I go in every week to buy the same bottle of juice. Every time the staff is super friendly and helpful. A couple of them even recognize me when I walk in the door and are already getting my juice. I have been using Gen V for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I recently moved back to Lincoln, from Overland Park, KS. Not being able to find my favorite vape-juice brand for months, a friend introduced me to Gen-V. They not only carried it, but informed me of its status as the brand was seemingly being pulled from shelves in KS. Lex was laidback, informative, charismatic, and very reciprocal of my many questions. Her service, and the selection/location, enticed my friend to purchase some Coastal Clouds. 10/10 recommend!

Great store, huge selection of juices, mods, pens, etc. Staff was awesome, so polite, very helpful and all while he was training a worker who had just started but made sure to let me know he was training her when I walked up to the counter to be helped. While I was choosing what juices to buy, he let me know of a deal they had going on certain ones and made sure I got my moneys worth rather than just trying to make as much as possible. Im not from NE but come here for work, will visit this store everytime Im here from now on. Actually am going back tomorrow to buy more I was that impressed and happy with the service I received.

Staff is extremely nice, but not helpful. I spend at least $80 here a week and on February 24th I paid with my Venmo card and it said it got declined so I used my debit card and I got a notification that it authorized both payments. Their finance manager was “sick” all week then conveniently quit on Monday. I had to give them my information 4 different times because they kept losing it. Now they call me and say the double charge was on my end but HOW because it’s their computer saying that my card got declined the first time when the payment still went through. They gave me a “discount” for the inconvenience of 1 WHOLE DOLLAR .. wow that dollar totally makes up for all of the money I spend at this store. Thanks, but not coming back

Super friendly staff we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Lance took care of me and was very knowledgeable. Im fairly new to vaping so I told him I want something smaller, simple and hits nice. He took me over and showed me the Smok Nord right away and said it was one of the best for everything I was looking for, and showed me that 1 of the other guys that worked there was using it as well. So I was sold at that point, then he took me over to the bar area and literally took the whole thing out and explained every part and what it did and gave me tips and pointers, and he even filled up my pod for me, hands down 1 of the best customer service experiences Ive had. I would highly recommend stopping in this place if your in Lincoln.

This place is awesome. The customer service is nice and the workers try to get to know you and i think that is awesome. The atmosphere is great for people trying to vape and or trying to do cool tricks. If you dont know how to do something you can just ask and almost everybody will do things just so they can help you

What can I say about Gen V besides they have an incredible staff, great selection of products for any user level and if theres ever any issue or question then they stand behind their products and services without hesitation.

First off, Lets talk about the impression you get when you walk in. The atmosphere is welcoming. You walk in the front door, couches to your left, mods to your right, large vape bar straight ahead. This is definitely a hang out spot to meet fellow vapors as well as learn more about the evergrowing vape game. Theres a lot of space to blow clouds, and perfect your tricks. The vapor mods arent right in front of you while youre sitting at the bar which relieves the pressure of having to buy something when you walk in. The Massive selection of juices on the bar sets this store apart. You can try different juices before you buy them, and the house juices are always amazing. Every week, a new flavor comes out and theyve been getting better and better. I look forward to Mondays just to try a new flavor. The knowledgeable staff can answer any of your questions, as well as some of the regulars that this Business is acquiring. They do free Atty builds. They diagnose problems with mods and solve them. They are fun to talk to and its a great way to end your work day. The location is in a Prime spot if youre heading downtown for the night and need to get last minute juice or mod upgrade. Ive never had a negative experience and the Staff is always excited to see their regulars and know most of their clientele by name, which gives it an even better experience every single time. I recommend this location for starting vapors, as well as those who just want to check out another store. I havent gone to any other store since stepping into Generation V because I really have no reason to. I wont get the customer service at any other vape store as I do here.

Double check any juice you buy from here. I have bought 4 bottles of juice in a row and 1 of them was leaking, 2 the nozzle popped right off with very little pressure, 1 bottle the dripper had the seal but was screwed on soooo tight that the threading cracked and none of these they would take back or exchange. So buy juices at your own risk!

This place is easily the greatest vape shop I have ever been to in my entire life! Davey can literally sell me anything from a new mod to a completely destroyed house that burned down in the Indonesian wars. There is so much love going around this building that I want to leave and go make sweet love to my girlfriend the moment I walk out the door! I have never felt so free in my life! All you have to do is walk in the door and its like having a bald eagle screaming freedom and vape into your soul with the same power as an M1 Abrams rolling right over you. This is the first vape shop I came to when I moved to Lincoln and I will never go anywhere else! You will never not be greeted with a creepy smile from the face of Davey or Jason as you walk in the door and it always seems to make you laugh and smile. These staff became my best friends in a matter of weeks after coming here and I promise you will regret coming here about as much as you regretted leaving your ex wife for that supermodel with all the money and the giant tatas.
