Spavia Day Spa - Littleton

The masseur was very good, paid attention to what I was asking for, and did a great job in working out some problem areas. He was attentive to my comfort level, but was not afraid to push a bit to work out the kinks. He helped my back and hips as well as general stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Wes did an excellent job.

We had an amazing visit. It was my mothers birthday celebration 🎂 🎈. We had facial and massage services. The staff were all professional, helpful and made the day wonderful. We will return.

It is usually so hard to find good massage therapists…. I was very impressed with the two massage therapists that I have seen here. Very professional and such a calm, relaxing environment. Highly recommend!

Mina did a great job on a 80Minute massage. Left feeling totally relaxed, she managed to get all knots out of my neck area. Highly recommend I have seen Mina three times now she honestly is so knowledgeable and professional. I will be booking another massage with her soon

Love the services here, and my experience with the front desk staff was also wonderful. I was running late and had made some errors with my booking, and Reagan helped resolve everything so I had a lovely, relaxing experience when I got there. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff were wonderful, the rooms were well designed for relaxation, comfort, and quality services. My facial was done by Ally, who was lovely, her knowledge and skill was expert level and I felt I learned something about my skin and how to better take care of it for the future through personal practice and also the right product for my skins challenges and needs. I would highly recommend the monthly membership for 129. You get to pick from all of their high end services and you can’t go wrong with any of them and any you pick are an instant savings, worth it to spoil yourself or someone you care about :)

Jessie is simply the best! The massage is relaxing, yet effective at really loosening up my tight muscles. I look forward to each visit to see her!

My favorite spa! Its always a relaxing experience at Spavia Littleton. The retreat room at the beginning and end of your treatment is peaceful. The staff are helpful and very thoughtful. Their strong communication throughout your treatment is appreciated!

They have it all figured out for a small strip mall spa. Its peaceful, clean and reverent. I received a 100 minute deep tissue massage from Wes who I highly recommend. He was highly knowledgeable, experienced, and strong and intuitive - all the things you want a massage therapist to be. Will definitely be back.

Enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing facial by Kylii. She is amazing at helping me be comfortable and in a meditative state. 60” is not long enough so I upgraded to Premier before I left. Reagan at the desk was professional, friendly and helpful.

Deep tissue massage with Wes was incredible! He found ways to work out all the kinks that were embedded deeply all over my body... definitely an experience I plan to repeat.

Wonderful facial, Kylli is very knowledgeable, professional and provides helpful tips and resources. Overall the entire team provides excellent service, they are all friendly and helpful, the faculty is very clean and helps you relax! I have experienced great results!!

Every six weeks, I have a facial and brow wax with Ashlee. She is friendly and nice, and great at brows and facials! Ive had great experiences with the estheticians there and highly recommend Spavia.

Sports massage with Fran’s was wonderful. Only wish I could have booked a longer one! They create a relaxing environment.

For never having been to a spa, it felt strange being so anxious going into relax. Stephanie did my skin care and facial. She made it a tremendous experience, eased my nerves! Stephanie also made great skin care recommendations when I told her I didn’t know much about skin care. Andrew did a great job with my massage. He asked questions about pain areas and made some recommendations for me to help my tendinitis. The hot neck wraps they offer as you wait for services were very calming. It was a lovely experience :)

I have been a member here for over a year now. The staff is friendly & educated. I have found each provider to have their own technique which I love! The waiting area is welcoming with tea/water/warm neck wraps/ robes & slippers. A great experience!

And this was my first time going to a chain day spa and any skepticism I had immediately went away.Monique is amazing - she did my 100 min sports massage and I feel completely rejuvenated and have recommended her to any athlete I know. She was professional, asked if her pressure levels were okay, and gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had.The facilities are also super nice. Lockers are designated for you with your sandal - robe size ahead of your arrival. The dressing room and lounge area are nice and relay. The hot neck wraps while you wait for service was a NICE touch.I will definitely be back and you should definitely go here.

Not my first time visiting a spa but this is my first time at Spavia and let me just say it was a great experience. Soon as you walk in it’s clean, and smells great. I was greeted by friendly faces and the atmosphere was astonishing. My esthetician was Megan, who did a soothing recovery facial and again it was fantastic. Everything just felt organic like the conversation wasn’t focused and she overall made me feel comfortable. 10/10, also the restroom was very clean which I’m sure we ladies can appreciate.

Stephanie is my favorite girl! She does hydraderm and facials beautifully. I leave Spavia each time feeling re-fresh and my skin is definitely rejuvenated. Hydraderm is my favorite of course and other “Seasonal” facials that Ive tried and I love it. Beth and her Staff are very pleasant professionals. The Spa is always neat and clean. I highly recommend this spa and Stephanie! She’ll make you feel comfortable, relax and glowing afterwards. 🥰 Thank you Spavia.

Updating the review I wrote below to add that I received a very nice courtesy call from the Spa letting me know that they’ll honor the $20 discount offered on their site. They’ll also make more visible, on their site, the note that says to mention the promo code to the front desk. I’m looking forward to another visit there.“I was very happy with the massage service, but very disappointed that they knew it was my first time there and did not apply the $20 off for new clients. When I called next day to bring that up, they said that I was supposed to mention the offer during the check out in order to receive the discount. I disagree with that policy because they do not mention on their website that you’re required to do that. They know it’s the person’s first visit, so they should automatically apply the discount as a courtesy. Plus, the amount of forms/paperwork to fill out prior to the appointment was very extensive and time consuming. Another reason why to definitely be gracious to their new clients and apply the discount.

I love this boutique day spa. The online booking is so convenient and they always try to accommodate my schedule if I need to cancel. I really enjoy having a membership because it is self care once a month which is a necessity when you are a nurse. Jacqueline is phenomenal for skin care and spray tanning and Michelle is very knowledgeable about massage and accommodates different pressure. Their relaxation room is worth coming early for your appointment to enjoy some tea and reading. Their prices remain to be reasonable and the staff is always friendly and professional and have wonderful recommendations for their products.

I booked this for my daughters 40th bday, she loves massage but very rarely gets them. I have never been. I was nervous about a stranger touching me. Well I cant believe I wasted so many years not doing this!! I had Karen and she was wonderful! She made me very very comfortable and relaxed! My daughter Tara had Natalie and said she was great, she thoroughly enjoyed her massage. I also got my daughter the 50 minute facial and she was beyond thrilled. She said Haley was great. The girls in the front were very sweet and personable. We loved the whole experience. Thank you for a great couple of hours for our mother daughter birthday afternoon!

Once again Spavia in Littleton has been a disappointment. I showed up for a massage that was booked online and confirmed. Sat waiting in the locker room area for 20 minutes after my scheduled start time for someone to come and tell me the therapist was having trouble getting there and they had to cancel. The staff member did end up offering me a complimentary massage if rescheduled but with a 6 month old at home, getting time away for a massage is rare and this is not the first time Spavia has made me reschedule because of challenges on their end. I asked for product instead of the massage for the inconvenience and got severe pushback, but she ended up letting me take something. Overall a terrible customer service experience and their staff has made it clear they don’t value their customers time. This experience has solidified my decision to never give this spa my business again.

My husband and I frequent Spavia monthly for massages and we absolutely love this place! Their customer service is fantastic and the massage therapists are amazing! Frana, Tiffany and Natalie are amazing! I have shoulder knots on a regular basis and Frana is so good at getting them out! I’ve been getting massages for years and switched to Spavia a year ago and could’t be happier! Prior to COVID I loved the warm neck wraps, tea, soft robes and comfortable sandals that they offered while waiting in their cozy waiting rooms. And the stone shower after is the perfect end to a great massage. I can’t recommend this place higher!

I absolutely love Spavia, I honestly have never had such clear skin. Not only are their facials amazing but their lash extensions I get compliments on constantly ! Massages are amazing. The whole staff is so incredibly kind. I primarily see Jackie and Lily and they are amazing at what they do, both are so knowledgeable and care about their clients. This is why I keep coming back over and over again!

I was so pleased (relaxed, distressed, loose) after my massage that I signed up for their monthly package. Which is a very good deal money wise for the excellent experience. I need this now. So do all of you. If you can swing it, do it!

Everyone was very nice, accommodating and super helpful. My massage from Wendy was amazing and Im feeling a lot better today. She listened to my concerns and gave certain areas a little extra TLC. I received a gift card from my sister for Christmas for this massage and she told me how amazing her experience was. The hype was definitely confirmed when I went. I am highly inclined to go back and Im interested in their special packages.

Updating my review- i gave them a shot for a yr and half-I love the membership, but as time progressed, they lost a lot of amazing estheticians, and it was always a hassle finding appointments. Lash techs were amazing but they have all left.

Timely informative more than skin care (which great attention is taken to my skins needs at each appointment as my skin can change ) but it is truly a spa experience ; I feel as though i have been transported away from the stresses of life. Jacqueline is so aware of when I need to chat and when I need to go quiet. Amazing experience

Lauren is an excellent therapist who knows exactly what I need and where. Having been to see her a few times we have certainly built that understanding. The conditions of the treatment rooms are great and the care being taken due to Covid is also of the highest standard.

Im so happy that I found this spa. Conveniently located (on my commute when I finally return to the office), well maintained (from cleanliness to a well stocked store) and staffed with wonderful people who are professional, polite and pleasant. Im the priority here and Im well cared for. I currently get a massage every 2-4 weeks, and will add another service soon.

I am a member of Spavia and get massages twice a month. The entire staff at Spavia is wonderful. I feel extremely safe with the COVID precautions in place. Both Frana and Michelle are my favorites. Ive been seeing Michelle for a few months now and every time she gets me to a state of such bliss while working through my tight hips and back. Michelle is phenomenal and has a passion for what she does. Ive had many massages in my life but my overall experience at Spavia has been top notch. Im so happy to have found a place with so many GOOD massage therapist. I highly recommend adding the CBD full body boost to your next massage. I was floating out of Spavia feeling super relaxed blissed out and stress free.

I went here for an anniversary date with my husband. We had a hot stone couple massage and it was lovely. The setting was super relaxing and our masseuses were also amazing. Modern enviorment, tea, hot towels. Perfect place to relax.

I wanted to give Spavia a try, and decided to book the Escape package that was featured on their website. I couldnt figure out how to book this on their website so, I called.I asked about the Escape package, and the woman didnt seem to know what that was. Is it possible to downsell? Thats what happened. I ended up with a waxing and a choice between a massage or a facial. Not a big deal, it ends up working out in the end.The day of service, I had to call and cancel. It was less than 24 hours, which I acknowledged and took accountability for. The woman on the phone just kept repeating how it was less than 24 hours and she would have to charge [me]. I definitely got it.She kindly tried to reschedule for later, which I couldnt do. I just wanted to know how much I was going to be charged, she told me, and I agreed. However, it became clear, by her repetition and not acknowledging that I said okay to being charged, she just wanted to shame me for canceling.I finally stated that this wouldve been my first time, but I definitely will not be trying again. 🤦🏾‍♀️

The treatments you will receive will be top notch. However whatever you do DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP I did because I went three months in a row and I thought it would make sense but the money you save doesn’t matter just pay per treatment.Once I signed my membership I could suddenly NEVER FIND APPOINTMENTS that worked for my schedule so now SPAVIA has 4 months of over $400 of my money so I cancel my membership thinking stupidly I would be able to schedule appointments I pre paid for when it did work for my schedule without racking up additional appointments I couldn’t use in that month.They gave me 6 weeks to use up all my credits and I laid out my schedules to them to say either refund me or let me have until end of the year to use my 4 appointments. I had to point out I couldn’t schedule ANY APPOINTMENTS THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR hence why I needed to cancel that membership, so how are they going to find time to accommodate my schedule to fulfill all 4 appointments in 6 weeks.Shocker they couldn’t. So I can’t use my credits and suddenly SPAVIA is a Non Profit that apparently needs my unused cash to pay for their overhead I guess. Makes NO SENSE.DO NOT SIGN UP FOE THEIR MEMBERSHIP DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY unless you like donating your hard earned money to for profit corporations that can’t deliver the service you are paying for.

Nice spa but honestly the policy of leaving gratuity via Venmo to the overall business rather than individual therapists is sketchy to say the least. I would suggest leaving the gratuity transaction to be between client and therapist.

Very professional and I love the atmosphere; very relaxing.

Went in for a lower leg wax. They had an I pad questionnaire with the least invasive question being my shoe size. When I complained they really didnt need to know such things as my menstrual cycle for a lower leg wax, they said they couldnt see me without my completing this very invasive questionnaire. I didnt want all my very private personal information on their computer system, so they refused to honor my appt. I recommend you go somewhere else rather risk that kind of information being in a Spas system.
