If I could give minus 5 starts, I would! The worst massage and even worse customer service in my entire life! I wish I had read the many reviews that indicated this would happen. I hope those considering going in the future will read this and the other negative reviews. Payment was asked upfront and in cash, most likely to avoid taxes. No receipt was given. It was a 100% unprofessional massage with zero consideration for the needs or any idea of what they were doing - just pushing and pulling. The environment was unclean and unpleasant. At the end, there was a vigorous insistence for at least a 30% tip and rushing us out the door, treating customers with hate. This business should be closed down immediately. I know I am reporting it to the BBB.

Not the greatest massage and very insisting with tip. Money hungry people! Really annoys me. Tip is optional!!! I was putting on my socks in the room and the lady comes in and stands there looking at me. Very uncomfortable and awkward. Never coming here again.

Very disgusting establishment ! Asked for payment before they started & after taking the money became a different person. Very rude & money hungry people. Not only did she shush me like a child but she also used her feet to step on my back with no warning. The massage was not good at all & she did not pay attention to the concerns I had. They rush you out right after your massage while you are dizzy & will literally watch you get dressed until you ask them to leave & then they will come back to your door & stare through the little window above the door. Also be aware they will try to FORCE you to pay tip after the disgusting behavior & treatment they show you and will actually yell “YOU HAVE TO PAY TIP” when in fact you only should pay tip if they went above & beyond for you as it is your hard earned money. Please go somewhere else that will satisfy your needs & have respect as an establishment.

Their location is very close and I go regularly to the LAX location. The manager and staff are some of the nicest and gracious folks around. They are also fully trained and give great therapeutic massage, unlike some places. The friendly Korean staff are extremely accommodating and I’ve never had any issues in over 5 years. Very clean and easy free parking in the back also. It’s very important, as with any service shop, to do research and get a good recommendation where ever you go. Same for any business. It’s the customer’s responsibility to be polite and respectful, as well as discussing what type massage you need based on your pain. I highly recommend Super Spa to both men and women.

My waist cannot make movement for 2 weeks after the bad skilled Korean lady worked on it. They don’t know how to do massage! Just used foot to massage you and eventually it hurts you! Crazy bad place. No skills at all!

Price is very high. Place is kinda run down. Park around back. No access on main road. Dont fall for the pictures they posted on here in regards to the women... dont even come close to looking like that. Last time I went, got a massage and body scrub. The lady who massaged me seemed upset/bothered by something. In the middle of the scrub, she started to say something in her native tongue and gesture for me to touch myself. I was like naw, Im good. She seemed to have been bothered by this even more. Been here before this last visit, with much better results/attitude. Theres better/cheaper places around the same area. I suggest looking around.

There have been a lot of concerns about this place, here what you should do next time you visit this or another venue - the moment you walk in pay attention to their mood, how much they engage with you, do they understand what you are saying, usually a women at the reception is going to provide a service, clarify that too, if they aren’t necessarily friendly look for another place, there are plenty out there. Next see if they ask for money first, if they do, walk away, they are desperate and so is the service. Finally, literally tell them right off the bat that you are going to leave tips only if you like the service and the amount will depend on quality, see how they react, concerned - walk away. you can even elaborate how you would like it to be. Stay away. This place made me feel uncomfortable from the beginning. The masseuse women aggressively try to give you a happy ending. They make u pay ahead of time ($65) and then make sure you they make u tip their desired amount, even if the massage wasn’t the best. Disgusting and smelly establishment. Terrible massage. Rude masseuse.

I went there for a massage. Boy was I misled. My masseuse did not listen to the areas causing me problems, didnt know how to do massage. If you need a massage dont go there. I dont know what else they offer though. I paid for an hour and left after 40 minutes. That kind of bad

Amazing massage best place ever!

First I entered money requested. Then I went to the massage room before I can takeoff my shirt The masseuse knocked I told her I was not ready and before I can take off my pants another knock and I’m still not already finally when I’m laying down another knock and I tell the masseuse I’m ready she can enter. The massage was horrible because not only did a lack the style of deep massage only 5 minutes of lotion for the massage.The masseuse started a full on conversation and questionnaire about my life she wanted to know everything about me and it was so weird because I thought the whole point of doing this is for a person to relax and this is was opposite. When massage ended she wouldn’t leave when I asked her to so I can get dressed she said we’re all women and it’s OK and stood there and stared at me so I finally gave her a tip even though I didn’t want to then she finally left came back one minutes. I’m still not dressed so I ask her if she can please give me a little privacy then she proceeds to tell me that my time is up and I literally laughed I don’t know what else to say or do. I’m really not the type that can handle confrontation so I’m always going to be pleasant but it really couldn’t have been any worse than this.

Visited for the 1st time and kindly greeted and shown a list of services which was very comprehensive & impressive and fairly priced. My masseuse was very nice and highly skilled as I enjoyed a wonderful massage, the techniques were amazing and the environment was very clean, calm/relaxing. I highly recommend for anyone who likes a relaxing adventure away from noise & stress.

Firstly, this massage place charges you before the massage. This has never happened at other massage places. Secondly, the masseuse did an average job, did not ask about pressure or how the massage felt, yet she pressured me to leave a tip at the end. I felt she did not deserve a tip for just an average massage. The massage room also has a huge window with no privacy. I could see someone looking inside while I was changing, and they tried to come in while I was still changing. After the massage, she practically demanded a tip. It made me feel awkward, and I will not come back nor recommend this place.

Just terrible would not recommend they force you to tip

Not bad. Not great. Good for a quick massage before or after a long flight. Oddly she gave me deep tissue o one side but was significantly softer on the other side couldn’t seem to help her understand.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to have massage with my wife and clearly this place is not a normal kind of massage place. The staff gave terrible massages, were very rude, and extremely pushy about the tip. It smelled terrible too. It was dirty, literally and figuratively.

Love this place...employees are very friendly. I love the sauna and the juice cleanse are very good :) im soooo happy that my friend introduce me to this. This will be our third time. It very relaxing, clean, and peaceful. I highly recommend to this place !!!

Wonderful place! I and my boyfriend went to this place for body massage cause long trip from NY. The stuff is so friendly and professional massage. Definitely we will come here again when we r in LA. I will recommend everyone come to here get good massage.

Strong athletic build, after building tension, required a deep tissue lower back massage. They were open late, and had just got off work, the ladies were polite, they applied the right pressure, cracked my back, and then relaxed the muscle with oil. Overall, great, now I can go on training for a few more months. Recommend location!

Had the accupressure massage and Jennifer did a great job.. hit all my sore spots and really got me to relax. she took her time and then followed up with a hot oil massage. She was very professional and skilled. I am a happy customer and will be back next time I visit LA

For stiff muscles and especially the neck Ive lived here in westchester for a year and make it a point to visit my favorite Spa were they Treat you like a King cant wait until next visit

It took some time to liking this place. I liked the deep tissue massage with the therapist walking on my back. I had never experienced that before. What I didnt like was the pressure to be tipped highly. I tip what I want for a good massage. It has gotten better. If you could use a good massage I would recommend this Spa.

Crazy good massage. Professional care, comfortable atmosphere. I have rods and screws in my back and massage is a normal for me. Super Spa was one of the best massages Ive had in a long time. I will be back!

I have been going here for 3 years after trying all surrounding competition.Expertly trained Korean massage therapists who care about doing a good job. They know bodies like muscles, tendons, ligaments. They are caring and sweet and wonderful people and earn their money which is reasonable. Thai and Swedish are no match for Korean massages.Mike L

Dropped in with no appointment and was taken straight back for a 30 min acupressure massage. Very friendly staff, good service and fair prices!Only thing I do not like is paying BEFORE the massage.

No pressure. Cut 10 mins short. Felt like i paid 80 to get oil rubbed on me. Horrible massage.

Terrible customer service at the counter especially when we enquired about their services. We didn’t end up staying to get a massage before our flight and left with a bad experience.

Looks a little sketchy from the street but my acupressure massage was excellent and inexpensive ($35/half hour). Its the perfect way to relax the muscles before a flight!

Booked for 1hr oil massage and the oil was only used for 5 mins. Demanded a minimum $20 tip after massage. Would not recommend

I called to make an appointment. Lady told me to just come as they had spots. I arrived 12 minutes later and she it appeared that there were all booked.

I got the top pressures I went to. I got a long flight of aircraft, a lot of pain, a lot of back, and I felt like I was going to fly to the ground for a nine-minute contract. Im so glad. Thank you. Ill see you again
