Elements Massage

Elements massage is organized, sending text message reminders. They have two people waiting the front desk. Ive had several massages from different people, and would repeat with any with the exception of one person.

If I could give ZERO stars I would...I get monthly massages, and this left me with my mouth wide open. Terrible terrible terrible. Annika had no clue what she was doing. My 1-hour massage was an absolute waste of time and money. I came in mainly for left shoulder pain and she only really worked on my right one...I asked for more pressure, and nothing changed. The whole experience with her felt terrible and absolutely no desire to help in any way. No manners. I recommend staying away from Annika as she has no experience whatsoever.

I just moved to the area and this location is closest to me in Littleton - the warm welcome I got from Hannah at the front desk was everything to set the stage for a great massage from Annika! Both of them truly cared for me as an individual. Annika was superb in finding some troublesome areas in my back, worked on them, and made it relaxing while asking me about my comfort periodically. She offered great attention to detail, so I appreciate her technique and will see her next month. Thanks !!!

Wonderful experience today! Staff at the desk is amazing got me in when I messed up my time! Stuart is an amazing massage therapist! I feel so much better!

Small space but great spa vibes. a pretty long ppw to fill out the first visit. get there at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Tina worked out a severe pain in my back in a last minute booking . I am very happy!

Colton at Massage Elements is a miracle! I’m so grateful for his expertise as a massage therapist. My tight shoulders had been giving me migraines and Colton helped me so much! Was really excited about booking 2 appointments for my partner and myself with gift cards from my work. Discussed the gift cards over the phone during the booking process and again in person on the day of these appointments.. yet after the massages I was told the gift cards could not be redeemed and I would have to pay out of pocket. Although they gave me the discounted member price, I was still out $300 that I was not anticipating. 3/10 customer service. Typically if you tell your clients something, you have to stay true to that, regardless of if it was incorrect information (from your staff). We will never be back, and I have already warned many of this classless experience. Do better.

The first thing I noticed in elements massage was how down to earth and then the front desk staff were. They are always so nice and welcoming. They dont make you feel uncomfortable or forced to buy something.The atmosphere was very calming and so organized.Absolutely amazing! My therapist was very insightful.

I went in yesterday to cancel my membership. First I waited because the person up front was training and didnt know where the forms were. Then the next employee came out and explained everything to the trainee, about how I will be charged next month, be able to use it within 60 days or put on a gift card and then it will be canceled. When she was done she asked me to come up and sign the forms, not explaining anything to me. Until I asked, I am being charged when I want to cancel? She said it is in the computer and she cant override it unless it is a money issue then they can figure something out. I didnt understand so you can or cant override it?Also she didnt ask the reason I was canceling, didnt seem to care at all. My reason being my last 2 massages were painful and didnt help my tightness in any way. So why would I want a last massage there? Or I have the option to put it on a gift card and let someone else get a painful massage there? I dont think so.

I had a membership here for a few months and due to a frustrating billing issue, cancelled my membership. HOWEVER, I wish that the front desk / billing issue hadnt happened, because Michael was the BEST massage therapist Ive ever had. He relieved a lot of lower back issues I had, as well as some long-term knee pain.I was training for Kilimanjaro and doing Crossfit, and he helped me keep my body healthy. I miss going there, and wish he worked for an organization with more honest billing practices.

Ive been an independent massage therapist for 20 years and was reluctant to go to a chain for massage. To my surprise the therapists seem to enjoy working at Elements. A majority of the therapists I have seen have been very good or excellent. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxing and peaceful. The hours are convenient, and with the wellness plan theare prices are reasonable. Anthony was able to help me with a low back issue that had not improved with other massages.

I was able to get in same day and the staff were very kind. I also liked the atmosphere of the clinic. I saw Anya who was super sweet and gave me a few tips on things I could do at home. I signed up for a membership and plan to go monthly to help with the pain I’m having. They are very clear about the policies of their memberships when you sign up and they gave me a copy of the agreement so I was able to take it home and read it fully. I look forward to my next appointment!

Everyone I encountered at Elements Massage was super friendly. I was greeted when I walked in, received prompt service, and was taken back for my massage as soon as I was finished with my paperwork. I appreciated the consult before my massage started (I asked for a focus on my upper back) and I got just what I asked for, and more! The price was fair and the massage was fantastic! Ill definitely be back.

I’ve had a great experience at Elements - specifically with Theresa & Allison. Both have been great! They have both given me advice for stretching to augment my massage & took the time to understand what was going on and how to improve my situation. I was very impressed by Theresa, Allison and overall with this Elements massage location including how clean and welcoming it feels.

I have a monthly membership and look forward to going every time. I recently started seeing Amanda and shes top notch. Her neck/upper body work is fantastic. She also incorporates relaxing techniques such as a warm cloth that helps stiff muscles relax even more. My previous visits with other therapists have also been good. Additional bonus: The front desk staff is also wonderful! I always feel like a valued and welcome customer. Overall Ive been very happy with the quality, atmosphere, and convenience.

Alison gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! She knew all my spots, even ones I didn’t know I had. I felt like a new person the moment my massage was over. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very sweet. I recommend her to all my friends and clients! Can’t wait for my next massage!

I have been going to Elements Massage for about 6-8 months. The first time match-up was very good. When I called for my first appointment, I was asked what my needs are. They listened to me carefully and set my appointment. The appointment was terrific! The massage was exactly what I needed. All of my hot spots were worked and even though I was sore (the good kind of sore) for about 24 hours, my body was in much better shape. I now have a new person working on me and it is just as it good! Thank you so much Janelle and I hope you love your new home. Abby, you are great--please dont move. PS, I love the chocolate and water.

I had constant muscle pain that made life more than just a little uncomfortable. Madi went to work on me, she knew exactly what pace my muscles needed and the type of treatment they needed to recover. She has a gift for finding those trouble spots and she tips and advice when I leave. She is always so professional and efficient! I couldnt give her enough praise, she really is great at her work. The lovely ladies at the front are always so nice to work with too. Just a great place! 👍

If I could give ZERO Stars I would. I started a membership with Elements when I was living in the area. I had 5 massages stacked up in my account and knew I wouldnt be able to use them any time soon so I called this location to cancel my membership. I was told I would need to come in in person. I went to a location that was close to where I currently live and asked to cancel my membership. The woman told me it would be no problem, pulled out the paperwork, and then said, Oh you didnt open your membership in this location. I cant let you cancel your membership here, and pulled back the cancellation paperwork! She then smiled and informed me I was still free to use my massages in that location 😂 Soooo its not like its a matter of being a different franchise. I called the Littleton location again and was informed I would still need to come in person to cancel. I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE!!! At this point after receiving two more UNAUTHORIZED $99 charges to my debit card, I took matters to my bank. I had to dispute a $99 charge FOUR different times over the last six months with my bank. Even though my bank put entire BLOCK on Elements Massage, they keep charging my account using a different Merchant code which is super sneaky and fraudulent! My bank actually had to send me a new debit card to try to remedy this situation. To keep charging me for a membership even though I have no contract, have repeatedly called to cancel, and visited my local location in person....are you kidding me!? How desperate are you for business to operate in such an unethical manner!So today, after receiving yet another automated text message to come in and use my massages, I responded stating I wanted them to stop charging my account for a membership I have repeatedly tried to cancel. Today I received a call from the most incredibly rude manager whose tone could only be described as snobbish, arrogant and annoyed. This woman repeatedly spoke over me. She stated that my membership could be terminated that she would EMAIL me 🤦🏼‍♀️ paperwork and that they didnt need my business.I would never recommend this company for their complete lack of professionalism. If these are the kind of people who they have running their locations I feel sorry for the massage therapists who are trying to book and keep clientele. I do still visit this area from time to time but you bet Ill be using my leftover massages elsewhere! Thanks Karen 😉

Great experience here! They make you feel warm and welcome from the second you walk in the door. The warm towels and awesome infused water are a nice touch. The masseuse was really great. Talked me through everything, made me feel comfortable and adjusted his technique if I ever felt uncomfortable; which I didnt.

My most recent experience with element message prompted me to sign up for a membership. Inger was amazing!! She is a Jedi, melting away my fears and misconceptions on some techniques that ultimately eliminated long standing aches and pains. The result was the best message session I have ever had! I learned so much during my session about body repair and relaxation. Each session ends with follow up stretches that continue body repair and suggestions for other visits, which I appreciate. I gave my appointment card to the next person I saw with her name on it, I was so impressed. I can not wait for my next visit!!

Never been to this location but I will be back. I was put off at first because the masseuse kept talking to me and I like pretty quiet massages. But she told me she was only talking because she was working on some pretty tough spots and she was distracting me. It definitely worked! The rest of the massage was quiet and she put me to sleep! It was AMAZING!

My fiancé got me a prenatal massage for Christmas. The staff is friendly and Anna the massage therapist was nice! BUT no where on their website does it describe how the massage would be performed. I was more than disappointed that they did not have anything for me to lay on my stomach so I can get a back massage as I specifically requested no side laying...Anna did acknowledge that but then I only had the option to lay on my back and that was what I wanted massaged. I don’t think I’ll return here!Update: I did receive a refund for the services

All five of my stars go to Michael and only Michael. The girl who pronounced herself as the lead multiple times was very unprofessional. She would hang up the phone and immediately speak poorly about the client for everyone to hear. If a worker needs to be talked to about being late, dont do it in a waiting room in front of clients, you embarrass them and made clients very uncomfortable, causing the beginning of my massage to be awkward because the spa aesthetic was completely gone. It put stress into the air immediately. I have been to many element massage locations that had wonderful staff, this was the first time I was so uncomfortable in the waiting area. Michael was the best masseuse Ive ever had. I will be returning for him.

Very professional! Always make you feel relaxed and comfortable :) Tessa gives an amazing massage every single time, and she makes sure she does her best job and adapts to your specific needs. I have been seeing tessa every single month for over 3 years, and I plan on continuing to be her client for as long as I can. 10/10 would recommend!

Colt is amazing! He provided not only therapeutic but also other types of massages to really meet with I needed. He goes out of his way to ensure that your experience is focused on you and your well being. Great job and great time relaxing.

Elements Littleton is great – each therapist listens to your needs and addresses those needs in a way that help your overall wellbeing and health. Melissa was fantastic while she was there; Tessa has been great as well. I got a monthly membership with my wife who saw Michelle on her first visit … my wife now refuses to go see anyone else as Michelle is able to work the specific pain points that trouble her from her job as a nurse. Highly recommended!

Ease of scheduling, reminders, etc. are great. Facility is welcoming and clean. People at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. But my massage therapist, Aaron, is who truly makes it worth my driving over 30 miles for a massage. He’s the best.

I have had a wellness membership at Elements for several years. After having many surgeries, I discovered that regular massage helps me function like a much younger and healthier person. I like having the ability to schedule a time that fits my schedule with a therapist who knows where my trouble spots are, and how to work out the tough knots without causing pain. I highly recommend Elements Massage for its high level of professionalism, and cant imagine going anywhere else.

I called and they were able to get me in that same day with a wonderful therapist, Tyler. I highly recommend Elements Massage since their therapists are very well qualified and professional. You will get a superior massage service from start to finish with Elements, and they offer reasonable pricing models as well for regular customers.

Sidney does such an amazing job! My back and shoulders were in a bit of pain, and it hurt to turn my head. In a one hour visit, Sidney help me regain a pain free range of motion in my neck, and greatly reduced the muscle pain in my back and shoulders! I’ll definitely be back to see her!

AH-mazing. Have to say ~ I was a bit of a skeptic going in. Am a serious massage addict and have pretty high standards after working with so many different spas and massage therapists, but honestly Caitlin was one of the best Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. The atmosphere was great and it feels like they go the extra mile to make you feel like more than a customer. Couldnt have been happier ~ would recommend to all :)

Tyler is absolutely amazing! He is so kind, caring and professional and always listens to exactly what I need. I have seen multiple therapist’s at Element’s and all are great, but his schedule works the best with mine and I’m so happy to be a client of his!

Amanda has been my therapist for 6 months now. She is the best of the best of the best! Ive been improving and healing under her skilled and caring touch. I recommend her highly for her therapeutic expertise plus she is a compassionate caring laid back pleasure to be around sweet heart.

Two months in a row I have experienced the best massage I have ever had with Abby. The prices with the wellness deal really help make this affordable and they also help make this a regular thing for me. If I did not sign up for this monthly program, my body would not be as well taken care of, and I greatly appreciate that Elements Massage Littleton takes care of me of me in that way to improve my health and overall life quality.

Ive had bad experiences in the past with massage therapists, until I tried elements. Whitney, was the most caring and talented therapist. She listened to what I needed and made the whole experience relaxing. She makes you feel at home and really wants to help you with whatever problems you may have. Will definitely be a regular client of hers!!!

The place is always clean and the staff are friendly. The few times that Ive had slight issues theyve always made it right. You can count on one hand the number of issues Ive had but after just casually mentioning it, they always did better. Have been going here for years. Highly skilled therapists who really know their trade.

I highly recommend Elements Massage of Littleton, I had the most amazing 90 minute massage with their Elite masseuse Justin. Justin is very well versed in all aspects of the body and when he found out I suffer from scoliosis and osteoporosis he knew exactly how to treat me. I also really loved the way the front staff greeted me and made me feel soo welcome and relaxed! Excited to continue getting healthy with Elements Massage!

I was given a different therapist than i requested, and it was a therapist who used a style of massage completely opposite what i was looking for. I wasnt sure if this was some kind of passive aggression but this made me cancel my membership and stop getting massages altogether. Ive been nothing but polite to all the staff so I was confused. Seems like maybe some staff drama behind the scenes followed me here.

I have been a member here for at least 3 years and always left feeling pretty amazing, I go to different masseuses because I feel a different massage sometimes hits areas that dont get hit by another and have always been pleased with my results. The front desk staff is amazing and always a pleasure to talk with while I am waiting and leaving at the end. Thanks

Always a positive experience with great therapists and a great value. Amanda tailors each massage to my preferences and does a great job of targeting specific areas of injury. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and the cupping technique he uses has really nice added benefits.

The massage therapist I see is Jennifer. If anyone is looking in to joining or just in need of a massage, she is FABULOUS! I have been getting massages from Jennifer for a little over a year, ranging from every 4-6 weeks. There is nothing else I can say except that she is wonderful, caring, and GREAT at what she does. Elements has some wonderful therapists, and some I dont know or wasnt a good fit for me. Facility is clean, well maintained, and now under the management of Elements Corp which is an improvement! Rumor has it that the facility is going to be a part of a test program, where you will be able to pick your own music (currently its terrible!) But I have never felt unsafe, draping has always been very appropriate and that applies to male and female therapists. I wish they would get name tags for the front office staff!!! There are so many faces, that it is hard to keep them all straight, and embarrassing when I call somebody by the wrong name. I have made this suggestion before, but to no avail

I recently had a massage with Stewart. He asked the perfect amount of detailed questions to give me exactly what I needed - a hybrid of a sports and swedish massage. Relaxing but got into the knots and even recommended stretches and post massage work to keep me loosened up. Highly highly recommend Stewart, he is great at reading what the body needs and excellent at communicating.

My wife and I have both received excellent care at Elements in Littleton. The knowledge of staff and gentle yet firm approach to massage has helped each of us with joint and back pain. Not to mention we never want to leave! Thanks Stewart and Amanda.

My husband lost an expensive pair of blue prescription sunglasses here on 10/10/19. He set them down on the coffee table in the lobby and when he went back they were gone. If they happen to turn up can you please let us know thanks. Other than that, massage was great.

Everyone at Elements Littleton is very friendly and polite. My therapist is always prompt for my appointed time and does an amazing job on my massage. The wellness program has become a definite part of my health and wellness program. THANKS!!

Charlene was very attentive and professional she gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. 5 stars for her but Iam giving them a 4 star because the lady at the checkout desk really pushed the monthly package.

They will refuse to provide you the services you paid for, if you dont maintain your membership. I had the membership for 3 months and paid about $120 a month, I cancelled before my 4th month due to being unable to afford the luxury. I had only received my massage for month 1 and 2. Since I cancelled my membership they refused services on the 3rd month that I paid for since my membership was not going to be active for month 4.

I always feel 100% better when I leave elements.Tessa is amazing. Recently with all of covid19 protocols, rest assured that elements is doing everything right. I felt completely confident and comfortable getting my massage.

Went in for a message yesterday and continually told the therapist to lighten his pressure cause it was causing pain both in my back and shoulders. I mentioned that it was making my fingers tingle and to lighten his pressure more. He would acknowledge but would continue with hardening his pressure. This morning I am not able to move well at all. My shoulders are bruised and swollen. The swollen part fits into the palm of my hand(like baseball size). I have had many massages and never have they caused more pain after the session than before it. I also have never been bruised from a massage. I will NEVER be going back!

I spent 2 months doing home renovations from new flooring to wall tear outs, ceiling texturing etc with a sprained ankle - once I was finished I came in and had a 2 hour massage with Annie, she listened to what I was in need of, TLC on my ankle and extra TLC for my hands and shoulders - she was so pleasant and so knowledgeable. I will definitely refer her and will be asking for again when I go back.

Front desk staff is thorough and very hospitable. Susan gave all my trouble spots great attention, perfect pressure. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for future massages.

Waaaaay overpriced for the quality of the massage and I didnt get my full time. My back actually was in more pain than before I went in there. Go to an ethnic massage place that isnt corporate or chain and you will get a waaaaaay better price for a higher quality service.

I felt as though Aaron had a good grasp of my problem areas and was able to address them. His experience and I believe intuition allowed him to find areas I didnt realize were sore.

I booked a 5:30 appointment on February 25th 2021. I showed up early. No one was there. No one answering phone calls. I called multiple times, knocked on the door the open sign is on, a light is on. Very unprofessional...

I got a great massage and will be coming back for a 90 minute every month. This place know how to make the stress, ache and pains go away!
