One of the best spots in downtown Los Angeles especially if you know how to dance salsa or wanna learn.Get your collared shirt and dancing shoes on because this place is a great spot to meet people. I’d definitely go back here again and shoutout to the host Joe for a great experience!

I love coming to this place. They always have great music and I enjoy the separate areas for dancing. Plus I like when the dancers do their 3 minute performance. I would rather not have individuals with drinks on the dance floor only because there is always spills ( hazardous, specially with 5 inch heels)

This is great if you want to dance to Salsa, hip-hop, and Latin. I felt like I was at a night club in Mexico since the majority of the people were Mexican. The place has three rooms. One of the small room was for hip-hop. The second room is a restaurant, but after 11:45 pm on Saturday, it becomes a salsa dance floor. The main floor plays Latin music on Saturday night . This is a great place if you come with a group. I dont recommend this place for single guys who are looking for girls since most of the girls are taken. The restaurant has a small menu, but the food is really good.

Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I headed to the bar to grab some drinks and waited for about 20 minutes. Once at the bar, I was standing right on front of the female bartender and she kept getting the drinks for people that were way of the side of the bar just because they were males. I ended up walking empty handed because she kept ignoring me. I tried to get her attention but she kept ignoring me. Not sure if I would ever go back or even recommend it.

Cover fee $25.One huge flooorDrinks are pricey. Id say about $20.For drinks ran me about $100Outside patio for smoking.Music is good. Vibes are really good.Bouncer dont play around.If you uber they drop you off on the back side. By the yard house. Youd have to walk around or ask and you wont miss it.

Came here with the boys and had a blast. Great Spanish music and they have an outside patio in case you want to grab some air.

Went on a Saturday and surprisingly there was no line to get in. Cover was $20 (card or cash) and coat check is $6 (cash only). The vibe was amazing.

I really like that they have many security guys.DJs were not too bad but all the good new music we have and they have to go all the way back to old reggaetons, cmon now....They mixed cumbia and rock en español which were good but can u guys please make it little less long period in each genre? Gets boring to listen to same type of songs over and over.Definitely better than Mayan Theater club.

Came here last weekend the club is pretty big and fun. entrance fee $25 and coat check is $6 cash only. Drinks were a bit over priced in my opinion. Overall had a good time music was mainly reggaeton which I didn’t mind but also wouldn’t have minded some hip pop.

Its really a good place but the only bad thing is the lady who work there! The lady in the front behaved aggressively and rudely towards us. She laughed at my face, the security guard at the entrance named George pushed me and treated me in a disrespectful manner. Even though I showed them and proved to them on camera that it was my jacket , She laughed at my face and didnt want to bring it to me even though I begged them and they all know me.No one should be treated this way.My jacket is worth $400 and they stole it from me and dont want to give it back to me!I have never had a situation like this before.Im so disappointed!I hope to get my jacket back.

It was cool, great music, environment and people. I highly recommend it.

Plenty of space to mingle, dance, have beverages by the bar or even on the outdoor balcony over looking LA Live.

Not a bad place, with good music and a lively atmosphere for a club. The drinks are good, but in my opinion, the prices are a bit high. Overall, you can have a good time and enjoy yourself.

Went for a Dirty Heads show..had a great time. Plenty of room in the bathroom. Floors were a bit sticky...but the event was fab!

I came with my friendS here and what an amazing place !! I live in downtown and I had no idea what an amazing place this is. We had an delicious dinner and drinks... the margarita was one of the best Ive ever had !! All the staff were very friendly, I felt at home right away. And the dance floor was incredible... I love salsa. I really enjoyed this place and will be back for more for sure! If you like great food and to have fun you should go to this place!!! :)

We love going to the conga room for various events. this time it was for E3 feat. the Let It Die video game release after party feat. Chester Bennington performing.

It was our first time with bottle service and it was terrible! Ive been there before for concerts but, because of past experiences (good experiences) we decided to celebrate a birthday friend here. First impression that we make a line as a regular ticket, secondly, the guard who verified the identification had a very bad attitude just because he was attended a big party, he decided to put us behind them. and when we finally waited for our table that he booked two weeks in advance, (2 tables), the lady did not find our reservation and finally gave us another table in a very bad position just because our first tables were given to someone else at the last minute, because ? nobody gave an answer and nobody was responsible including the manager at that time. We were very upset because nobody gave us any solution, they sent me with a woman (I dont remember her name but she was a very kind person) to see if I could take another table somewhere else, but they showed me a room upstairs, but who do you want to enjoy of the party in a closed room? ... well, in the end I paid for a table at PIT because I no longer had the courage to keep wasting our time and when we finally sat down, they changed us again! just because they need the table ... they sent us to another table always in PIT but to the other corner why? just because they would use it for someone else. Discrimination? or what can that be called? ... I will definitely never make a birthday here again, it was a shame for the birthday girl that was her first time here. I just want to add that the one who made us the different night was our waitress, her name is Diana. He was a very attentive person and gave us a very special treatment.

Great music great atmosphere affordable tables not to cramped not too crowded they even have a back door for smoking I recommend it its also by a bunch of restaurants too so thats a plus. However you would need a vaccine card per usual for LA county.

I’ve been here 6-10 times. The vibe and music is amazing. Friendly security. But lately I’ve been noticing each bar charges differently. One bartender maybe charge me about $9-12 for a cocktail and another bartender raises the price to about $15-17 and I’m ordering the same drink every time.Last night (3/15/19) I was charged $70 for two mix drinks and they asked if I wanted to make it a double, I agreed. If it was going to cost me $70 I wouldn’t have accepted. I feel they used the same amount of alchol for a single but poured more syrup to top it off.I’ll enjoy some drinks somewhere that is less expensive then head on over to this place.

Worst bottle service/VIP service ever. Apart that I and my party paid 360.00 for a bottle they have a strict policy where one cant poor his own drink. Yo basically cant touch the bottle at all. I was trying to take a picture giving my cousin a shot because we were celebrating his birthday and I almost got thrown out. Theyre plenty of other night clubs with better bottle service, next time Im taking my business elsewhere, were I feel appreciated.

Beautiful venue but the Djs were trash they need to play everything salsa , Bachata, merengue change it up everybody just dont want to hear reggaeton and Hip Hop go back to the old days please I havent been here in years I was disappointed tonight upper management please do something this place used to be awesome bring it back to the old days

A great place to go out for dancing! If you love Latin music this is the spot to go too. The place really does fill up at night so its not a bad idea to get there a but early if you want to hang out and get a drink before it gets packed.

I give it one star because, this place sucks, they charge like 600 dlls for a table, otherwise you cant sit. they have chairs statched and very stingy to bring them out. They are rude and play old songs.. dont go here...

Dj Havoc was horrible! He had like 3 good songs and then he played edm, salsa, and then Cumbia , and then hip pop and back to salsa. It was all over the place. The other 2 rooms werent open at all! I left at midnight and the music got worse. He didnt have good transition. Dont book online! PAY AT THE DOOR ! This was the first time back from pandemic and wasnt the same

It was my first time there last night and it will definitely be my last. I was asking a security if I was in the right line because there wasnt anyone when another security comes a takes a bottle of juice I had out of my hand with out asking he just grabbed it and went to smell it. I told him it had alcohol but I was about to throw it away. He asked me to leave for 30 mins and come back. On my birthday!!!! So I did. But at that point I had to pay to get in. To top it off I paid $60 for two watered down drinks ??? Hated it. Dont recommend it .

I mean if you like 10 seconds of 150bpm mash ups of Spanish music...great! Only main floor open and purpose of this club right now is to get drunk and pretend the music is good .... this was a Friday experience for me. ....pre covid this place had choices of music....now you have 6 DJs using the same laptop and track list...save your time until all the rooms open

I really enjoyed the location and music. Cleaning staff were very on top of people who were spilling drinks. Security staff were very kind as well. Overall great experience. 4 because drinks could have been a little better in taste.

Great variety of music with the different rooms however 58$ for two drinks is simply ridiculous. Not even in a Las Vegas night club I pay those prices. Won’t be returning but great to experience it at least once. Many other venues in LA playing great music with better drink prices and decent parking.

Save your money , don’t go there ! Check yelp and soon you’ll figure out that Google reviews are fake !!! It’s not even 2 stars on yelp !!! Be care full they are some employees who acting like gang members and follow people outside the property!!

My only complaint with the conga room is the people they hire. At the entrance where they check your ID I was accused by the person working if I was drunk, which was not the case I work 14hrs a day and my feet where hurting from the heels. If It looked like i was walking a bit off balance was due to my heels and me being tired. They really need to train the people they hire very unprofessional. Besides that I always have a good time the music is great and the resturant is good too.

We came here on a Saturday (Memorial Weekend), so it wasnt so crowded when we arrived. The club is beautiful. There is parking right next door. I think $5.00 for the first half hour and then $10.00 each hour after. There is also another parking venue down the block with a $10.00 flat rate. We had no problems with security or standing in line. They were professional. If you are on the guest list, but arrive after 10:30, then you will have to pay a cover charge. We sailed in just a few minutes before and it all went so smoothly. We danced to a few songs (upstairs) and it was a lot of fun. We had a great time, but as the tempo of the music changed and became more harsh, we had to take a break. They dont play salsa music or the music that was once traditional here. Instead it is from the Power 106 genre of today. Its uninspiring, like a wrecking ball to the mind. I wouldnt define it as Latin Music. Its a hybrid. Not our taste. Its what makes the club money. The people were fine. We had no problems. We felt welcome and comfortable, which was nice. I hope they will infuse more salsa music from South America, Central America and Cuba back into the scene again. I know Celia Cruz would wish that too! We need to weave that core of that style music back into it. Less of the mind numbing, bonk, bonk, bonk, bootie this, and bootie that music, and lets do a makeover and put more class in there!

Great place. You can buy tickets online $20 each. The drinks were $13-$16. They have an outside balcony plus 3 rooms. Great crowd of all ages and dressed to impress. Parking was only $10. BORING!!!!!!!!! It was my first time last night going to this place and the all night they played the same music reggaeton and hip hop THE COMPLETE NIGHT !! dont get me wrong I love perreito but I really thought that Latino night includes Salsa Merengue bachata cumbia Punta. DJ Sonic so dessapointed👎🏽. Two stars because the place is nice. But I prefer Mayan for Fiesta Latina Saturdays 💣

I like this spot, it is small tho.. they have separate rooms that play other music like a room for bachata and another for I think like old school music like Nelly and so on.. the main floor is mainly reggeaton with some spanish cumbia and stuff which I like. Its just small... but still Id go again. Wouldnt be my first choice but I did enjoy it.

Just not my type of spot went for a good friends Birthday didnt like the music but it is called the Conga Room the 99 percent Hispanic crowd was really into it though so I guess the DJ was ok if you like that type of music. But it is a nice looking club and the waitresses were nice and helpful.

Security was on point. Dress code keeps the place professional. The support staff was great, the waitress kept our cups filled so we can truly enjoy our bottle service.

I went on a Saturday night. Theres a variety of music. Bachata, Rock, reggaeton, cumbia, salsa among other things. My drink was extremely pricey. Although the venue and the atmosphere seemed pretty inviting I cant say the same for the staff. Theres no where to sit and if you stand in the wrong place someone will ask you to move along. I was standing by one of the walls, security said I couldnt stand there. He rudely told me that is a nightclub and to move along. I feel their staff need to provide better service and not be so rude.

Ive always came here and never had a problem. I came again on Friday 1/26/2018 and this girl accused my friend and I of throwing beer on her even though we were not on the same dance floor as her and the head security ( guy with blue shirt and glasses) handled the situation very poorly. He took us into this empty hall way to talk to us along with a female security, which he then proceeded to state how the complaining party seemed more credible.Even though we had witness to prove otherwise, he refused to listen to us and on top of that disrespected us. Not to mention cursed at us. Poor customer service.

It was my fist time in Downtown Los Angeles walking with my girlfriend by this place. We were curious about how much the cover was so I approached the bouncer at the front entrance.I kindly asked how much it was going to cost to enter the facility and the bouncer rudely replied in front of a large crowd, Its $20 dollars & you cant get in!. Consider I was not wearing formal wear. I was just curious and asked a simple question regarding entrance fee. He was way to quick to judge the way I looked & neglected my entrance. After his rude statement, I replied and said I didnt ask you about the dress code policy and I quickly walked away and said Thank you!My girlfriend and I were actually thinking about returning back with proper dress code wear, but after his rude judgement, we will never return to a place like this that has rude employees.

Coming from Chicago, this was an amazing place to get your go going. Had such an amazing time 2 nights in a row. Personal and security was top notch. Will be back in the near future

Over rated. I would rather pay $20 to get in to a gentlemans club than this place. I remember this place being more classy too. I think I saw a man carrying his date who was passed out over his shoulders. Very classy!

If you are gay DONT come here you will be made to feel less than by the security staff. This club stereotypes members of the gay community and they are clearly homophobic and thought it was funny worst experience of my life extremely disappointed that this behavior still happens in Los Angeles.As I pointed out the guards behavior and his clear disrespect as of course he called me sir instead of ma’am and then said whatever you are you’re not allowed in.I asked to speak to a manager and of course he was the manager. This place is a joke and they disrespected me several times as I was simply asking what is your justification for not letting me in.They pointed out the dress code however I was following the dress code policy Worst experience ever very disrespectful to a lesbian woman

One of my favorite places. Clean, safe and DJs are great. My tip: Parking is about $15plus if you want to be close to the entrance. If you dont mind walking a little you might find a Better deal. 😎

It was my birthday we came from dinner. We walked on our heels and finally arrived. Long haired security was offensive, unprofessional and got his ego boost from playing cop. First time in downtown very disappointing. Never in my life I was questioned and assaulted like that. I wake up at 5 am all I wanted was an hour in, and he made sure to ruin my bday, while my other friends were already inside. They had to come out and we all went home.

Me and 10 friends go out to this club every Friday and Saturday . But since we were in an unpleasant situation at the last time we did not return to this low level. How can I spend the moment I enter the club and realize that my credit card or my Cigarettes stays in the car ?? And if I wanted to leave after I came in I would have to pay again. What foolishness and foolishness, and who made this law. In other words, a kind of coercion or stay or thank you for paying and seeing. shame!! Thank you very much. We will not go back to you anymore and we will not recommend anyone. Even so you are collapsing Fridays The place is empty !!

Crowded, Overpriced, and Hot! I visited this place on December 30 2017 for a Sonora Dinamita show. It was my first time visiting and frankly did not enjoy my visit. Luckily Sonora Dinamita made me ignore the fact that they crowd people into a tiny space, that they ration their alcohol, and that they decide to act like a high class establishment with poor service.

Very Very Dissapointed! We saw Ivy Queen which I love! What we thought was a concert? Was a rip-off ! The advertising for Ivy said., She would start from 10-1am? Well we rushed over at 9:40., walked from the expensive hotel me and my sister rented at 220 a night ! Had dinner which cost 140 dollars..at a restaurant near by.. I paid 45o in total for me and my sister! We had front row seats ! So.. we get there .. waited only to find out she not starting until 11pm? So we thought ok? She give a 2 hour concert it’s ok.. she was 10 min late, she sang few songs.. performed great. Of course..,however.. she only sang for 1 hour! Maybe 15 min.. wrk is this because we where back st hotel st 12:40!!! To add insult to injury? Ivy went to take pictures w the people in back??? Way back! She never came to us? The people who paid 220 a ticket ???? I was upset... it was my sisters bday gift.. even tho we enjoyed sister time and Ivy was like we said awesome but? Did we get our moneys worth? Do the math people! False advertisement from Conga Room and Ivy didn’t appreciate the VIP section not 1 picture not one rose? Not handshake .. wow Never going back to conga again?’ ! As far as Ivy maybe just maybe give her benefit of doubt ? But. Not spending over 200 to see her perform for 1 hour and 15.. very sad upset! Everyone was saying the same on our way out ! So we aren’t alone in this ! Feel robbed period..

Huge venue playing spanish music all night long. They have a reggeaton room, bachata room and salsa room. I had a good time with my friends there. We didnt buy any drinks so cant comment on the prices.

I guess the best part of the night is when our party got in for free. It was a red a flag, I knew something was afoot when I walked in. Yes they have latin dancing but this place is far from upscale or glamorous.It would be nice if they had live music here instead of a dj playing house/club/crap music with absolutely zero latin flare in the main room. It was nice to dance to some salsa music, but that was cut short by the bouncers who closed the Latin dance floor down about an hour before the club closed.Not sure why they did that but it threw whatever vibe this place had way off. I suppose no one wanted to pay $11 for a mixed drink on that side of the venue. Whatever the reason I know I will never return.

I have been misleaded at the entrance. It was supposed to have a salsa room. After paying 20$ per person, we have been told that the room wasnt operating that Friday. A lot of too young crowd plus music was almost all reagaton and Spanish rock and roll and style music. No Salsa, no Bachata whatsoever and that was what I was looking for.

Comes up on Google as a Salsa Dancing spot, but its not. Its more Reggaeton and grinding than salsa dancing. Beautiful venue just not a dance crowd.

If it werent for the poor service at the beginning, not only would Conga Room receive 5 stars, they would also become my default HH wine spot! I might still keep em on the books, but Conga Room, you all need to check your servicetude. First impressions are key, the first server we had failed miserably. Luckily, when I scouted a second, not only was he friendly, he was funny, polite and anticipated our needs. He saved you!

Payed a pretty penny for bottle service to be treated poorly. Some staff were very rude especially the bartenders! (We wanted to walk over to bar just for fun) avoid a dark cloud over your night & don’t get bottle service here!

Me and my brother showed up wearing the same brand of shoe only let me in and not him. Neither of us were wearing vans or coverse which were stated not to be allowed. I asked the bouncer if he would play tennis in our shoes and he said no so I dont know what the problem is if the only difference between our shoes were the color they really really need to have a better accepted and not accepted footwear section especially since last time I had no problems getting in and this time I had to ask for the manager after the bouncer denied me entry. Please be more clear other than no vans coverse after saying they agree we are not wearing tennis shoes.

Its a beautiful setting but they falter in execution.Vip setting is hardly vip. they cram you in like sardines.Vip didnt even sell out they had us crammed in for no reason.Every Thursday they have a main act i dont know why they booked another party accross the dance floor. They had a dj playing music in glass walled room right off the dance floor playing conflicting music to that of the main act. if the band wasnt busting out or on slow songs you could clearly hear the dj in the corner. the extra party also created a cloud of loud chatter because the people from the party didnt care about the band.if they removed two chairs from each row in the vip section it would actually be vip. if they stopped double booking so i could hear the main act it would actually be a good place to go but i dont see that happening. expensive($12) appetizers that are not prepared correctly. i ordered a cheese pizza on the menu it said it had cheese and sauce i got a pizza with with just cheese no sauce. i think if it has no sauce its not a pizza.

STAY AWAy!!! Bouncers are complete douches!!! A bouncer told us we could pay $50 for “vip” to skip the line. We handed him the money and preceded to the front of the line only to get told “get the f*** out we don’t know you” by another bouncer. After arguing back and forth we didn’t get our money back and were forced to leave!! Never coming here again!!!!!

I have been to many clubs in the world, but this is the worst one. you cant claim yourself an elite club when your security guy doesnt even know his fashion. everything he has said to us was tactful, incorrect and rude. this is why we flew first class out of that town while he stands there. making a bad name in LA and for all American service. Insulted my lady in front me of and my friends, she was wearing couture. idiot.

Great place had 4 stages or rooms, that you can choose between the music that you prefer. So in that way you never get bored of the music that they are playing. Great place tp have fun with friends!!!💃😃

The little hip hop room is VERY BAD! the music is like late 80s super old and definitely not a contemporary music!!! The rest of the club its all Latino music.. so

Not what I thought it would be, its so little and security guard tells you where you have to stand up yes stand up because only VIP have access to sitting areas, so sad because the place is nice but their security treat you like a child telling you where to stay and where to flow, is dumb Im not a child no more. Never coming back.

Nice place to dance in LA. There are multiple bar areas and although it was a crowded day service was prompted. There is also a balcony to take a break and go talk with your date 😉

Conga Room is a lovely night club. Whenever they presents Cuban Band, music I will be there. Yesterday, Havana the Primera was fabulous. I so many friends that likes this salsa music

Went May 4 th for a Birthday , Bottle Service $ 400.00 each🍾 Ouch Bought 3 ....D.J played a particular song and Only and Always let it play 60 seconds or less and Kept Switching music at a Fast pace , never was able to Dance 🎶 to One Song. Ever..Also Seat Cushion Needs to be Firm not Soft as you sit Down...I SANK Down ..just needs to be replace...Great Service..Music was Not 🎶 Great I must say...lots of Customers Good luck in your business...

I came from far away to enjoy music and they dont let me in becos i had tenis shoes so we drive to Stevens stake house and then we had a awesome time. Staff was super nice and tenis are welcome.

The music was tacky RAP RUBBISH, i didnt hear one Salsa song while i was there, AND I CAME TO SALSA! If you changed the DJs, raised the class level and improved all areas of Customer Service....then maybe, oh but that would be too much work for you!! Ever famous Conga Room....moved from Wilshire Coridor to Staples Center. Its a mixture of night club...go go dancing...electric venue. The location is partitioned into three sub rooms..one you can have dinner...little over priced and converted into a bachata dancing...you move to main dance room...have guy dressed in neon attire walking around in stilts....for entertainment. DJ rolling tunes that mark occasion....Conga Room...more like dance hall than what it used to be....live music from past greats....Poncho Sanchez ect....Place trying cater to new generation.....not much salsa dancing.

If I could give a ZERO Star I would. Customer Service was horrible, I had a total of $545 which included tax and gratuity for bottle service. When I arrived I paid with six $100 bills. I never received my changed and when I asked they told me the hostess left for the night.

I thought it was going to be bigger. Even the stage is small. The music was good though I think thats the only thing I liked. It looks nice but it just small.

The staff is super rude. The drinks are way too expensive and lastly the crowd sucks as well not a good place at all so please do your self a favor by not going there. I beg you. You been warnded!

We had a concert here that was meant to start at 9 pm. It started at 12 and lasted half an hour. What a joke.

Ok place but drinks overpriced for the quantity you get. This spot is more for the early 20s who just experienced the night life.

Very nice club, the bouncer was really friendly. The music is good and you have enough space to dance.

Customer service is the worst I have been trying to contact a manager or HR for over charges that was made by your club I have submitted all the documents necessary and still nothing. This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had to experience

Appears to be more of a venue space for rentals. Doesnt have the original look and feel of a restaurant/ club.

My sneakers were too formal to let me get in the nightclub. They enjoy saying no to their costumers.

The best club for Latin music and the most elegant, the only thing is that they dont have chairs.

Great nightclub music is top 50 and alot of mexican music. Bevarage are no that expensive, the club looks great

Went for the Woody Show Crissymas Party, had a real good time, great venue with a balcony. Great selection of drinks.

Nice venue to go dancing Cumbia, Merengue, Punta, Bachata, and Reggaeton (though some nights are heavy on Reggaeton).

It is a nice place, a little too crowded, but fun and good music.

This place is full of bs when it comes to advertising a concert ... there have been several times they advertice an event and days prior to it they will cancel...(El Gran Combo, Eddie Santiago, etc.) making management of events to be very unreliable.

The place is nice, if you like reguetón this is definitely a place for you otherwise dont come youll suffer like me
