Xhale City - Panola Rd CBD Smoke Vape

Came for raw papers and tips, they barely had any tips and NO papers.... Ive never seen a place run out of raw papers..... The people were friendly, but the stock of popular items seem to have disappeared.

The salesman at the counter seems to magically be there every time I go in! He always takes his time with me whether Im showing at 5 minutes after the lunch rush or just 5 minutes before he closes and goes home!

Most of the customer service sucks period. They never have anything in stock. You can tell management treats this door like the red headed stepchild. They always do this to the store in the black community. They will take your money and not care about giving back or even having good service or the products that you need. I AM DONE WITH XHALE. Cloud 9 here I come!

Waste if time and effort. Dont let the 4.7 rating fool you. Either they are reviewing the store themselves or they are paying for reviews. Used to be a great store, now its just taking up space.

I received the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in my life today from Kearstin! She was so sweet, patient, and well informed on numerous products! I went looking one product but left several. I will definitely be returning to this location just to shop with her!

There is always a new face, nobody knows anything about their products, and management does not restock anything period stay away from this place. And theres somebody begging for change outside, which makes it very uncomfortable to make a purchase.

The never have what I’m looking for (Raw Cones) the gas station has a better selection of raw products than they do… they should remove the sign that says “Raw sold here “

You can tell management doesnt care anymore they dont have any of the products that they first introduced you to. This place is terrible like serious and terrible. They have gone all the way down and it doesnt seem like they have any intentions on bringing it back to its glory days.

I wanted to commend the individuals who have poured out their kindness to me at this location. I’m sure it isn’t apparent to anyone at first glance, but doing simple things like shopping are something I truly have to battle with myself with in order to accomplish. I have a traumatic brain injury that manifests itself in a variety of ways, but one of them is that it takes me multiple attempts before I can actually accomplish something as simple as traveling to a store and actually speaking with other human beings. For this reason I might need something but I’ll go without it for a significant period of time before I can overcome my own deficiencies. That being said the people that have helped me at this location have always been at the pinnacle of kindness and gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable without knowing how much it means to me. I’m embarrassed to not know the names of the guys who helped me on 9/25 around 10pm. I was the guy who needed the replacement pod that you only had one that was similar but not the exact one. Firstly it worked like a charm and secondly I know it was just 5 minutes of your time but it means a lot to know that people can be kind and welcoming. May love and light guide your path always if you are reading this.

Awesome experience! Just running in for a normal grab and go but was greeted with the insane customer experience from Juan! I am in management with a high level doctors office downtown and wish some of my employees could have half of what he does. This store is not is the best of locations but ALL the staff that was in at 6 today was so inviting and as if they were excited to see me and it means a lot to someone else who cares so much about customer experience. Someone give Juan a raise! Ps he has a great idea of something that should be sold at all locations! Thank you Juan l

Customer service is trash, asked about more selections and the employee responded with a slick remark instead of just saying when they would restock, however they are never stocked with good selections. What’s the point of having a “rewards” program when they never ask for your number and when you ask they say it’s too late to enter it. I don’t recommend this location at all.

Prices are good here but they are sometimey with the product I buy. Its out of my way to get there so I started calling first to see if it is in stock. The staff will say maybe, and hang up etc. I found another location but Im disappointed. Sometimes you simply cannot buy black and get good service.

This location truly sucks now 😂 I just go to Ellenwood now. Better staff better selection better vibe

The lack of customer service disappointmented me. I come here often and never been so disrespected and dismissed. I was shocked because everyone here is normally so nice. I doubt if Ill return. Ill take this as sign. Thank you for your lack of customer service.

Just bought a vape a few days ago and its out already. Never had this problem with no other vape shop. Was told because I didnt have a receipt it wasnt nothing they could do. 🤬

Hours say they close at 11 p.m. but the doors are closed and locked at 10:30 p.m.?! I drove 25 mins to get there before the closing hours stated on the website for the employees to decide they felt like closing early for some reason today. Inconsiderate for the customers to say the least

I went in knewing semi what I wanted. Everyone was all around pretty great if you ask me. I told them what I needed they pointed me in the direction of help. The guy didnt catch his name understood the assignment and helped me accomplish the mission.

As of Dec 8 545pm, the vibe is trash. There are no signs to let you know that there are no refunds , also the guys don’t care, don’t spend your money here, and if you go look forward to an environment filled with apathetic employees

The selection of delta products wasnt strong enough for me. I tried the 2 different indica brands of vape and just wasnt impressed. But a well stocked shop.

Went here for the 4/20 sell. Bought 4 pack wood 3.5 gram pens and tested them in store, they were fine. We leave the store and within 3, very weak, hits, all 4 pens were burned already. Love the refund policy at these stores…

Nova was by themselves today doing an amazing job of getting everyone checked out despite the store being extremely busy.Very clean store I do wish there were more vape juices to try (although I know disposables are all the rage now).Also I feel the atmosphere would be better with some tunes playing.

Selection of coils is subpar. Dont even have coils for some of the popular Smok tanks. Juice selection is ok. Dont have many replacement parts either. If you want a vape shop that has everything, drive the 15 minutes to Juicy Vapes in Conyers. Its 3x SMALLER with TWICE as much stuff... seriously

I would not come here and spend a $$$ even if I over spend, I just dont appreciatePoor customer services... The girl there at the time didnt give me her full undivided attention because I was asking hard questions about a 4:20sale... They were having a hard time knowing the details, every location told me different things, this place had the worst discounts on the PUFFco brand pipes, I heard other information from other places, and I even called on speaker to ask and they confirmed %25% but she still denied.......Not happy with the way they care for people not willing to spend $300+ on a pipe on 4:20 sale but others they cant stop staring at them hoping they would buy something....

I visit Xhale when visiting atlanta and this location always has a great selection of juice and such a great atmosphere. during my last visit Hannah was extremely knowledgeable on the flavors and the coil selection. they also have a huge selection of wraps and delta 8, definitely going back here when i’m in town!
