This is a wonderful place to get a massage.It is clean, quiet and customer service is outstanding. All the massage therapists are great but Anna is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She does an outstanding job and I feel lucky that I found her. A relaxing and pain relieving experience. Can not recommend this place enough.

I work in security and need to consistently have work done on my body to stay sharp. That said, Spa De LA is the best value for a massage in Los Angeles. The customer service, location, pricing, quality, etc. are outstanding. I have nothing but praise for this business!

We called to inquire about the review regarding a prescribed tip and the representative shared that there was misunderstanding, that in no way did the staff or the business convey this information. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly staff and there was no signage regarding suggested or prescribed tips.According to www.ef.edu, 10 things no one tells you about tipping in the US- “Estheticians, massages and other special spa moments- The rule of thumb here is 15-20%.”We were a group of three and were each asked to confirm what type and duration of service we had chosen. We all had wonderful massages and tipped appropriately.We will be returning for future massages at this clean location with friendly and thoughtful staff.

Great place. The staff were very friendly and the massage was amazing. I got the hour long deep tissue massage for pain that was radiating and sharp on my left side. I feel so much relief! Will be coming in the future.One less star because of the tipping sign. A bit tacky in my opinion. Why not just include it in the price instead of this type of presentation? Im sorry!

I scheduled a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Just what I needed and the price is reasonable. I would go again if I lived here.

This place has a really nice vibe. Irene is really professionals. I was really impressed on her massage skills. Nice personality too. Im becoming a regular customer for sure! they have their own parking spot in front of the place.

This place is clean, and Pam gave me the best massage ever! She was so kind. I genuinely felt relaxed after a long week of being at work. This is the perfect way to unwind, and I slept like a baby. Their masseurs are talented and know how to massage a person thoroughly. The only thing I had to do was communicate how much pressure I needed, and the massage turned out perfect because I just liked it a little harder, and Pam listened.

Very well priced and the masseuse was versed in Thai and Swedish massages. Great deals for early bird and Groupon!New-ish to the area so it’s nice to see them out extra effort into quality.

Reasonably priced and the masseuses are pretty good. However facility isn’t the cleanest. They also now charge a fee for using your card so try withdrawing cash if you can.

Very professional, clean and relaxing. You get your own private room with dim lights and relaxing music. I got the deep tissue massage and I left feeling very light. I highly recommend.

First time ever getting a massage and I’m very pleased with my experience! Great and I mean great massage very happy with my massage and how it was. It felt so amazing and so relaxing! I’m a single mother with twins that are 3 I work full time and had alot of stress and pain in my back and neck this was much needed! Thank you for this experience I will be back

Irene is the best! She manages to find ever knot in my body without having to ping it out. I have followed her from another studio. Totally worth the value. The spa is clean. Parking is easy. The staff are friendly!

I’ve been to Spa De’La three times now and I absolutely love it. Not only is it a truly relaxing environment but the therapists are extremely professional and well versed in all the different massage styles. Definitely recommend and if you don’t have a full hour to dedicate to yourself, they have smaller windows like 30 minutes and the pricing is very reasonable. Try their East meets West massage. It’s my favorite. Will definitely be back!

Very accommodating Im always last minute but they let me walk in basically with just a call ahead. I got the east meets west with Jenny and she was perfection. Will 100% be coming back.

Dont even bother. Unprofessional scheduling. Massages were ok but every time (3 times now) I try to book they canceled/moved my appointment 15 minutes before im supposed to have my appointment.Every time they say theyre going to work on keeping their scheduling accurate and every time they fail and cancel on me last minute.So rude and a waste of time. If it was one time no big deal mistakes happen but 3 times in a row is crazy. Very unprofessional.I am still waiting for my refund.

Atmosphere and music are relaxing. Most of all the therapists are the best. I always leave feeling renewed! Best place in Los Angeles.

Was staying in LA and I really wanted a massage before traveling some more. This place wayyyy exceeded my expectations. Service was friendly and the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve had about 25+ massages and this one was amazing. I feel 100 times better. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed checking them out!

I just had a 2h thai combo massage at Spa De’ LA and my masseuse Pinky was amazing. Every movement she did had an intention and the pressure was perfect. I feel amazing and will definitely come back asap. I’ll also send my husband and highly recommend it to anyone reading this review.

Freezing cold. I was shaking and had to ask for temp to be raised. They only raised the temp of the bed. SO the air was still cold for the rest of the 55 min!!! The massage was absolutely subpar. Especially for $75. Completely overpriced place. I left more stressed than I entered. Avoid.

I had an 80 min massage w/ hot stones with Steve (or Steven? Cant remember) but he.was.fantastic!! I think Ive found my new go-to massage place. The vibe was so serene and welcoming. Its clean and I felt very relaxed. Thank you Steven!
