I love the store cause its close to my house. The only thing I dont like is that is the store suppose to open at 10am ( thats what it says online and on the door) yet I have been waiting here for 20 minutes

If you sell THC a flower, have every quantity that you can sell 1 g 3.5 g.7 g dont only sell 7 g.Cause you lose out a lot of customers dont recommend to go here

I purchased a vape from here. Yes I tested it out before leaving and it worked. The very next day it went out. I returned to the store with my receipt and was told that I could not return nor exchange and that I was supposed to test it before I walked out. I explained that I did and it still went out in less than a day! The clerk I’m assuming who was the owner still would not reimburse me for the faulty merchandise. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I certainly won’t be returning!

Positives: Very pleasant staff, great flavor selection. They were clearing inventory for new stuff and I gotta sweet Buy 2, Get 2 Free deal.Negatives: No coil selections and no major new mods. Thats the only things I marked a star off for.Overall: Id definitely say this will be my go-to store if they can get my coils in. Otherwise theyre good for GREAT flavors and juice deals and a nice owner and staff.

The good reviews on this place have to be fake! The customer service is TERRIBLE! I called to ask a very simple question and the man had no idea what I was talking about then hung up in my face. Completely rude! Don’t spend your money here!

Called twice during business hours. No one answered the phone. That coupled with suspicion spelled out in comments that their good reviews are false made my decision to continue going to Juicy Vapes very easy although this one is closer to my house. Juicy Vapes always answers the phone.

Oh man. Old woman working there was very rude and aggressive I think she was having a mental episode. I don’t recommend anyone going there unless you’re prepared to deal with someone’s else’s problem. The selection was very weak and The clerk seem like she knew nothing about the product she was selling. Just go around the corner.

Iv e brought my father to Vapes R US several times and purchased several products. We know that the vapes dont last and will eventually go out. Not a problem. However what should not happen is a defective product not be exchanged or refund. Thats bad business. If we pay for a product and then then the product stops working or is defective (plastic holding oil melted) IN A WEEKS TIME THATS VERY PROBLEMATIC!!! Please reconsider your practice of refunds or exchanges when products is bad.
