Owner has a foul mouth and doesn’t have the common decency to censor said mouth when a 5 year old is present. Absolutely disgusting. Horrible customer service. Attitude. Etc5 mins away but I’ll waste my gas and go somewhere else. Definitely won’t inconvenience him with my business anymore. Don’t come here. Not worth dealing with the management’s disrespect , and inappropriate comments around children.

Wanted to keep things local with a local owner but not with this store not anymore.As seen below customer service was not professional. At least show some compassion. I spent a couple hundred dollars last week. Yes, blame me, my hands did it, but the Mellow Fellow product was not durable and this was the first time this has happened to me with any similar product. You have the product in your store and talked it up to me and it fell apart while attempting to unscrew it for a recharge. The product shouldn’t do this and for an owner to talk up a product, you should stand by it. You should be the one to send it back not me. I’m sure you won’t notice my business gone, but others need to be aware of how customer service is handled if anyone else makes the same mistake I did.

This is a great store I’ve been coming here for a while now and the quality of the product selection and customer service has never disappointed me.

Website is disappointing as it doesn’t show any products just more bragging on themselves. I just haven’t been as impressed as most here. They specials were awfully high and I went elsewhere to my normal shop to saved &20 . The store s mile away had a 10 ct sample pack for &15 people down want to have to buy the big bundle of gummies for $60 .

Ive been coming to these guys a little over a year now and can say I wont be taking my business elsewhere! Everyone who works there is very friendly, the place is very clean and organized and they have a great selection! Special shout out to Nick who always makes my stop in a treat! He does a great job!

If you’re looking for a CBD store in the area that is clean, in a convenient location, and has the friendliest workers, this is honestly the place for you. Every time I come in (which is weekly) the store is pristine. Robbie and Nick at the counter are both very intelligent, know their products, and will remember what sort of things you like in order to make spot-on recommendations for you on your next visit. All around a stand-up business that I have recommended to friends and family with nothing but positivity heard in return.

Went in to get coils for my new vape, and wasn’t sure what I needed so I brought my vape in with me and showed it to the woman working so I didn’t buy the wrong thing. She looked at it and grabbed me a pack of coils and said they were what I needed. I left and went across the street to the gas station because I needed gas and while I was filling up my car I was changing the coil in my vape, only to realize the coils I was sold did not fit at all. After I finished filling my car I went right back to the store (not even 10 minutes later) to tell her the coils SHE told me to buy didn’t actually fit my vape. She was super nice and apologized, but the problem was when she informed me they don’t do returns or exchanges… including on a product I was JUST told to buy by their employee that was completely incorrect. So I spent $20 on a pack of coils that I was told to buy that didn’t fit at all, leaving me basically just out $20. Needless to say I will absolutely not be returning.The shops response to this review is an absolute lie. No friend was with me or came back on my behalf. Must have been another customer/return because I had to go to another vape store to get the coils I needed as this one did not carry them and I was denied the return all together. The incorrect coils had to be thrown out as I had no vape that they would fit in. So I am still out the $20 I spent buying the wrong coils due to information the employee working incorrectly gave me.

Me and my girlfriend walked in looking for a specific cartridge and Colby welcomed us in and showed us exactly where the product was and she was so helpful and nice. One of the best experiences we have had going to a smoke shop. Excellent service! You guys keep up the good work

Brad is awesome. He is really knowledgeable and friendly. He helped my wife pick out her first box mod kit and taught her how to set it up in store. That night she had some problems with the tank overheating and burning her, I called him up and he told us to come back in so we could troubleshoot in store. The tank was faulty, so he replaced it free of charge. Customer service is the best around, Brad actually cares about his customers. You wont be disappointed! We wont go anywhere else.

Im from out of town and was visiting the family for the weekend. I drove past this shop and decided to drop in based on the reviews. I was pleasantly greeted by a very clean and upscale shop with a wide selection of all kinds of things. This shop makes the shops where I live in Charlotte look like rundown gas station convenience stores. Brad was working the desk and was extremely knowledgeable about vaping as well as CBD. Ive been to a few CBD stores since the new legislation and its rare to find anyone who can answer the most basic of questions. Brad really knew his stuff and then some! The inventory here is great quality too! I left a very satisfied customer with a bag of goodies and my knowledge tripled. I highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised when a very perceptive employee stepped outside and handed me a whiskey flavored vape pen, when hed noticed that Id stepped outside for a quick cigarette, after eating breakfast at a restaurant nearby. The whiskey flavor went well with the BBQ and the beautiful spring weather at the dam, with the family, that afternoon. Good store, and good products. Ill be back.

Had such an amazing experience! Walked in on a Sunday (today) and had very little experience with CBD. The owner (forgot your name so sorry!!!!!) was very patient with me and explained what to get to best fit me. I’m extremely happy with my interaction and with my new pen! :)

Bought 2 disposable vapes - initial service (and the selection) was great.After a few days (maybe a week) of use, I found I had an issue with both devices clogging. I was encouraged to come back in, received help attempting to clear the units (and input on best practices to avoid issues in the future), and ultimately got 2 replacements compd.Id been hoping for some help sorting the issue, MAYBE a discount on a replacement - I got far more re both help & resolution.Id recommend them. They seem intent to both resolve rare problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

Really nice and helpful staff. Ive been in this store 3 times and had 3 great experiences. I went in last time knowing what I was looking for, but looking for more guidence and the two guys at the shop asked me questions to know my situation better without making me feel uncomfortable (lets be honest ladies, that is a huge achievement) and answered all of my questions. The owner (at least I believe he is the owner) and his staff have made wonderful recommendations and never spoke down to me for not knowing much about anything vape related. The service at this place is top notch and the products are, too. The prices are exactly comparable of what you would pay elsewhere and the shop is very clean. I would go out of my way to come by this shop before taking my business elsewhere.

I went to Essential Vapors to get some info about vapes. To say that I was overwhelmed by all the products in the shop is an understatement. However, Brads knowledge about the different options I had made it so much easier to decide which product to buy and what flavor and nicotine level I decided on.(Cinnamon Toast Crunch was my choice). Every time Ive gone into his shop I was always greeted warmly and never felt like I was asking a stupid question. You can tell Brad is fully knowledgeable about the products he sells and genuinely cares about his customers.

I was referred to this shop when I went looking for a very specific entertainment item (Vapor style pen to blow smoke bubbles.) The owner at the store not only took the time to help me locate the item online but also educated me on the type of juice available to achieve the desired effect I wanted on stage. Note: There was no sale in this for the store but the amount of quality info I received that helped me on my search went above and beyond. Both owner and assistant took the time to help me even though I wasnt going to be a sale. I was impressed! This type of customer care is rare. I live in Aiken, but work a lot in Lexington and Columbia. I stopped in the Columbia Location a few months ago just to get some juice and was very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. I have bought my last two devices from Essential Vapors and go there almost exclusively now. Ill only go elsewhere if Im home and run out of juice. But for all my questions and major purchases I will only use Essential Vapors.

Bought a vape device a week ago from essential’s the device was leaking. Took it back, the owner argued with me for fifteen minutes on why he wouldn’t replace it. He told me that it was user error. I’ve been vaping longer than he’s been in business. Then he told me that all vape devices leak. Wow! I’ve never had a vape device leak. I will definitely find another vape shop to do business with. If they all leak how is he still in business? He then decided to give me credit for the device and I got a different brand. The argument was over a 40$ device. He was willing to lose a customer over 40$. That makes no business sense what so ever.

I got from this company a defective vape around a week ago, the guy who claims to be the manager refuses to exchange product or refound it using poor excuses, Ill never buy anything in this company again...the system will not allow me to respond to the comment bellow so Ill write it here...first of all, I bought 2 defective products at your store, I only tried to get one fixed or exchanged because I still have the receipt.Second, the employee at the store checked the malfunction, he was trying other batteries on thevape to find out what the problem was, so, yeah your employee saw the problem, it was the so called manager who was saying that nothing is really wrong with it.third point, my roommate, who was the one brought me into your business had a phone call with a representative of yours and said that I would get a call from you, instead I just got reply to my review, does anyone in this company take the business seriously?Honestly Im glad I walked away from your business, I dont want any exchange or refund of any kind, Ill just take my business elsewhere.

OK for the BRAND NEW vaper, But NO.Not a place for the more experienced vaper. Their product line is geared primarily for the new vaper. Theyre e-liquid line is very limited. They have no rebuildable anything, claiming there is no market for RDAs. Theyre strongly opinionated & a little disrespectful. They are in NO way knowledgeable when it comes to advanced vaping.I have visited & reviewed vape shops all across the country & this is one shop I would not recommend visiting.If you are looking to give up smoking & try vaping, this place will do. However, I would recommend trying one the other vape shops in the area.

Very impressed! My husband and I were waiting to get into EggsUp Grill and wandered in to this store to kill time. First impression: A-plus! Super clean with so many choices. After checking out a few vape shops in the local area this one is by far my favorite. No gimmicky lights and not a huge selection. But they have the juices most people are asking for at a much better price than the competition. I walked out of here with 200ml of juice and a pack of m2 falcon coils for $30. The local competition has a 60ml bottle of juice for that same price. Keep it up essential and Ill be back time and time again.Edit: I hate having to do this but I had to reduce my rating for essential vapors due to some sketchy business practices. I called in for a price on some m2 falcon coils and was told that they wouldnt give me a price over the phone. When I asked why I was told that its due to competition.So wait I have to drive all the way over to your store to get a price on a product? Before I was willing to drive past most of the other vape stores because of the great business sense and support.After that I was asked who I was (as if that should make any difference as to whether I can get a price check) and responded that Im a customer. He requested my actual name which I didnt feel I needed to stay on the call any further.For these types of gymnastics I have to drop a star from the rating guys. I still feel you could be the best around this area but dont give into sketchy practices just because youre intimidated by the competition. Stick true to your business models and the customers will return to you.

In only a few short minutes, they were able to recommend a vaporizer and the oil best suited to my particular needs. The prices were great. Such a great experience! Ive come in for CBD oils, which has actually lasted a long time (the Gelato is amazing!) as well as I just came in and got a vape with some juice. Brad and his employee both were great about explaining the process to me. Brad asked me some questions to help figure out which would be best for me as well as what my issues have been in the past with me vaping. Ive always had an issue with breathing and coughing every time I hit a vape. Brad really helped the whole experience be seamless and informative! Went up here yesterday to pick up some juice and attomizers havent really liked the whole vape shop scene. I spoke with Brad and he helped me find a new juice I absolutely love. I have been going here for awhile .I have yet to hear the owner ever speak to me as a customer. On arrival home and opening up the $62 dollar gummies I realized it already had been opened and 4 gummies were missing26 instead of 30.Nuff said never going back.If ever there was a time for over the top customer service its now.
