I’ve been coming to this smoke shop for over a year. I went there today and Wyatt helped me, he informed about their rewards system and explained all the benefits. I could tell he genuinely cares about the customers. He was the first employee to ever tell me about the reward program, as I had no idea. Wyatt was super friendly and also super knowledgeable about all the different products. He is an awesome guy and I really appreciated all of his help. Corey is an amazing employee. I walked in one day asking for my usual flavor of disposable but he didn’t have it at the time, so he showed me all of the that were closet to the flavor I was looking for. I ended up buying 2 of the ones he recommended and they were better than the ones I was hoping to get.

Everyone is great. If I have a question they patiently explain and answer them. All the employees also give great recommendations for flavors based off of my preferences, no pushing to try something I don’t like. I shop at multiple locations that they have and all have been wonderful

All the workers are fun and knowledgeable. If you’re unsure of something, you can ask a question without being thought of as stupid or anything since they generally understand that not everyone is going to know unless having been shown before. They also have a massive selection for just about everything you can think of

Came in the Orlando location looking for some cbd gummies for my pops. The manager Brandon showed me what was in stock at Orlando. The ones that my dad enjoys weren’t there but Brandon was able to get them the next day. Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their products. Leaving my review here because their new shop in Clermont isn’t listed on Google yet. Prices are suuuuper reasonable, quality customer service and a chill environment. They carry all the popular juices, coils, mods, etc., less expensive glass and quality, collector glass. Have been driving an hour to our favorite vape shop for months. Super happy to have found Fuego which is only 5 minutes from our house and prices that can’t even be beat on eBay. Thanks to Tim and Keelan for the positive experience🤙🏻

First visit. Quick service. Had what I needed. Juice is very reasonable for a B&M location. Coils are a bit high, but they will sell individually as well as by the box.

The staff makes you feel like family immediately as you walk in the door. Dalton is always friendly and helpful when we walk in. Wyatt Labonte is the coolest guy in there we’ve every met. He is very knowledgable about ALL products sold here. Whenever we work with wyatt we always buy more then we orginally came in for. Wyatt Labonte is the coolest mother f*cker there!

They sell fake Lookah products, they gave me a fake coil. Dead giveaway was they wrapped the coil and gave it to me in bubble wrap. Every other place gives me a coil in the box sealed for me to open. The coil itself is also obviously a rip off version, doesnt work as well and us visually different.
