I Love Massage

Make sure you take the number of one star ratings that these people have extremely seriously. It’s really time for us to stop accepting mediocre service and unfair treatment. These people expected me to pay for a massage that I had not even received yet. I was so insulted that I left and did not even give them a chance and you shouldn’t either because I doubt very seriously that they would do this in other neighborhoods. My suggestion is to open up a business in a place where you trust people to do the right thing. If you feel you can’t then you should open up somewhere that you can. 🤷🏽‍♂️ This is coming from a person who gets 2 to 4 massages a month and had NEVER been asked before service was rendered.

Today my boyfriend and I passed by Atlanta and came to I Love Massage. Here, we had a couples massage. My headache and my shoulders were relaxed and relieved like never before! And my husband’s ankle has always been painful! Deep foot massage by Cindy! marvelous! Highly recommend everyone to come here!

Its clean and the hot stones were good.However they dont speak english, they have to use an app to speak to you in english. Then they dont understand e-commerce. I literally purchased my 90 min massage on Groupon in front of them. Showed them the purchase that they just witnessed. They refused to see me until i showed them the barcode from groupon. I then tried to express to them that i had a bad headache and this groupon transaction made it worse. Of course they didnt understand what i was saying. So they had me to speak it in their phone so the app can interpret it. When the app let them know that i had a headache they chuckled and said sorry.The massage for me was too intense i kept jumping to the touch so he could understand that it hurt, that didntwork. When he got to my head he spent about 3 min, when i thought they understood that i had a headache. Nope.I just knew with a 90 min massage he would spend at least 30 minutes on my feet. Nope about 10 min. I needed the foot massage to be longer and intense on the bottom of my foot not the top of my feet.It was about 2 min left for the massage, i pointed to my head and asked if he can massage my head he loudly said “Im finished”I got dressed and proceeded to leave. He kept saying “how much?” i said i paid already. He pointed at the sign that said “Tip” and said how much again. I said no thank you and left.How are you going to service your customers sufficiently if you cant speak the language.

My boyfriend got a 30 minute chair massage which was $30 and they charged my card twice. They gave themselves a $40 tip. Don’t go here because it’s a scam. I will be contacting my bank on this matter.

They speak NO English. I asked for a 30 minute massage and they gave me 1 hr. When I realized we went over the time I just paid for my hour. They harassed me for a tip. The message was mediocre and for some reason I was very uncomfortable. Never going back.

This business has been there a long time, I didn’t understand why only communicated through translation on the cell phone. I wanted to add on additional services. The female informed me I needed to add on the longer service, not the one I pointed to on the signage. Hugh, why? The man that performed (supposed to have been a full body massage) only massage the back of my body. I’ve never had that happen at any massage facility. Not sure why people go into customer service business and be rude and not give “customer service.” Wasted money.

Called to book an appointment and ask questions for understanding and the person who answered the phone was rude as heck. I asked about times and they began yelling at me to choose.

My husband and I went for a foot relaxation day and the experience was great! The atmosphere was nice and serene, the service was elite and the massages were on point. I am a hairstylist so I am constantly on my feet. I also deal with a little ankle pain. Since the massage the pain has been at a minimum. I am excited to have I Love Massage as a part of my self care routine. We will definitely return!

We were passing through Atlanta today and stopped here for a massage on the way to my friends place!I have severe rheumatic problems in my ankles, which makes it very uncomfortable. After I came here, I was told to have a deep foot massage. It was great.The staff here are lovely and lovely.I hope you can see this comment and it will be of great help to you, and I will come back.

I paid $70 for a 1 hour massage and the lady put me to wait half hour before starting the massage and when she started, she did just a half hour massage but charged me for 1 hour massage since the beginning and at the end she had the nerve to ask me for a tip when she just gave me half hour massage. When I told her about that, she was just saying no english. no english, no english, so my advise to anybody coming here for a massage is Enter at your own risk. They are just stealing peoples money.You (the owner/ manager that replied to my review) write your full name and phone number in your reply so that I can contact you and talk in person at the massage location to talk about this issue so that it wont happen again to me or anybody else.

Came in to treat my husband & to redeem a gift certificate for myself with the company name on it, but was told (after calling first to verify beforehand) that it was not accepted at this location. My gift certificate does NOT specify location, it says I ❤️ Massage with both Stoncrest locations listed!! Owner has a horrible attitude, pretends to be English-impaired & is VERY rude! The massage was decent; however the worker there tried to force my mom to tip on mothers day, and walked outside to the car to preceed to make us tip. One of the male workers followed us on the highway then we lost him. A TIP IS AN OPTIONAL THING. If I choose NOT to tip TO BAD SO SAD, but this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. WE WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

First they make you pay before you get the service then they force you to tip. it feels unsafe if you don’t do what they say.lady in the front of the building says she’s the manager but the reviews says she isn’t.
