After my visit today I felt compelled to write a review. Thank you. Doc and the team are knowledgeable, honest, and truly kind. I’ve shopped around at different stores and theirs is truly an underrated gem. I will be a customer for life!

I cant even to express the BLESSING you guys were to me.I stumbled across this shop the other day. When I went in there, I fell in love with the set up and design. Like a fine boutique :)I was taken back by their prices IMMEDIATELY.During my time scoping their shelves for the lowest price or deal, I over heard the clerk talking to a customer. He explained how they source their products and how their employees are able to live with good wages. He explained some GREAT things happening for the employees of Kraken Abbys.That customer would make his purchase and leave.My turn to approach the counter.I almost couldnt speak because I was so ashamed that I couldnt afford to get my product and pay for this great cause.I explained that I was on a budget and used to paying a certain price. In all reality, I shouldnt have been in there to begin with. I had lost my job two months prior. The holiday seasons were rough.We got to talking and sharing stories. I felt a bond forming at this time.The clerk wasnt the clerk, but was actually the owner of the shop.His name is (Doc) and he and his wife are incredible nice people.He gave me a generous discount.I Made my purchase and we proceeded to swap stories and laugh.On my way out, I was gifted one more BLESSING 🙌.You have no idea what that meant to me during this dark time.You know what they say,A happy customer is a loyal customer 👏Thank you Doc

Prices are literally 50% higher than the shops near my home down the street which are themselves 50% higher than online. The product I wanted was basically triple the cost of online prices at the consumer level. Nope.

Always a treat to visit this local shop. The owner is incredibly kind if you get a chance to meet him.

Ive been to vape stores across the state . Their prices are crazy high!! On average 10.00 higher than the other shops..

Great customer service but thats about it. Their prices are crazy high. Thats not a huge problem I still come in when I really need to pick up a disposable but stuck at work and cant drive far. However they discontinued some of their best brands like TYSON and their newer brands like MOTI are trash and a slap in the face to the customers. Go elsewhere and save yourself 50% of the cost while getting much better selections.

Great staff who is very helpful! The owner is so personable, takes the time to get to know his patrons! And his cat is beautiful and friendly to everyone.

Dan has been there every time I’ve gone in, and every time he’s always been welcoming and friendly and been more than willing to answer any questions/help find the right product for me. I was so impressed with my experience, that I’ve brought others to this store. It’s clean and tidy, and has just a good vibe overall. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! I was looking to get into the nearest vape shop, as I was having trouble with my batteries. This place was nearby so I decided to give it a shot. Instantly loved it when I walked in! The atmosphere is great, and the staff gave me such a warm greeting! And there is an adorable cat on staff! :) They were able to answer every single question I had, and they even charge their batteries for the customers before selling them! I originally wasnt intending to buy juice, but I saw they had a wide selection and lots of flavors and brands that I havent seen anywhere else. And let me tell you, the owner has a great taste for it! I barely just started to describe what I like, and he handed me a tester that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It is the closest thing Ive found to my favorite (now discontinued) juice. Come to find out, he actually created the flavor! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and they arent pushy like most shops. I am glad I happened to be driving by when my batteries malfunctioned, because this will be my new place!

This shop is near where I live. Usually I would go to them. But after seeing this sign on their door I think thats ridiculous. You are not protesting anything you are stopping your customers from coming to you. This does nothing to protest anything it just loses you money.

Hunter and team always go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. They are accommodating, knowledgeable and always welcoming. I was pretty stressed when I relocated here to Littleton and could no longer order a specific brand directly . When I couldn’t find said brand in other shops, Hunter really went out of his way to find and make something work for me! Forever grateful. Forever a customer.

This is the first vape shop I walked into when I moved to Colorado last April. They are personal and friendly. They have a true desire and intention to help and get to know you. They have a great line of house juices (Immortals), great selection and willing to order what the customer is looking for. If I could give them a hire rating I absolutely would! Ive been to a few Vape shops before and hands down, the best shop in town. And I dont say that lightly. From everything to setting up my mod (a mod I purchased online), to a great selection of juices, and to replacement coils. They even gave me an awesome deal on a new mod. Doc and his crew are great! And on top of the great customer service, they are MILITARY friendly! Definitely worth it to drop by and try their selection. They cover all of my Vaping needs. Thanks guys. They definitely made a lifetime customer.

Wish I could give this place a better review. Nice employees, nice and tidy shop, however, terrible business practices. NOTE: No returns/refunds on shady disposable vaporizers, products that cost merely cents for the business to attain. I was essentially robbed of an hour of labor. Maybe if their products were authentic I would be a little more forgiving. & no, I don’t want a “good deal” on another one. Every business person knows that recurring sales are 9000% more important than one-time-sales. Good luck. Won’t be returning.

These guys, particularly the owner, Doc, are the best! Helped me out when i needed it most, always have top notch juices and deals, check them out!!-Update-This place never seizes to amaze me. This place is the absolute best shop Ive ever been too. The employees are nice as all hell everytime and they have some of the best customer service around. 10/10. They definitely have my repeat business. On top of all that, they have the best house juice around. Keep kicking ass guys 🤙

This is a great vape shop! I was helped by knowledgeable staff and picked out the right device and juice for me. I was pleased with my purchase from day one. About 3 weeks later I had some problems with my device. I took it into the shop and they proceeded to troubleshoot the device. They found a problem with the device and replaced it no questions asked. I will continue to use this vape shop as my single source for coils and juice.

The employees here are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. (If the cats in there, shes cool too. :) )They always seem to have something new to try. Sometimes youll like it, sometimes maybe not for you, but give it a go. Ive found a couple of unexpected goodies just by trying a couple new ones out.Oh, and they have the best prices on liquids Ive found so far, since they normally have the larger bottles.Its pretty close for me, but even if its a bit longer drive for you, I think youll find it worthwhile. Give them a go.

Tyler and Doc are friendly, know a lot about the products. If youre lucky, they have a super sweet shop cat.. and shes hypoallergenic!! Rewards program is another plus to this awesome store.

Hands down best Vap shop!!!! These guys have the best juices out there. And cant say enough about how they take care of their clients. Had purchased a Vap a few months back that suddenly died on me. When I went into the shop today the owner went above and beyond anything I expected and replaced my unit with a better one. No questions asked just apologized. If your looking for a shop that you can trust and to be treated more like family, than stop wasting your money and time with all the other places.

Not only do these guys have the best flavors around, their level of customer service is incomparable. I had an issues with a coil from a manufacturer, and while that wasnt their problem, they helped make things right & gained a loyal customer in the meantime. Huge thank you to the guys there that helped me out!

Been coming here since day one. Doc and his crew are the best around. Helpful beyond compare and always make sure the customer is first. Great shop, definitely the only one in Littleton I go to.

After being a loyal customer for several months and leaving a positive review (the owner asks his customers to leave him five star reviews), I eventually ran into repetitive problems with the shop owner keeping inventory in stock. Having had enough, my boyfriend (not I) left a negative review voicing his frustrations with this shop. The owner basically responded with a message inviting us both to shop elsewhere (despite the fact that I have never expressed a negative opinion regarding this store). After a hellish week, I stopped by this conveniently located store in the hopes that the shop owner would treat me with the same respect I had shown him. Instead I was refused service and scoffed at and told to leave.This owner has no idea what customer service or respect looks like. I will never return to this shop and I strongly discourage anyone else from shopping here if you want to be treated with dignity (not to mention the fact that they probably wont have your juice in stock half the time...)

This place is awesome. Doc, the owner is the most friendly shop owner ive meet to date. One thing that i really like about them is that they really focus on one, their customers, and two, damn good juice. I love to hang oout here and just chat. Definitely a place to look into, no matter how far you are from the shop!

This is my favorite vape shop. A few weeks ago, they helped me fix a leaking tank instead of just trying to sell me a new one like White Horse did. I love all of the flavors, none of them taste like perfume which is a problem at many stores. They have a good customer rewards system. They are passionate and knowledgable about the products they sell. They have have a wide selection of products and will be honest in helping you find something that works for you, instead of just up-selling the expensive stuff.

This is my go to vape shop! Always very helpful and informative! They also work with me when my daughter is in the car. Hunter came out and helped me. My Novo went out and he took the time to explain why and gave me a recommendation on a new device! Best Vape Store in Littleton in my opinion.

5 months of a new cigarette free life and I cant be happier. Over the years I tried over and over to quit without any success, until I met Doc & Hunter. These two took the time to find exactly what I wanted, when they could have easily just made a quick buck, and made coming into the shop a truly special experience. Needless to say these guys are honest, kind and genuine in their desire for your well-being. I dont know if I could have done it without their professional and yet homely welcome.

I’ve been coming to this shop the day they opened and would only go any other shop if I had no other choice. Employees are super relaxed cool people and knowledgeable. Prices are totally reasonable. I highly recommend this shop. They remember their regular customers by name.

Doc and Hunter always treat you well and are up front about everything in the store. They answer all the questions honestly and have great prices! Check them out even if the drive is a little longer than your normal vape store. Its worth the distance!

Absolutely loved their Puff Plus selection most shops hardly have disposables and i only use the puff brand and you can tell they strive to have every flavor in stock! This is definitely my new puff shop!!

The owner of this shop is incredibly friendly, and super accommodating. Even gave a discount for calling a state senator regarding the ridiculous flavor ban. I wanted to give five stars, but unfortunately something happened that nearly put me off trying to quit cigarettes (this was my first stop trying to get back into it after 5 years away).Since it had been so long since I vaped last I took every suggestion given, but found the hit I was getting from his suggestions incredibly harsh. Figured it was just my throat getting used to vaping again, but 4 days later was still just...bad, and I was getting actual juice in my mouth. After looking at the coil I realized it said I should be using 100-120 Watts, but was told by the owner to start at 75 and gradually move up to 85.Not sure if trying to vape so far under the wattage suggested for days ruined the coil, or if it was just a dud from the manufacturer. A different vape shop convinced me it was a good tank, and suggested a new coil rather than new tank. Holy hell the difference is night and day!! So much better!!I have no doubt, if the wattage suggested was the cause, it was absolutely unintentional. The owner was just too good of a guy. But still, almost made me say screw it and go right back to cigarettes. This is a 9/10 review more than a 4/5.

I dont live in the general area but was stopping by the King Soopers and was in the need for some e-juice. The owner was awesome and made his own juice Immortal Olympus and it was amazing. Ill definitely make the drive back out to come back.The samples that they offer are actually good, and offer the full effect of vaping.Definitely found my new e-juice store.

Best vape shop ever, amazing policies, super friendly, and makes you feel at home the second you walk in! The owner is one of the kindest gentleman and does the best he can to make sure ur happy with a smile on ur face while you walk out of the store. i recommendation this store more than anything!

Im not easily impressed, and really wasnt expecting much when we walked in (its another vape shop), but Kraken Abyss is AMAZING! Their staff is educated, knowledgable and eager to help. The owner, Doc, did everything he could to both explain the whole switching from cigarettes to vape process, while saving us as much money as he could. My husband and I have done our homework, and fully expected to spend at least $250 on just the mods, but were out the door for under $140, including refill fluids. At the same time, he was friendly, encouraging (for us to stop smoking) and ultra professional - while being a cute, super bright, long haired guy making sure he didnt talk down to or over anyones head. I have to admit, my first vape pen didnt work right. I took it back the next day, they checked it over, found the problem and fixed it. But, it still wasnt quite perfect, so they replaced the whole thing, including refilling it with liquid and making a slight modification to the mouth piece, to make using it more comfortable for me. All at no charge, with a great attitude and the same friendly professionalism as they had when they were selling and taking our money. Cost ☆, Product selection ☆, Quality ☆, Knowledgable staff ☆, Professionalism ☆... Wish I could give them an extra stars for convenience, phenomenal customer service and an all around great experience.UPDATE: Its been several months and I stand by my original review, and impression, of Kraken Abyss! Over time Ive got to know the staff and I have to say, theyre even better than I originally thought. They have went above and beyond for my husband and me - helping save us money and with any issues with mods, fluids and everything else that has come up, encouraging (but NOT bagering us) to quit smoking and just being an amazing, friendly place to do business with. Businesses like this, and the people who work there, are an asset to our community.

I have not vaped in almost 5 years and the hardware I purchased prior to this visit kept breaking (Juul & PHIX) on me which totaled a small fortune so I decided to take the leap back in to getting a Mod. This being my first visit and lacking knowledge on the up to date equipment I had a lot of questions and quality concerns. The two guys that helped me were so patient. The didn’t force or pressure me in to anything. I left there feeling fully educated on mods tanks, juices and coils. Best experience ever. I will be back.

I cannot stress enough how much I love this shop!I have tried vaping before, but this time I got it right with Kraken Abyss.Doc truly cares about his customers. Every time we go in, he remembers our names, he remembers what we are there for, what we like, and most importantly; he is truly passionate about helping people put cigarettes down for good.I never thought that I would walk in to a vape store and feel like I was in a lounge. That is exactly what this store feels like. It is comfortable, it is friendly, the environment is inviting, and the customer service is HANDS DOWN the best Ive received.I believe if more shops followed their business model, then vaping would be widely accepted and appreciated light-years ahead of where it is now.Also, we give Doc grief all of the time. We have been given a run for our money by other shops, and were determined to not be taken advantage of again. I went here after buying a vape at another place. I had gone through 3 coils in as many weeks. I was very frustrated, ever since my first time in Kraken Abyss I felt they were the best to go to for help. They took apart by reservoir and fitted me with a new coil as well as educated me about my device.If you need great pieces on juice or help with a device or buying one I HIGHLY suggest going to those guys. Not only is the owner hands on and knowledgeable his staff is as well. The shop is clean and very friendly Ive never been more happy with a shop like this before. The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and made my first experience with vaping a pleasant and encouraging one. I told them what I normally smoke and they took it from there - setting me up with everything I need to help me kick cigs for good. This is the only vape shop I’ve been going to for a while now. They have a great juice selection and every time I go there is new juices. They have the most friendly staff and the owner is one of the coolest, most down to earth people I know. It’s always an enjoyable experience conversating with the staff and the people that shop here. Many of you are new to vaping such as myself so I did what I believe a majority of beginners do, start with online research TJ find the best price, best product and ultimately what will work best for you. The problem is everyones different, very few self called gurus online actually dont know a dang thing about what your trying accomplish. Long story short and $250 dollars in store bought products with no support and what I can only explain as a sh***** vaping experience a good friend referred me to Doc. I like that when I called I actually got a live body that instead of the usual just come in response Doc spent sometime getting to know me to ensure vaping was even right for me. Secondly when I arrived the store had a comfortable feel and no pressure to buy there was a genuine feeling that they cared more about educating me and finding a product that what was right for me. Went in after not being able to for a few months and the owner and employees not only recognized me and my wife, but recalled what we preferred for flavors and nicotine levels! Ive never had a better experience anywhere else, and intend to come here for all my vaping needs.

They sold me a box of empty pods, and when i tried to return them for a full box, they questuoned my honesty and made it difficult to get a refund. After they they have been extremely rude. I would reccomend white horse vapor, they have amazong staff and amazing products.

I have been to may different vape shops and all are just trying to make a sale and put money in their register. All those shops sold cheap products, and when I arrived at Kraken Abyss the owner Doc was amazing. I told him my previous experiences and requested to try the K4 vape pen. He allowed me to try it and I loved it. I have not gone to another shop in town, and my wife and I dedicate our business to Kraken Vape Shop.

Was overcharged for coils. They are also not authorized dealers of Aspire products. When looking up the prices for coils, I noticed kraken is not one on Aspires website as an authorized dealer.
