Was there on a Saturday afternoon/evening. Super friendly staff (like super friendly, why didn’t I get his number super friendly). Place was busier and just getting busier. Bit of a wait to get in due to shift change happening but over all checkin was good. Wish the steam room had seem and the sauna could be hotter but the jacuzzi was great, especially in a drizzly day. And of course you wanna know about the men. All types. And very friendly (I think an outdoor jacuzzi lends itself to chat more than an indoor one other bathhouses). All in all, one of my favorite baths in North America.

The locker rooms had a musty odor, and the towels felt damp and rough. The common areas didnt appear to be disinfected regularly, raising serious hygiene concerns.Unprofessional StaffThe staff at Flex Spa seemed apathetic and disinterested. During check-in, the receptionist displayed a lack of courtesy and barely acknowledged my presence. Throughout my stay, staff members were inattentive and provided minimal assistance.Bedbug InfestationThe worst part of my experience, however, was the undeniable bedbug infestation I encountered. After waking up with itchy bites all over my body, I discovered several live bedbugs on the mattress of the daybed I was using. Disgusted and alarmed, I immediately reported the issue to the staff. Their response was nonchalant and dismissive, downplaying the severity of the problem.Managements Lack of ConcernThe lack of urgency and concern displayed by the staff regarding the bedbug infestation was appalling. It seemed like they were either oblivious to the problem or simply didnt care about addressing it. This entire ordeal left me feeling frustrated and violated.Finding a Better SpaNeedless to say, I cut my visit to Flex Spa short and left feeling dissatisfied and itchy. If youre looking for a relaxing and hygienic spa experience in Los Angeles, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable spas that prioritize cleanliness, professionalism, and customer well-being – avoid Flex Spa at all costs!

Very strange place... The outside part is very nice with a smokers corner, a jacuzzi, a small swimming pool, nice lighting at night...The inside is quite small but with video rooms, dry sauna and hammam, vending machine ($2 for pop corns or chocolate bar - good price), a workout room, several toilets, lots of very friendly staff, etc.The problem is : this place is a time capsule ! EVERYTHING dates back to the eighties : the music (which is good) the crowd, and the premises which havent been maintained or even cleaned for the past 40 years!I visited dozens of gay saunas in the world but this is, by far, the filthiest!Carpets are so dirty that they are literally sticky, mattresses in the rooms are disgusting, they probably havent been replaced in the past 30 years and you do not want to lie down on them, hammam was out of order and not functioning, most showers were also out of order, there were no soap dispensers, the toilets have no lock (!!), the machines in the workout room date back from the early 80s and have never been cleaned or maintained, and the day I visited, there were very few people and, a mostly older and crowd of ugly guys. The only younger guy was on drugs...Definitely the worlds worse quality-price ratio when it comes to gay saunas...A dreadful experience...

I come here often to relax and play and have always had a great time. The place is nice with an actual heated pool hot tub that works and sauna you cant beat the price. I highly recommend this place! 😊

This is my honest review, friendly stuff but hey if you are coming on a weekend be ready to wait an hour to get in, idk why their system is so slow and it takes forever to get inside, I am probably guessing bc of the new membership but I hope the owner can find a solution for this, this is our third week trying to get inside and we end up leaving so its very popular right? If you are pacient youll have a blast. But one hour wait sound a little bit to much.

Want to give it higher but the staff was the main issue. I was wait listed for the rooms, but they never gave it to me. Kept saying non are available, and the one guy who just arrived got a room. Very unprofessional

07/15/2024. Steam Sauna is not working and the dry sauna is not hot enough 😔. The facilities need an urgent maintenance, some showers are not working. 35$ for six hours. No way.

Parking lot is tiny... some people have to park on the streets & surrounding neighborhood doesnt seem safe. its also right next to a freeway. if sounds of cars passing by are relaxing to you, then the pool area will be relaxing for you. lolpool water had so much chlorine... which can be understandable but still... i could feel my skin burning; had to get out quickly and rinse it off. when i was entering, they did not mention nor offer slippers; had to walk on the filthy floor barefoot, yikes!gym equipment looks rusty; seems like it hasnt been updated since 1990s. if you really care about cleanliness & safety, then you probably should avoid this place.

Hello George thank you for everything on my first day come back to FLEXThe club is very much different. Very clean and new designed rooms and around the club. All the staff are brand new and very nice and friendly. After almost 3 years I just come back to FLEX. George manager is very very nice person. I know him since the year of 2000. Still the same. Still a very nice manager Im strongly recommending for everyone 👍

This place is filthy and the staff here are so effing rude and useless 🙄 Train your damn employees! Half of the guys that come here stink and dont even shower. Imagine all the diseases they got . 😬 Take your business someplace else trust me .

While the guy who checked me in did me a solid I was disappointed in the rude self entitled coworkers they have at flex. Standing around being catty is totally where I want my money to go in a bathhouse

I arrived at Flex on a Monday morning around 10.30am and was told there were no rooms available so I went on a waitlist about 2 hours later the so-called upgrade came through, I was given Room 9 a tiny room with a post virtually right in the middle of the room totally unsuitable for anything except storage. I would suggest to management to use this room as a storeroom only, unsuitable to rent out to paying customers.

It’s much more fun if you go with a friend or two. Staff are helpful and friendly. Decently sized facility with plenty of rooms, and multiple areas for activities (gym, pool, lounge, etc).

Didn’t like it, it was dirty and not fun, they refused to give me a refund, not coming back ever.

Trash. I tried to go recently and they said I was banned. For what? Are you kidding? Didn’t get an overpriced room. Walked around but left because I was being stalked. Told the employee that I never wanted to come back. Oh, now I remember!! Yuck. Stay away from here

This place is pretty much always busy no matter what day of the week it is or what time it is. As such, if you want to get a room you better come early or have some extra money to leave a tip alwhich might get you priority on the waiting list. And dont be surprised if you get pushed lower on the list and are waiting hours for a room if you dont slide some cash under the table. The prices to get in are also pretty high but not as high as some of the other places around town.The spa has a well equipped under used workout room with several resistance machines as well as free weights, dry sauna, 2 communial showers and 1 couples shower, 3 bathrooms (none which lock), and heated pool, hot tub, sun desk, large smoking section, 3 TV rooms, and several hallways to get lost wandering around. There is also 1 TV/break room where they play really bad television shows with the volume obnoxiously loud which I really dont understand.The vending machines are $3 for a soda, water or Gatorade.dont judge, dont hate, dont trip.

No gear allowed, after the years of hanging out in full leather BLUF now they say something. Oh well, it’s all good.

I couldnt even get in.An employee was yelling at me for trying to park in their parking lot, then said to never come back. Apparently I was supposed to know theres a 40min 2 car line to do to park in the lot.How am I supposed to know that?I was gonna realize seconds later the lot was full... literally unnecessary approach and tone. I left and never coming back, just as he told me to.

The front desk attendant are rude as hell.They have no manners to treat the customers who pays their salary.The waiting to be in it’s horrible slow… soPlease be more efficient, clear and polite if you have no availability.And train you employees to be more kind!

Worst service ever, I had to take a product that I didn’t used or touched just because I bought it and could not regret about the purchase

I loved it, went for the first time a few weeks back, the employees were really nice, the Jacuzzi felt amazing, it was a really nice vibe the whole way through. Definitely going back soon.

The desk dude when we checked out was such a little C**t. He accused me of staying 8 hours longer than I should have so I gave him some attitude back and said how could I have had to leave 5 hours before I got here. The SODA machine wouldn’t take coins OR bills however I did enjoy the free balloons everywhere. Pool was nice and warm, hot tub nice. The rooms are a little dated and weird with a ghetto setup. Why no pool table? Overall it’s not bad and would visit again but Miss attitude at the desk needs some coaching, yes, reading is fundamental but reading the time on a seat apparently needs some teaching points, I know clocks are hard aren’t they honey?

Worst facility of this kind that I’ve ever been to in the world, and most expensive at the same time.

UPDATE 10/5/22:The sauna is closed and doesnt work. The steam room still doesnt work and the TV isnt even on in there. I sort of wish they would tell you this stuff upfront because I would not have paid to go in (it was $37 total for a $27 weekend locker and a required $10 membership fee). Staff wasnt rude to me, but they did come across as stand-offish and rude to others. This place has really gone downhill, its not an attractive place anymore, could be so much cooler. A change in direction/ownership could actually make this a great place.

Update on May 5, 2023. Arrived around 1:30am, pretty busy, there were around 15-20 guys lined up, long time waiting, because some of them are the first time visitors, got to fill and sign the paper form…it almost took 5-10 mins to checkin a visitor. Please provide online form and signature, then those new visitors can use phone to fill when waiting in the line.Sex activities are still hot and guys are diverse. Flex will be my only place when visit LA.==============Very friendly staff, and a good and spacious spa to meet new people. Even had fun in the workout area! :-DUpdate on Feb 5:Will definitely return when next time in town. Spent a very busy Saturday night here, rooms were sold out when I checked in around 8pm. You still see a long line for checkin at 12am. Lots of hot and handsome guys(comparing with another adult club without showers nearby). After a sleepless night cruise, I even got my final two xxx at 8am and 9am in the morning! =====for those complaining about no steam or some facilities didn’t work, go to LA fitness to enjoy, :D

Good: Big place, lots of private rooms, pool, spa, gym, theater room, lots of lockers 24/7Bad: Too much white bright lights and needs dedicated darker rooms,, need sling rooms and cubicles for those who dont need private room, common shower areas need rennovation, need better heating as ppl are in towels not in street clothes, esp at night. Long wait times in the entrance.Flex is one of the few last standing mens adult place in LA yet the owner is complacent on not improving its facility. Been checking this place once in a while but Everytime I come here its a disappointment, the overall vibe of this place is not conducive to a happy ending.

This place seems to be under new management and so far from experience customer service has been great. Although theres much room for improvement such as the steamroom not operating the staff has been nice and friendly, and I even had the manager or lead of this establishment help me find parking when another customer was trying cut me off to get my spot thank you that made a huge impression on me . I did notice some guys complaining about towel service hope you can improve in providing faster and better service to customers when they request them. Thanks .

Just had my first bath house experience ever in my life last week -- I loved it! I grew up in the era of internet, so traditional cruising is very foreign to me. Usually requires a lot of eye contact... Im a shy boy w limted social skills but I managed to let myself have a good time. 😈My recommendation is to go around 12a-2a, more guys started showing up around that time on Sat eve to Sun morning. I loved the pool / jacuuzi area & how theyre heated. Suuuuper relaxing. Not scary. Fun. People were actually nice. Strange for LA but Im not a bath house culture expert... Yet.

I always have a great time. Mostly the staff are friendly and willing to help you out when needed. when I visited a week a go I was very impressed to see the amount of work the staff are putting in there. Ive been a few times in the past month and theres one guy there that Im not sure if he is a manager but he seems to know and do It all, so I suggest finding him if you need any help or have questions. Keep up the good work!!!!! its nice to see flex really turning around and getting some overdue TLC. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE WHATS NEXT

As a happy bottom I was pleased to find every high dollar room very clean. Im not sure what the other rooms are like. I always enjoy my time there. Plenty of men ready to give Thier all. The jacuzzi and pool are always clean and the summer isnt the only thing thats HoTT.

No steam room. One of the staff members was extremely rude. The pool had leaves in it. Hot tub was extremely small. The weight room was great. In my opinion. It is the only thing it has going for it.

The establishment was nice but the workers were not. They were very rude one person in particular named George. Was very discriminatory and literally forced me out while I still had my bath towel in my hand.. I do not recommend at all. I will be telling anyone who’s even remotely interested to go some place ELSE.

The Staffs are extremely rude. Dont waist your time to go there. They are so racist and unfriendly. Looks like they want to punch to you. Another things is if you pay by credit card or debit card their machine is inside the glass. And you need to write the pin of your bank card and give to them . So dengares. I never seen anywhere in my life they asked to write the bank card pin to give to them.How can they ask of your bank card pin to give to them by writing on the paper?? Strenge. Just few customers only also they are so rude. How can they will do business if they are so rude with guest.

It takes soooooooooooooooo long to get in. They take about 10 minutes per person.It’s fun inside though. Would definitely be 5 starts if it wasn’t for the wait time to get in.

Never have rooms available, even when the club is empty. Some of the front desk people are cool, but most are rude, short with you, and talk to you like you are bothering them. They removed the hot tub because they couldnt keep it clean. The sauna is barely warm, not a sauna. The heated pool is only on sometimes.

Been here many times before the pandemic! Each time the crowd was different! Great place to be as a bottom but sometimes there weren’t any tops! Place definitely needs a upgrade!

I came here before new years the place is huge and they have a pool, no new porn but clean rooms. This place is very diverse black,Latino,asain, white all men are here I love it. I saw young guys and older guys all men are welcome. The parking was bad but I had a good time. I love that they promote safe sex only. I would go again.

I worked here for a short time a few years ago and if I could work there again I would. Everyone needs a remember its a membership club and has a swimming pool. LA is very expensive. A pool in the summer and the place is clean

Being in the adult entertainment industry what little of my life is private I cherish. And the staff at Flex keeps it just that. They are very accommodating and understanding when it comes to guests particular needs. As long as you dont get too out of hand they will always sympathize with your situation. The patrons range from all shapes and sizes and ages.The facilities are clean and spacious. Yes sometimes you have to wait a bit for a room, but I would rather wait for a room because its busy than not wait because no one is there.

2nd time here. Today 02/01/2023 5:20 pm Terrible attention from the guy at the front desk, he almost broke the glass, pointing out that there were only lockers available, I tell him that he adds me to the waiting list and he tells me with a not very friendly tone, youre already signed up, you have 17 ahead of you.

They have taken out the spa and the sauna. There is no longer a dark room and the movies they play are pretty bad. Last time I went everyone was so bored that they were just on their phones instead of actually meeting up. Got bored after 30 min and left. Use to love this place but I think its more of a cheap hotel now instead of a bath house.

Stating that meth pipes were found in my room after I checked out, thats impossible. In fact I got 86d on my birthday for fighting with my boyfriend.

Love this place but last time i was there it was only private rooms and vending open. Outside areas and the pool were open.Have the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and dark rooms re-opened yet?I want to come back but like to relax in the steam and sauna after a long day at work and for other things i like to use the dark rooms.Awaiting a reply. Absolutely horrible, will never return. Chose to give this place a try because the photos online of the hot tub and facility looked really nice. Got there and paid way too much for a locker and my boyfriend got a room (even understanding the prices go up on the weekend, it was too expensive) get there and the hot tub is permanently closed, the steam room doesn’t work, the locker I paid for was full of trash and the place was just a disgusting letdown. We decided to leave almost immediately and waste the money, the desk guys ignored us at the window for almost 15 minutes and upon entering the office still didn’t let us check out till I knocked and had to ask for my ID back so I could leave. This place is sloppy, rude and misleading. I’m gonna believe the reviews and check out the other (cheaper) places around, the other Flex I visit in Phoenix is amazing but this one is trash.

The first time in over a decade, I mean decades (1999) back then it was jumping but when I went it was worst the North Hollywood, although Ive never went but got disappointed that guys were picky and kicks you out from there room !

Extremely rude staff. The guy fought me on the price they literally have posted in front of you. Said the owner was Latino and couldn’t type the sign correctly… Definitely look extremely high out of their minds. Also forgot to give me my towel. The jacuzzi water is green. The sauna is cold. If you’re looking to play this is a spot but don’t go here expecting much of a spa.

Filthy place, and petty for money. Drugged out employee took my key and then tried charging me $55.

I had a friend tell me that the guy at the front desk tried to scam him by telling him that he owed 5 dollars as an “overstay” fee (meaning he passed the allotted time given to him during his last stay and instead of making him pay for it then, they waited until his next visit Months later) I didn’t take this warning too seriously though as it could have been an error on either party’s end.ImFast forward to me and a friend trying to get in tonight (keep in mind that I have only been here once MAYBE twice Ever) and low and behold the guy tells me i owe 8 dollars for an overstay fee from the last visit when I KNOW I most certainly do not. In fact i never even get CLOSE to the outtime they give you. So my friend was 1,000,000% correct and that’s really sad to me. That they refuse to fire an employee that is CLEARLY stealing from guests on a REGULAR basis. It doesn’t take much to be nice and honest. This front desk clerk was neither of those things

My friend and I both had our lockers broken into separate occasions My friend had his wallet and phone taken when he reported it the guy offered his personal number Was weird he didn’t offer his managers number or the company’s number next day when he went back to follow up manager said he never got any report about anything Seemed suspicious. My locker was broken into on another night I triple checked my locker was locked Went for a swim not long after came back to make sure my stuff was still there found my locker opened phone missing I had to take a taxi home the guy at the front desk was helpful called the manager helped me contact the police in case I wanted to make a police report he seemed concerned even offered to help pay for a cab i felt bad him having to deal what happened I didn’t know if that was normal thing that happens there he understood how upset i was was very helpful thankfully they didn’t take one of my cards Idk about this place It was my first time at one these places only went couple times but it seems sketchy and dangerous can’t help feeling it was definitely a inside job whatever the case I won’t return ever if you do make sure you keep your things with you or around you at all times

Good amenities.The fat guy at the entrance is very polite and welcoming.Its annoying that in America, one has to become a member so pay for that and pay for a locker or a room. In Europe one just pays one fee to get in and thats it.Anyway, those places are all the same regarding guys, hut or miss. It depends on the night.

This evening the cashier on duty was Rude as I awaited in the Parking lot for a guest thier. There is No reason to be rude. This person shouldnt work there. He has been extremly disrespecful and displays Poor customer service and has no people skills considering the paying customer pays so he can get paid and live himself. This review is to inform others not to visit this location any longer. As a long standing customer Im informing you too remove him because many woll follow and complain and business will decrease.

What’s going on with the sauna and steam room??? The sauna seems to be weak. It just don’t give off heat like it should. I should be able to sweat something serious but it’s just weak. Please fix your sauna it needs to be improved. Other than that I like the place

Fun times =) one of the Latino employees that cleans up there is super cute. Theres a designated parking lot in a discreet area (like, really discreet. You might drive by it a couple times. Check behind the big wall covered in plants). Theres a gym with a private bathroom, outside the gym theres a big multiperson shower, as well as a dark room with porn on TV and a bed in the middle of the room. Apart from that, the hallways mostly lead to rooms and to the lockers. Theres a pool outside as well. Sometimes it can be hard to get your own room. Oh and, by the way, all the walls are giant mirrors, almost like a disorienting funhouse. So dont go there drunk like I did the first time. I promise you will get lost.

The club is very decent, rooms are dirty, with dirtier ass floors which are NOT cleaned often, if at all, and their prices are very high for the quality of service, men, clubc guests, etc. Plus the sauna and steam room never work, or are never hot enough.There are constant little steps & inclines that are not clearly marked so if youre not careful (i.e. normal walking), you constantly trip and hurt your toes and feet on them.The rooms are not that clean and theyre definitely not spacious, ESPECIALLY FOR the cost to get them, and they have a 2 protective covering they label as a mattress.The pool is heated, thank friggin goodness, but it should be heated a LOT more than it was. Especially in the colder months/times.Staff is cool, even when theyre not trying to flirt like crazy desperate people - just for you to feel like youre getting actual customer service taken care of - or to expedite your requests without an outrageous tip (to even get them to do their NORMAL JOBS). And I do not think its right, any way whatsoever, that they encourage tips, JUST to get the service that is guaranteed to you by paying normally! And if you dont tip, even if you are very polite and kind - but if you dont tip, you get served LAST, if at ALL!!I understand its a business, and one can get a lot more juice if someone knows someone, or if they shell out $50 or $100 or more to get even recognized or acknowledged but to expect a tip just for getting any type of NORMAL service, is completely wrong!Otherwise I do highly recommend this club, its is an awesome and convenient location (although I really do miss it being the Melrose Spa) its fantastic because it re-opened as Flex.On a scale of 1 to 10, I cant honestly rate it an 8, at the moment, because of the items I mentioned previously. If they worked on those few items, it would easily be a 10 out of 10.Now, on to the parking...... ha! Thats something they could drastically improve on as well, but I do understand they are extremely limited on spaces and room, but, that notwithstanding, its an overall fantastic experience.One canNOT expect it to be flawless, by far, but if you want to spend 8 hours messing around, being respected and not afraid or inhibited at all, this place is an awesome choice! Rudest staff I’ve ever come across. Unprofessional, filthy, lazy and thief’s that steal personal belongings from lockers and private rooms . Facility is unsanitary in violation of many health codes . Illicit drug use.

Is this the poor man spa? It seems the sauna and steam room have been down for ever. It’s relatively small. Way to many bottoms. It’s just I dunno average. Staff was nice.

Great place to relax and have fun!!! They should immediately reactivate the Steam Room and install HOLE GLORY in the dark room next to the gym!!!

Really enjoyed the pool, sad they didn’t have a jacuzzi or steam room up and running but overall the place was decent. “Dark room” was below basic and needed some improvements, no one wants to be playing with tarps tied down by zip ties.

The place is what it is. A decent place that horny meb can romp and play. The steam room is always fun. The onko downside is that most of the people there are tweeked out on Methamphetamine and I have seen selling being done. When you walk down any hallway clouds of smoke are billowing out of the rooms.

Usually pretty busy and i get to use the gym and dry sauna there. i think the jacuzzi and the steam sauna have been under repairs for the last decade and will likely remain so. front office staff does well, but one of the guys is really friendly and helpful and has a good attitude, dark haired latino works overnight, but i duno his name. =(

Horrible staff and no security or sense of authority when needed. Instead they 86 anyone whether they are causing a.problem or trying to protect themselves. They dont know how to use the cameras they have up so they.just ban any one even if its an accusation that is false. Shady business and no professionalism. I was hit.on and groped.by 2 staff members and then.when.i reported it they just told me.to speak with manager. Trashy

Good place to meet people but the staff is stuck up and rude to everyone i talked to many people their and they said the same thing y are jus mad because they get paid minimum wage and clean up after us or maybe they mad at the fact that they all ugly 8 months without a daym hot tub out of order. Fill it in withgravel and put a nice out door yard one ontop. Talk about cruelty to animals. Where are all the black guys

I was visiting Los Angeles in 2000, as a gay man l spent up my savings at the bars and baths, as a result became homeless and was drinking heavily and was 86ed out of the flex complex bathhouse for bad behavior but would love to come back only this time l am sober

Dont waste your money. They didnt inform us that all the facilities werent working. It was small and not clean. Youll be very disappointed compared to other spas

I was thinking about going to this place but, I keep reading complaints on this one rude guy and he is not getting fired. So I will not be coming. If they cant fix the customer service problem I cant deal.

If you want to get off, its an adequate place to do it, but the staff is extremely rude and bullying. They dont care even when you complain and are a long standing customer.

My experience with the front desk was great and the guy called me papi which gave me an instant chubbi 😘

One dude at the front is cool. The rest are liars and thieves. Beware, they dont have rooms available unless you have an extra tip for them. Owner should have them fired.

Worker at the front was really rude. No customer service at all. Requested manager and was told manager not there. For it being my first experience, Ill give a two star. I dont tolerate rudeness.

Run of the mill bathhouse, besides the fact that there is no steam room. I think that is a first for me. Alot of hot guys, clean and bueitiful pool and outside area. Complete gym and reasonably priced.

I did really enjoy the vibe. Nice outdoor pool to chill. Many good people to have conversation or more with. would definitely come back

This place is nothing but a piece of s*** that needs to be burned down or shut down by the cityI had a good friend there that ODthe workers there try to throw him out to st wout call 911

Nice sauna in los Angeles i Think the best. The place is an old style sauna in wood. quite clean and very nice staff. I have been 2 times and I liked it.

Apparently when you check out you have to bring your sheets w/you. This place is getting ridicules. Aside from dealing with the mosquitoes all around you, now there’s this little hiccup…

Best in LA, outdoor pool and patio area with ample lawn chairs for nude sun bathing, usually mostly occupied when the sun is out, great for meeting up after the bars close on Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun Nights.

I was called a jackass by the manager who then proceeded to mock my disability. I made several attempts to contact the corporate office and received no reply. I wont go here again unless they fire the manager, who is extremely rude and condescending

Itsok. There were no dark rooms when I was there last. I also noticed that the premium rooms are usually taken. Is there like a waiting list for them?

Pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and the cleanieless of the location. Guys and staff are respectful.

My boyfriend comes here a lot he lied to me telling me it was a bar , i looked it up i gotta have a serious talk with him ... he would be like im going to flex to have a drink , and i believed him , till i looked it up i see this is not a bar.......

The dark room with the 4 television and 1 bed used to have a leather curtain forming a small enclosure for privacy but they took it away and now everybody has to stand there in the open...

Great time. Offers a lot options on toys and rooms. Recommend. Majority of the guys are really hot ;)

Terrible dirty and old place, employees with bad service for the first time, I dont know if thats what they charge for a locker 37 and they didnt give me a receipt. The only thing better they have is the outside. To never return. Zero recommended, a thousand times better steamworks in Berkeley ca and cheaper and magnificent customer service.
