I have been a frequent visitor to many spas, and Woodhouse Spa has been a favorite of mine for years. However, my recent massage with Stephen was truly exceptional. His technique was phenomenal, and the pressure was perfect throughout the session. Stephen’s skills and professionalism set a new standard for me. He is by far the best massage therapist I have encountered. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for an outstanding massage experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Woodhouse Spa in Leesburg, Virginia, has always been our go-to for exceptional spa experiences. Over the years, my wife and I have consistently enjoyed the top-notch service and serene atmosphere that make this the premiere spa in the area. However, my last two visits have been nothing short of legendary, thanks to Ms. Pam.Ms. Pam is a miracle worker. Her 80-minute deep tissue massage was not just a treatment; it was a transcendental journey for my mind, body, and soul. After a grueling week, there was nothing more rewarding than her expert touch. I left feeling like a new person, rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. Her skill and attentiveness are otherworldly, and her soothing presence is like a warm hug from an old friend.I must issue a playful warning: I am convinced Ms. Pams hands are infused with melatonin. The moment she started, I drifted into a state of bliss so profound that I slept like a baby for the first time in years. If you’re looking for a massage that will transport you to a realm of utter relaxation, Ms. Pam is your ticket. Thank you, Ms. Pam, for the most incredible experience ever!P.S. If you hear snoring from the massage room, it’s probably me.

I recently visited Woodspa for a hydrofacial and deep tissue massage, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was underwhelming.Carol performed my hydrofacial, and while she was friendly, the treatment felt overpriced. I was disappointed that there was no undereye or lip treatment included, which I’ve come to expect with hydrofacials at other places.Joel handled my deep tissue massage. He did manage to relieve a pressure point, but the rest of the massage felt lackluster and didn’t provide the deep relaxation I’ve experienced elsewhere. It honestly felt like a massage I could have received from a loved one at home, without the professional touch I anticipated.On the plus side, the spa itself is clean, and they provide ample space to keep your belongings safe. However, I asked for a warm cup of tea, and it was never brought to me. Additionally, when checking out, I mentioned that everything was okay, but the front desk staff didn’t inquire further about my experience or why I chose not to leave a tip.Overall, while the environment is nice and the facilities are well-maintained, the services didn’t meet my expectations given the cost. I hope they address these issues to enhance the overall experience.

Just okay. Both the pedicure & facial were kinda rough & I’d say sloppy on the facial (and I even upgraded by $100)!! Massages were good, not great - my friend liked hers but I thought mine was just meh, my guys hands were cold & the bed wasn’t heated initially. Also I’ve been to Woodhouse in Bethesda MD & Charleston SC && they all serve mimosas but this one did not. Apparently the owner doesn’t believe in alcohol on the premises (read: she’s cheap) but it’s like you’re a business owner, who cares what you prefer, what do the customers want & in Loudoun we love our wine. I won’t be coming back.

My incredibly generous and kind boss gifted me this amazing experience in recognition of my five years with the company. From scheduling the appointment to the moment I stepped into the spa and all the way to the end, it was a top-notch experience.My visit included a luxurious mani-pedi. As soon as you walk in, you’re enveloped in a beautiful and serene ambiance. The welcoming staff are delightful, warm, and genuinely happy to assist. They offer you the option to wear a lush, soft white robe, and I highly recommend it!Ruby, the nail technician, was wonderful and did a fantastic job. I opted for gel polish on both my hands and feet. I spent two marvelous hours there, and the whole experience was simply superb. I didn’t want to leave!

Pam was exceptional. She provided the most thorough and instinctive massage and exfoliating treatments I’ve ever had. Great results. And she taught me several things I will continue to do.Anita is the best esthetician I’ve ever experienced. Anita has superb technique and knowledge. 3 STARS: This place really isn’t a “day spa” in the sense that all the extra wellness rooms cost way extra. I did it once, and found no benefit for way too high of a cost. Massages haven’t been ok. They aren’t bad, but nothing spectacular. Sometimes the welcome staff can be very pushy with sales and only serves certain people in the relaxation room. Their facials, do receive 5 stars though.5 STARS GOES TO ANITA FOR FACIALS. As I said, I now go here only for facials. Each esthetician I have had has been great but, Anita specifically is my favorite. She does a very good facial and great massage part of it. She’s also very kind.

Definitely one of the best spas Ive visited in Virginia. The overall atmosphere, layout, and amenities are top notch. The staff is really great as well. I live an hour and half away and I will gladly make trip for another quality experience.

After just a few sessions, I noticed a dramatic transformation! My skin felt more radiant, the hyperpigmentation began to fade, and I finally felt confident enough to go makeup-free! The results truly exceeded my expectations.

I recently got a facial with Megan a few weeks ago and it was amazing! It was so relaxing and helped my acne so much. After the facial my breakout cleared up in the next day or two. Will definitely be coming back for Megan!

It was my first time here, and it was a very calming atmosphere. Ashley was amazing, she was understanding and even gave me pointers on how to improve my tense muscles. Loved it!

I requested a deep tissue with a female massage therapist, and received a male therapist. I asked to switch and they were able to accommodate, but they were already running almost 20 minutes late. My massage was about 40 minutes so it was cut short and it wasn’t even deep tissue — I was face up most of the time. I had to cough up $150 dollars and was told the manager would call me the next day to possibly discuss some sort of refund. No one called me today. Oh, I forgot to mention that my friend and I (who received a great massage and a full 50 minute massage) were the only souls in there on a Sunday. I drowned my neck and back pain with a burger close by and wondered how many burgers I could have purchased with the $150 I just spent. Needless to say, this was my first time going to Woodhouse Spas and my last. Proceed with caution my friends.

I had a facial with Anita. It was heavenly and very much needed. She did such a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable about skin care, meditation, etc.

I had a free day to venture out during my visit with a friend. This spa was the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful and professional spa I have experienced. The staff was friendly and the spa service was excellent. The hydro facial was awesome. I wish I could have done it for another 15-30mins. The lounge and decor was calming.

Highly recommend Woodhouse. Joel is an amazing person and does a great job. You won’t be disappointed. Hardest part was driving myself home being so relaxed. Enjoy ladies.

Great massage, but the shower by the lockers had a dirty floor. The scratches on the stained wood were distracting. There was also plastic tape on the Ladies Changing Room door. For the price, I would not expect that.

The spa is a delight, my soothe & hydrate facial however was more rough than anticipated. While I left with my skin hydrated, I would not describe the experience as soothing or relaxing.

Always a treat to visit Woodhouse! The relaxation room offers a calming environment with lounge areas and tea. Couples massage was lovely and my masseuse communicated with me before to customize my experience.

Very poor services. First time and last time to go there. I did 80 min deep tissue massage and CBD pedicure. Both were overpriced and one of the worst services in the area. The massage therapist i had was literally texting on his phone and using one hand. The pedicure was rushed. The place looks nice and clean from inside but that about it. Do not recommend.

Massage and facial, pedicure was great. They do try to upsell you on things. I think it was a bit overpriced compared to other spas I’ve been to but the staff was very nice and really tried to make it a relaxing experience.

Anita is an absolute professional. She is so good!! She went above and beyond to make sure I felt relaxed, my skin was clean, and my face was glowing. Shes the best.

I came here a year and a half ago and this place was not as amazing as it seemed due to a bad experience with one of the masseuses. She was very talkative during my entire massage when I had mentioned at the beginning I wanted to relax, telling me her life story and how she doesnt love her job. She also said I was too peppy and told me to calm down when I warmly greeted her and told her I hadnt had a massage in a long time and was so excited. This made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable the entire time.The manicure and pedicure were nice services, but the gel polish didnt last very long after I had them done, so not worth it if youre considering price and longevity.The facial was the best part. That technician was very kind and calm and explained every step first and then let me relax after. It was the perfect balance.

Yesterday I had a massage with Maria and it was a wonderful experience! The spa itself is beautiful and calming. They have a nice waiting room with water, snacks, warm neck wraps, and very cozy robes. Maria was kind and very talented! I felt so relaxed afterward. Would recommend a massage with Maria to anyone looking to get pampered!

I was hoping for a kind, relaxing experience getting a facial. However, I was not able to relax during the process because my esthetician talked to me the entire time about her personal problems, including personal issues as well as issues in her business. She also was very rough on my face (despite me telling her I had sensitive skin) and did the extractions with a sharp tool that nobody has ever used on my face, and I have had many different kinds of facials. My face is extremely irritated and I now have new breakouts on my skin. Also, the women at the front desk were not friendly or kind to me when I accidentally knocked something over at their desk (which was extremely cluttered) after apologizing and explaining that it was an accident. Overall, this was not a relaxing experience whatsoever.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Ruby and Jin. Both women were so sweet and did an excellent job with mine and my mom’s nails. We both left feeling pampered and well cared for. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly the services are average but the front desk people are so slow and rude. They make big deals about simple transaction. Everything is a problem for them. They lack professionalism and service. Going to the spa is not a necessity- I hope they are aware and at the end of the day all they are doing is providing a service they should at least be service oriented. Such a waste of time and money.

Pre natal massage, definitely do not recommend. Not sure if it was just the therapist because other massages here have been great but literally just had lotion rubbed on me for $140 - 50 minute massage. Aware being pregnant certain pressures cannot be utilized but I don’t think this service could even be called a “massage”. When checking out the gentleman asked how it was and I let him know it wasn’t good and he said nothing, no apologies, just “can I take your payment”. For such a nice spa, this was definitely a disappointment.

Highly disappointed in my first experience. Entrance looked like a small shop instead of a spa. On way back it looked pretty serine and calming. Provided robe and shoes where you are moved into a room with nice music and various teas. Ended well there. Got a sports massage for 50 minutes which was a whopping 160 bucks. Not even a full hour and probably the worse sports massage I ever had. Wanted to end halfway through and was questioning whether the masseuse was even qualified. Definitely not a good experience overall and would not recommend.

Never gotten a massage before in my life but my shoulders have been knotted for years and figured it was about time. Marcella did my sports therapy massage, and she was sooo professional and friendly, not to mention an excellent masseuse - I feel brand new! She focused a lot on my shoulders but also gave me the full body experience. The room was beautiful and soothing. I have always been nervous about getting massages and I’m really glad my first one was at Woodhouse. They definitely knocked it out of the park. The front desk staff is also super kind and friendly. I was very comfortable here.

I’ve visited this spa several times while I was pregnant and pre pregnancy. All of my experiences have been incredible. From their relaxation room where I was able to lounge in slippers and a robe and enjoy a drink/snack to the unbelievable massage and spa pedicure, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I look forward to coming here again next time I am in VA. Thank you to all staff for an enjoyable and professional experience.

This place is heaven! I had Maria as my masseuse today and I dozed off a few times because I was just SO relaxed. She also gave me the best neck massage I have ever had in my life - and I get massages regularly at least once a month! You need to book Maria if you’re ready for an incredible massage.

So Ive been to Woodhouse a few times with great experiences. I dont really ever think to write a review though, although their relaxation room is top level, great robes, etc. This time, however, it was above and beyond because of Anita. I cannot say enough good things about Anita and her amazing approach to the spa experience! Wow!

Ive been to the Woodhouse Day Spa in Leesburg a few times now and it is wonderful! I cant say enough about how relaxing it is. The staff there is so professional and attentive, too. At todays visit, my facial (esthetician was Paige) and massage (masseuse was Maria) were both outstanding. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to go!

I am a new mom and this was just the spa treatment I needed to fill my cup. An 80 minute body balance massage and a soothe & hydrate facial (Joanne is amazing) was the perfect recipe for a morning of R&R. Not to mention the cinnamon herbal tea in between treatments was perfectly fall and delicious. They even accommodated a break in my spa morning so my husband could bring my baby in for a 15 minute nursing feed. They went above and beyond, made me feel pampered in every way and had the highest level of hospitality. I finished the day with a spa pedicure and a toe polish. Halle working with the front desk staff was exceptional and I can’t wait to return again soon.

My whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff is very friendly. I enjoyed being able to relax in their quiet room before and after my massage today. I had a wonderful massage with Marcela! I really enjoyed how communicative she was with me during my massage, checking in to make sure the pressure was ok, especially on areas where my muscles were very tight. She also was able to help me identify reasons that would cause the muscle tightness and what to be mindful of so I can help my muscles relax more. Will definitely be back soon!

Thursday Twos company visit: my friend and I visited Woodhouse for a beginning of summer treat in June of 2021. At first we were very impressed by the quiet room, presentation of robes in the locker room and the overall cleanliness and atmosphere. The staff was kind and understanding despite many issues with our electronic locker locks (user error!). After dressing in robes and successfully locking our possession, we were taken to the quiet room where we were offered tea and had access to water and Kind bars. Our visit went a little south after that. We were a little confused because in the intake paperwork filled out 24+ hours in advance, they asked for our favorite drinks, none of which were offered. It was a little disappointing to put in our favorite drinks and then not have our drinks there. The twos company package had specific treatments, however extra services were offered during the treatments, but it was not made clear it would be an additional charge for the services. At the end of our visit, we were surprised with an additional $50 charge for changes during services. We were happy to pay for services rendered, however wish it had been explicitly clear before service began. Additionally the staff had great difficulty adding these additional charges to our bill and as a result we ended up waiting whole they figured it out (despite knowing about the charges for more than an hour before we checked out). On one last note, according the the website, the Agave Nectar Pedicure is 50 minutes, and both of our services were complete within 30 minutes. It wasnt about the time, but the pedicures felt rushed and for the large price tag, we were disappointed by the quality.

My husband and I scheduled a couples massage. It was my husbands first time so he had to fill out a form. It was my second time and I had previously filled it out. They did not have me fill it back out nor ask if I had any changes medically or physically (something that would be very important to know). Once we arrived, changed, and had been taken back to our massage room they started to ask us questions about what we wanted (areas to focus on, etc.). I thought this was a good time to mention that I was pregnant just in case. This is not my first child and I’ve gotten massages in my first trimester multiple times without problems at other spas. They proceeded to ask if I was COVID-19 vaccinated, which I am. They said because of this that I was at a risk… that’s it. They never explained at what risk and they just claimed they knew “statistics” that women who are pregnant and vaccinated are at “risk.” They never explained whether it was to miscarry or to get Covid. Neither of which is true and they said that it was their policy. Which the policy was never explained either. Online their policy states that if a woman is pregnant they will make “accommodations.” It does not state that they won’t let you get a massage. My husband and I left and we’re highly disappointed in their unprofessional manner and didn’t even bother to have a manager come talk with us. If they had just asked a simple question up front such as, do you have any health or physical changes since your last massage this could have all been avoided. We were also baffled as to the massage therapist’s explanation of how she knows genetics and vaccines and they create “risks.” Overall we won’t be going back due to their unprofessionalism and interesting views/claims about Vaccines.EDIT- I wasnt expecting anything after giving my review so I was impressed that the director called me the next day. I appreciated Hallie reaching out and inquiring about what had happened and apologizing for our experience. I felt that she truly listened to my concerns and was interested in making amends for our situation.

I had the BEST experience at the Woodhouse in Leesburg. I moved here recently from Texas where I had enjoyed many wonderful massages; however, this Woodhouse blew that one out of the water! The facility is nice, clean, peaceful...everything you would hope for a relaxing day. The staff was all attentive and kind. I was treated with a comfy robe and slipper upon arrival and then enjoyed a nice, warm neck wrap and some water while I filled out my paperwork. Then after my massage, I was given more time to just sit back and relax. They had water, snacks and hot tea for me. It was the perfect way to end the experience! Teri, my massage therapist was wonderful! She was sweet, thoughtful and she really focused on the areas with the most tension. She was absolutely wonderful and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to return to the Woodhouse Leesburg, where they’re doing everything right!

I had a facial with Carol which turned out to be the best one Ive ever had. She was extremely nice and welcoming and wasnt trying to oversell anything. The facial also had some special touches that Ive never experienced at other spas. Will definitely come again.

I showed up 5 minutes late for a prenatal massage that I had received for Mothers Day. After changing into my robe, I waited another ten minutes in the relaxation/waiting room. When my name was called, my massage therapist abruptly commanded me to stand in a certain position and telling me that something was wrong with the way I was standing. Im assuming she was thinking she could predict my problem areas of aches and pains; which I did not really have a problem except for occasional back aches from being pregnant. She commanded where my shoes should be placed and snapped at me when I started to finish my paperwork when I didnt hear her say to wait until after the massage. She had me circle my problem area (shoulders and lower back) on the form. I was under the impression that the massage would be entire body, with a focus on those problem areas. However, it was just those problem areas; no arms, no legs, no neck, or head. And then... the massage did not last 50 minutes. It was over way too quickly. I have had several massages and prenatal massages and this was the worst service and treatment. I expected much more from a well reviewed and fancy spa. Im mad that I did not speak up at time of payment. I was too shocked and timid after having been commanded to stand certain ways or snapped at. Not a relaxing experience whatsoever.

Okay! This is not the first time I have had services at Woodhouse day spa in Ashburn. Other times have been stellar, but today...not so much. I booked a number of services in advance and requested for a lunch to be included as I was creating a package and would be on site for 4 hrs. The person I spoke to said she could arrange that. This isnt my first rodeo at Woodhouse so I do recall in my past visits this being acceptable TO INCLUDE MY VISIT EXACTLY 1 YR AGO IN THE MIDST OF COVID. The person I spoke to to book my services apparently was new because every question I asked she had to call me back which I assume was to consult with someone else. When I arrived at the spa I asked about lunch because I had not received the menu to select my food. The woman at the front (who I did not get her name) claimed she was the one that talked to me (She wasnt. I would have remembered her matter of fact/know it all tone.) She said due to COVID thebspa no longer allows lunch which wasnt true as again I was there 1 yr ago when masks were required in the spa and I was still able to add lunch to my services. She claimed she told me that over the phone which I KNOW the person I spoke to did not mention as I would have taken my business to another full service spa. The lady at the spa continued with exactly what she claims she said which again she did NOT because I would have never booked! If I had saved the voicemail messages I would have played them back to her so she could hear exactly what she said. Since she spoke to me directly the person over the phone even allowed for 1 hr between my 4 services for the lunch. Why would I want to sit idle for one hour at lunch time drinking water?! The lady at the front desk continues with telling me like they were booked and there is no way to move my times up. It doesnt stop there, prior to the start of my first service Jinny (massage therapist) was not aware of one of the 4 services that was supposed to follow after she completed the first service. SERIOUSLY?! WHY DO I NEED TO REMIND YOU ALL OF THE SERVICES YOU SCHEDULED. She went to the front desk to ask and what do know, magically within 10 mins of me leaving the front desk the spa now had a cancellation and was able to move my services around to be back to back. Jinny worked really hard to improve my spa experience as she witnessed the back and forth between me and the front desk. I appreciate her attempts.I wont bother going into the man handling experience in my facial....Rushed rough and not relaxing at all. I expected more from this location.Ultimately, I am very disappointed in my experience. I have zero desire to return. I spent too much money to have my experience start with such terrible customer service.

My husband and I were unfortunately in a car accident recently. We were not seriously injured but rather very tense and sore. We called the Woodhouse Spa in Leesburg and they were able to get us both in the next day for back to back massages. When we arrived they were all so caring and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our massage therapist was Arlene. She was so amazing and knowledgeable about what muscles, pressure and stretches to use. I felt pampered the entire time. Thank you so much!!

Extremely disappointed in my well, no experience. Charged my card $50 for a cancelation on the day. Was suppose to be getting a Hydrafacial (at the cost of $285) so theres a lot of the face involved in this appointment. I had an accident the morning of my facial appointment that resulted in a welt the size of an egg on my forehead that is black and blue, headache for hours and bluing eyes from the accident. I wanted to reschedule for a another day because of this but they said they had to charge my card $50, which they promptly did. More interested in making a buck then a patron having an enjoyable experience. They wanted me to come in and relax not even sure I should be driving after the incident.

Nice vibes here, loved the atmosphere and the staff are professional and made me feel pampered.That said, the sculpt facial didn’t live up to my expectations. The micro current device is just a Nuface, which I can purchase and use at home for less than the cost of the facial. It doesn’t take any experience or training to use one and Nuface has to be used consistently for 60 days for results… So just don’t expect to come out looking any different. Treatment ended 10 minutes early.

Short Version:Pretty place, but WAY too expensive for incredibly UNDERWHELMING services you can find elsewhere for insanely cheaper.(Plus $300 for full leg, full arm/underarm and bikini wax. Thats insane. Just because we can afford it doesnt mean we want to ever pay that).Long Version:I desperately WANT to love this place.I wish all spas I went to looked like this and felt so calming and had such an AWESOME shop instead of the medical grade buildings Im always going to. Maybe Ill come back to try other services? But so far its just sucked up FAR too much money.First visit I came for a pedicure, the Woodhouse luxury pedicure. I think I had my services with Ruby and it felt like she barely touched my feet (pressure wise) and I could have gotten the same pedicure for $25 instead of $95 ANYWHERE else. Nothing made it remarkable. There was no signature woodhouse feel or smell or soak or touch. If theres not a specific woodhouse touch or training you need to go through meh. Not worth it.Second visit I did a almost full body wax and it was nice, and they at least did rub you down with and oil/lotion after so there was SOMETHING extra/different made it specifically Woodhouse but it was not nearly enough to pay $300 when I usually pay up to $200 if not less for the same services elsewhere.Third visit is yet to be scheduled because I love the feel of this place so much I want to enjoy SOMETHING here that I can count on. I just havent found it yet or have found better FAR cheaper elsewhere. The front staff is always sweet though?

I had my first ever massage this morning and my expectations were far exceeded. As a larger woman, I was very nervous but Lena immediately put me at ease and all my nerves melted away! I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I will definitely be back soon!

As a former employee for 3 years at the Charleston, Sc woodhouse- I personally know how the *woodhouse experience* is suppose to be. Leesburg location was not the true woodhouse experience. First off- it was a cluttered mess in the retail area— literally a fire hazard.. pjs all over the ground.. hard to walk, full of way toooo much inventory. Your employees at the front desk acted like it was their first day on the job. The girl checking us in seemed like she didn’t know what was going on and hardly made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Filled out the intake form online to save time then was presented a paper one because mine was not located? It wasn’t busy at this time.. The man checking us out asked *out loud* what we wanted to leave for tip… rude and so unprofessional. My sister was picked up at 4 yet I was picked up at 4:09.. causing us to arrive back in the lounge after our services at different times, this is usually a no no with people coming in together. Not sure if there are state laws regulating this but there were no food or drinks offered besides tea and water. My service was fine. My esthetician carol was super sweet & I enjoyed talking to her. Overall woodhouse Leesburg DID NOT go the extra mile in any department. I wont be back and will not recommend this location.

I am so glad I went. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. As a guest of Red Door, I was ready for a new spa that truly embraces high end service. Woodhouse will not disappoint, and the staff is highly attentive and wonderful to work with. Both my massage and facial were awesome. I was so relaxed, I couldve stayed in the relaxation room another couple hours. I even received a sweet thank you card from my esthetician, thanking me. They also have wonderful products in their retail area. I cant wait to go back, and highly recommend this spa.

My fav spa. My friends and I started going in 2021 for my birthday, and we went quarterly for a while. Then it got too expensive for us. I tried a few other spas… but I think I still like this best. Gratefully I got to go again this past week for my friends birthday.

Woodhouse Spa is beautiful and very well decorated. I went there for a couples massage with my husband and it turned out to be a pretty decent service (my husband snoring means that he was relaxed, right?). The relaxation room was perfect and private and we really enjoyed it. The only downside to our experience was that my locker was locked for about 45 minutes. The staff was working hard to get it open and the lock was just stuck, even when they tried putting in the bypass code. I know this is not their fault but it was just a bit inconvenient for us since we had plans after the massage. The front desk staff did provide a discount on our service as well as another discount for next time so I cant really be mad. I will definitely go back.

Maria is the best! I have received several deep tissue massages within the past few months and all were phenomenal. She always made sure my requests and needs were met each and every time. I 100% recommend getting your massages with Maria!

I love Woodhouse! It was my first time visiting a spa and they made my experience so wonderful. I feel like a spa should be mind blowing. This was more of a semi serene place to go get a type of massage of your choosing. I felt a little crowded when walking back to the lockers/bathroom and the waiting room. I understand they need a protocol to follow CDC guidelines but I’m sure they can work on making it better. My massage was good and my masseuse very attentive and friendly. She Listened to my needs and met them.

I absolutely love Woodhouse Day Spa. I have had a several massages, one bing a prenatal message. The staff is incredibly professional, they are friendly and make the experience. It’s very luxurious and honestly I can’t wait for my next visit!! They also have the cutest little store - for lack of a better word - that sells lovely spa items for you to buy and enjoy at home or perfect for gifts!

It wasn’t awful but not great. It caused me to have some pain afterwards and during. I did however rlly like that they have a private room for you and your partner after a couples massage.

This was great experience for me. I enjoyed the staff and the hot stone massage was great and needed. The ambiance and the relaxation is what I was looking for and it didnt fall short. First impression for me is everything, however repeat impressions is what keeps me coming back and referring customers. I do suggest you try this spa at least once before allowing the reviews to take over the idea if you should or shouldnt go. Everyone seeks something different in a spa. I seek relaxation and a massage.

Overall I am very happy with my first-time spa experience and specifically this spa. It was welcoming, warm, serene, upscale, and more! My Swedish massage with Claudia was relaxing and overall amazing. Im definitely interested in not only this service again, but other services offered by the spa. The only con during my visit was at the end while checking out. I had been gifted a gift certificate for two services - only used one during this visit due to scheduling - and the certificate stated a value for both services and Gratuity Included. I handed my gift certificate to the employee who didnt even look at it. She then said Your total today is $120 - would you like to add a gratuity? I said Isnt that covered by the certificate? She then acknowledged what I had handed her. She then said Well you still have money on this certificate and Im assuming you dont want to give all of it as a gratuity. (There was still $130+ on it to cover the second service I was gifted.) Caught off guard, I said No, Ill give cash for gratuity. Here is why I find this a con: As this was gifted to me, and as the gift certificate states that gratuity is already included in the value of the certificate, after reading thoroughly and processing the certificate all that really needed to be said was Thank you so much for coming. We hope you enjoyed your gifted experience. Have you scheduled your additional service? If not, would you like to do that now? (or) We look forward to seeing you at your next scheduled service on...... There shouldnt have been a sharing of the price for the gifted service, nor a request for additional gratuity. Let the customer ask how additional gratuity can be given - dont put the gifted customer in a position of feeling obligated. Overall, I really did enjoy my relaxing time at this serene spa and look forward to my next gifted service.

This is a hidden gem in the Village at Leesburg! It has a great retail area to shop before your service, the relaxation room is perfect for before and after your service (my girlfriend and I spent two hours after our service relaxing!). My therapist was Shannon and she was awesome ! I cant wait to schedule another massage with her. Go check it out you wont be disappointed!

Love the attention given - from the robe to the lounging room. My massage was great. And I loved that I could take a shower after (with everything provided). Its definitely a little pricey and I can only go for a special treat. This was my second visit and I will definitely return!

Lovely! I chose the lavender scrub pedicure. I didnt think atmosphere would matter very much to me but I was wrong! The atmosphere Woodhouse provides is a million more times relaxing than what you experience at a typical walk-in nail salon. I will be returning in a couple weeks for another round!

Excellent service! May was the nail tech I saw and she was absolutely great. Very professional, courteous and amazing quality on the gel mani/pedi. My only concern was the high fee to remove the gel as most places don’t charge if you’re a regular customer and they apply the gel polish. Otherwise, the entire staff is great.I tried to post a picture of my final mani/pedi but I don’t think The Woodhouse allows pictures on their reviews, but they look fantastic!

A friend had given me a gift certificate for a massage, and I had it. It was marvelous and loved it. The people are great, the service was excellent, and a very relaxing atmosphere.

First time visiting this location and it was excellent. Nice relaxation room with chaise lounge chairs and warm blankets. Staff were very attentive checking in intermittently asking if you needed any tea, nice snacks, neck warmers. Very clean overall. Massage and facial very relaxing and enjoyable with warm towels on feet to begin. Definitely would return and recommend this location. Only suggestion would be larger area for changing, felt very tight more than 2 people. Otherwise great venue with wonderful warm attentive staff!

I booked a 50 minute reflexology appointment with a May. She did a wonderful job and I highly recommend her for your massage or reflexology treatment. The reception staff was warm and friendly. I will definitely visit again soon!

I took my sister here for her first massage. Amanda was very accommodating and so nice. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come back and recommend Amanda for massages.

Nice place but a few things I didn’t like. The pre and post lounge room was very bright, official massage room was chilly, and they always seem behind schedule. My wife has had several massages and loves them, my massage experience was good but not great.

Worst massage I have ever received. When I called to inform about my experience, I was told someone would be calling me back that day. Two days later I called and was informed someone would be calling me later that day as well. A full week later I called at which point I spoke with the owner who just informed me the massage therapist was highly qualified. The reason for all the great reviews is because the Spa is offering money off of services for great reviews.

I was lucky enough to get a gift card here for Mothers Day and it was from start to finish, an amazing experience. I definitely recommend the Minkyti facial - it is incredible. The Woodhouse Day Spa is pure relaxation from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out - in fact the relaxation was so deep that I temporarily forgot where I parked my car. Ive been multiple times for mani/pedis (very calming and zen environment), a couple different massages and the Minkyti facial which Im so in love with.

Claudia is by far the best! I have had many massages in the Leesburg area but non compare to hers. She truly knew how to work on each of my problem areas. These are issues Ive struggled with for years and for the first I had relief. Cant wait to go back

You are able to enjoy your session with very technians that are skilled, but they do not subject you to a sales pitch at the end for their products. I dont think Ill come back to Woodhouse. The facial was too much for my skin which is very sensitive and the massage therapist didnt really listen to me. I liked that I got a gift card for here but based on my experience I wont be coming back here. Plus the prices were way too high for me anyway.

Noisy lounge waiting area. Tacky loud customers in nail spa also. They don’t enforce a tranquil space. Massages are hit and miss in quality. Lots of turn over with therapists.

This spa belongs in a top resort but lucky for us its right here in Leesburg! I have visited them several times and had different treatments and they are all fantastic. The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff are experienced. I highly recommend and will continue to go there.

Is there a way to leave zero stars ? I ordered a gift card online from this spa on their website, and when I didnt get an email confirmation of my order I emailed them to ask about it. The response I got was Check the bank. Card was reported stolen not happening nice try. That was followed by several rude emails where I was accused again of stealing a card and not being legitimate. My credit card was charged the full amount even though I didnt receive the gift card (sisters birthday present ruined by the way because this was supposed to be sent to her) and now I have to dispute it with my credit card company.I have no idea if the spa is any good and I dont plan on ever finding out, but Id warn anyone about doing business with such an unprofessional establishment.

Yesterday was my first visit and service at Woodhouse Day Spa. The atmosphere is so tranquil and beautiful. I highly recommend the ORGANIC DISCOVERY FACIAL with Nicola. Her technique is wonderful and customer service is superb.

The service was good. The administration and management was terrible. They overcharged me for two services when I only booked and received one service. When I called to try to correct this they didn’t believe me and insisted that I must have had two services. They finally agreed to refund me for the second service after multiple requests but never apologized for the error or inconvenience on their part and were extremely rude and dismissive. Very disappointing.

I am only giving this place 2 stars bc the lounge area was nice. I did not get the massage I asked for! Very disappointed after looking forward to this all week. Why fill out paperwork when my request didn’t matter?

I went in with my mom and sister to this appointment for my birthday. I was extremely down and needed it. I asked to be with my mom and the masseuse kindly said that they would need time to prepare that room which is absolutely fine. He went and told the masseuse that was assigned to me, Pam, who I could hear down the hall loudly scoffing and complaining. She proceeded to come over and tell us that no such room was available and that we would be having a great service in our rooms. (Her tone was annoyed and condescending). She then takes me into the room and proceeds to ask me why I preferred a duet room. I told her it was my birthday, my boyfriend is in the hospital, and that I recently lost my brothers and was having a hard time. She immediately asked me how did they die? Was it an accident or on purpose? At that point I was so taken aback, my body immediately tensed and I responded saying I would prefer not to discuss. She proceeds to give me no instruction on what to do with my belongings (robe shoes phone) and tells me to lay face down on the bed and wait for her knock. I laid face down and when she knocked she busted right in without waiting for my okay. She then scoffs at me and says I said lay face up. She left the room again. The next knock was from the GM, who waited for my ok, came in and showed me kindness and asked me what was going on and why I wasn’t comfortable to continue. I told her I had not said that but I did disclose to her how my time with Pam had gone. She was physically surprised and immediately told me that it was no one’s business to ask those questions and that it was absolutely not ok. I told her that one of my brothers did pass from suicide and Pam’s question was that much more painful because of it. The GM offered a few options but overall I did not continue with my services here. The GM was incredible though and had she had another masseuse at the time I would have stayed. Thank you to that GM. and I hope that Pam does not continue to do this to anyone, as many women like myself went here as a treat, to relax, escape, and feel tranquillity. I was going through more than she may ever realize and her lack of kindness or compassion made this a truly truly terrible experience.
