeted the moment you walk in the door, and everyone makes it a very relaxed place to hang out and shop in. eve is definitely my favorite worker in the store — ask for her when you go in!

I have been in dozens of vape stores in Las Vegas ( and also La) and this is my favorite vape shop HANDS DOWN . I have been ordering a lot online but today I decided to check out a physical location and I’m so happy I did . They have a huge selection if anything to do with vaping . The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly . The prices are better than anywhere else . Please treat yourself and take a ride over to Rainbow . I would give 10 stars if I could. I was at the grand opening of this place year back, and it has grown into the best vape shop in town. The owner, Matt, is one of the coolest guys and always has been. If anything is wrong they will make it right. They have good prices, and chill environment. They also mix any nic level you want or add flavor to whatever youd like. Anything you suggest to make the business better they will take into complete consideration.

All of these staff members are amazing. I was once out of town and I called and they helped me. Not only do they have top quality stuff, their customer service is impeccable. I absolutely will go nowhere else in Las Vegas I am a customer for life. You guys rock

Expensive and customer service mediocre. My vape broke and ordered online through this place. I was willing to pay more so I didnt have to wait for it to come in the mail. Well they got my money but cancelled the next day and I had to wait 5 days to get my money back.

These guys have amazing customer service. This was my first vape shop when I started, they have always been great. Since this quarantine they have showed their true colors. I like this shop. Close to my house, friendly staff, and decent prices. I like that nobody there tried to get me to buy more than what i came in for. Too many stores try to do that, and its annoying. So this was an easy experience. I suggest this shop, and will be back. Thank you.

Been to plenty of vape shops in this city! Hands down, this is the best one. Best selection of premium flavors! The staff all together is helpful and far from pushy. They let you get what you need without any extra hassle. They also will spend all the time in the world with you if you have questions. They are competitive with thier pricing and even willing to offer a price reduction without me even asking. They make you feel like you are at home and thats whats up. 🍦😎

I was pleasantly surprised. I went there for a specific coil that a couple of other places didnt have. Vape City had it, and for $5. Its a cozy place, complete with the family dog. Ill never go to Vape Co again!!!

I like the male manager, he made us feel comfortable and not rushed or like a bother for asking a lot of questions and being indecisive and also helped my boyfriend figure out an issue he was having with a device he bought elsewhere. He showed him the coil was fried, didnt try to upsell us and tried to teach my boyfriend how to avoid that issue in the future. He also helped again once we had made our purchase and my boyfriend was having trouble making sure all issues were fixed, he did not mind spending time with us when our purchase was under $20. My first experience there I felt somewhat snubbed by the young girl and woman working.This shop has a lot of cool stuff, everything vape related and a couple other random items. It is large and has a cool comfortable loungey front area with complementary water.

This is by far the best Vape store that Ive been into in Las Vegas. And it was not because they gave me some swag either. I come sliding in 15 minutes before they closed, and the manager Sean and his associate Eve spent a lot of time with me, showing me things about both of my vape pens that I did not know. They actually mixed me up some 50 milligrams salt berry pomegranate, and it is delicious! I highly recommend the store not only because of the friendly staff, but the overall Pleasant atmosphere of the shop. There are multiple places to sit down, and a really nice menu part of which Im going to list, and I noticed that every customer that came into the store were treated as if they were friends... The only shop I go to in LV . the prices are super affordable, staff are very friendly and helpful yet professional. This is my one stop vape shop for everything. My favorite employee is definitely Allie, she is one of the best in the business and super lovely. I highly recommend this place for all your vaping needs.

Feels kozy. A little craped by register. Customer service OK. VERY consistent always have what i need. Open late so plus. A little on expensive side as far as juice goes but it is mostly quality juice.7/10Would probably recommend

New to the area. I live towards Summerlin and drive to Vape City due to their awesome customer service, prices, and product knowledge. Ive been to about 3 or 4 other local shops and in my opinion, Vape city is the best out of all of them. Highly reccomend you check them out!!! A+ 5stars*

Ive been to many around the country and this is one of the best vape shops. i bought a vapmod and within a week it was shorting out and not working, the lady helping me (Brianna) did everything she possibly could even calling the owner to figure out what was wrong with my box. she then replaced it free of charge with no issue. the customer service and employee knowledge here is beyond perfect. flavors are amazing especially vanilla custard. when i leave vegas i will still remain a customer online. if your looking for a shop with great people who really know their craft this is it.

The best vape store Ive been to here is Las Vegas. Ive been vaping a while now, and Ive completely stopped smoking cigarettes.This being said, after all my experience going to many different stores, I really think this is the best place Ive been to and I always go back here.The staff is great! The store has some of the better vape juices available at fair prices! Id recommend this place to anybody.. when you check it out you might agree with meThe Mods sold here are some of the best Ive owned. The vape tanks are also good in selection, price and quality so that leaves the juice.. Depending on what you may like ask a question or two to find suggestions for something new or you can find some of the classic best juice brands from all around. There is also the house juice. I find it to be a very pleasing as far as flavor goes and the price is the best Ive ever seen!!Also I recommend you ask for suggestions on what to buy. I havent ever gone wrong here

So greedy store defective vape won’t even get refund and replacement just bought less than two weeks and juice is leaking they try to fix but keep doing the same the said they gonna loose a lot of money if they replace or refund what a True greediness you should know that’s bussiness showtime u loose sometimes u gain good luck and GOD may change you

Found vape city because they were the only shop around open on Sunday! Its now the only vape shop in vegas i go to now. I always get their juices they make themselves. tons of diff flavors and great prices. matt and sean are super knowledgeable about all things vape related.
