Had a massage with Jasmine and it was perfect! She applied the perfect pressure when I asked for a medium to light massage. She focused on the area that I asked for in the before treatment information sheet. I loved all of the details: the bed was warm and stayed warm, there was an included aromatherapy element to the massage, and they were ready to go when I arrived. Everything was seamless. This is the best massage I have received to date. Dont hesitate to reach out them to get a massage booked.

Had a massage with Jasmine and it was the best massage I have ever had. I’ve gotten many massages in and outside the US and none of them compare to the service and treatment I received from her. As far as masseuses in the Louisville area specifically, you won’t find anyone better than her. I love the flexible scheduling, the time to take care of problem areas and so much more. 10/10 recommend!

Don’t let the facade fool.When I arrived to Lalai Day Spa at first I was not sure I was in the right location. But as soon I entered thru the door I was transported to a very tranquil environment.The massage therapist was very attentive to my trouble areas and matching my ailments with the right essential oils.Thirty minutes was definitely not enough for this experience but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.If I was a local I would definitely get one of their massage packages. Totally recommend everyone checking this place out.

I’ve been to Lalai Day Spa on 3 occasions, twice with Kitty and once with Sierra. Kitty is a fantastic aesthetician! She did a hydrodermabrasion facial on my first visit and dermapplaning on my second visit. She is absolutely amazing and my skin has never felt better. It’s so hydrated!I saw Sierra for a massage and she did a great job working on all my stress/problem areas!I will definitely be back on a regular basis for both awesome ladies!

This was the best massage of my whole life. I have scoliosis and hip problems, but this massage gave me so much relief for many days after. I did the 1.5 hour Thai massage with Jasmine and I was astounded. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I’m planning to give gift cards for Lalai as Christmas gifts to my family.

Bui, Nid and Fone are all such skilled and professional massage therapists. I have scheduled with each one and they are all amazing. Such a great experience. A relaxing environment. Great pressure. Quiet, clean, modern, chic environment. I am so happy they are in our city! I enjoy the ease of booking online, and I always look forward to my next visit. These ladies are amazingly gifted and truly know how to release tension from the body. I regularly get Thai massage, but I have also had a deep tissue table massage as well. They also provide an array of add on services. My favorite is cupping. I have also enjoyed the facial services as well. I enjoy the derma plane facial and the hydro dermabrasion facial. I always leave feeling refreshed.

Just had the best facial at Lalai Day Spa! I have been going to Melanie off and on for a couple of years and will continue to just see her. She customizes your facial to fit your skins needs, and only uses the best products. And her face, arm and hand massages are amazing!!!!

My wife and I came down for our 1 year anniversary and I was surprising her with a couples massage. As she was surprised, I was absolutely blown away at the masseus and Barinda, the owner. The whole experience was so refreshing and so very relaxing. So much so, that we scheduled another massage 3 days later before we went home. Barinda accommodated our schedule and made it so easy.Ive been to many massage parlors, but this, by far, is way more than that. They tended to both our needs, but also made us feel absolutely welcome.We are so grateful to them that we are planning another trip in a month and already have a reservation with them.Just fabulous, friendly, STRONG, people. If you are in the Louisville area, its a must to stop there.

My first visit to Lalai was for a prenatal massage at 37 weeks pregnant. Nid was absolutely wonderful!! Calming, attentive to my specific needs, perfect pressure and atmosphere. I had a prenatal massage at a different business during my first pregnancy and was thoroughly unimpressed, especially after my hour at Lalai. This was the most relaxed and comfortable (which at 37 weeks is NOT the easiest state to achieve) that I felt and wish I had gone for additional prenatal massages! I’ll most certainly be back and cannot recommend Lalai enough!

Wonderful experience, went with a couples massage and both of us were very satisfied after. I know we’re supposed to hydrate after massages, but they provided us a water bottle after which I loved! Will definitely return and recommend to others!

I love, love this massage spa. The spa is serene, quiet, and calm. I found it by accident when searching for a spa close to my home. To my surprise I found that my favorite masseuse from another spa that I used to go to had opened Lalai. Do yourself a favor and check it out, it is wonderful !!!

Bui, Phon, and Sierra are all wonderful massage therapists! Just today I had one of many massages I’ve had at Lalai Day Spa and I never cease to feel relaxed and the tension in my neck and back is relieved.Phon did an especially good job with my cupping and working through problem areas!

I had a Mothers Day gift for a customized 1 hour massage with hot stones added. I chose Nid for my services. She was absolutely wonderful! I liked the atmosphere of the place, it was clean and quiet. I arrived earlier than I had expected but Nid took me in early with no issues and that was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this place. It was one of the best massages Ive had and I will for sure be back.

Lalai Day Spa is as wonderful as it seems! For YEARS I looked for a place to get a full body massage where I felt respected and cared for, but never could until I found Lalai. The best massage I’ve ever had, given by amazing ladies. The couples massage room was set up in a relaxing manner, with warm blankets and our chosen scent. They were extremely accommodating to my daughter, making sure she was comfortable and respecting her limits. I will definitely be back and send referrals!

I recently had a couples massage. They were very responsive in scheduling and confirming the appt. My husband had the Thai massage which was truly a traditional Thai massage! Its great to have that option locally! I did not have the Thai massage but mine was just as amazing. The room was relaxing, both checked in to ensure the pressure, room temperature etc was comforting to us. They truly take pride in their skill set while providing excellent customer service. The experience was relaxing along with working out some muscle strain/stress. I highly recommend.

I have had the privilege of having treatments by Bui, Fonny, and Sierra for massages and Thai massages. I have never been disappointed. Everyone has always been very receptive and concerned over my trouble points and customized my treatments accordingly. I am very excited about my upcoming appointment with Nid. I have also had different skin treatments by Melanie. She is very professional and has a soft touch. My skin always feels refreshed and smooth after my visits. The experience at Lakai Day Spa was incredible. My husband and I had the most relaxing couples massage! The Spa is very clean and welcoming. We were asked about any specific areas we needed extra attention on before the massage and those exact areas were given more focus. We definitely needed a deep tissue massage and after an hour of an incredible massage we felt lighter than ever! My neck, back and shoulder pains are gone! They have a very modern and quick payment system at the Spa and offer free water at check out. We are definitely coming back very soon!

Prior to each session, they attentively listen to your concerns and adapt each session to deliver the highest quality care. Staff are regularly enrolled in continuing education courses to offer the highest quality services and because they are so well-versed in a variety of techniques/ approaches, they are truly able to meet the unique needs of each and every client.Although every treatment here has felt deeply healing, I recently tried the Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD) and was blown away. I booked this service to wake up my circulatory system, reduce swelling and improve my immune system during these winter months. 10/10 recommend. I can certainly see the benefits of this service for those who just want to feel refreshed, as well as post-op patients. The results were almost immediate and have continued to show days later. I look forward to continuing to rotate this massage into my appointments each month!

It was so relaxing I fell asleep. 🤪This was my second massage from Lalai and I loved it! It’s such a nice, cozy, clean environment. They’re always very kind, and the massage was great! I’m 23 weeks pregnant and that was no problem for them. Also love that they have the options to pay with an HSA!

Hidden inside a Middletown strip mall and not easy to find is a great little spa space. It’s very warm and comfortable. You’ll be greeted like family coming back for a visit. Great therapist that take their time to make you feel relaxed. I highly recommend Lalai.

This was hands down the best massage I can ever recall receiving. There were so many small touches that made it such an enjoyable experience. Bui is a master at her craft. You get to pick your own essential oil, they wrap your back and feet with hot towels, give you a scented eye mask to wear, and even lower the lights when you turn from your stomach to laying on your back. I will definitely be back.

The LaLai Day Spa website is a well oiled machine! It’s user friendly and super easy to use. I booked my appointment online with ease and to my surprise; LaLai Day Spa has Saturday hours too! Lots of flexibility.The Lalai Day Spa provides a range of massage related services in a very relaxing environment. My massage therapist, Nid, was wonderful. She showed me my private massage room. The room had soft lighting, quiet Thai music, and put my stress at ease. Nid asked me to choose an essential oil, asked what areas I would like massaged and provided time for me to prepare/undress and drape the blanket over my body. Nid worked all back and shoulders. I am typically not a big fan of massages but my experience with Nid was perfect! Her techniques were not painful for me and she respected my limitations and requests for a light massage. Im excited to book a future couples massage. Thank you!!!

Moved to Louisville from LA in 2022 and was afraid I wouldnt be able to find a massage therapist that was comparable to our one in LA. I was wrong! This place is amazing. Barinda is amazing. I love getting the hot stone and/or the cupping added to my massages. They really take the time to listen to you and make sure areas of stress/tension get the attention they need. Just go! THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST IN LOUISVILLE!!My body was sore from a car accident and Brenda is such an amazing Massage therapist! I get my massage once a week from her since the accident and let me tell yea in3 visit my body feeling way better. My neck, back and shoulders are feeling a lot better! I have been searching for a really good masseuse and can’t seem to find a really excellent one but Brenda nailed my expectations!

Barinda at Lalai is the real deal. Her massages last beyond the first day, and I swear I can even see better afterwards! It is truly total body transformation. She tailors to what’s going on in your life — one example — I was about to leave for a long flight and she got my back and legs ready. Many say they love their massage therapist, but as I realized after an appointment with her — you haven’t really had the best until the massage with Barinda! Give her a try.

I had an appointment for a facial and neck and shoulder massage. Barinda noticed I was limping and quickly pivoted to take care of that issue . She eased my pain and improved my condition greatly! She’s a genius! Highly recommend visiting her!

I really cannot tell you how much AJ has helped me. I started going to Lalai Day Spa a few months ago after a recommendation. I’ve had such trouble after two wrist surgeries, The pain and stiffness, went up my arm into my shoulder and up my neck. It’s not quite 100% yet but I would say 80% better. I wish I had been recommended sooner!

Best massage EVER! Within the first 5 minutes of my full body massage with Bui I was already thinking of booking my next session. By the end of it, I was fully convinced that I needed these monthly in my life. Bui made sure to check in with me throughout our session to make sure her pressure was good (it was, she hit the nail on the head from start to finish) and I felt fully comfortable the entire time. I can’t wait to get back there next month! 5 stars/highly reccomend

Bui has healing hands! She is always attentive to what my body needs and checks in throughout the massage to ensure everything is going as expected. A car accident years ago left me with permanent muscle damage. Bui’s expertise has given me relief from these injuries as well as relief from the back aches and pains of having a desk job. Bui was fantastic! I went twice when I was in my third trimester and it was just what I needed. Her prenatal massages are relaxing and really helped with the soreness of pregnancy. I also saw Bui before I was pregnant when I had injured my neck and her thai massage and stretching had me feeling better in no time.
