I had my first massage with Esmi today, and it was great. I have had quite a few massages, and I often dont return, but I definitely will go back to Clouded Studio. She was very pleasant, quite talented, and reasonably priced. Im really happy with the experience I had.

I have been getting massages from Esmi for a couple years now and she has the perfect/healing and relaxing touch! She is always accommodating with things that might come up and you can tell her heart is in what she does. I will continue to go back to her, especially since her rates are so competitive and reasonable for the many years she has been doing this for!

I purchased a Groupon to try out Clouded Studios and could not be happier with my purchase. Email was really laid back and professional and it made the whole experience great from the start. She gave me a great massage and I am excited to book with her again! Highly recommend.

Wonderfully calm, relaxing professional environment. Massage took care of the stress I had been experiencing that week. Was very enjoyable and would recommend to anyone who wants to take care of stress you are experiencing.

For at least the last 12 months, including this one, Ive been much helped by Esmis massages. I generally plan to see her every two months.As a sr. (over 70) tennis player who plays five days per week in the outdoor season, its important for me to maintain excellent range of motion. Esmis massages regularly afford me such thereby helping to minimize my risk of injury. I remain a very satisfied customer looking forward to my next massage!

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago and they cancelled my appointment today because I didn’t confirm it yet? It should say if you don’t confirm your appointment we will cancel it. Was looking forward to it and now I’m just angry. It was difficult to book the appointment in the first place and now they just won’t respond after cancelling my appointment without so much as a phone call. I knew I would lose my money if I did not show up what other confirmation do you need in that situation. Don’t pre buy anything. At this point since they will not even respond I would consider this place a scam.

I’ve been going to Esme for a year now since I found her through Groupon. What a wonderful massage therapist and esthetician. Her deep tissue massages are the best.

I would 100% recommend Esmeralda at Clouded Studio! She has magic hands and worked out knots I didnt even know I had! I feel exponentially better than I did when I walked in! The atmosphere is calming and inviting and has great energy. I will definitely be back again.

Esmi is the best I’ve met to do deep tissue massage. I always enjoy my massage time with her. This time I nearly fell asleep!

I echo all the other bad reviews. It seems that the message therapist has a habit of canceling appointments at the last minute citing a family emergency. So I wasnt surprised when I got a text from her the morning of my appointment saying that she had a family emergency. Sure, Jan.I canceled my Groupon instead of rescheduling with her. Whats annoying is that I waited 4 months for this appointment. If youre thinking about getting a massage here, dont waste your time. Most likely your appointment will be canceled at the last minute.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I hate to leave reviews this bad but I feel like I have to. I read lots of reviews before I booked and I was hesitant to book because I read so many that said they booked an appointment and no one was there when they showed up. (Don’t be like me. Listen to the reviews). I booked anyways because of several positive reviews that I read but when I went in for my appointment yesterday the door was locked and no one answered. I had arrived early and I could hear people talking behind the door so I knocked about 4 times and then waited over a 20 minute period and no one answered. The studio itself is located in a very old office building with nothing to tell you it’s there but I chalk sign on the door. Seems like she’s trying to scam people out of their money who book through Groupon, ClassPass, etc. Haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at the “studio” yet. Super negative experience, would recommend you find a different place to go.

My first experience at Clouded Studio was as a gift from my fiancée, and I was so impressed that Ive become somewhat of a regular!The massage studio is owned and operated by a nice woman named Esmi who is very talented. Despite her petite appearance dont be fooled, shes got the strength needed to perform an amazing deep tissue massage. Tight muscle knots are no match for her! Shes also extremely consistent, the quality of her work has been top tier every time Ive visited.As for the massage studio itself, its located in a small suite of business offices that look to have been converted from what were apartments at one point in time. This was a little strange to see before my first visit, but once you get inside youre greeted by a very warm, cozy, and well-maintained studio with everything that you would expect from a luxurious establishment. I always look forward to my appointments at Clouded Studio because I know Im guaranteed to walk out nice and relaxed after just having all my physically stresses melted away.Overall I highly recommend this place if youre looking for an incredible massage while at the same time supporting a local business with very reasonable pricing.

After she rescheduled a few times due to a family emergency, which was fine because she was accommodating, I finally got there and she was nice and professional when I arrived. However through the entire session she seemed distracted. I finally looked over my shoulder and she was on her phone! At one point I thought she left the room so much time had elapsed during the massage. When I was told to roll over she started again and when she got to my legs I looked up since it seemed half hearted and I saw she was on her phone again! I would say she was on her phone probably over half the session. I should have known as she only used one hand to give me a full body massage. Again, she was a nice girl but the whole experience was very unprofessional. I was really disappointed. I have had quite a few massages over the last 15 to 20 years and this was the most disappointing. :(

I got a Groupon for a massage I desperately needed. Made two appointments weeks ahead of time and they both got cancelled. Why even have those slots available to book online if you can’t accommodate those appointments. Need to run your business better. Ended up getting a refund because i doubt I’d be able to get an appointment with her.

I’ve been to Esmi 3 different times and have always enjoyed her work. Out of the 3 we had to reschedule 1 appointment due to scheduling on her side. Which I get it, it happens.My wife recently paid for a fourth appointment but Esmi had to reschedule and we can not get a hold of her. I have worked in the customer service industry for years and I was always taught to value all customers, especially repeat customers.But due to Esmi lack of effort on not getting back to my wife or I. We will never use her again. I’m still trying to get our $$$ back! Hopefully she’ll realize the importance of customer service.

My experience was fantastic! I was very impressed with the professional appearance and designed a facial plan that worked with my budget. My results have been amazing and the prices were great. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the rooms are clean and well-kept. I am looking forward to going back!

Esmi is a kind person. All of her family emergencies are legitimate, so all of the negative reviews complaining about them are from people who seem to have an empathy problem. All of us can be affected by emergencies. Have some compassion.

Great massage,havent tried any other of the offered services. I read some of the other reviews,I havent had any problems with confirming appointments or canceling. In fact,I have had to cancel myself a couple times due to weather and catching a cold. Never a problem and not charged for the massage. Esme is super sweet,highly recommend!

I have booked here twice now. The first time there was a “scheduling error” and the massage therapist had forgot to block off her schedule when she had a prior engagement. She was very responsive and apologetic. The second time I booked she was a no-show, no response, nothing. The location is convenient, but only if you don’t keep driving there and having the studio be closed with no explanation or response.

I got a deep tissue massage from Esmi and it literally felt like I’ve been touched by an Angel lol! I left feeling so relaxed and she really payed attention to my problem areas and did a thorough consultation before we begun. Can’t wait to see Esmi again in the future!

Like many of the other negative reviews I have had the exact same experience. I too had purchased my massage from Groupon and my appointment was scheduled only 3 days before I lost the ability to receive a refund via Groupon (Thankfully I had a 3 day window).I had confirmed my scheduled appointment 48 hours prior to my massage & had booked time off of work for the massage. Less than 24hours prior to my appointment I received a text asking if I would like to reschedule due to construction noise at her place of business. She had texted me while I was at work so I was unable to respond during her listed business hours. In her text message she failed to inform me to respond to her by midnight or she would consider our appointment null & void (despite my prior confirmation). Less than 12 hours before our appointment, she cancelled it with no consultation with me prior, despite my previous confirmation. She listed her reasoning for cancellation as being her concern about her showing up at the office and me being a no show— I had booked this appointment over a month in advance. She said she was convening with me at midnight to mitigate any miscommunication.This experience has been not only frustrating but has ruined any desire I might have to use the services of Clouded Studio. While I hoped for professionalism, I wish I had consulted the reviews prior to booking. It seems that many others have had the same experience as me or have been provided ample excuses for lackluster services rendered with frequent last minute cancellations and rescheduling. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve tried to utilize my Groupon there several times. I’ve been cancelled by the owner each time, like many reviews. I’ve had to rebook months in advance to be cancelled with very little communication the day prior. Very unprofessional, but this seems to be a documented trend that I didn’t notice when booking the Groupon. I blocked that time out of my schedule, no mutual respect on her end for my time. I’ve finally given up and am moving on!

I bought a Groupon as a gift. I tried repeatedly to call to schedule and I never got an answer so the recipient scheduled his appointment online but was unable to use the Groupon when booking on the website. This was in the beginning of February, there was no availability until beginning of March so he made his appointment for the first available and moved his schedule around with work to go in. We are now into March and the massage therapist has now rescheduled his appointment TWICE. One being 1 hour before his appointment. Per the cancellation policy customers have 24 hours to cancel or they will be charged but she can cancel 1 HOUR before and its perfectly fine.I love supporting small businesses but this one is terribly run. I would NOT recommend to anyone nor will I ever purchase services from them again!

Esmi is a younger business owner and I was impressed with her professionalism! The massage was thorough, and very very good! I would suggest people be patient if they have any issues with getting an appointment. When you open up your business to Groupon rates, you are obviously going to be busy trying to get everyone booked. Its well worth the effort!!

Super professional and relaxing experience with Esmi!She wore a mask the whole time and was sure to let me know of her cleaning practices before, after and inbetween appointments. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and given a page of paperwork to fill out. I had a couple questions on what to fill in and she was very helpful and kind. She made sure to get my input on what style and length of lashes I was looking for. The room and space was gorgeous and welcoming. the bed was very clean and comfy. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and kept me updated on how long we had been going and how much longer it would be. I was so happy with the final result! Highly disappointed and dissatisfied!Like the majority of people before me, I should’ve reviewed before booking on Groupon. She cancelled my apt a few hours before and told me she would reschedule. I reached out 3x before she responded saying her phone broke and asked for my availability. I quickly responded and reached out 2x with no communication from her. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism.Do not waste your time and money! Would recommend finding another company for your services!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Like many others I purchased the Groupon for my Moms birthday. Just to schedule the appointment alone was a joke. You can attempt to call, but you will never get a person. So scheduled online. The day before the appointment got a text asking if could come in early, my Mom agreed to. The day of the appointment received a text saying that she was suddenly sick and gave the option to keep the appointment or reschedule. My Mom wanted to keep the appointment. A few hours before the appointment received another text completely canceling the appointment altogether. When talk about rescheduling she wanted to do it another month out. She takes several hours and even days to respond to anything at all. So I contacted Groupon and got my money back after telling them what a joke this business was. They shouldnt even allow her on Groupon for such poor business, which is obviously a problem for her with all of the bad reviews here.

I booked a massage several weeks out. The therapist asked the day before if I could shift the time slightly, so I agreed. The next morning I received a text saying she was sick and had to cancel. This was fine as it happens, so she offered to reschedule in two weeks. I agreed, showed up on the correct date and time, and no one was at the building. I waited 10minutes, called and texted, and have yet to receive a response. Highly unprofessional.Edit:The therapist has since reached out and apologized as she was sick and in the hospital. She overlooked notifying and cancelling my appointment but has offered to make it up to me.

Esmi does a wonderful job, great massage, very relaxing. She listened to my needs and applied it perfectly. I have been there a few times and will continue to go to see Esmi.

2021-Dec.I made an appointment more than a month ago, and took some time off from work for that day of the appointment.Exactly 24 hours before my appointment, @ 11:15 am, I received an email saying i have to confirm my appointment for the next day.I didnt read my personal emails til 430pm, and apparently I got another email @ 4:20pm saying my appointment has been cancelled. Whaaaat! 😡I called them and left a message asking what kind of policy is it that they only give their clients 4-hours to confirm their appointment!I was very angry and disappointed! Most people do not check their personal email every hour because they work. 🤬I looked at rescheduling online and online it says that their earliest is Jan13!!Even Doctors office doesnt cancel your appointment when you dont confirm your appointment! I have never experienced this kind of policy where they just cancel your appointment!I just didnt bother to book an appointment anymore.

Esmi is so amazing! I have been going to her for years for a massage. She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever found. I love on the other side of town and it is with the drive.

Groupon - couldnt book online, the online schedule had very limited availability, and they didnt respond to my email. Returned the Groupon.Edit:Thanks for responding. I tried several times to schedule using your scheduler without success. It required payment and had no place to enter Groupon information. I have no problems planning or waiting for future appointments, but I appreciate your understanding.

Take your business elsewhere. I purchased a groupon online and booked over a month in advance for my birthday. Similar to every other neg comment, was contacted a month out to rebook - stating she had a sudden death in the family and would be gone that week, again, a month out. Still couldnt get an answer on the phone from left vms, so rebooked online for June 1st. Day of, AFTER printing my groupon verification meaning I cannot return or get credit back for it, I get contacted 3 hours out asking if I can arrive 15 mins early, I say I can try, but not likely, then am told she needs to cancel for a family emergency. 24 hour cancellation policy on the website, but she can cancel day of? Repeatedly? Keep reading the reviews, its always the same. Scam or just bad business.

Groupon purchase- called same day-no response. Called and texted the next day to be told to book on line only. No availability for 40 days out of a 120 day expiration purchase. She wasn’t going to honor the second Groupon purchase as she only allows reservations 90 days apart but she could not get me in for 40 days to start with?!?….Not convenient nor customer oriented approach.She told me to deal with Groupon and would not help.Groupon only gives credit and no money back so it was a super inconvenient situation.

One of the best massages Ive ever received. Esmi is very skilled and took care of all the knots I had in my muscles from snowboarding. Ill definitely be returning here.

My husband and I both had massages today. She asked questions to find out what each of us needed and wanted and customized our massages to our individual needs. We were both very happy with our massage.

Esmi was absolutely fabulous! She was NOT afraid to use deep pressure and worked hard on my tight muscles.Plus, the added benefit, she was comfortable giving a quiet massage. No useless talking, checked on pressure and let me relax.

Esme is amazing! Just one hour on her table made it possible for me to lift without pain. Her studio is quaint and calm. She also lets you select what youd like to hear on Pandora. :) I hope to come back soon!

I was 1 minute late, due to traffic concerns. They have a 10 minute cutoff period, and I got there 1 minute after that. The door was locked and they wouldnt even see me face to face and texted me saying my appointment was forfeited. I paid for a voucher on Groupon and it ended up wasted money because of this.

Do not book here, especially on Groupon. Like other reviews I had an appointment made over a month in advance, confirmed the appointment the day before and then received a text the day of my appointment (which I had taken time off work for) stating they would have to reschedule. Seems like this company is scamming people by using Groupon and then not providing the service that was paid for.

Very grateful for Esmi and for the quality of her service! I appreciate that she always listens to my requests, and never fails to deliver. Thank you for giving me such beautiful lashes! I love them.

If there was the option to give zero stars. This was the worse ran business Ive seen. Called repeatedly to make a appointment. All I kept getting was a message saying This number cant be reached at the moment. Than I finally get one. Than I get a text saying she ran out of the lashes i wanted. She said I can keep my appointment an do the classic. So here I go agian trying to call NO LUCK!! SO I get a text saying shes busy call me later. I missed her call by 2 seconds try to call back No Answer texted NOTHING!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Esmi is wonderful, went in with bad shoulder pain and the day after my massage its 90 percent better. I have full range of motion and almost no pain. Ill be back to quote the terminator.

Well this the most possible worst experiences I have, the studio was closed they show late and I didnt get the massage since the schedule me at the same time with another client..but the best part was that was the second time they rescheduled me!!
