This place doesn’t want wholesale customers and should just say that!!!! I own a few small businesses and was on my way back from meeting a friend in little Tokyo when I saw this place. I thought, oh perfect I can just pick up what I need here instead of going over to Santee but NOPE! The man I interacted with was extremely rude from the second I walked in! He immediately harassed me over my wholesale license which I had and wouldn’t have even walked into this place if I didn’t because they had about 20 signs on the door that stated it is WHOLESALE ONLY contrary to the other reviews. After the man completely invaded my personal space, he snatched my phone out of my hand as if he didn’t believe I had possessed a resale permit…he scrutinized it way too hard looking for a problem then when there wasn’t one he handed me my phone back and grunted “ok but it’s a $200minimum”…LOL what a joke! This place is way over priced for wholesale and pennies below retail so after all that I walked out. Very weird business practice when you’re in the business of selling and have someone wanting to buy! I prefer to spend my money with businesses where I am treated with kindness and respect but I’ll never spend it with people like this. If I were a betting woman, I would bet big money that some of these products are absolutely counterfeit!

Customer Service and Fulfillment needs improvement if they want business. Inventory is always inaccurate.

Not open to the public.Must have a resellers permit.Parking is free just bring your card to get stamped (up to 3 hrs only)The location is very visible.The Staff are really nice and help you find exactly what youre looking for. Even tho I came at 5:35pm since they close at 6, I didnt feel rushed or anything. They told me to get everything I needed.The minimum is subject to change because I heard different things. But their prices are out of this world.Will definitely be back here when its time to re-up on my inventory.If you cant decide whether to order online or pick it up. I would say your best bet would be to go early in when they open up. This is if youre local. Because products are constantly being bought by several buyers, you might not see whats really in stock until you see the store.Bring your permit with you and discover how much money youre sleeping on

Everything about them is straight up awesomeness! Packing is spot on. The items I’ve purchased have all been exactly what I’ve ordered. I appreciate that they offer a $100 minimum order because I’m a small business, with a small store front and sometimes I can’t afford a big minimum order. Shipping is reasonable, plus I found a coupon code online so that was a bonus! 🤘🏻

This company is a SCAM! They post items that have phenomenal prices and then require you order $100 worth of things. They then ship the things that have normal prices and are conveniently out of stock of the items with great prices (even though the website says they are still in stock). They still charge the same massive shipping cost, dont notify you that they arent shipping the key items and just cancel those parts of the order that they arent making enough money from. Classic BAIT AND SWTICH scam! AVOID this company at all costs.

Placed an online order and everything was as described. All items were packed extremely well. The quality of the items were great as well. Their wholesale pricing can’t be beat! Email communication was quick and clear. Definitely shopping here again.

Ordered a bunch of items, 1) had to reach out couple days later to confirm when/if it would be shipped.2) Some items removed from my purchase, no reason as to why. Items still listed as in stock on the site but unfulfilled in my order.A month later I receive the package3) I ordered 9ml containers and was sent 5ml (still charged for 9ml though)4) I ordered 3 bangers and caps. Charged full amount, listed as fulfilled on the packing list. No bangers or caps in my package!5) I ordered .5ml cartridges. Was sent 1ml that I cannot use.*Update*Someone named Chris is making it right. Have me a refund on items I didnt receive. I originally just sent my email to the Alex address as suggested. Once I ccd other addresses I found on their site, things started happening for the better.

They have it all here! These guys are like a family. Just like a family if you’re an outsider they can sometimes take a few times to warm up. Most of them are cool but once in a while when you go to a checker for the first they can be a certain way. Lol but I’m the end they are cool. Come by here they literally have everything.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Placed an order on the internet. Got an acknowledgement within a few minutes. Then evrything went quiet. I called 3 days later and the guy tells me that they are very busy and it will only ship today (the day I called). I asked him why he does not notify customers on the website before they place orders. He drops the call. I call back and he tells me that he already told me it will ship today. I asked him when I could get a tracking number and he says by 6 pm Pacific time. He drops the call again. You try and call customer service, the mailbox is full. You press 2 for Shipping, the same guy answers. You press 3 for returns, the same guy answers. This place is a sham and I am led to believe they are scammers.Be careful before releasing your money to them. If I do not get a tracking number today, I will ask my bank to reverse the payment I made.

They have a lot of variety of hooka pipes,wax pieces, cgass filters, Torch,Bongs!! And so much more!!

1st sale went smooth as could be. The other 4 sales (5 in total) have been nothing but pure HELL. STILL chasing my refund 4mo later. Getting a news story going on small businesses ripping off ppl. Let me know if you were affected.

Off the bat let me say how impressed I am with this company. I only ever review things shoddy enough to warrant me wasting my time in an attempt to spare others. Not the case here. I only needed $40 worth of shenanigans when met with the $100 minimum. Saw the banner for 10% off. The chick disease which equates spending to save kicked in and I easily found the other $60 so I ordered. All the little things make for great stocking stuffers for all my degen friends. Noticed a price discrepancy on the site. Customer service is on point. I messaged them and Alex shot me an email with it fixed same day. My dilemma. I had already ordered. Id have to meet the minimum again. Well, I got my box today and Im not missing a thing. The packaging is serious. Probably enough to withstand a disgruntled postal employee drop kicking the box from the truck onto my porch. Your glass is safe with these guys. Updates on the shipping are spot on. I just validated another $100. $40 for the things I missed the first time and of course justifying the rest as I needed $60 in prizes for my yearly adult easter egg hunt anyway. I know these guys are dealing with massive orders for brick and mortars out there but I appreciate taking time out for the nobodies as well. I had an order I waited on for 2wks from vapeinthebox. For it to never ship. Be refunded. Any never notified any of it was happening. Wished I would have used these guys the first time. Thanks. Will recommend and always check here first.

I’ve been shopping with these guys for years. They have tons of stuff and lots of new popular items. Also the new location is super big and is one of my main places to shop for smoke stuff.

Website is easy to use. Prices & quality are awesome. Order is shipped & packaged very well. Sales rep is always available & ready to help in any way. Love, Love Love this company!!

I’ve shopped here before and to say that they’re not helpful would be an understatement. I prefer shopping at brick and mortar locations just because it’s easier and I get exactly what I need when I need it for my store.With that said I came in with my employee who’s obviously gay (which I wouldn’t mention except for the dirty looks) on top of being ignored I was told I couldn’t buy what I needed (which is salvia) at the amount I wanted because they don’t sell it in that amount. I tried to explain that I had previously in the month bought the exact same order and he said he didn’t sell it in the amount I wanted. There is no signs posted nor did they once ask for my wholesale license. It’s disturbing to have this happen to have happen in 2018. I would never shop here again.

Pretty decent looking place but as far as purchasing items for wholesale for your business, they are pretty pricey. Seems more like theyre selling retail to you. My suggestion would be to shop around first for the best price.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I ordered a package 10 days ago the company decided not to ship it until four days after I ordered it and now the ETA is still seven more days. I went back-and-forth via email and then received a phone call from a representative telling me that it was my fault because I picked shipping to an army base. Clearly my address was not an army base and your shipping department would’ve seen that. I then called in and was placed on hold for 15 minutes a representative who yelled and screamed at me named Michelle stated that I was rude to her employees and she was not going to give me the information I requested. I requested the name for an owner. I requested the name for supervisor. And she refused to give it. I asked her to overnight my product she refuse that as well. I have also asked them to credit my card. I asked for a confirmation number or email. She refused. She stated that she would send it when She will. And she would not allow me to stay on the phone. The phone call ended with her hanging up on me refusing again to give me the information that I requested

Quickly became the worst company ever. After a whole year of good business and prompt shipping we placed our last order with one of their business reps, then we awaited our order patiently. A month has now gone by and we get a phone call stating they want to switch our payment from COD to Credit and the order has still not been shipped. Overpriced and stupid. I would suggest looking somewhere else for your products.2 YEAR LATER EDIT: I had completely forgotten about this review. Smoke Tokes took care of the issues we had at that time and we have been enjoying a much better business relationship over the last year. I have edited this review to 4stars!

I placed an order with Lily the first week of January, I got a not my account message from her and I was directed to Kale, I asked Lily to send my order to Kale: Nothing happened. I e-mailed Kale: Nothing happened. I called Kale and placed my order with him. I received an invoice by email on February 8th! A month after I origionally placed my order. When I responded back to him that I already placed my order with another company, his resposnse was LOL. What is really funy is when I tried to call them to discuss what happened. I pushed the number for customer service and I got no one is available and when I pushed the number for Jumani, the owner, I got mail box is full WOW!

This store often gets ur order wrong and then won’t respond or even try to fix the problem, worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. I’d advise you not to purchase anything at this store

Rip off city. only received less than half of my order after over 3 months. have tried contacting them by email and phone many many times and never get a response. Feel like I was totally robbed. horrible way to do business

I read some bad reviews and was hesitant to order but Im glad I did.There was one item on my order that I didnt get and it says its still in stock but they refunded the amount for the item.Best price Ive found and fast shipping will definitely be ordering again.

Bought two packs of the Air Bar Max - Red Bull Ice (Disposable Device by Suorin), which was over 200$ via the website. Each disposable has lasted a day. I have bought locally and each disposable should last four days, or more! AWFUL waste of money. Something is up with these, but I would be careful before using this vendor.

11 Firefighters hurt, severe burns. Huge explosion. Media reports Butane (Type 7) extraction lab on site. Type 7 isnt a license the City of LA allows, or do they? Im saddened that this occurred. Saddened that people were hurt , and yet Im completely in the dark as to if Los Angeles is now making butane extraction available? Saddened even more if it turns out to be unlicensed this reflects badly on a very noble industry with so many people employed by companies who have permitted, inspected facilities just so this can be prevented. I so hope that this butane extraction was being done according to the letter of the law so as not to cause more harm to all of those who practice good ethics and safety protocols.
