Viper Smoke Shop and Vapor

Just a friendly warning from my experiences take it or leave it 🙆🏼‍♀️Ive been coming to these locations for 2 years and the owner of these locations Adam has been knowingly selling defective pens Ive been going to his Leesburg location primarily over the last 2 years and every single ooze pen that I have ever received from his location specifically has gone defective after 33 days at the most and 15 days at the least I continue to give my business to this location because its right down the street from my house But when Adam makes it very clear that he is promoting bad business practices and refuses to replace almost a $40 device. I cannot see myself giving my money to any of his locations. And I dont advise anyone else to do so either. Businesses need to do right by their customers. This man knows that he sells defective devices at his Leesburg store. So im positive that it doesnt matter about other locations to him. Very disappointedAfter asking for the email address to file a complaint ( because it was offered) Which wasnt given to me.Adam said if he had a new pen that he would exchange it for me after all of his outright refusal to do right by me as a customer. He finally says that at the last minute. After I ask for refunds and that I just wanted to go home. And they didnt even have one available.At this point I just want my money back and he refuses to do that. Because all of his smoke shops are no refunds and no exchanges despite him knowingly selling defective products.

Best prices in the Lake & Sumter area! Awesome customer service & if they dont have something you want they will order if possible.

Whenever I come back to Leesburg I know what vape shop to visit! The staff is really friendly and they have great prices. I didn’t take the name of the person who helped me, but he was really attentive. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but they gave me something similar, with much better flavor.

I always get great service at the smoke and vape shop in and out real easy Ive heard a few bad reviews about customer service all I can say about that is everybody has their day and sometimes people they just deserve it has been said there are no stupid questions I beg to differ I wear a 15- inch Gerber fixed blade in a sheath I had a woman ask me if it was a concealed weapon there you go Heres your sign I answered her as cordially as I could I said no maam this in Florida is what you call open carry and if we dont exercise our rights as free Americans our freedoms not going to last thank you for listening Jimmy Stanford

Well stocked, herbs and tobacco. Wish I could find Kava to drink in this area, but no problem grabbing a few elixir extracts!!! Great CBD selection as well. John and Danny go out of their way to find your best experience.... wish I had another star.

Came for a visit for the holiday but left some vape supplies at home. Staff was rude, had nothing that we needed. They tried to sell us some preloaded puff bars. They said maybe one or two wont work, but none of either box worked. Went in to speak to the person who sold them to us and then they refused to do anything to make it right. 💯 never have had a vape store steal money and lie about the product and not be willing to make it right. Ive gone to stores all over when traveling and never had such a horrible experience!!!

I roll my own cigarettes and the prices here are pretty low. I also have bought cigarettes at a good price. I usually buy a 6oz bag of the good stuff rolling tobacco, a box of Zen tubes and 1 pack of edgefields and spend about $ 20 bucks. The store is very clean and staff is always friendly.

Long story short my fiance found a price tag on an item and that was the price the store paid the front counter would not recognize it and almost doubled price. We did not buy the item can find the same stuff online like they do and pay their price before spike up. Store does have nice hand made and local pieces if youre searching. I tried some vape juices here and they were mediocre, like their peanut butter juice sounds good on paper and tried his and liked it, but got home and it was disgusting. Me and my fiance go to Rise n Vape if we need anything. Do not recommend.

Great customer service. The young lady took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Extremely knowledgeable about their products. I loved the fact that I truly felt appreciated. I will gladly continue to take my business here!

Pretty cool place, customer service was rude, major attitude from the little boy behind the register, The most wonderful thing I bought a Twist pen, He didnt even try it out in the store to make sure it works,When I got home lo and behold, it did not work And now you cant even get in touch with them because the phone number doesnt work....lost a great customer 👎

This place is a much better place than most of the smoke shops in this area because most of the places people are really rude this place to people pretty nice and helpful and no order pretty much anything you need if you they dont have it One time the gentleman that worked out even offered to order it on his phone for me and I could pay there

Customer service during the seperate purchases of mods for my fiance and I was exceptional. Very informative on the products, friendly staff, and the prices were well in touch with the market. Nothing but good things to say about the staff and the shop. I will surely do business with Viper again, no question about that.

This place is great. The employees are always helpful and answer any questions.They have a good variety of vapes and accessories with new flavors etc. all the time.

Always very helpful and nice. Great atmosphere and it always smells amazing walking in the door. I picked up a caramel apple fritter flavor today...its amazing! Great pricing for great quality. For a while I was purchasing cheap juice online...it was never really enjoyable. A fellow experienced vape friend of mine counseled me on paying for quality juice and not to buy juice just because it saves my pocketbook. Once I took his advice and started to invest in my experience, my enjoyment of vaping increased greatly. You spend a chunk of money on the unit, why not use quality juice? You get what you pay for and Viper definitely delivers quality. Thanks for taking care of me guys!!

They were nice and all when going In and when i got my piece home and took the wrapping off there was a cracks on my water pipe mouth piece, they told me they had used it as a tester and I shouldve known to check it before buying, me trusting them lead me to having a broken piece and frustration. I called about the crack and they said they check the pieces before they package them but as we were paying they had people coming in so easily mistakes couldve been made, but still when I called to try to resolve the problem they said it was my fault. Well I wont be going back nor I will never suggest this shop to anyone asking. Plus If I could I would give this store no stars.

Prices are little high on somethings but great on others. Great STAFF very helpful.NEED TO FIX THE POTHOLE OUTSIDE kinda ruff on our cars!!

Sold me a dry herb vaporizer called a Pulsar Flow that holds a charge for 4 minutes and requires a 3 hour charge, just a bad product to even push. Told me to meet him on Monday to discuss it, never showed and only left his cashier to talk to. Then as a consolation offered a 25% discount, which is just offensive. Just bad business.

I have shopped here for almost a year. Nice, sweet and extremely knowledgeable staff. They are not at all pushy by trying to sell you more than what you need or want to buy. They do not hover and they give you plenty of time to browse before making your decision. BUT are always available if you have any questions.They truly care about their customers and ask you questions to learn about you and your vapeing so they can give you the best advice possible for your vapeing needs.All the employees really want you to have a positive and pleasurable experience at the shop.I can assure you that you will become a repeat customer.I know I have!!!!

Nice shop, well kept. Enjoyed Mt.Baker until they upped their prices a bit. Zero interest in the Smoke Shop side but that shouldn’t be considered in ratings. Mods and such are indeed priced a bit higher than other shops but they are matched for the area.

Great selection of CBD products and knowledgeable staff. Custom vape flavors is another great feature. Some of the staff will bend backwards and others seem to be putting in time. If you get the right staff your experience will reflect that.

Poor quality oil press for $30 threads stripped immediately with virtually no pressure at all. High prices and low quality, this isnt the first time Ive been there and purchased with disappointment but its definitely the last.

Bought a terp slurper and and quartz insert set. The glass insert nail broke as soon as I dropped it in the banger. Took it back and the guy acted like I dropped it and broke it and brought it back. Was hard to even get an exchange. Told me theres nothing I can do with this which I looked at him and said neither can I cause its broke 😐🤣

Very friendly staff and a large selection of everything from glass for concentrates and dry herb, wraps and papers, vaporizer tanks and mods. I would recommend this shop to anyone, the prices are good enough that another local shop had to close its doors. Five out of Five, would and will shop again.

The Indian guy working there who is called Gary openly sells expired products and tried removing it with nail polish and I realized after I bought it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF

Very friendly staff, their store is very clean and kept up nicely. The gentleman taught me how to use a vape pen. They disperse knowledge without being snobbish nor overbearing. However, one big flaw.Heres why the review is 2-stars:They sold me a Starter Vape Pen at their store for $35 that actually retails $19. They dont have any prices listed on any of their equipment or product which to me suspects that they quoted me this price because they perceived I was unfamiliar with vaping. If this isnt a violation of The Consumer Unit Pricing Act established in 2007 then surely its immoral to double the cost of a product and not listing prices in order to sell a product 2x the amount that the very manufacturer/producer sells it for.I cannot within good conscience as a Local Guide with an un bias review coming in as the average customer recommend this Vape Shop.Very friendly and clean again, however, this is unacceptable to do to customers. So unfortunately yes, the upcharge and other reviews regarding the pricing and other in-store practices could very well be accurate.

Been here twice and this will be the only shop I go to in my area! They are really kind, helpful and have a wonderful variety with the best deals. From bowls, bongs, and vapes to kratom, relaxation brownies, and cbd products. I highly recommend 12/10. If you go anywhere else, try this place and Im sure youll be coming here from now on.

I bought a Crebox that lasted 8 days and they refused any kind of return or compensation. Other shops appreciate their customers unfortunately Vapor Room does not. Stay clear of their poor business ethics.
