Worst customer experience. !!!, dont go to this shop. The salesmen (with the Long hair) and the new worker I presume are extremely rude and unprofessional. Looks like they are high whenever you visit the shop !!They refused to help with manufacturing defects with vape that you had bought from the shop.They dont wanna even listen to the problem they are busy in selling new products and force you to buy new brands.Stay away !!!!

The person that helped me went the extra mile trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my vape. Unfortunately there was nothing to be done but he suggested a different vape that was more reliable. Ill be there next week!

The absolute worst customer service. I called to inquire about a product. The guy places the phone down and started talking to a customer that walked in then came back to the phone like oh what did you ask for again I reminded him and the same thing happened again and at first I waited, but this man had me on the phone for 10 minutes as I listened to him talk to another personin the store about vapes. Absolutely horrible service will never patron there again !

Went in here to buy hookah flavor (blueberry & coconut) surprisingly the prices were more affordable than the other store I go to. The gentleman in the front was very helpful and nice. Great customer service!

Best smoke shop around,, I was just walking past and pop inside Moe was workig & explained so much to me about different products and one Ive been wanting to try for some time > edibles..😁He picked out a brand That would fit my level of toleranc.. I just moved around the area a couple months ago Mohammed was right there to assist me, he is extremely attentive and patient. He has great customer service skills. This will be the only place I go to from now on. I totally recommend!
