Wonder Spa Massage Highlands Ranch

I went to this spa two weeks ago and I do not regret it at all. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there was so nice with me and my friend. The place was clean and I can say that it radiates calmness and serenity. The massage was amazing as well!

Best massage in Denver (even though it is located in Highlands Ranch)! I have been going here for years, had different masseuses, and every time I go there it is GREAT! Every time I leave this place I feel relaxed and recharged. The place is very clean and quiet, and everyone is very nice! They always have availability even though they are always busy. They manage the place very well! I have not found a better massage place yet that can combine high quality service and reasonable pricing like they do. Highly recommend!

I like how clean and neat this place is. The lady, I think her name is Ray, gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She adjusted the pressure depend on how you like it to be. Gentle and very accurate! She paid attention to the little details and gave you the feeling that she put all her effort into her job. You could feel it right away if someone was giving you a massage and thinking about something else, like the one your hubby gave you once in a while 😅 Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed!

Yes it’s a holiday but do not questions the amount of tip I am giving you because the amount was to low. Question it due to genuine concern. I gave a tip because it was a holiday. Otherwise I wouldn’t have given one at all. Your questionnaire sheet asked for relaxation, check. Was it, no ma’am. I am walking out feeling beat up. Pressure requested- medium. Your elbows and forearm bones were used so much when I lifted my head in pain you would correct but then go back to digging. Hot oil applied like mehhh splat. Stones- rubbed all over with no thought. Completely disappointed from both in our couples experience. A tip does not have a minimum requirement per visit like you stated. It’s based on how your experience is and in a service industry don’t look at a tip and say here are the minimums and say it’s a holiday. Close your doors in observance of the holiday. Include the tip in your cost.

Just had a massage with Candy, it was amazing, deep, therapeutic and relaxing all in one.However, the recommended tipping is too high. I booked online and they made me pull up my email and show them the receipt, took a picture of it and were a bit weird about it.

Massage was not so good.1. I had 2 massage therapists changing mid-hour. So annoying. Different pressure - speed. Shouldn’t do that.2. Not only did I get interrupted here but multiple times- I was in the first cabin so heard everyone entering/ exiting. And my massage therapists (plural) both constantly exited.Worse thing - felt like the at one point she tried to break my neck —> 3 times. So unpleasant. Had a huge headache the next day.3. TippingUff big thing. They have a board at the entrance stating the expected (not recommended!) tipping among.So watch out saying excellent or great (which is obviously a very friendly American thing slipping from everyone’s mouth). You will be quoted - and pointed to that board.I still tipped 10 USD despite the above. Masseuse was not happy about it. I thought I am being generous here, thanked her and left.It wasn’t terrible - but it was overall also not good.Cannot recommend as I went for the fair prices - quality was not good, and tipping expectations are very weird and will raise your price to all other studios.Go elsewhere! I was visiting but it seems like a lot of nice alternatives available.

Fine massage parlor but horrible service. The amount of pressure they FORCE you to give more than 20%!!!! Super super awkward when they watch for tips. I recommend they raise their prices rather than force your hand for a 50% tip.

Great massage, reasonably priced, friendly staff, immaculate peaceful facility…. I don’t write reviews often but this was an all around great experience.

I should read the reviews before going to this place. First the massage was great , no complain. The issue was with the payment . I brought cash and 20% tip. My massage therapist made sure I didn’t leave until she counted the money and gave me a weird mean look once she finished counting. So weird , I didn’t like that attitude. Im not coming back. If you do , made sure to say you are paying extra.

Came her with my dad after he had a very long work trip. I called last minute, literally, like 20 minutes before I showed up, and they were able to squeeze us in. We did the hour long full body massage, and it came out to $110 for the both of us. Not bad at all of you ask me - very reasonable pricing. The staff was wonderful. They were very kind and attentive. I asked if they could put us in the same room, and they did. Our massage included some hot oil and hot stones. Very clean, cozy, and relaxing. The rooms are also very warm, not too hot at all - just right! We were even given water bottles upon exiting!Didnt get a chance to snap any photos, but dont pass it up - swing by, I promise youll enjoy it!Also, please dont forget to tip your masseuse!Thank you, we will be back again soon! 🎉🎉🎉

My experience with Wonder Spa Massage was polarizing. I got the 60 Minute Swedish Massage which included the hot stones. The $60 massage (excellent price) was good, but not great. Decent pressure and good technique. My massage therapist did not speak much English which was an issue.The biggest disappointment was when I gave the massage therapist a cash tip of $12 (20% of the $60 massage). She pointed at my wallet and said “More”. I said “What?”. She said, “More tip, $20 more”. I told her that the tip of 20% is typical for good service. She said “No, $20 more” and held out her hand like a desperate panhandler on the street. I said no and proceeded to the door. She stormed away angry, did not say thanks, and immediately started texting on her phone. WOW! I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I also have not faced someone begging me for a bigger tip.So be aware - If you do not tip 50% or more, you will get the same sophomoric asinine routine. You have been warned!

Warned me of the increased price for the one hour from $60 to $70 ( which was fine). Didnt ask me what I needed or listen to what I asked and proceeded to ignore my requests and do as they pleased. Then had the audacity, not to ask, but demand a tip for a service that wasnt fully given. I already paid a tip with what I could afford and even after explaining my financial situation with her she still persisted on a ridiculous $25 tip. I had to go through my bank for a while to give the tip demanded.

Overall, really enjoyed the massage but i also dont need anything too crazy. Tried hot rocks for the first time, was nervous, but it was wonderful. Paid for the couples massage. I had a great masseuse. My partner noted that theirs was a bit rougher so they couldnt recommend. So it may depend on who you get, but Ill be coming back.

My husband and I recently went and got a couples massage together. The ladies were very nice and the place was clean and quiet.It’s been awhile since my last massage and they did a wonderful job! We will definitely return for another round in the future :)

I had the most amazing massage here! May was incredible. She applied the perfect amount of pressure; enough to get my knots out, but not so much that it ever hurt. It was literally perfection. She was incredibly thorough and found sore areas I didnt know I had. I had been feeling generally achy for a couple weeks and I walked out of there feeling a million times better. When she did the scalp massage, I felt like I was transcending into another realm, it was so relaxing! She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. I also noticed that she used Cerave cream, which is what I use at home, recommended by my dermatologist. I was impressed with the high quality of products. I was so happy, I immediately booked my husband a massage with May. I will definitely be a regular!

My first experience here was wonderful; the second was disturbing at best. Normal modesty protocols were not followed, the masseuse changed midway through the massage, the masseuse left the room at least five times during the massage and often left the door open to talk to people, and I was massaged in areas that made me feel uncomfortable. At one point I realized the door was open despite the fact that my entire back and bottom was exposed to the hallway (and I was in a room that people would pass by to get to other rooms in the office). During previous massage experiences, the therapists always made extra efforts to keep private areas concealed. This one totally did not! Fortunately my head was towards the door so folks passing in the hallways werent seeing everything! As others have stated the language barrier is severe, so communicating is a real challenge. I adjusted the sheet to try and make my preferences known, but the therapist just moved it back to where she wanted it. I am still quite disturbed, and despite the fact my first experience was great, I dont think I can go back.

I’ve had maybe 5-6 massages here. Good prices and if you like deep pressure, this is the place to go! Nobody on staff has spoken or understood more than a few words of English, but that’s not a big deal to me since they all give great massages.However, they don’t follow the form you fill out telling them what areas to focus on or avoid. Sometimes they leave the room for a while or switch out masseuses in the middle of your massage without telling you. And I really hate that they guilt trip you at the end to give such a high tip.Overall, it’s a good value for a deep massage and I’ll go back again.

Great massage for a great price. Maggie was a sweetheart and was attentive and communicative about my needs. This place also included hot stones, a beautiful environment, oil, and some aroma without more charge. Better than a shorter massage that’s twice the price at other places. I left very happy with all my knots gone! Will be coming back!

They didn’t listen to what I asked for and did whatever they wanted. The person giving me a massage left multiple times in the middle of the massage to help other customers coming in. They still charged me full price and had the audacity to tell (not ask) me to give them more money for a tip, because “they worked hard for me”. I went through my bank account and they charged more than what I agreed on.

I had a great experience today at this location. I couldnt catch the name if my therapist, but he was amazing.Unlike many other places which aim more for relaxation, this was directed more towards alleviating the pain areas. I chose the therapeutic with firm pressure.It was really great and i could hear my bones cracking, just like in a chiropractor’s office. It gave me much needed relief. Will definitely recommend it.Update:I came back here for a couple’s massage and was promptly sent to the room. We were not asked anything regarding the pressure or pain points. The massage itself was okay, not the same great experience as before. My partner had a bad experience with the masseuse leaving midway multiple times and not compensating for the lost time.The worst part was the billing. I had booked for couple’s which should have been $50 pp. But the charge came out to be $110 total instead if $100.I pointed that out and was told that i can consider it as the tip. I was okay with that but then i was again told constantly to leave additional tip. In the end I ended up paying more as well.Overall there is a big communication gap due to language barrier.

Today I went in at last minute due to having a stiff neck for 3 days. I was paired with KiKi and she was AMAZING! I cant remember the last time I got such relief in a short period of time. Great pressure and ensured to focus only on the areas I needed relief in. Very impressed and will be going back!

This place is amazing! My husband and I came for a 90-minute deep tissue massage - best massages of our lives! Super friendly staff, very clean space.. the rooms are peaceful and relaxing and the massages were fantastic. Pricing is very reasonable. We will return!

Ive been here several times for a couples massage but this last time was a horrible disappointment for me. My wife liked her experience, but I must have had someone new and inexperienced, the lady seemed afraid to hurt me or something, after reminding her several times to go deeper, she would gouge my bones and not the muscles. the 2 ladys talked and talked throughout the massage. I asked for a deep tissue, not a deep bone.

AMAZING experience. Excellent and affordable rates. Scheduling procedure in my opinion has been the best experience Ive had. Ive been getting 1 massage a month all of the US for the past few years (travel alot for work). This wonder spa massage in Highlands ranch ranks amongst the best service and techniques that I have experienced through out the US. Very few places have motivated me to express my experience on Google reviews. The rates flat out knock out all other traditional massage competitors. HIGHLY recommend them.

One of the worst massages Ive ever received. Atmosphere is clinical. No separate changing room. Fast and rough massage, not relaxing at all. Therapist stopped mid massage to handle customer complaint from over booking. Several areas completely missed. See through sheet barely covered any of my body which left me cold the entire session. Even though they are cheap, not worth the money.

I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere here. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. The massages are always exactly what is needed. The experienced massage therapists are very professional and focus on helping you to feel better.

I have been seeing Maggie for a while now !! Shes literally the best every massage therapist combined in 1 is her I love her technique she works head to toe stretches you an knows an works on every muscle with hot rocks an hot towels!! I try an see her 2 xs a month shes effing amazing believe me shes the best !!!

Good experience but after we paid, the lady at the front chased us to our car and told us we weren’t good people because of our tip. We tipped 20% and she kept questioning us on why we didn’t tip more and making us feel uncomfortable. I finally gave her 10 more dollars so we could get in the car and leave.

Very clean and warm room. Not outdated rentals. May was perfect, understanding the body needs and doing very professional massage. Very recommend to visit this place if you want to have your body to be taken care professionaly.

Great massage. Great price. The tipping recommendations at the end are where thy get you. They have a sign that recommends insanely hefty tips so you feel guilty not doing so.

Very poor service. I was left in the middle of the massage multiple times to attend phone or the front door. I was promised extra time to make up for it but that didn’t happen. I was getting a couples massage, the masseuses were constantly talking among themselves throughout the message which was disturbing.

My husband and I got in for a couples massage and it was fantastic!!! He likes super deep tissue and I am complete opposite and we both came out extremely pleased!! We are thrilled to finally have a go to place near by that’s not a franchise!!

Literally the best massage I’ve ever received. They definitely should invest in a receptionist as she had to leave twice during it to check people in, but I’m still giving 5 stars because it was literally that great.
