I Love Massage

My husband and I went this morning for a full body couples massage and were pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive it was. We both had one of the best massages ever and when it was over tipped them the customary 20% with no problems. No hassle about a tip or anything. For those of you who have posted about a tip, must be tipping less than that and shame on you if you are. If you are tipping less than $14 on a $70 massage, especially one as good as we had, you should be ashamed. I would refer this place to anyone.

Staff is very professional and patient. I got just what I was looking for. 30 min foot massage and 30. min body massage. I am very pleased. Will continue to come to get these services. Thank you Jerry. Im pleased.

I visited there today, March 19, 2024, due to severe neck pain. As I approached, they saw me and literally power walked to me, seemingly eager for money and (business). Although their English wasnt proficient, I didnt mind using a translator. However, I felt rushed during my chair massage, and the forcefulness of the rubbing made the experience uncomfortable. They insisted I keep my shirt and pants on, which felt odd during the massage. To my dismay, they pressured me for a tip, making it seem mandatory, which I found unprofessional. Despite living in this city for 5 1/2 years and loving it, I wont return to this establishment. Id rather support another business elsewhere. While my pain has somewhat subsided, I feel bruised and extremely dissatisfied with the service overall. Consider this a cautionary review.

The Massage was FANTASTIC; my Husband and I dont have not one complaint!! However, when we were leaving, they DEMANDED A TIP!! Tipping is optional, not mandatory!! My Husband did give them a tip, but they wanted more and the looks on their faces was like they was about to fight us!! NOT COOL.. Then, I noticed some cards on the counter that theyre supposed to punch the # each time you visit and when it gets to 10, youre supposed to get a free Massage.. Well, they refused to give me one....and for that, we will not be returning!!!

Today, my family of four went to my love massage and did a full body depth for 90 minutes. The massage was great. I suggest we all come here. well

I mean Mei did a fantastic job! She did everything I asked her to do and paid attention to detail which is extremely important to me. I got the best back massage, scalp massage, neck massage, and foot massage. I’ll definitely be going back and I ONLY want Mei!

Someone needs to report this business for aggressively demanding tips which are optional. DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL THREATEN AND DEMAND A tip . I would not be surprised if they hold u hostage and call the police on you for a tip . Absolutely insane. Use only cash because they will take tip by force off the cards

They do really great work and get all of the tension out with their massage techniques. Just understand that if you pay with a debit or credit card, they will put the charging fees without telling you. I understand some places have these fees but my thing is just tell me vs not saying anything. Feels a bit sneaky that way & I didnt see any fee signs posted.

They were the only location available for a walk-in and the service was great. The music is a great addition to the massage and helped to clear my mind as well as the tension in my body. Definitely my new spa home!!!!!

Save your money. I went here for a foot massage. Once I got there I felt like I was being hustled. Halfway through my foot massage another worker came over to massage my arm trying to up sale me. I also noticed that when a young lady finished her massage the worker did not change out the sheets he just made up the massage table with the same sheets. Once it was time to checkout my husband came in to pay and was hassled for a tip that he was already going to give. I won’t be returning definitely not a good experience.

I did not like the environment. Looks cheap and junky. I have been to many massage locations, in Georgia, US and abroad. This has to be the worst. The massage tech was unprofessional. Did not conduct the massage with feelings. It felt like they were in a hurry. I will never return.

The massage was nice I wanted to come back. But I will never return. I’m a teenager and came here with a group of friends. We all paid for our massages. But our parents were going to drive up there to give individual tips. The owner refunded our payments and held us hostage there until our parents came to individually tip for the servers. We had appointments.. And our parents had already spoke with the staff and let them know our plans ahead of time. And for the owner to come out of nowhere and mess up our day. And hold us hostage until our parents came for some tips, that was really messed up. When I parents got there They tried to talk it out with the owner, but he didn’t care about respecting us. He just wanted our tips. I will from now on support black owned massage therapist for now on. We left and never paid the tips because of dis honor to all of us.

This is my favorite massage place in Lithonia! They do a great job and very nice place.

Dont go I had a horrible experience. from the beginning the guy tried to get me to do a 90-minute massage when I only wanted a 60 minute massage. then the lady deliberately moves slow so that I would run out of time before my massage was completed. whats left in a situation where I went and did the additional 30 minutes. then on top of that when I left the tip she put in an additional $10 that I didnt catch until I got my receipt. bringing my grand total to $130. I would not know what I ever recommend anyone ever come into this place again.

This place is inside the Stonecrest mall upstairs. The massage services were great but the OWNER WAS RUDE!! He should NOT be in this type of service field. 😒 I felt bad for his staff. He yelled at the staff and has no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. This place needs new ownership or CLOSE IT DOWN. He doesnt deserve my BLACK DOLLAR EVER AGAIN 😤

The massage was decent; however the worker there tried to force my mom to tip on mothers day, and walked outside to the car to preceed to make us tip. One of the male workers followed us on the highway then we lost him. A TIP IS AN OPTIONAL THING. If I choose NOT to tip TO BAD SO SAD, but this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. WE WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

My husband and I went in for massages for a date day. My husband got the full body which he loved and I got a combo of a foot massage and a 30 minute chair massage. The foot massage was good but the man was so rough on the chair massage he literally left bruises and a brush burn on my shoulders. I have used them before and didnt have a problem. This time I left in more pain than I walked in with.

Massage felt great. He made sure that I was comfortable and wasnt applying to much pressure. The 60 minute full body massage was amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

My daughter and I went for mom and daughter massages. She is shy and the lady that massaged her was very calming. My daughter loved it! I fell asleep during my massage. Great experience. We will be back. I was concerned because it’s in the mall. I forgot I was in the mall!

I use to have people come to the house, now, I go to I love massage. I get my massages from Joshua, hes really good! The rest of the team hold their own as well. You cant go wrong here, they give amazing massages for a fair price!

Dont get me wrong... the massage itself was great, but the checkout experience was awful.I get very bad migraines that stem from work related tension and stress, so Im always looking for a good place to get a massage. This was my second time here and apparently I forgot my first time, but they quickly reminded me why I would rather drive all the way to Marietta. I only went for a 1 hr massage, based on my budget this week, but my head was hurting so bad I let go of reason and stayed for a 2hr massage. So I figured, Im spending double what I intended to spend, so thats a win for them. Well... NO. As soon as I gave him my card, he told me that I needed to pay him a $26 tip. First off.... TIPPING is a matter of choice, and not a mandatory thing you must do. Some people dont have that extra money, and should not be pressured and made to feel bad if they dont. He became very rude and almost shooed me out the door. Thats when I remembered they did the same thing the last time I was there. Needless to say, I wont forget this episode and I wont be back, and Ill never recommend this place to anyone. Their manners and courtesy are all forgotten when you dont tip them what THEY WANT... What a horrible experience...

Everything was ok during the beginning of the massage. It was Father’s Day weekend, so me and my friend took our husbands for a couple massage. They were a bit ruff, and the men thought it was not a good experience, and said they would never come back. Ok at checkout I agree with the other viewers. I’m used to tipping so I gave $5 a piece to each person that did the massages. They bought the money up front, and gave it to the man at the front. I was wondering what was happening, he then ask, how much was your tip, I told him, he then pointed to the screen and told me my minimum tip was 15%. This is insane! Even though I could have told him no, we just paid it to be done. A day later we are all sore as hell. They are ruff!!! I’m not use to a massage feeling this way. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Views are always correct, read the views and go by them!

The massages are good, however I’m leaving bad review because one of the masseuse was sick (Guy with glasses). He was constantly coughing, clearing his throat, and sniffing. He should not be working when he know he is sick and can get others sick. He also was clearing mucus out his throat and spitting in back room sink.PSA: please read lowest star reviews regarding tips. A tip is not mandatory, let people decide if they want to give a tip on their own!

A friend gave me a gift card for my bday in July and I’m just now using it in September. I definitely should have already used this because the foot and body massage was much needed. I didn’t realized how tensed I was until I started getting the massage. The service was A1, and I will recommend it to all of my friends and family. This will be a part of my monthly MUST HAVE!!!

Ms. Lucy has magic in her hands, came in with a crazy neck muscle tension situation. She said “ok” & got right on it, literally. The entire massage was just what I needed, again magic.. Hot stones were the icing on the cake. Best 30Mins. of my month!!

Go see Jerry! This was my second time. First time was pretty good and relaxing. But I needed more this time and Jerry was great.I read a lot of reviews about tipping.This self care is like anything else. List like eating at a restaurant add 15-20% for tipping. This is not unusual. I have been traveling to other sreas for this service, and it is the same there. I am very glad to have a spot so close to home.

I chose to do the full body massage for 60 minutes but the person didn’t adhere to the service because he didn’t do my hands nor feet, as if the were not the body. Strike 1.Also, I told him he was too rough and it hurt, he told me “ no pain, no gain “. Strike 2.When checking out I was using my card and the guy was pressing buttons adding money to charged to my card without asking me and would not let me use the machine in my own, followed by a “ we charge $1 for cards “. Strike 3First and foremost, these people aren’t even licensed massage therapist and it shows nor professional. Forcing people to tip because of what you say but not for the quality of the service. Also, you can’t even relax because they’re trying to up sale you while you’re getting serviced. I’m definitely going to the BBB about this because I’m sick of businesses infringing into neighborhoods and treating us any kind of way.

This place is amazing Ben is a real healer and seems to care about the safety and focuses in on what the body needs. I recommend getting at least 1 hour full body and 30 minutes foot reflexology. The place is clean and professional.

Lets be clear. The massage was great. Foot and body was $130 for two people. Now this is why my 5 star went to a 2. When it was time to pay the attitudes changed quickly. As soon as my card swiped I was presented with a 20% tip sticker stating it would be “appreciated”. I told them I would go to the atm and they basically tried to hound me for the tip right away. Acting as if they didn’t understand and trying to force it on my card saying “that’s not enough” They were very nasty about it. They even tried to ask my spouse for cash. I told them I would go to an atm and they tried to watch and follow me. I explained that a tip is a choice. It took them 5 times to finally agree. This was extremely unprofessional and showed there true character. Will not return.

The massage was good, I will say the guy was very rough , if you like a VERY DEEP massage then go . While , I neither loved nor hated this very deep hard pressure massage .. it left me very sore after ! Checkout was horrible , the guy demanded I pay more tip ! I should have taken the cash tip I gave him and walked away . I will not go back .

Stopped by with wife for the first time as a Christmas gift from her. I had an outstanding experience with this location. Wonderful staff and management. They start the massage with a timer so you know that you will get the full minutes youre paying for. Free hot stone is a plus. What a wonderful treat! Definitely will come back.

The Manager Jerry is very rude. I didnt get my card stamped on my last visit I reminded him of it He didnt want to stamp my card. I asked him to review his camera. He would see I didnt get a stamp. He got very angry and told me not to come back. He eventually stamped my card. But was very angry about it Ive been going here since they started on the bottom floor in 2019, when Chad was there. No worry. I wont come back. Its plenty more places. Also he pressure ppl for a tip. Like its a requirement. You dont know if ppl have the extra money so stop applying pressure for a tip. They charge you a dollar on top of your price before swiping your card. Then the card machine charges you another dollar. I told him what hed doing is illegal. Youre cheating your customers. I will take my money elsewhere. The young female that works there was recording me with her cellphone. The whole entire time I was talking to the manager Jerry.

Headlines: no private parties held here. No v.i.Ps invited....This mall massage parlor was very straight laced. April was really kind. Gentle at first, but then she threw in the perfect amount of pressure. My thigh muscles actually hurt more than my back did.Dressing: i took off everything except my boxers. So right off that bat I knew its wasnt that type of place.Someone else did comment on how feet werent touched? True..to that person..my chest n stomach wasnt touched either.No problems with tip begging. My only minor complaint..a felt a little suffocated as the face hole at bounty papers towels quickly picking up my oxygen.Otherwise if I actually lived in the area...id go back for a normal than most asian massage. OH! First time that I see an actual real young girl do the massage. Usually its the opposite. You see pictures of really pretty asian young ladies and then upon arrival its women in their mid 50s.

Mediocre massage at best; nice people, but I didnt appreciate the 20% suggestion AND how they tried to get over when I paid. I said 20% tip, and that amount of $130 (2 foot massage for 1 hour) is not $30 (what I was charged), but $26. I had to go back and they gave me the $4, but I dont like having to look over receipts with a fine tooth comb and catch people trying to get over. 2 stars for it being clean and then being nice.

NEVER GO HERE!!! The massage left me in pain and when it was time to pay, they wanted to argue about the amount I chose to tip. Hello, a tip is optional, you cannot force customers to tip, especially if they dont feel like you deserve it. When I looked at my bank statement later, they took an additional $5 anyway. NEVER GO HERE!!!

The massage was amazing but what turned me off is a mandatory 15% tip, first of all we are already paying for their services and many people wont even know its mandatory until AFTER they finished. They need to appreciate their customers better

They kept leaving the room and talking on the phone during the massage. When I was out into a room, there were no instructions on what to do. I choose their 60 minute option and was told that I would have had to do a 90 minute option to have the feet worked on? The drapery during the massage wasn’t even professional, just putting the sheet wherever he felt fit. I would not recommend wasting your time here. I’ve worked at MANY massage places previously, this one was not professional at all. I hope they take into fact that people come in to relax, it’s a little difficult when your massage is interrupted by someone on the phone during your massage.

This is my second and last time because this man was literally harassing me for some tip. I didn’t even wait to collect my receipt because of the way he kept asking and when I got home and checked my bank account he took $2 tip without my consent. Never going back there again

I got a full body & foot massage for $90 & it was great! Only complaint is the setup..not enough seclusion. I could hear everyone that came in & every conversation that was had. Hopefully a better build out is coming!

Felt rushed...but the man who did my massage was nice and kept checking to see if I was enjoying it. I didnt have the heart to complain. He had good hands but he was going too fast.

I called before I came and asked if I could combine two reflexology prices to get longer time. I also asked what was the best time to come. They shared that I could come right then. I told them that I would be there within 15 minutes. They also confirmed that I could combine the services. When I got there, 10 minutes later, they said they could only give me 30 minutes because they had too many people coming. I told them I had just called and they had no reaponse for that. Needless to say I left, I was disappointed because going there was the sole purpose of me driving to the mall!!!

I would highly recommend this place! The staff was so nice and the massage was the best I’ve ever had! I will be coming back for sure.

I had a real bad tension headache. Jerry worked on my neck and shoulder muscles to alleviate it. The headache is much reduced and I know Ill be needing his help again.

Only problem I have wit this place is they basically force you to leave a tip a 20% tip at that even if you dont like the massage they will become rude and really try to force you to pay or not let you leave... I think they dont understand what the meaning of a tip is
