I am absolutely thrilled with the care and service I am afforded every month by Massage Envy of Lexington. My favorite cant do without are my facials with Vivian. She is professionally beyond every other anesthetist I have had in the past.The good news for all newbies to this ME is that Vivian, as the Master Trainer, has ensured the same level of service and satisfaction you deserve from the best of the best. So ENJOY your visit. You deserve it!

Kia is absolutely in my top 3 of therapists that I have used with Massage Envy in different cities. I see her on average every 4-5 weeks. Shes really great at deep pressure. Shes a great listener and has helped me tremendously with a problem area in my back. This week she was able to really get into an area between my ribs that my physical therapist was barely able to get to.

Alexis was amazing! She really worked out the huge knot in my back and put my whole body at ease. I highly recommend her! She’s the the best!

I have been this particular Massage Envy 4x and my experience has been so good that I brought my new bride along. The staff and Kia our Massage Therapist took great care of us so much that we are considering making this a part of our regular routine.

Ms. Liz is the ABSOLUTE BEST prenatal massage therapist!! So I can only imagine how wonderful she does with just a regular massage! She takes her time and massages with care and compassion. She definitely knows what she’s doing. She is absolutely amazing!

My technician was excellent! The whole experience from check-in to re-booking was Smooth and efficient. The staff was very personable and made me comfortable every step of the way. She also paid attention to my areas of concern, very therapeutic.

I am always extremely pleased with Raquons service. I live almost an hour away from this specific location, every other location in the midlands is closer. I’ve been to them in the past, never had an adverse experience, but this time my reasonings were different, so where I felt guided to go was different. After my first appointment I knew Raquon was the masseuse I’ve always needed. I have some complicated stuff going on with my alignment, and I have been focusing on realigning my entire body for the last 2 years. I have PTSD and am often met with challenges and discomfort in my physical body, where my traumas have anchored. Yoga helps quite a bit, but at some point its not enough, or sometimes too much, and that is where Raquon comes into my healing practice! I am always hesitant with a new masseuse because everything is twisted and my fascia holds it in place, and my problem areas originate in completely different spaces. I feel like each time I see him I barely know how to explain what it is that I am feeling inside my body that I believe needs to be addressed, but every single time he knows exactly where to go and what to do. Ive even been able to identify the origins of some of the pain I experience daily, which werent where I thought they were at all. I never experience discomfort with how he maneuvers. He is able to move my limbs perfectly to get to the spaces no one else has before. Even after a pretty traumatic knee injury 3 months ago in which my horse fell and landed on my knee, when I was slightly nervous to come back right away because the bone contusions are still healing and can be quite painful when touched, he proved that there is no reason for me to be nervous at all. I wont say it wasnt painful, I cannot expect otherwise with this injury at this time, but the minimal work he did around my knee was clearly necessary, it really moved out some of the swelling and got my muscles that were involved with the injury more fluid again as they had become very stiff. I am so grateful for Raquons skills and practice! He has made such a difference for my healing journey :) so much so that the travel time/distance is well worth every bit!

Vivian is the best and always does an amazing job. Courtney did a great job messaging my daughter, Liz is always good, especially if you like firm, hard messages. She really knows the body and can find all your knots. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.

Liz was very nice and professional but didn’t get 5 stars bc I specifically told her my areas of interest and she hardly worked on them. The knots we not worked out in my upper back like I asked and she never worked on my shoulders or touched my arms. My areas of interest were upper back, shoulders and arms but no relief after the massage.

This was my first ever massage. This establishment of very professional and the Staff is very kind. Courtney C. Did my massage and she knew I was very nervous. She calmed my down and she did a terrific job with my massage. Ill be back!

Liz is a phenomenal therapist, professional and detailed. I greatly appreciate her skill and willingness to continue evening appts, or I would rarely, if ever, be able to find the time for this relief!

Luna did an awesome job. My first time getting a facial. I will definitely be back and book my next appointment with Luna! Great service, friendly, professional, etc. Color me impressed! Well done.

I would give Message Envy admin staff, the Greenville SC and Lexington SC location 000 stars if it was an option.Their business practices are absolutely horrible....My wife and I were members so that we could enjoy couple messages together. The majority of the time after we arrived at the location we would be informed that one of the therapists had to cancel. When this happens once you could understand maybe even twice but 4 times is ridiculous. The best part, since these were couples messages my wife or would have cancel too since we drove 35 minutes and it was not fair to have the other wait an hour. At the point THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US A CANCELATION FEE since it was less that their 24 hour cancelation policy. When they didnt have the courtesy to notify us a therapist canceled untill we were standingbin the lobby!!! I flipped my lid.... You cant make this stuff up folks. We had extra credits and decided to gift them to our adult kids so they could enjoy a couples message at a more reliable Message Envy location. Apparently if you cancel your membership, any and all gift certificates you gifted are no longer valid. I can go on and on but in the end, the two gifted couple messages cost us $760!!!!!$160 per couple.$20 each to transfer cedits to gift them.$160 ea to reimburse our kids not to mention the embarrassment after of kids got their messages and then were told they had to pay since the gift messages were void since we were no longer members!!!! THIS EVEN AFTER THE STAFF ACKNOWLEDGED THEY HAD GIFTED MESSAGES WHILE MAKING THEIR APPOINTMENTS OVER THE PHONE.$360 original couple message(s$40 transfer fee$360 reimbursements to our kids$760. FOR TWO COUPLES MESSAGES..... Let that sink in!!!

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Shane and he was very friendly and welcoming. My massage with Franqui was nothing short of incredible! She definitely has the healing touch and look forward to my next visit!

I highly recommend Liz at Massage Envy in Lexington. She is undoubtedly the best massage therapist I have ever had. Very professional and obviously highly experienced. She knows the human anatomy and how best to bring relief and healing.

The massage was good but we ended 17 minutes early. I feel like the keep getting shorter which makes them more costly/minute.

Raquon was pleasant. He provided good stretching techniques. However, I feel that the session ended abruptly, not allowing time for the body to recover. Later, I experienced pain in my shoulder where there was none prior to my visit. It eventually went away with gentle movements. Thank you

Super nice front desk, made everything simple and stress free. The atmosphere is relaxing and soothing. The massage was great. Exactly what I needed. Will be going back regularly and seeing Raquon. He really pinpointed my key areas giving my much needed stress and pain relief.

I Was Very Happy with Virginia!HOWEVER now I have to change my review. I Loved my 1st experience however when I decided to book my 2nd appt. I called to verify that they could bill my Insurance as I have Lymphedema and my Insurance actually covers Therapeutic Massage. I was told “Yes, we will file your insurance for you.”I made the appt & when I got there was told “No, we do not file your Insurance. You will have to pay upfront and your Insurance can reimburse you.”I canceled because I was told they would file it on my insurance. I got a call about 15 minutes later stating they were going to charge me 1/2 since I canceled. What kind of business charges you for Services you never received due to mis-information that THEY told you???? I understand cancellation policies under normal circumstances however, this was their OWN fault for giving me mis-information. Had I been told that they would not file my insurance in the beginning, I would have NEVER scheduled an appt and would have found another Facility that does. That is just plain GREED and Un CHRISTIAN! I will not recommend these people to NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Raquon is fantastic. He has an amazing understanding of anatomy and found ways to released locked muscles in my upper back caused by my scoliosis. I am very impressed with his work.

Update....7/16/24I have been fairly satisfied since I started going to the Harbison location. They are wonderful! However, they are not my home location (the location I opened my membership with) so I am limited in what I can use and do through that location. Given this I decided to go back to the Lexington location for a 90 min hot stone. First lets address appearance. The store front and signage look terrible and has been this way for years. The interior is dated and has not been kept up. My massage therapist did not even have my name correct and the interaction with her was awkward at best. There was no foot pedal on the table to raise and lower the bed so she borrowed one from another room. The massage was lacking the relaxing feel that one wants when they get a massage and every time she moved or pressed down my table rocked due to being uneven. I am going to cancel my membership today and look for a new massage place.I went to Massage Envy after being disappointed with my last massage place. I had a great experience my first visit and really liked the option of becoming a member. I signed up for a membership in December. Then I started scheduling visits for January and February. I was contacted by the staff to let me know they needed to change my appointment. I agreed and took a different appointment time. The next time I scheduled the staff called me back to tell me they would need to move my appointment again. I again agreed even though I had to move other errands around to accommodate their scheduling issues. In April I booked appointments for myself and my best friend who was coming to visit. They contacted me 2 days before the appointments and said one of the therapists decided to change their schedule and she couldnt keep the appointment. I complained to the lady that this was not right to constantly have to reschedule. She apologized but offered nothing to help and did not even offer to have a manager reach out. I scheduled another appointment on the app for May 18th. I had to cancel this appointment due to my father in law passing unexpectedly. They told me to rebook on the app which I did. I booked a 90 minute hot stone at 9 AM on Thursday May 27th. I was just contacted by Imani to let me know they could not do that 90 minute hot stone at that time because they needed an hour for the stones to get hot. She offered me a 90 minute without the hot stones or to have me reschedule AGAIN. I expressed my frustration over having to move my appointment once again because they allowed me to book an appointment they could not provide. I then asked when I could come in and speak to managers about canceling my membership and she said she needed to correct me that it was not the front desk that did anything wrong. I never accused or implied in any way that the front desk did anything wrong but now I will. You do not argue with your customers and you are there to help them. Being defensive does not do anything but let me know this probably isnt the first time they have heard similar complaints. If my issues are not resolved I will be canceling my account and I do not plan to ever recommend them to anyone!

Best relaxing massage ever. Light pressure on everywhere that needed light and deep pressure on hands feet and shoulders the most places that need it.

Rashawn is the best massage therapist Ive ever had! I battle with headaches often because I hold tension and stress in my shoulders. His techniques are perfect! He is knowledgeable and experienced in targeting the knots and working them out.I highly recommend.

Let me just start by saying oh...my...goodness!!! Im ashamed that I havent visited this paradise before tonight. Sedric (probably butchered his name) was absolutely amazing. I received my first hot rock massage ever and this man worked absolute magic. The massage was pure heaven. He worked knots out, made me feel super comfortable and took care of me 1000%. No only do I recommend massage envy to everyone, I am going to visit there again and again. I walked out of there feeling brand new and ready to take on the world. Thank you all so so so much. And to Sed, you change lives my friend. Keep doing your thing and I will definitely ask for you every single time. 10000 out of 10!!!

I dont give perfect scores because no one is perfect. My massage with Rashawn was good. It was my first time getting one so I didnt know what to expect. He was so kind and respectful and his voice is relaxing. I was a little sore the next day but I was the same way after physical therapy. Overall it was a great experience. 😌

The employees are always nice and professional. The service providers are amazing and are able to perform their massage in professional manners and always have me leaving better than I came in. Vivian was absolutely fantastic. She has helped me tremendously with my skin care and I actually get compliments on my skin often. I love visiting with her and she is just absolutely fantastic! She is very personable and friendly and I just enjoy being with her. She has taught me a lot about how to take care of my skin. I have had quite a few appointments with her now and plan on continuing on a regular basis so I can take care of my skin. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else.

Raquon did an amazing job on my deep tissue massage. Its hard to find someone who really does DEEP tissue, and he did exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be going back.

The masseuse Sedric is professional, knowledgeable about locating and working out the knots and painful areas of the body. I left feeling stress and pain free. Slept well in the evening.

The personnel there were very nice and accomodating. Darby did my massage and was very good! She asked me what areas I felt needed the most attention and explained everything. I would go back and ask for her again.

My experience with Rashawn is exactly what I needed during this stressful time. He was very calming and I like the deep tissue pressure. I will be returning monthly for a massage with him to help my pain and stress. I feel it is a necessity. He took great pride in his work. He did not act rushed and he was very kind and thoughtful. At times, it is hard to get an immediate booking when you want, yet it makes since, because, the therapist are great at what they do. My suggestion is to PREBOOK & REBOOK!!

I pulled a muscle in my back playing golf so went to Massage Envy for some relief. Shawn was very friendly and set the tone from the start for a relaxing and much needed deep tissue massage. Great, easy conversation and my sore muscles feel much better now. I will ask for Shawn again on my next visit.

Raquon is great. The company could research and provide better face rests. You lie on your abdomen for most of your visit. Also because you are face down, sinus congestion becomes a problem. Some type of menthol oil or eucalyptus could be diffused at the head of the bed on the floor. These would make for a much more comfortable session. Thanks

Wonderful experience. It was my first massage and honestly I’m a little insecure with my body since I had my son. Rashawn was great. I never felt uncomfortable he just has a way of making you feel at ease. I’ll definitely be back!

My first experience was a complete disaster with an inexperienced technician. I was offered a do over by a more seasoned technician, so I gladly accepted.I was offered water and the restroom services this time. Iwas greeted with kindness on both occasions. I was asked about my focus areas and all were attended to. And I left out a very happy and stressed relieved person. I actually joined the monthly membership and I will be able to see the same technician each month I attend. Thank you Virginia for pulling the stress out of me and foe being attentive of my desires.

Massage therapist was super nice and friendly. Was new only 8 months doing massage. Really wanted to please. I did book for a firm massage but it wasnt what I received. I kept telling her I liked it firm. She would do that, then go back to a relaxing massage. I was disappointed, as I was looking forward to a deeper massage. I had some knots in my neck that were giving me a headache, for 2 days. I left the same as I came in. I have I have to give this not so good review. She didnt not do the massage or want to accommodate. Just wasnt what I asked for. People need to make a living and I dont want to effect that for anyone.

I was supposed to get a 90 min massage. I was not told to come early, I was only about 5min early. After calling to come in and filling out the prerequisite form on a tablet. Then getting into the room. Then I undressed and laid down...my massage therapist was chatting at the front desk. I thought maybe he was outside of door and waiting for me to Crack the door which I did....still waiting. It was about 20-25 after appt before he came in to start the massage. He did a fine massage but quit 10 early. I had less than 60 massage but paid for a 90 massage. (Good thing I didnt order a 30 massage!!!!!!!) Something is wrong with your system!

Wonderful experience. The staff here are very knowledgeable of the benefits each therapist offers. They work hard to pair you with the right person IF you take the time to explain what youre looking for. I highly recommend Rachel. She was great for relieving deep tension in my low back and shoulders and was careful to ask questions about a previous injury.

Im a 34 year old casual athlete whos been getting massage work for about 7 years now. Ive been going to see Amanda here for maybe a year at this massage envy, both for stretch sessions and massage, and I can say shes really helped me rehab back into my best self this year. She absolutely cares about helping her clients feel better, and Id recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Verbal communication was comfortable and not awkward, I still feel the affects as if I had just gotten it even a day later and I enjoyed every second of both sessions

After several attempts to use my final accrued service this location then charged me for the service that I had technically already paid for. Not only that, but appointments were very difficult to schedule. Id rather travelogs of my to another location before ever going back to this location.

I visited this location on Saturday.I want to say a big thank you to therapist Amanda.I explained my situation to her, I have back pain.Unfortunately, I didnt have an appointment, but she but she stayed after work especially for me and gave me therapy.she is a great specialist and i feel better.

What could have been a lovely evening turned into one of the worst experiences I (we-my friend was with me) ever had. They over charged and would not fix it after waiting for 40 minutes while the “manager” was on the phone over the issue, hung up and told us to leave. After trying one more time to point out the error, we walked out, but the issue wasn’t resolved. As they owed us over $60, I opened the door to go back in to make one more attempt to figure out who I could talk to resolve this issue. I was told to leave before I walked in the door or they would call the police. I actually should have waited for the police, as we were the ones being ripped off. However, it was late and I was tired if the attitude and negative energy. Also… to be clear, we are women over 65 and certainly not threatening. I will never go back and will make sure no one I talk to ever uses this facility. It was a disgusting experience . I do not often get upset, but this person pushed me there. Stay away!

Amanda was wonderful. Not sure exactly what happened but it was supposed to be a massage and a facial, husband had asked for it and for some reason they did not give it to him, only gave him the massage. It was an anniversary present and he was highly upset that we ( me and my niece) only got the massage. But other than the miscommunication it was fine.

I have been going to Holly for about 9 1/2 years. She is so good at listening to any issues I have, knowledgeable in what to do and thoroughly works those areas to my comfort level.

If you want a massage in the Lexington area, give a small business owner your money. DO NOT waste it at Massage Envy. DEFINITELY do not pay for a membership. A 12-month membership “miraculously” became a 18-month membership because every time I stated that I would like to cancel, I was told that I still had sessions to use and was never provided with the paperwork to actually terminate my membership. The front desk staff are manipulative and are very clearly trained to have sales as their priority, and not customer service. I have emailed corporate, asking to cancel. They emailed me back telling me to reach out to the franchise. When I spoke to the franchise manager, she promised to cancel my membership after the last draft from my account went through last month. Just got a voicemail stating that my account had been drafted for THIS month and the staff asked when I would like to come in and book an appointment. NEVER. The answer is never. I have spent $390 over the past 6 months for services that I didn’t even use or WANT to use. Because of a disrespectful and manipulative scam of a company. I would be ashamed to be associated with this company name after seeing how they treat their customers.

I was glad to have been able to get an appointment on the day that I called. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The establishment was clean and the therapist was fantastic. I left feeling like a new person. Thank you!

Raquon is professionally skilled at his job! The massage was amazing and addressed my problem areas completely! I even booked for a birthday massage with him before leaving! Go and check him out!

Asked if they had appointments and was told unceremoniously that they dont do walk ins. Thats understood. However, I was never advised to make an appointment if a cancelation came in. Businesses like these should train and retrain their personnel how to treat clients the right and proper way. We have tried the one in Sand Hills and they were great. This one in Lexington I will rate 0. Dead right nasty to walk in customers.

I had an amazing experience! I let RaShawn know my concerns and problem areas and he addressed my needs! I walked out feeling better than I came in. The massage was the reset that I needed after a stressful week.

I know the past couple years have been challenging for almost everyone. I have received many sessions at this location but recently I have had numerous issues. Management is not professional, they do not apologize for mistakes. I do not recommend the monthly membership. I have been a member for several years and when I call to schedule an appointment, I’m told they do not have available appointments, I can go online and see available appointments . Several same day cancellations when I do get to book, no apologies. Sometimes the massages only last about 45 mins for a 60 min , 70-75 mins for a 90 min massage, depending on the massage therapist. Last year I scheduled my 16yr old son an appt and asked 3 times( asked in person, and called) if there was anything I needed to do before his appt and was told no, when he showed up to his appt, they told him he needed a signed wavier. Didn’t apologize or offer any “upgrades or discounts.” Manager refuses to give me the number to corporate, told me I could google it. Spend your money at a local/small business where they care about the guests.

My initial visit at the Lexington office was a great one. The staff was for the most part friendly and attentive. After I signed on for the 60min. monthly service, the quality of the massage changed as well as the attentiveness of the staff. Also it pays to thoroughly read the contract because as soon as I cancelled my membership all the hidden things you can not do with the massages that you have already paid for, come up. It has been very frustrating dealing with the Lexington office.

Virginia was amazing! She listened to my areas of concern and she worked diligently. For the first time in a couple of years my shoulder did not hurt when I woke up this morning. I will definitely be back.

I came here today for my first professional massage with Massage Envy. On top of this, I am 6 months pregnant and booked a prenatal massage and OMG am I glad my husband did this for me. It literally was life changing! I have never felt so relaxed before. Virginia was my therapist and she was amazing! She was very informative, had a wonderful bedside manner, and gave recommendations on what to do to make a more smooth delivery possible for me. I definitely will be back, totally bought the membership package today. I can’t forget Jessica either, she was an absolute sweetheart to work with!

Raquon does a great job of targeting the specific areas of my back & neck that bother me. He has been my therapist a few times and I try to schedule when he’s available. I like a deep tissue massage and not all therapists are able to give the firm pressure that I prefer.

From my 1st visit to now a membership Rashawn has provided excellent services and is spot on with his talent with massages. He asks questions n gives his assessment of what could be going on and gets to work! Thank you Massage Envy for having staff that is attentive!

Massage was okay. Clean atmosphere with good ambiance. The only thing I didnt like was that my massage person talked too much. When I get a massage, I like to relax in peace and quiet. She was constantly talking and asking me questions. I felt like I couldnt relax with all of the constant talking. Other than that, it was fine.

The front desk staff, massage therapists are all great. Make sure you ask for a therapist that suits your needs as they have techniques they specialize in. The place itself has plenty of parking and is always clean.

I had given up on Massage Envy. I stopped coming for almost 6 months (maybe longer).My credits were adding up and I was counting the months until my contract ended:Update:I absolutely love both specialists. It was by far the best massage I personally have had. I was nervous in the beginning, I have never had a male massage therapist. I let Sedric know and made me feel 110% and my experience was amazing.

Went here for the introductory massage. The massage was good. The constant membership push was a little too much. I want a monthly massage like most women, but finding the time is hard. I felt the sales push ruined the feeling of relaxation of the massage. Ruined the whole experience. Sorry, Massage Envy, I am not envious. There are way too many good massage therapist in Lexington that want my business without a membership. :(

I received a massage as a gift because someone I knew couldnt get out of her contract and so she gifted me one of her remaining massages. The massage was okay but when you go for an hour massage I expect an hour massage, not a 50 minute massage with 10 minutes of changing time. Then they had the nerve to grill me about getting a membership. I wouldnt go back and would definitely not get a membership here!

Sedric did an amazing job. He got knots out in my shoulder area I didn’t know where there. I felt so relaxed upon leaving. It was fantastic. I am a continuous repeat customer for him.

I am curious as to if the music playing during sessions can be chosen by the client or if the same thing is played throughout for everyone? I would prefer more of a nature type sound such as ocean waves. Also was wondering why my massage is never a full 60 minutes? As for my massage itself it is always fabulous!

Terrible customer service and Cancellation policy. They never explained it to me on the phone when I made the appointment. When I called to reschedule do to an illness. I was told I was going to have to have a doctors note or I was going to be charged 50% of my appointment. I was originally told that my facial would be $70 but then they told me that my cancellation fee was going to be $60 because the actual facial was $120 I was not quoted the correct price to begin with. Needless to say I will not be rescheduling my appointment.

The place is extremely clean and conveniently located on 378. I went there with a sprained neck and was very delighted by the quality of the massage I received. Ask for Byron. Hes great at what he does. He has powerful hands, yet he is skilled at applying the right amount of pressure on the sore areas. The manager Dee was also very accommodating and she was able to get me in late in the evening on short notice. They also have a special for first time customers. On top of it, this place is new with fresh hands and fresh faces. Must visit!

Virginia was awesome! She walked me through every step of the process and explained ways I can reduce the tension in my problem areas and made great recommendations that I will follow through on.

I had a very nice and welcoming first experience with Massage Envy Staff.I apologized for being 7 minutes late, and the staff was warm and welcoming. I was assisted throughout the process of the sign-in, and then escorted to my masseuse Sedric. Sedric and I clicked right away. Sedric was extremely professional and his experience show in his work. I explained to him want I was experiencing and he knew exactly want to do and handle my situation. My pain level was a 9 and by the time my session was over my pain level was a 1.I notice how he paid total attention to my reactions and made his adjustments to make my experience comfortable.Thank you Sedric and the Massage Envy staff for the great service!

VERY DISSAPOINTED! My father purchased this as a gift for my mother and I went with her. He purchased thru Groupon. When he called to make the appointment, he was told they accept Groupon. They DO NOT! My parents had to pay twice for the service. The associate gave the wrong information! The manager offered no help and still charged full price. We still tipped the massage associates because we did enjoy the massage.

Massage envy provides a relaxing atmosphere for your massage. Raquon did a good job in targeting certain areas that I wanted worked on.

After having a baby a month ago I called to book and appointment and made it very clear that I had just had a baby. They booked my appointment for later that week and when I arrived was told I could not receive a massage because of their 6 week policy. After having to find childcare to get there and being extremely excited for my first massage post pregnancy I am very upset that they did not ask me on the phone how long it had been. They did nothing to make up for their mistake. They wasted my money for childcare and my time.

Sedric is my therapist and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch me. He is professional, gets done what I’m there for and at the pressure I need. Keep him!! Give him a raise!! He needs more than tip money!! The people at the front desk change quite frequently? Just my observation.

Once again my visit was exceptional. Sedric is always professional and courteous, not to mention extremely talented. I always feel like a million bucks when I walk out the doors!

I had a 120min full body stretch split by two different therapists and they did such an amazing job! I work on my feet all day and deal with a lot of physical and emotional stress due from that work. But both of my therapist were very intentive, and accommodating to my aches and pains. They have a wonderful membership program and I will be returning customer. My therapists names were Janetta, and Antonio. And both did a fantastic job!

The experience was monumental, relaxing, and out right epic. The massage was what I needed to release the stress and experience tranquility. I highly recommend this.

Love Massage Envy Lexington location. All the therpaist are great, but Ms. Virginia is the best therapist and massage therapist. The front staff ladies are very nice a d accommodating. I would recommend to anyone.

Massage Envy will not let me cancel my contract. The verbiage of the contract is designed for intentional entrapment. It says “you may cancel…” but then later states a line about “extenuating circumstances” that allows them to refuse cancelation at their discretion.

Ive never had a bad service here and they always seem to be able to fit me in even on short notice.

I went to Massage Envy Lexington to receive a Custom Facial. u In a timespan of a week following my appointment, my face broke out in the worst acne I have ever had in my adult life. Historically, I have never broken out or had any adverse reactions after a facial and have had crystal clear skin. I initially wrote it off as a bad reaction and possibly hormonal acne. I have tried switching cleansers, applying Neosporin, eating healthier, drinking more water, nothing except Neosporin would help. Exactly a month passed and I made an appointment for another location to have a Microderm Infusion to hopefully help calm my skin down and address the issue. The aesthetician that had done my Microderm Infusion recommended that I see a doctor since my acne did not look like acne at all, but a bacterial infection. She said that a dirty brush was possibly used while performing my facial and in combination with using the wrong type of products for my skin, bacteria was introduced to my overly opened pores, thus causing an infection. I made an appointment for the very next day with a doctor who agreed that I had a bacterial infection from the facial I received on June 29th. I was prescribed 2 different antibiotics to help cure infection on my face. I contacted Massage Envy Lexington to report my infection after going to the doctor and nothing was done. After requesting a list of the products used on my face and a call from the General Manager, I never received either. I followed up the following Tuesday (4 days later), and still have not heard from the General Manager. I was given a product list but the product list did not match up to my experience. I distinctly remember her applying two clay masks with a brush, and there was not a clay mask listed on the product list. After reviewing my appointment notes from June 29th, insufficient notes were taken and a generic product list was given to me, not an accurate list of products that were used on my face. I believe Massage Envy Lexington is trying to cover what what really happened to me to avoid any further escalation. It is now Thursday, a full week from my initial contact, and I have still not heard any thing from anyone at Massage Envy Lexington.

Virginia is such an awesome therapist! She makes you comfortable but also knows techniques to loosen up even the tightest spots.

The massage was okay, not the best but okay. They were pushy about the membership (quota needed?) and started friendly...until I said I didn’t want the membership and then it was like a switch flipped and she was rude. Maybe I would have signed up next time but not now....

Please Take Notice! I do not recommend being a member of there club. They will tell you everything they want you to hear until it comes time for you to be paid in full or cancel. You cannot get out. I have been trying to since October. I constantly get the run around. I have fulfilled my contract and cannot get it stopped!

I had 3 messages saved up ($180 value) and decided I did not want to continue paying monthly. They refused to let me use what I had already paid for until I gave them another $60. I for one will not do business with an establishment that operates in such a way.

I always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the service is great. I have done stretch sessions with Amanda and various massages with other and afterwards I feel a lot better.

I cant wait to see her again. I hope this is not how she makes all contracts, if so, the next person will NOT be as nice as us.
