As you change into your luxe robe the staff prepares your beverage and you wait in their AMAZING ADORABLE relaxation lounge. No matter the service you have booked, you are treated like royalty. Quiet, cute, relaxing. Definitely a great spot for a quick treat for yourself if you need a few hours to get away. The atmosphere and decor are a mix or rustic and modern but super classy and the refreshment/snack/fruit bar. I booked a massage and a nice tub soak. Totally fell asleep for the massage lol but I felt refreshed after the bath.Shout out to all the staff, especially Karla during the booking process. Happened to have an overlap but she reached out and gave plenty of options that worked for me. I’ll definitely be back.

Nita was delightful and was very attune with whether I wanted to engage in conversation, or just be quiet at times. The hot oil and stone massage on my hands, arms and feet, legs was one of the best parts of my Luxury Mani and Pedi. The oils smelled so amazing.Woodhouse Day Spa is a wonderful retreat. A place you can relax, let the tensions melt away, and forget about whatever. If you dont know if you want this, wonder no more! You do! The whole place is geared for your well-being. I have never felt so pampered and treated with such care. My experience was a delightful dream.

Woodhouse Spa Littleton has always been a wonderful place to receive the best massages services in an environment that provides quiet space to rejuvenate and have time to be still.I have been getting amazing massage services from Kristi Mitchell who has greatly helped me with chronic back pain. She is knowledgeable about body physiology and is very adept at finding and working on the spots that need treatment. She always checks in with me making sure that my needs are taken care relating to muscle/nerve issues, spots that may need more attention, degree of pressure, comfort of the room and temperature and she does a phenomenal job of providing services that I keep returning for that help heal my body. Kristi has an extremely professional and competent presence and loves helping others!

Our experience here is always lovely. Our techs were very nice and fun to talk to. It was nice that she didnt use those painful toe separators. I absolutely loved the Teal Textile polish color so much that my tech found a new bottle that I was able to purchase.

I’ve been here four times now and have loved each experience I have had! Today I had an AMAZING facial done by Jenny. Loved every minute of it. She actually recommended a different service after seeing my skin, which I really appreciated because I left GLOWING!!! My skin has never looked better. I actually booked my next facial with Jenny before even leaving the spa—that’s how good it was!

Everything at the Woodhouse Spa is perfect. It’s a great atmosphere and the staff are all very professional. Kristi is an amazing massage therapist. I have been getting deep tissue massages with cupping therapy, and I have seen a tremendous change in my neck and shoulders that also lasts longer than I’m used to. Highly recommend!

My wife booked me a massage with Sally and it was great! I liked the ambiance of the spa overall but the intuitive massage I received was exactly what I needed to relax. I would definitely go back and visit her again.

I have visited this location many times and can vouch for the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of the treatments, and the overall blissful ambiance. In particular, I highly recommend Kristi for massages - especially if you are interested in cupping, which is a great add-on option for additional relief if youre active or have some chronic issues. Overall, if youre looking for a spa in the Littleton/Denver Metro area, this is the one you want.

It has been about 5 days since my facial with Jenny, and I am already noticing a huge difference in my skin! The products she recommended are magic. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The spa itself is super beautiful with very kind and inviting staff. Would very much recommend if you are struggling with acne!

The services were wonderful!! I was disappointed in the checkout process. I received an email for 20% off two services if I booked during May 29-31. When I called the Littleton location I spoke to two different receptionists who told me that they would make a note of my email offer. Upon checkout, I was told the discount only applied to the Golden location. I wish I’d been informed of that when I called and scheduled my appointment in Littleton.I am editing my review of a few weeks ago on the confusion of my discount. I was contacted by Karla Starr about my review. She was in constant contact with me and offered to provide me with a free service. She was wonderful in making me feel that I was important and my concern was honored. On one hand, I dont want to write this review. You know how when you find an amazing provider, part of you does not want to share her? Well thats Jenny at the WH. Jenny was my aesthetician recently and she was wonderful. Jenny knew what my skin needed immediately. I went in with peeling dry skin and left with lush, full, radiant skin. Beautiful spa. My boyfriend loved his massage, my masseuse could have been better, I asked for a moderate to hard massage and it was very light. It was Ok but not worth the price. I suggest requesting a male masseuse if you want a strong massage? Or just be very clear in your wishes. The heated tables and neck warmers are bliss.

Jenny is the best esthetician and I won’t trust anyone else with my skin! Her hydrafacials are fabulous and if you can treat yourself to the deluxe you will not be disappointed. Not only does she know her stuff about skincare, but she is kind, friendly, and really goes above and beyond. Will definitely continue to see her!

I love going here to pamper myself - typically for massages, but I also treated myself to my first facial at this location with Jenny who is AMAZING. She is super kind, knowledgeable, and seriously made my skin glow. I got some great recommendations for products that also fit my lifestyle (busy mom of 2 with no time to do 8 steps haha).Really appreciate all the tips that Jenny gave and how nice my skin looks even days after the service. Will be going back to see her for sure and 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a stress free experience!

This was the worst message I have ever had. I received a gift certificate for this place and had never been before. When I called to schedule a message I specifically asked if the message started from when I got there or from hands on. I explained that some places deduct time for changing out of your clothes and for the consultation time. I was told the message started when the technician had hands on. I got there on time and was led to the lockers. I couldnt read the locking directions for the lockers because they are posted up high on the door where you cant read them. I had to wait for someone to come and show me how to lock the locker door. Alejandra was my message technician and she proceeded with a consultation. I asked her if the message started when she had hands on or when I got there. She said it started when I got there and I wouldnt get the full 50 minutes. I agreed to add on a cbd oil because I had recently hurt my back. Alejandra said I could take the rest of the bottle home. I told her I liked light to medium pressure. She seemed to have only one pressure - medium to rough. I told her my feet were extremely sensitive - so much so that I had a hard time getting pedicures. She grabbed my feet so hard it hurt. Alejandra was curt, cold and borderline rude. I did not intend to tip but instead of discretely being given a choice for tip at checkout I was asked out loud in front of everyone what percentage I wanted want to leave. Rather than making a scene I gave 10 percent which I now regret. I was charged $25 for the cbd oil and the remaining bottle I got to keep was one of those tiny plastic sample cups you get at Sephora. I had a question after I got my receipt so I waited for the checkout girl to finish with another customer but she just ignored me and left the desk. Another girl asked me if I had a question. So for a 40 minute message the cost was $192.50. I will never go to this place again and wont recommend it to anyone.

I cannot recommend Roosevelt more!!!! His 80 minute deep tissue massage was life changing. I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain and he is magical. Ive had massages at spas all over the US and his was the best Ive ever had. Thank you so much!

Sadly, I have watched this “spa” decline over the years. The franchise has been sold, purchased by private equity and the customer service offerings have declined. I have spent thousands at this spa over the years, and now offered packaged nuts and no wine offerings - a sad 3 tablespoons of a so called Mimosa. The techs are doing their best, but I would not recommend. No value here. Not the tech’s fault - this lies totally on poor management.

Loving the Littleton Woodhouse Day Spa! From the minute you pull in to the parking lot, the ambiance of just the building itself is incredible! After walking in to the spacious front area and being welcomed by the incredible staff, your pampering begins. Once you change into the luxurious robe, you walk in to the beautiful relaxation room, where your requested beverage of choice is waiting for you. Plan on getting there a little early, or staying a little late so you can enjoy the wonderful view, snacks and flavored waters. My person was Patrick, and he was amazing! My lower back seized up the day before, and the only appt I could book was a 50 minute. Patrick asked all the right questions, listened, and provided exactly what I needed in the short amount of time we had. Checkout was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend and definitely be back!

Woodhouse is a beautiful, serene setting that feels like a home. The staff is very welcoming. Halina was kind and gentle and did a beautiful, thorough job on my wife’s manicure. It was comforting to see her pamper my wife.

Incredible! This was my second outstanding experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa in Littleton, Colorado. I was gifted a very generous gift card. Today I indulged in it! And oh boy did I get the 5 ⭐ treatment! Gina was my massage therapist for an 80 min hot stone massage. Very nice lady who was tuned into my needs and tailored the experience to what I wanted and needed. Stephanie was my esthetician for the Illuminating Facial. It was my first experience with a chemical treatment. She was excellent at setting my expectations. She has an very good touch and ethic. She made a couple of product recommendations, but in no way made me feel that I HAD to buy. Now, lets get to Jenny who did my seaweed manicure and pedicure! A funny and happy woman! She really went the extra mile for me! I will certainly be back soon! I truly feel refreshed and relaxed! Even in this Covid world we are all experiencing together! We surprised my sister with a massage for her birthday and the staff here took amazing care of her. They kept it a surprise by ensuring I was on the reservation and welcomed her with a group as she entered that morning!She said it was one of the best spa experiences she’s ever had!

Kristi is our go-to provider for both me and my wife. We are both very active people and she’s the best we’ve found for deep tissue. Only problem is we now fight over who gets to go when she has an opening.

This was my first time at Woodhouse spa, and it was a great experience. Nice atmosphere, clean, friendly staff. I had Michelle J for a massage and scrub/Vichy shower (I highly recommend the Vichy!). She did a great job with both, I will definitely see her again. My only suggestion would be to use warmed lotion for the massage.They have a very nice lounge area with tea and light snacks, and also a nice outdoor area. I’m not sure if the outdoor area was technically open, I did go out there to get some sun and got locked outside in my robe, but no big deal, someone let me back in.Overall a great, relaxing day!

I love it here! I’ve only had nail treatments, but they still make sure you get a true spa experience. It’s pricey, as you would expect for a quality spa, so sadly, my visits to the woodhouse are a rare treat - but one I always look forward to!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful couple’s massage at Woodhouse. The only thing that we both wished for was honey for our tea 🫖 🍯🙃

I had a delightful day at the Littleton Woodhouse! My 50 min massage with Kristi was very relaxing and she was responsive to my requests. The relaxation room is peaceful and comfortable. I love all of the natural light and the big pine trees outside. I was offered a complimentary mimosa. I had read in reviews that those had been removed from the spa, so I was happy to discover that they’ve been added back. The relaxation room also has some packaged snack mixes, nuts, and fresh fruit, along with hot tea and fruit-infused water. No more Nespresso machine, but I think coffee is available by request. The new sandals are more comfortable than the previous ones. Members of the staff were professional and accommodating.After reading some recent negative reviews online, I was very relieved to enjoy the Littleton Woodhouse just as much as I have in the past.

I had a slightly disappointing experience with scheduling and staff communication. I had an appointment for an 80 minute massage, and arrived 30 minutes early as suggested by the staff. I waited in the lounge area for about 45 minutes and went back to the front desk to ask about the wait. They said I didn’t check in, I explained I did and they had walked me back to the locker room and lounge to wait. They went and found the provider, but by the time my massage started it was 20 minutes after my appointment time so they could only do an hour. The massage therapist was apologetic and said there was a computer glitch that resulted in me not showing up as checked in. The massage itself was excellent. I was charged for the hour instead of the 80 minute massage, but was pretty disappointed I couldn’t get the service I scheduled and that I spent almost an hour waiting. I’m a working parent and it’s really hard to get time to myself. I don’t think the price of a 50 minute massage offers the same value as an 80 minute appointment. If customers are late they charge late fees, but I was not offered a discount or any other service to make up for not providing the service I scheduled. They even called my cellphone to ask if I was coming to the appointment, but my phone was in a locker and I was waiting in the lounge, as they instructed me to do.

Woodhouse has never disappointed and I will continue to receive my self care needs (massage, facial, etc) at Woodhouse.

This was my first time at this location of the Woodhouse Spa. I have always loved their ambiance and service. The robe, the area to relax while you wait for your service to start, the non-alcoholic drink offered all went towards making it feel like a really special occasion. And the 80 min massage was top notch. I was also able to shower afterwards and felt great. You are paying for a luxe experience and some might find their rates a tad bit high, but as an occasional treat to one self I am willing to splurge.

Had my first ever luxury pedicure and let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint. I had just finished a very challenging physical week and was in bad shape physically. I called at 10:40 am on a Saturday to ask the impossible—an opening for a deep tissue massage?????? They accommodated me and I saw Joshua. Tremendously helpful, effective, thorough, and therapeutic. He gave me some suggestions for moving forward in my healing. In addition, the atmosphere of the spa is calming and well-appointed. Thank you Woodhouse!

I have been to 3 different Woodhouse Spa locations, and this one may just be my favorite!I love that there isnt traffic in the area, and basically no other businesses around. This Woodhouse Spa also has its own building. These things are a huge pro for me as I dont want to leave and be surrounded by busy people and cars.As far as the decorations, the employees, and the services, it is on par with every other Woodhouse Spa Ive been to. Yes, it is pricey - but this is truly the only Spa Ive ever been to that has felt like a true Spa. Super nice employees, gorgeous place, the robes are soooo comfortable, and you get a complimentary drink such as wine, mimosa, tea... You can also stay in the waiting area for as long as you want to after your treatment, which I absolutely love. I felt so at peace ❤️Today I got the Meditative Mood Soak, and it was better than what I imagined. Getting dry brushed feels extremely nice, and then I was able to bathe for about 10 minutes. After that, I got a 40 minute massage. I was so relaxed that Im pretty sure I fell asleep for a bit at some point 🤭Having been to the South Glenn location before coming to this one, Id say the biggest difference was the waiting area. If you rather have an enclosed space and a candlelight environment, go to the South Glenn location. If you rather have windows to see trees and natural light, come to this one. Both spaces are exquisite!

Definitely a disappointing experience after having been to the Woodhouse Spa in south glenn. The relaxation room was dirty and they didn’t clean up old glasses and messes from clients. From before I got the message to after they still hadn’t cleaned up dirty dishes. They asked if we wanted special drinks but then they forgot to bring them. The massage specialist was okay but the quality didn’t feel as good as other locations. When checking out they didn’t even ask us how our experience was. There’s clearly a different service standard and quality at this location. Won’t be back.

Husband booked two services for me, pedicure and facial to relax post baby. I arrived 5 minutes before appointment as husband was not informed I needed to arrive early. Was treated rudely by front desk and was rushed to changing room and made sure to tell me how many minutes I had left before services begun. Made me feel I didn’t have time to change into robe so I stayed in my clothing. Never offered a beverage. Pedicure was nothing to write home about, did not even get a foot or leg massage ( other than hot stones rubbed lightly). Much better off at normal nail salon for foot massage and for the price. Facial was wonderful by Olga, only reason for two stars.

I loved my experience at the Littleton location for my mani and pedi at the salon. Grace was wonderful and ever so gentle. I totally loved my time with her, warm tea hit mittens, the organic pure products and treats. It was so restful and the atmosphere of the resting lounge with surrounded pane windows was picture perfect to rejuvenate with the sun and snow. Tried Woodhouse twice. I was not pleased. My massage therapist was a no show the first time. The spa did make up for it. My 50 minute massage was only 40 minutes long the second time I went. The therapist was late but didnt make up the time.

I’ve had Michele as my provider twice, and she DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! She’s so sweet and polite, and when it comes to the hard deep tissue I requested, she is a professional. Michele has the best hands!! I came in on my birthday with my husband. I wish they could have little a rewards program for your birthday month or if you actually celebrate your birthday with them like I did, just a customer suggestion :)

Absolute perfection! The whole atmosphere is so relaxing with wonderful amenities. I thought my three services were reasonably priced and every employee I encountered was gracious and welcoming. At no point do you feel rushed or even the slightest bit of discomfort. I was able to enjoy everything at my own comfort level, and enjoy feeling pampered with high quality products and services. I didn’t feel like any products were pushed on me, although I ended up purchasing some anyway because of how much I loved them!! Will definitely be returning here as soon as I can, because of how relaxing and rejuvenating this experience was.

Terrible. I am not the person to complain, and I try to take everything with a grain of salt. But I went there today to get a massage and it was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this location and will continue to tell everyone that I know not to go to this location. Maybe the other locations have better therapists, but if you want to make sure that you are getting a good massage for the money you are spending I would not go to this location. Period.

What a shame. I’d give zero stars if possible. New management lacks knowledge, care and customer service. After a 7 week back and forth debacle regarding whether a service could be provided to a pregnant woman, I was told NO 4 days prior to my massage- reason being: pregnant women can’t lie on their backs for 50 minutes! News to me as this is my 2nd pregnancy, my doctor and her supervisor cleared me for the Shirodhara, and I had asked several other sources. They also provided the service to a friend about 4 weeks ago who is 4 weeks further than me. Strange they offer a prenatal service, but concluded a pregnant woman can’t lie down for 50 minutes. Carla, the manager, didn’t offer anything but confusion and half attempted apologies. I can’t believe they wouldn’t suggest adding pillows to create a reclined position, move the Shirodhara to an upright chair, or do anything at all to make the massage happen. Adding insult to injury, when I told her she could refund my fiancées money (as this was a gift), she hung up on us! The whole experience was a major disappointment. Knowing first hand other pregnant women have done the Shirodhara and then being told I couldn’t, I could, no I couldn’t, was such a roller coaster. The whole situation was unprofessional. And their customer service…awful.

Very disappointed in this experience for a couple massage for my wifes birthday. After the excellent (albeit expensive) experiences at the South Glenn location, we decided to try the Littleton location. Unfortunately the experience was night and day. It starts when you walk in the door - to no warm greeting (this review is a direct comparison to the South Glenn location). The lady that greeted us didnt see positive or overly enthused about her job. Offering a glass of champagne or wine though was a very nice touch (South Glenn doesnt do that). We were then offered to change into a robe and slippers - or not. That seemed very odd for a massage, especially in a whats supposed to be a classy place. After opting for the robes, we were shown where the waiting room was. This room is like a green room with many windows facing outside. Unfortunately theres no real view (its a business park) and the windows were filthy. The ceiling was marked up and cracked, one of the beverage tables was completely stained with spills, and the area very uninviting. South Glenns experience is in a room with dimmed lighting, amazing ambience, and serene music. You could put your feet up on one chair - that was already taken - and the rest were regular chairs. Most at South Glenn had ottomans to put your feet up. There was no clear place to see where just water was available. We were told it was there but it was not easily discernable. And it looked like it was simply from an automatic machine. When our masseuses came to greet us, mine introduced himself and was very friendly. My wifes was very rough-around-the-edges and didnt look to be dressed properly - as if she was filling in at the last second for someone. I was told she wasnt very friendly either. It seemed as if she didnt really like her job... They started to lead us into different rooms, which I immediately questioned since I had booked a couples massage (same room). I was also contacted about 5 times leading up to the appointment to confirm we would be attending so I would assume they were very familiar with what I had purchased. My masseuse said hed check and said it may be a while then because the couples rooms were not ready. I said thats fine and that I can reschedule if need be. After checking, they came back and said they had a room almost ready and apologized for the mistake. The room was much less inviting than the South Glenn location. It was a very plain room with no music at all when we arrived. At the beginning of the massage, there was music put on and I was asked about the pressure I would like - my wife was not asked that at all. That should be the very first thing asked of a client before a massage. So I told my masseuse I wasnt a fan of deep tissue and pointed out one area on my heel that was sensitive and asked him not to touch that. I will say one thing here: if you have a crique in your wrists or arms or if you have hair on your arms, thats not very conducive to giving a massage. It was a bit unpleasant for sure. I absolutely do not intend to be crass here but Im just stating a fact - and given we paid over $600 for this experience, I was a bit irritated. I wont go into the rest of the massage other than to say it WAS a deep tissue massage and the order and flow of the massage seemed very odd. Id never experience a massage like this. I found out from my wife that not only did she have a very similar experience, her masseuse actually didnt massage one of her legs! She apparently missed a spot! Given what we paid for this experience and what we had experienced before at the South Glenn location, this was extremely disappointing and almost - almost - comical. Good luck to those of you who will choose this location in the future. I hope it works out better for you than it did us.

This is a beautiful spot, my sons girlfriend gave this to me for my birthday! What a gift wow!! Im pretty sure she must love me!This spa is very clean and comfortable, my experience was so good that I didn’t want to leave! It’s was a drive for me, but well worth it!! I had a massage and facial so nice honestly The women were the best at there jobs.I can’t say enough, the staff is very nice and professional, the room you wait in is out of this world, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks, books, magazines comfortable couches and chairs, the view is so relaxing! You must go and experience this absolutely stunning spa!!!

Ive been going to Woodhouse Southglenn for 10 years and booked here because Southglenn didnt have any availability the day I needed. I will just say this experience was subpar for a Woodhouse Spa. Dirty drink ware all over the relaxation room, my guest was asked if she wanted a flavored sparkling water and then no one brought it to her, no one asked how our massage was after the service, and if you care to know, the massage was mediocre at best. Pretty bummed about this experience. I think Ill stick to Southglenn...

My fiance and I just had a duet massage here. It was absolutely amazing! I had never had a massage before and was unsure of what to expect. This place set the bar for all my future massages. Michelle was assigned to me, and she did an incredible job (thank you, Michelle!). The pressure was perfect, and I felt so incredibly relaxed. One of the best things about our massage experience was that we werent rushed around. We were allowed to spend as much time in the relaxation room as we wanted, which made unwinding after the massage so peaceful. Thank you!

I love love love the Woodhouse. The location in Littleton is super beautiful and welcoming. The amenities are amazing, and I look forward to wearing robes, drinking beverages and hanging in the relaxation room post-pandemic concerns.If you are considering a massage, go and book it right now. I see Heather T multiple times a year because of consequences from a neck injury. She is a lovely and warm human and SUPER talented. She mixes relaxation with results every time. Worth every penny!!! Highly recommend deep tissue or back, neck and shoulders with her.

The front staff member was so attentive! I loved my facial with Melanie- it was so relaxing! My massage was not good. It felt like my massage therapist was going through the motions and she didn’t add pressure. My face feels refreshed, my body feels like it was not worked on. Go for the facial and spa experience! Save money and skip the massage

(Update below) Very disappointed even after a month. We arrived as a 1st-time massage receiver and someone recovering from a head injury looking for relaxation, but walked away more upset than relaxed. We were rushed, charged extra without consent, and bruised for several days after! If I werent injured, maybe I wouldve remembered to request a refund at the time of billing. As a frequent massage-receiver, I wouldve liked to go back, but I WILL NOT under these conditions. The receptionists, facials, and decorations were nice.Update: the staff were ammenable to my dissatisfaction for a 2nd visit and the same provider was not fully satisfactory.

The atmosphere at The Woodhouse makes you feel like you are at a faraway mountain retreat, not in the middle of Littleton! I absolutely loved the cozy relaxation lounge with their fuzzy blankets, beverages, magazines, plush seating, and fireplace. I could have (and was welcomed to have) stayed all day after my services; it felt so inviting. I was so relaxed during my facial and massage that the time seemed to fly by. I was highly impressed by each of their staff members from start to finish, and the small touches of luxury throughout. Thank you for a great birthday pampering! Ill most certainly be back.

So Ive been to this location and the South Glenn location. My experience at South Glenn was much better. I was not impressed with the front desk staff, when going into the spa, I want some friendliness and warmth and unfortunately she was very robotic. Just going through the motions is how it seemed. Even when I went to check out I wanted to tip cash and she was very awkward about it. She told me she couldnt give me change and I said ok and then she told me she would seal the envelope. Normally this wouldnt seem weird but Im wondering if theyve had issues with people under tipping in the past? Ive been to other high end spas and if they have an 18 or 20% tip minimum they will tell you in your confirmation email and/or verbally tell me at check out. Im not sure if this is why she was acting weird about it but it was uncomfortable and I tipped 30% so Im not sure why there was concern. I think this location is lacking confidence in their communication with customers. I would have preferred someone who could confidently tell me about their cash tipping policies as opposed to what I received.

They charge a lot here for the experience but the experience was not worth it in my opinion. There is just a lounge with trail mix. No sauna, hot tub, or steam room to enjoy before or after. Message was decent but I had to ask multiple times for more pressure and then she would just dig her elbow into me. I get a professional massage several times a month and can certainly tell the difference. This was more of a body rub to me not a massage. I also had to wear my mask the whole time and felt like I was suffocating. I wish I could give a better review but I was expecting a little more for the cost.

I had the best experience with this spa. Not only were they able to get me in last minute but the service at check in was fabulous. Paula and the other girl working were just knowledgeable and kind. The facility was super clean and relaxing. It also helps that Hershey kisses are in bowls everywhere! :) Then I met Mareena. What a wonderful, lovely, happy nail specialist. She gave the best recommendation and made the experience perfect. I love my nails and the shoes I bought as well as the lip product. I will go back and I truly recommend this fabulous spa!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Lauren at woodhouse day spa. She was just the best and I would highly recommend! Lauren went above and beyond with my service and making sure all my skincare needs where met. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The hydra facial is a revolutionary treatment and I have never had cleaner skin, it is still glowing hours later! My fine lines even look better :) She took time to talk to me about my needs and suggested a solution for each. She really went above and beyond during my service and I will be back to see her and get another facial! Overall, it was great!

Not kidding like Teddy Rosseevelt the US President. This gentle giant was expert level massage 80 minute deep tissue. Total professional and what a great character of a guy! I told him Teddy Roosevelt’s most famous quote was “Carry a big stick and speak softly”! We had a good laugh! Great job Roosevelt see you next month!!

I love my visits to Woodhouse Day Spa! If you want to be pampered and have the most lovely pedicure then for sure schedule with Chloe. To be fair, I do love Kelsey too,.. they are both exceptional. The reception ladies are always so pleasant and welcoming. Why not enjoy a glass of wine or champs while you relax?! Very serene atmosphere and clean.

I’ve come to this spa several times (this is what I always ask for for my birthday or Christmas or Valentine’s Day from my love) and every time I’m left in awe. This place is absolutely incredible! The massages are great, the facials couldn’t be better, and every type of pedicure they offer are different and so so so enjoyable! The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is to die for! Honestly, if they’d let me move in, I would. I can’t say enough about this Woodhouse

My wife recently took me here for a surprise massage. I have been to several spas in the area but Woodhouse is the only “true spa” I have been to.From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly faces. They were prompt to show us to the locker rooms and then guided us to the waiting area with a glass of wine.The whole experience was top notch and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a massage.

Overall I had a great experience at the woodhouse spa - my only criticism is related to safety. My husband so kindly booked me a prenatal massage in my 3rd trimester. My massage was going great until my masseuse told me to lay flat on my back. I wasnt thinking about it and went along with it. Shortly after, I began feeling clammy, sweaty, nauseous - like I was going to pass out. Pregnant women past the 2nd trimester should never lay flat on their back as this can press on major vessels and cause circulation issues for mom and baby. I asked to switch to lying on my side and felt better quickly. Just a heads up to any preggo ladies looking to get a massage, dont let them have you lie on your back!

My review and overall feelings are mixed. While my actual 80 minute massage with the therapist was fantastic, the facilities and customer service was lacking. The waiting/relaxation room had uncomfortable seating and was cold. It wasnt attended to-there were abandoned drinks everywhere. There were no towels in the bathroom with which to shower-had to ask for one. There was another guest who was struggling with her locker and asked me for help. When I couldnt figure it out, I went in search of someone. I found two workers and told them of the problem, to which they replied that they were just therapists, and didnt know how the lockers worked. They didnt even offer to go and get help from the front desk people. Lame. I would go back just for the particular therapist I had, but not for the overall experience.

The staff were so friendly and professional, and the manager Sophia went out of her way to ensure our party was able to have the services we requested aligned together. She truly went above and beyond. I never write reviews, but thought this one was warranted because it was the best customer service I have received in a very long time! The quality of our services was also more than amazing. Thank you Woodhouse Littleton for a truly memorable experience!

Wonderful ambience. I had a full day package (massage, facial, pedicure, lunch) and it was amazing. All the therapists that worked on me did a phenomenal job. The only *negative* thing I can say for the place is that there were a few cleanliness items that should have been addressed for the upscale spa like nature of the place. For example, in the womens locker room, the toilet paper rolls were placed on top of the empty roll, there were no seat covers, and the hand towels were empty on a few occasions when I went in. Really though, you dont go there for the locker room, you go for the services and those were amazing. I just think if you are going to an upscale spa place like this, those are things that should be addressed.I Saw Dana for my massage, Chazette for my facial, and Jasmine for my pedicure. Ask for them!!

Completed an eighty minute Mellow Mama prenatal massage and it was absolutely heavenly. Sebastian was the masseuse, during the start of the massage I had an awful attack of heartburn/acid reflux while on my stomach he helped get me comfortable enough to continue the massage. Being due any day now everything makes me uncomfortable. With this massage I was able to fully unwind and get some pain relief and get in a mini nap in. All of the staff at the spa were incredibly friendly and super helpful from start to finish that is from booking the appointment, checking in, waiting for the services to start, and checking out from the services. They are amazing! I recommend them through and through for your spa needs!

This location is beautifully decorated. The sitting/waiting area is perfect. There are plenty of seating options, which make it comfortable and relaxing. There was delicious tea, Nespresso coffee (our favorite) snacks and sweets.My husband and I received a duet massage. The room was plenty big! It wasn’t claustrophobic but it wasn’t oversized. I had Michelle and she was wonderful!! We had a 50 minute massage which is never long enough, but I felt completely satisfied when my time was over.My husband had a male masseuse (I apologize, he can’t remember his name). He said he stretched his neck in a way he never had had done before and it was awesome!! He has a lot of tension in his neck and has received a lot of massages. So, what a compliment!Overall, it was VERY expensive but I think the atmosphere and great masseuses made it worth it. I wish we were told to arrive 30 minutes ahead so we could relax with tea or our drink before hand and enjoy the place more for the money or the option of using a sauna. We were however, given plenty of time to relax after. So, we appreciated that! We will definitely be back!Oh! The front desk women were great too!

Nice atmosphere and great service. I sighed a breath of relief seeing all the service providers wearing masks. However, would feel much safer if they enforced masks for customers as well or asked to see proof of vaccination, particularly when 8 people in a small room are together such as with nail services.

Such an amazing experience! I did the lazy days renewal and loved it. The relaxation room before hand is wonderful, the treatment was incredible, and the spa itself is so clean and beautiful. All of the staff are so incredibly friendly and make you feel really comfortable!

Overpriced pedicure. Only thing different from a regular nail shop is that it’s twice the price. Same type of environment with chairs lined up next to each other and same pedicure process. Not “spa like” or “luxury”.

Really unfortunate experience recently at the Littleton Woodhouse Day Spa. I had an appointment at 10:00am and received a phone call the morning of at 8:00am asking if I could come in at 9:00am because they had a staff person call off last minute. I rushed in and in return was treated like it was my fault for them being short on time. My manicurist was rushing through the appointment and kept checking her clock. She mentioned several times that we were short on time. I was not offered a drink even though I had time in between my two appointments. My next appointment, a facial, was not a good experience. She made no attempt to connect with me or share what items she was applying to my face. It was just not a memorable or enjoyable experience that you pay a high price for. Will not be returning.

I had a great experience from start to finish. I went to celebrate Valentines Day a little late with my Fiance and did the Duet Message. Leanne and Matt were great massage therapists who knew what they were doing. We also had a smooth check in and help finding the locker room from Chanice. I would use this spa in the future!

Most overpriced basic massage I have ever gotten. Masseuse lacked personality and was not impressed with her massage and personal energy.

3-4 stars due to price and a few minor issues, but the massage was very good. I had received a gift certificate for an 80min sleep massage ($142) value) and booked it. When we got to the room I told the masseuse it could handle very hard pressure and actually preferred it so..... instead of just doing the original massage with rough pressure she went and told the desk to change it to a deep tissue massage (which I never actually said i wanted just that hard pressure was good for me) deep tissue costs more so when she went and told the front desk they changed it. Needless to say when checking out I was surprised I had to pay an extra $20 . They should have warned me thats what they were doing before especially since knowing this was a gift card payband Especially all I said was I really can handle rich pressure so not to be afraid of hurting me. What if I couldnt afford that extra? It was a gift after all.The place is very nice, and clean but due to covid no extras like the fruit waters, use of robes, masks on all the time (even when laying face down, etc.This alone shouldve made up for the price difference since you dont really get all you should thats included in the prices. I only left a $20 tip because of this and ib am usually a VERY GENEROUS TIPPER.

This is a nice day spa. We had a couples massage. Both massage therapists greeted us in the lounge and discussed our massage needs. The couples room was private with adjustable lighting and amenities. We have already booked a second session.

My go-to Day Spa for the Highlands Ranch area. Love Corey the Nail Tech, she does amazing work! The relaxation room is nice with a shabby-chic feel and snacks and drinks. There are complimentary beverages upon arrival and everyone is super friendly! I always have a great time when I go to the Woodhouse Littleton.

The discovery facial should be renamed the discover your wallet facial. There were multiple requests during the facial to upgrade, which was annoying. The worst was that I brought my daughter for her first facial ever and when we went to check out there was over $60 of facial up charges and they never even asked her if she wanted. I guess they figured she was just a teenage and they could take advantage. Shame on you Jennifer! You know better.The front desk staff kindly refunded the difference and the spa is beautiful, but there are more professional places with better business ethics out there.

Had a lovely opportunity to experience the The Woodhouse Day Spa - Littleton. This is possibly the most beautiful day spa in Colorado. Amazing facilities, lots of parking on a wooded property, and very friendly and professional staff. This is THE spot to consider for a bachelorette, birthday or any celebration. Or just because you need a little recharge. Highly recommended!

If you are in need of a deep tissue massage, I definitely recommend adding the hot stones and making your appointment with Sebastian. This was THE BEST massage Ive ever recieved. I dont live in CO, unfortunately, but if I did he would be my go to massage therapist.

The view from the outdoor patio is delightfull and helps with relaxing. The spa is clean and friendly on top of making you feel special and welcomed. It is a beautiful spa that I truly enjoy and would recommend to others when they need to spoil themselves.

Bought my wife face cream for her birthday. It was for oily skin and not dry skin. She tried to exchange it but was at the wrong store. So she drove across town and they would not exchange it because it was outside the 30 days by 1 day. We will never spend our money at this place again. So if you buy something as a present make sure the birthday is within 30 days. I asked when I bought it if she could exchange it and they did not mention the 30 day policy. The receipt also does not say anything about the 30 day policy.

Was there for Interview, place is visibly amazing! Nice relaxing atmosphere. Manager & Lead Massage Therapist are very personable, informative, with nice smiles that always puts one at ease.

I would describe myself as a spa junkie. I am very picky about ambience and treatments. I have visited over 25 spas all over the US and most of these are destination spas. I have tried many of the day spas around Denver, but have never found one that I liked that much. The Woodhouse at Southpark has all the details covered. You are in spa mode from the moment you walk in. Treatments are reasonably priced and are excellent. Appreciate that they also do a frequent buyer and referral bonus program. Absolutely the BEST!!

They are way to concerned about getting a credit card then booking an appointment. They didnt even try to make sure a new customer would even try any of the Spas. The SouthGlen store was great. Another customer mentioned she got the worse massage at the Littleton store.

The Woodhouse spa in Littleton is like heaven. The staff is friendly and guest oriented. The facility is clean and offers a relaxing spa experience. I will go no where else in Denver. The menu will fit any spa goers needs.

This was my favorite location but the last two out of three massages have been terrible—with people who were unpleasant and stress-inducing. I feel like I took $300 and wasted it. So disappointing.

LOVE this quiet, relaxing oasis tucked away in an unexpected location. Ive had massages, facials and nail services and highly recommend them all! Cant wait to go back

It was a fine experience. But when you’re spending this much money it should be an amazing experience. My facial technician was very chatty and made it very hard to relax and enjoy the procedure.

I did a half day spa package and it was superb. The ambiance is tranquil and it’s easy to forget that you’re in the middle of Littleton. I had a facial, massage and pedicure and it was a wonderful experience.

Nice place. Relaxing. Stuff is ok. I would say it’s a little pricey for the quality. Had a manicure and pedicure done. Won’t come back.

I really enjoyed my services and service providers were amazing! Although the front of house staff possibly manager (?) was kind of an abrupt and sometimes off putting person to deal with when I got there and when I checked out. But the service providers will definitely keep me going back!

Massage was fabulous. Facial was great. Pedicure was okay. Front of house needs to follow through when there is an issue. Disappointed with customer service.
