My favorite shop for vape supplies by far. Always have the right pods and coils in stock for all the more popular brands/ models. Really great selection too. Definitely more salts than Ive typically seen elsewhere. Prices are solid, including a good rewards program.

Definitely friendly. I was shocked at the prices though. I paid over $12 for pods that I paid $6 at Magic Vapor on Richmond road. I didnt want to make the 12 minute drive so I figured I would stop here. They were very friendly it was very clean but I was shocked at the price.....

Love this place! I bought a faulty tank from here. I didn’t realize it till A few days later because I had not hooked it up yet. I called to explain and spoke with Jacob who was super nice & understanding. He exchanged my faulty tank to a tank the suited me better and for my troubles gave me 10% off a pack of coils. This has turned out to be the best tank I’ve had. He also helped me find a new flavor that matches the one I was using from another store and paying double the amount for. I’ll definitely be making this my #1 vape shop!

Knowledgeable staff, decent selection and pricing is on par with most other shops. They offer a military discount as well as a rewards program based on purchases. The have a decent selection of replacement coils including for devices they do not carry.

I enjoy the store and atmosphere! Everyone there is awesome, informative, welcoming and knowledgeable! I had a little issue, but it was resolved because all the employees and management made up for it by actually addressing it and didnt ignore like alot of businesses do! They know you by name its my favorite place to go!

I really like the vibe at this shop. The stadf are friendly and really helpful. Juice prices are pretty average but their 60 ml. Bottles are a bit high compared to other stores so you may as well get 100 or 120 ml. and stretch that dollar. Their merchandise prices are among the highest in Lexington, but would recommend their juice as the selection is good.

Great staff, they always go out of their way to help. I previously mentioned pricing, however after looking all over they really do have great prices. The real selling point here though is their staff, Ive been coming here since 2015 or 2016 and have never felt unwelcome in the store.

Altsmoke is a great shop with amazing staff and a wide assortment of juice and mods. I couldnt recommend another store more. Brandy,the manager of the store is such a caring person who has always gone a over and beyond to help the patrons of the business. The average pricing varies on the e-liquid but I usually expect to pay between $20-$30 for a good bottle of e-liquid

Lexington store is awesome!!!! Everyone had been helpful every time we have been in. Selection is terrific. Staff is very knowledgeable and makes sure you have no questions before you leave. I have been other places but I keep driving an hour for AltSmoke!

All around great store! Dont be afraid to walk in not knowing anything as the staff can answer all your questions and get you going. They carry a wide variety of hardware and a massive selection of juices. The fact they have a bar where you can sample any and all of the flavors they carry is just awesome. Another really cool thing is the rewards program which is free, no membership or anything like that required. Stop by AltSmoke and I guarantee you wont be using tobacco much longer!

Upon first entering the store, I was a bit unfamiliar with any of the ideas of owning a vapor cigarette.I was welcomed into the store and spoken to almost instantly. Everyone seemed upbeat and happy to help. I told them I was 100% new to the idea and they lead me through it. They explained exactly what it is, how it works, how to perform maintenance on it, and anything else I needed to know.Since then Ive gone back and made purchases of new flavors and done some troubleshooting with the workers there, who went above and beyond to help me.I love this place and the products they offer!

Drastically raised prices. I previously paid $17 and change for my juice now paying 21 and change. I previously drove here from Georgetown because they had great prices. Will not be doing so any more. And for the owner who feels the need to respond to every negative review of this place with a back handed comment is highly ridiculous. This place is run by imature people. So to answer your question yes. I used to buy fizzy lemonade for $17.95 over night you raised your price now I am paying $21.95. Which is fine Ill just buy it online from now on instead of trying to shop local. And for your smart comment Ill lower my rating to 1 star. Thanks!

Went to the shop a few times, each time the guys were extra helpful (especially the Tattoo Guy). I would recommend checking it out. Whether your looking to quit or you just want to change up your smoking experience, Alt Smoke is definitely the spot to go to get your fix. Their selection and customer service cant be beat!

Great pricing , and an even better selection . Nearly every liquid in stock is available at the tasting bar, even high $ bottles. Very clean store, the staff is very informed on their products , and about other products that they dont carry yet. I will definitely be coming back when I need hardware or supplies

Super unprofessional. Answered the phone and belched directly into the phone. Was asking if they had a certain vape in stock, and he obviously didnt know what he was talking about, being rude in the process. Ill be shopping else where

My husband and I have tried EVERY vape shop in town and mail-order as well and ALWAYS find what were looking for at AltSmoke. Malachi at the Tiverton Road store goes above and beyond and over the top to help us with whatever our needs are and is VERY knowledgeable about the products and processes and answers any questions we can think of. Been here multiple times and have really enjoyed how helpful the staff are. They have a good knowledge of the products they sale and are happy to set down and explain it to you rather than just throwing you to the wolves to figure it out on your own. Ill be back here regularly.

Hands down the best place in town! I have watched it come together since September and im floored by how great it has done! Certainly love the laid back atmosphere and its always a treat to know you can get great customer service. We tell all of our friends to go to altsmoke and kick the butt ;)

I highly recommend going to Alt smoke shop in Lexington. When you walk in the door you immediately know you have come to the right place. Its like you have walked into a lounge or a cafe. You are greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are there to help you with any questions you may have and will assist you if you are new to the vape world. They have a large variety of batteries and tanks, and a very large variety of liquids. They have a bar set up with a sample of all of the flavors that they sell for you to sample before you buy them. I wont be shopping anywhere but the AltSmoke Shop. Your staff is great!

Bad service and worse products. This is the 2nd time I have purchased a $50+ dollar device from them only for it to break within 2 weeks. The first time they told me they dont take returns. Today the problem is the battery wont charge at all. They told me I must have dropped my device and broke it which was my fault not theirs so there was nothing they could do other than have me purchase a new battery at full price. I will not be returning here even though I like their juice better then others, the faulty devices and waste of good money is pathetic.

This place never consistently has mods or tanks for very long. So if you find one you like, dont plan on getting a replacement here after half a year or so. The prices also keep climbing. First time I went here I got a whole kit and bottle of juice for $50. Now you cant get a battery for that. If you vape menthol, they have squat for you too.

When I first went to AltSmoke it was a great experience, the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place and they were open to all questions. Not to mention the products were outstanding, I would go as far as to say that it is the best Electronic Cigarette store in Lexington.

Good staff and flavors offered taste great. However, they seem to have a terrible time keeping juice in stock. It seems like they only have the flavor I am looking for a third of the time. They also rarely have parts in stock.

Awesome Vape shop! Ive been here at least 5 times and dont have a negative thing to say about the place. They have an awesome set-up where you can try their massive selection of flavors, and super friendly/helpful staff. I recommend Alt Smoke highly.

Id leave 5 stars if they would get rid of the idiots that seem like they were hired just because they have tattoos and gauges. If the customer knows more about your products why have employees? And for the love of god lower your price of cotton.

This was my first experience at a non-online vapor store and it was awesome. I go there for all my hardware because of the atmosphere and experience. Vapors are awesome, they give awesome customer service and Id much rather go through them than an online retailer.

I have always used a pen devise. So ive decided to upgrade a little. As everyone on the planet knows the stores (Alt Smok) are closed. Came in to simply get new coils and the employee there started a conversation about my tank and further helped find a new tank which I’m in love with and so grateful he also suggested a fantastic juice that I don’t believe I’ll be switching off from for a while

If youre going to switch to an e-cig get it from the manufacturer as opposed to the distributor (like Altsmoke) as the manufacturer will give you a 1 year warranty if you buy it from them. The distributer (Altsmoke) only give you 90 day. If it fails in 30 days then only a 60 day and so forth. The manufacturer will actually say oh you bought that at altsmoke, we sold that to a distributor so its not our problem anymore and when you bring it to altsmoke it will be like tough titties youre outta our 90 day period even if youre out by less than a week. Youre buying from a company that legally doesnt have to care about the manufacturer warranty but can still advertise it (as they did with me). No stars.

I walked in and was immediately met with a foul sensation. Not only do these people look like hipsters, they smoke like them too. They dont even carry anything remotely close to my brand of e-cig, the most common e-cig brand on the market. I asked about it and was looked at as if I had asked a dumb question ever. Less a store and more of a lounge or hang out

Sometimes you visit and find an informed and caring staff. Other times youll visit and find a staff that is less interested in educating and moreso in selling products with the least amount of effort and inconvenience to the staff.

Lady was super rude and Impatient, she was in such a rush to get back to her game of pool than to be professional and put customer service first. Will not receive my business again.
